인간은 도구를 만드는 동물인 동시에 이동을 하면서 사회적 생활을 영위하는 동물이다. 인류는 초기, 도보중심으로 이동이 이루어졌기 때문에 그 생활활동 범위도 좁았었다. 그러나 인류는 여러가지 이동의 도구를 만들어 생활권을 확대시켜 나갔다. 그중 보다 빠르고, 보다 멀리, 대량의 사람이나 화물 을 이동시키기 위해 바퀴를 발명하게 되었다. 그래서 수레가 출현하게 되었고 그 후 발전을 거듭하여 오늘날의 자전거가 만들어지게 되었다. 최근에는 과학기술의 급속한 발전과 생산기술의 고도화로 산업의 발전은 물론, 경제성장도 급속히 향상되고 국민의 소득증대도 향상되었다. 이에 따라 여가시간의 활용빈 도도 많아지고 건강증진을 위한 레저나 스포츠용품에 대한 관심과 수요가 급증하게 되었다. 그중 자전거는 레저 스포츠로서 즐길 뿐만 아니라, 건강증진으로서 비만증, 성인병의 예방, 지구력, 폐활량 증대 및 인내심 을 길러준다. 또한 현재 대도시가 안고 있는 교통체증 문제, 환경오염, 에너지절약 측면에서도 자전거는 많은 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 이러한 시대의 상황 속에서 자전거 선호도도 Casual style에서 Seports style로의 변화를 가져오고 더욱 더 고급화, 개성화, 다양화의 모델이 요구되고 있다. 이에 따라 새로운 고객층을 위한 풍요로움과 건전한 건강생활문화를 창출하고 새로운 고부가가치 상품의 연구로 제품의 경쟁력 을 높여 수출을 증대시킬 수 있는 데 목적을 두었다.

The research on the health promotion effect of the elderly through the health care service has been going on for a long time, but there is insufficient research to grasp the needs of elderly people in order to effectively provide health care services. In order to solve these problems, this study suggested the direction of health care service for elderly people by analyzing regional characteristics and demand among rural areas. To this end, the direction of improvement of customized healthcare service model was suggested through the analysis of the health - related program utilization status, health management method, health care service type, and contents demand of the elderly by urban area and rural area.

Globally, U-health services have been increased according to the increase in interests on health managing and the development of information communication technology (ICT) based on increases in advanced ages and chronic disease. Exiting U-health services provide required services and health information monitoring only through counsels and that represent limitations in preventing and managing cardiovascular disease patients like chronic patients. In this paper, we propose of U-health platform based health management service model using context information. In our service model can provide health monitoring, diet, and exercise service using context information of clinical information and wether in U-health platform environment. Service to offer is the specialized service using external content provider of DB. in addition to, doctor can to provide advice information to patient using monitoring service. The proposed service model provides effective services using context information in U-health platform environments to customers and that will improve the health of chronic patients.

간호원은 비록 그가 양호교사가 아니라고 하더라도 그가 처한 위치에서 거의 매일 건강교육을 실시하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 그러한 비정규직 교육은 상황에 따라 간호활동의 대상자들에게 수시로 별 준비 없이 실시한 경우도 있겠으나 효율적인 결과를 얻을 수 있는 체계적인 보건교육은 구체적인 학습목적과 교육과정이 교육적으로 미리 계획되어 있어야만 가능하다고 할 것이다. 양호교사의 기본적인 역할이 학교 구성원들의 건강증진과 질병예방에 있으며 효율적인 건강교육을 통하여 이러한 목적을 달성한다고 할 때, 양호교사는 자신을 그 학교공동체의 주된 건강교육자로 이해하고 학교에서 이루어지는 모든 보건교육 과정에 적극적인 참여를 하여야만 한다. 그러한 역할중의 하나는 보건에 관한 수업을 실시하는 학과목 교사나 담임교사들이 건강교육에 관련한 협의를 양호교사에게 요청하도록 적극적인 건강교육환경을 학교 내에 조성하여야 하는 일과 중요한 건강주제에 대하여서는 양호교사가 직접 수업을 교실에서 이끌어야 하는 것일 것이다. 이 논문에서 다룬 보건교육 교안 연구는 양호교사에게 또 건강에 관한 주제를 가지고 수업을 하는 일반교사에게 중학생의 건강교육 과정의 한 모델로써 사용하는데 도움이 될 것으로 본다. 건강교육 프로그램을 질병예방, 건강증진에 초점을 두어 설계한다고 할 때 건강교육의 주된 방향은 대상자 하나 하나의 생활에서 건강을 위한 바람직한 행위를 생활화하도록 하는 것이다. 이 목적을 학교에서 달성하기 위해서는 건강교육 프로그램을 통하여 학생들에게 건강에 대한 지식을 전달하고 그 지식 위에 건강을 위한 바람직한 행위를 하도록 동기를 부여하며 그러한 행위를 지속하도록 보강하는 것이 필요하다고 할 것이다. 사람들은 건강에 대한 지식이나 정보를 가지게 되면, 행위는, 그것에 상응하여 바람직하게 행할 것이라고 가정하기가 쉽다. 그리하여 건강에 대한 정보를 주는 것 건강교육을 했다고 간주하기도 한다. 그러나 실제적으로 건강을 위한 정보를 받고 지식을 가졌다 하더라도 바람직한 행위를 실천하지 않거나, 습관된 반건강 행위를 바꾸지 않는 경우가 많다. 그러므로 건강한 행위를 실천하기 위해서는 그에 대한 가치관이나 태도가 먼저 분명하게 세워져야 한다. 학생들의 경우에도 그 가치관이 확립되어야 하겠으므로 이를 위한 효과적인 교육방법이 제시된 교육안 모델이 있어야 할 것이다. 즉 건강문제에 대한 태도의 확립과 그에 따른 올바른 행위를 실천하도록 하기 위하여 구체적으로 치밀하게 계획된 건강교육 안이 연구되어 지는 것이 건강교육의 가장 중요한 과제중의 하나이다. 이 연구에서 제시하는 건강교육 프로그램에서는 많은 부분의 정보가 학생들 스스로에 의해서 수집되도록 하였다. 그렇게 함으로써 그들이 흡연에 관한 사실들을 스스로 명백하게 파악할 수 있었기 때문이다. 또한 소그룹 토의와 논쟁의 방법을 통해서 학생들이 흡연에 대해서 자신들의 생각하고 있는 것을 검토하여 올바른 판단을 하도록 하는 기회를 가질 수 있도록 하였다.

This study develops AI-based 3D body shape modeling technology that can be utilized in the healthcare sector, proposing a system that enables monitoring of users' body shape changes and health status. Utilizing data from Size Korea, the study developed a model to generate 3D body shape images from 2D images, and compared various models to select the one with the best performance. Ultimately, by proposing a system process through the developed technology, including personalized health management, exercise recommendations, and dietary suggestions, the study aims to contribute to disease prevention and health promotion.

코로나 19 로 인해 사회적으로 활동 범위에 제약이 많아져 신체 노화가 진행중인 노년층의 심각한 운동 부족 현상 발생했다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 스마트 미러 트레이닝 프로그램의 범람 속에 신체적인 불편함을 가지고 있는 노인의 건강 증진에 주목하여 스마트 미러와 노인 자세 탐지, 자세 정확성 판단 시스템을 기반으로 한 자세 분류 서비스 제공 프로그램을 제안한다. 스마트 미러에 탑재된 카메라로 받아온 영상을 MoveNet 과 머신러닝 모델을 사용하여 사용자의 동작을 파악하는 방식으로 활동 프로그램을 진행한다. 향후 디지털 소외 계층의 사용 및 노인 자세 데이터 분석에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This study examined factors that prevent older adults from using computers and/or smartphones for their health information search and health management. This study conducted face-to-face survey of a total of 240 older adults aged over 65. Based on the responses of open-ended questions, this study conducted semantic network analysis. The results showed that low level of perceived usefulness(PU) (e.g., information I want to find, detailed information, and trustworthiness) and perceived ease of use(PEOU) (e.g., how to search for information, how to install applications, and visibility) are main factors that prevent older adults from using computers and/or smartphones for their health information search and health management. Furthermore, based on the results of semantic network analysis, further hierarchical regression analysis confirmed that PU and PEOU were positively associated with intention to use mobile application. Thus, the results imply that increasing older adults' PU and PEOU can promote their intention to use mobile application.

2008년 보건산업진흥원의 "u-Healthcare R&D 기본계획 수립" 연구보고서에서 u-헬스케어 기술개발을 "u-헬스케어 인프라", "u-헬스케어 임상-바이오-생체정보 융합기술", "u-헬스케어 서비스 모델", "자유공모" 등 4개의 사업으로 구성하여 추진할 것을 제안했다. u-헬스케어 인프라는 다양한 형태의 u-헬스케어 기술 및 서비스 지원을 위한 인프라 기술 개발, 전문 인력 양성 및 법 제도 정비 등의 내용을 포함하고, u-헬스케어 임상-바이오-생체정보 융합기술은 임상-바이오-생체정보를 활용하여 u-헬스케어 기반 질병예측 예방, 조기진단, 건강증진 기술개발 등을 포함하며, u-헬스케어 서비스 모델은 국민건강의 안전성과 효율성이 담보되고 산업활성화에 기여할 수 있는 u-헬스케어 서비스 모델 개발 등을 담고 있다. u-헬스케어 자유공모의 내용은 u-헬스케어의 기반이 되는 다양한 인프라, 기술, 서비스를 자유공모 형식으로 발굴함으로써 수용자 중심의 연구개발이 필요함을 제시하였다. u-Health 기술 내용중 세 번째로 u-헬스케어 TRM을 알아본다.

Humans have been breeding the mulberry silkworm for the long period of time to obtain silk fabric and nutrient-rich pupae. Currently, silkworm larvae, pupae, and silk-Fibroin hydrolysates are registered as food raw materials, while silkworm feces and Bombyx batryticatus are registered as Korean traditional medicines. Among sericulture products, individually recognized health functional food ingredients include silk-protein acid-hydrolysates for immunity enhancement, Fibroin-hydrolysates for memory improvement, and freeze-dried 5^th instar and 3^rd-day-silkworm powder for lowering-blood sugar. Recently, HongJam produced by steaming and freeze-drying mature silkworms were reported to have various health-promoting effects such as preventing the onset of Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease, enhancing gastro-intestinal functions, improving skin-whitening and hair growth, and extending healthspan. By consuming silkworm products with various health-promoting effects, it is possible to increase the healthspan of human beings, thereby reducing personal and national medical expenses, resulting in increasing the individual's happiness.
