Global construction market has grown rapidly since 2000. Even though developing countries grew into an economic, the most of oil-producing countries of continuous high oil prices due to an increase in plant construction orders is to present a lot of influence. According to the growth of global construction market, the domestic construction companies in the overseas market share have recorded 3% of the performance of the top 10 world records. However, current performance has analyzed the expansion of the market rather than competitiveness development of domestic construction companies. Therefore, to improve competitiveness in the global construction orders for the domestic construction companies in terms of long term, the government in Korea has ordered various research projects related to the plant since 2005. This paper presents not only global plant market trends and plant project in domestic but also introduction of completed research standardization recently.

Characteristics of Contactor's Defect Liability was too many discussed. But it's not clearly defined yet. Because recent Government Construction Projects are very complex and executed through long time, too many conflicts were appeared related to Contactor's Defect Liability. Therefore to analyse and to resolve the conflicts legal aspects of Contactor's Defect Liability stated in Civil Law and Government Contract Act was systematically compared. The result of this research is as follows : (1) Characteristic of Contactor's Defect must be regarded as a breach of Contract and be an incomplete contract implementation. (2) To decide the range of Damage, Characteristic of Defect must be regarded. (3) Contactor's Defect Liability must be effectual from the day of delivery. (4) Retainage must be added to secure the completion during the Contract Period and Defect Repairing Liability must be omitted in the Contract performance Security.

Electrical Construction industry uses Construction industry's statistical data for business outlook. Because there are not electrical construction business view's statistical data. It has own unique characteristic which is different from construction industry. So it must have a electrical construction Business Index. This study was focused on developing the business index of electrical construction business. Electrical construction business index consists of electrical construction composite Index(ECI) and the electrical construction business survey index(EBSI). This study experimentally analyzes the business views of electrical construction industry in 2/4 quarter of 2014. The leading Index of ECI indicates -0.4% compared with 1/4 quarter of 2014, coincidence index also shows that electrical construction industry's business cycle is in an economic downturn. EBSI is 83.5 in 2/4 quarter of 2014, down from 95.2 in 1/4 quarter of 2014. It means that electrical construction company has a pessimistic prediction. As a result we know that the Business Index of Electrical Construction Business shows similar results. It is expected to make contribution for electrical contractors to establish management strategies and prepare responses to economic changes by providing information about economic trends of electrical construction business and forecasting future economy.

Off-Site Construction (OSC) is a new construction method based on factory production. OSC (Off-Site Construction) is a new construction method based on factory production. Researches such as OSC-related design and production standardization, transport methods are actively conducted in the U.S., UK and other parts of the world as this new method has an edge over existing methods in terms of productivity, economy and quality. As the emergence of this new area requires reasonable management, an analysis of the scope of construction project management is required accordingly. Therefore, this research analyzed the study trends and relationships at the CM/PM range's "Operation level" to identify areas of study, relationship between studies and deficiencies in current research. This study carried out a comprehensive literature review of the OSC (CM/PM) research by analyzing 94 papers in Operation level as of September 3, 2018, and the analysis results are as follows. (1) Working stage level researches have been increasing rapidly since 2006. (2) Non-volumetric type is contributing most significantly at work stage level. In the building sector, it has been identified that problems such as residential: living, quality issues, non-residential: economic difficulties, factory: productivity problems have been addressed. (4) The Non-volumetric pre-assembly type dealt with the economic feasibility of residential and non-residential buildings, whereas the modular type was studied in regards to assembly quality. (5) From 2006, project management areas (e.g., quality, human resources, risks) have been expanded. It is expected that this research will help find new areas of research for OSC. If the analysis is carried out to the level of the industrial, corporate and project phases in the future, it is deemed that the overall research flow and area of the OSC industry can be identified.

Notwithstanding the crucial contribution of international construction industry in the national economy, previous studies on international construction contracts had mainly focused either on trend investigation or market share analysis at a point of time. Fundamentally, the international construction industry is fragmented due to its project-based nature, is heterogeneous that has to involve different firms from diverse fields, and tends to be dynamic according to macroeconomic conditions. Therefore, the combination of static and dynamic analyses is necessary to understand its underlying structure. This study analyzes the market structure of international construction contracts using the data of 9,173 projects awarded by Korean construction firms from 2000 to 2017. Industry-level performance data is analyzed both in static (market concentration) and dynamic (market mobility and instability) methods, and detailed methodology is also provided. Consequently, the static analysis result shows that the competition among Korean construction firms has been more intensified, and the dynamic analysis result indicates that market positions of Korean construction firms are unstable and vulnerable in most of the regions and the sectors. The combination of static and dynamic indices is found to be helpful to understand the underlying aspects of market structure and can be utilized as an effective strategic reference in the highly competitive market.

1997년 11월 대외지불 불능사태로 시작된 외환위기가 경제위기로 확산되면서 97년 4/4분기에는 2.5%에 불과하던 전북지역의 실업률은 99년 2월 8.4%로 피크를 이루었으나 그후로는 감소추세를 보이고 있다. 그렇지만 전북지역 노동시장의 전반적 고용동향을 살펴보면 실업률 통계로는 파악되지 않지만 실질적으로 준실업상태에 있는 실망노동자와 불완전취업자의 증가가 심각한 것으로 드러났다. 그리고 산업별 취업자 구조의 변화를 살펴보면 제조업과 건설업의 취업자 감소가 두드러졌으며, 농업부문이나 생계형 서비스업은 실업대란 시대에 완충역할을 해줄 것이라는 기대와는 달리 고용흡수력이 예상보다 훨씬 적은 것으로 드러났다. 취업과 실업 및 비경제활동 사이의 노동력 전이률을 살펴보면 남성과 핵심연령층에서는 취업정착률이 높지만 일단 실업자가 되면 실업으로부터의 탈출률이 낮은 것으로 드러났다. 반면에 여성의 경우에는 실망노동자(discouraged sorkers)효과로 인하여 실업률은 낮고 비경제활동으로의 이동이 크게 나타났다. 그리고 실업이나 비경활상태로부터의 (재)취업시에는 압도적으로 임시고/일고로의 취업이 많아서 98년 하반기 이후 전북지역에서 창출된 일자리가 주로 임시고/일고 위주로 이루어져 있음을 극명하게 보여준다. 한편 여성실업자의 경우 50%이상이 생계주책임자이며, 특히 여성가장 실업자의 경우에는 90%이상이 생계책임자이나 그들 대부분이 빈곤선이하에서 생활하고 있다. 그리고 전북지역에서는 전국수준에 비해서 장기실업률이 다소 높게 나타났다. 저학력층과 고령층, 생산직, 임시고일고등의 비정규직 실업자들의 구직기간이 긴 것으로 나타났다. 실업이 장기화되면 전반적으로 기간의존성효과(duration dependence effect)나 이질성효과(heterogeneity effect)로 인하여 재취업의 가능성은 더욱 떨어진다. 생산적복지(workfare)가 그 이름에 값하는 것이기 위해서는 시장경쟁력이 약한 취약계층에 대해서 직업훈련과 취업알선 및 채용장려, 공공근로 등의 제반 정책들이 가구되어야 할 것이다.

With the acceleration of economic globalization, the development of aviation logistics plays an increasingly significant role in the logistics industry. As the foundation of aviation logistics development, airport terminals are attracting increasing attention. In this respect, the aim of this research is to analyze 65 academic papers on Chinese airport terminals from 2003 to 2020 by utilizing analytic keywords of academic papers and suggest the research trend of Chinese airport terminals. The SNA was adopted as research methodology. Airport Terminal, Boned, and Chinese Mainland were the keywords for the first period (2003-2008), while the second period (2009-2014) included the keywords such as China, DEA, Airport, and Flight Delay. For the third period (2015-2020), Airport Competitiveness and Aviation Network were also highly connected keywords. This indicates that with the growth of the economy, the research trend of China's airport terminals has been gradually expanding from infrastructure construction to network development. The results have implications on suggesting the research trend of Chinese airport terminals, and providing insights to the policy makers, academics, and practitioners in neighboring countries including Korea.

Real estate has been the most preferable investment asset since 1980's has begun. Especially the ups and downs of housing price influence significantly on the household and national economy for a digital economy. In this analysis, monthly movement of apartment price of Seoul and its correlation with KOSPI, construction concerned shares, securities concerned shares, interest rate and exchange rate for 320 months(from January, 1987 to August, 2013) are shown. From the analysis, correlation coefficient of the price of apartment in Seoul and KOSPI is 0.8566 which is highly positive while the price of apartment in Seoul and interest rate are shown strong negative correlation which is -0.7846. The rise of stock market does affect the rise of the price of apartments in Seoul, on the contrary, the price goes down when the interest rate goes up.

전력사업은 시설산업으로서 타기업에 비해 장기간의 공기와 막대한 자금이 소유되며 광대한 고정시설을 보유한다. 따라서 전기사업에 있어서의 장기계획은 장기간의 수요동향을 파악하여 이 수요에 맞는 시설계획 및 자금계획을 수립하여 장래수합 및 수지균형을 도모해야한다. 따라서 전원개발계획수립에 있어서 가장 핵심적인 역할을 하는 것은 수요상정이라 할 수 있을 것이다. 단, 이 수요상정을 그릇치면 중대한 결과가 초래되는것이니 적극적인 상정에 기인하는 수요를 상회하는 발전시설은 자금의 사장을 의미하는 것이며 소극적인 상정은 반대로 부가제한을 가져올 것이다. 수요상정에 따라 개발순위 및 건설공사계획표가 작성되어 가동일자가 결정되며 이에 기준하여 연료수급계획이 작성된다. 일면 이 전력을 반송하고 수용에 반응하기 위한 송변배전시설계획이 병행작성 수립되어야 한다. 최종적으로 자금계획이 성안되어 이와같은 계획을 경제적으로 뒷받침하여야 함은 물론이다. 개발계획수립에 있어서 고려해야 할 점은 이외에도 예비출력 및 단위기용량의 결정, 개발순위에 관련되는 수화력개발의 우위성에 관한 검토, 부가곡선을 통한 부가율 및 용량율의 결정, 등 실로 광범하며 이와 같은 제반요소를 집대성한 것이 전원개발계획이다. 본고에서는 우리나라 5개년전원개발계획을 설명하고 전원개발계획에 관련된 제반문제중 및가지 문제점에 한정하여 이를 약술하고자 한다.

Optimal design of the long tunnels with large cross sections essential for the effective development of the limited land in Korea becomes more and more difficult owing to the constantly changing social, economic, environmental and technological factors. Deficiency of the domestic research works till now on the elementary topics on tunnel ventilation retards progress on developing the key technologies urgently required for designing and managing the long and large tunnels. This paper aims at identifying the subjects on which research must be carried out for the construction and management of vehicle tunnels in Korea by means of scrutinizing the contents of the publications since 1991 at the International Symposium on Aerodynamic and Ventilation of Vehicle Tunnels, the only international conference on the tunnel ventilation.
