고도성장이라고 일컫는 산업화와 경제발전을 이룩하면서 우리가 불가피하게 마주하게 된 환경오염과 유해 화학물질 노출에 따른 국민 건강 위해에 대한 이야기는 안타깝게도 이제 우리의 일상에서 쉽게 접할 수 있는 소식이 되었다. 특히 천식과 아토피와 같은 환경성 질환의 증가에 대한 국민적 우려가 증가하고 있으며, 건강뿐만 아니라 지속가능성을 중시하는 새로운 삶의 목표와 생활양식의 변화는 비단 기업의 경영방침에서만 국한되지 않고 환경 정책을 비롯한 국가의 정책 수립에 중요한 패러다임을 제시하고 있다.

지금까지 한국의 의료제도 운영은 기본적으로 자유 경쟁체제(laisser-faire system)를 근간으로 발전되어왔으며 보건의료인력의 수요와 공급 역시 이에 따라 무계획적으로 이루어져 왔다. 또한 1970년대에 급격한 경제성장을 이룩한 우리나라는 국민소득이 늘어 생활수준 역시 높아졌으며, 정부의 정책목표도 복지사회건설에 비중을 둠으로써 정부는 국민건강과 직결된 의료보장정책에 심혈을 기울이게 되었다.

This paper is to suggest policy issues to be done in the future health policy for the elderly, analyzing contents of results suggested in academic papers published in Journal of the Korean Gerontological Society. Number of Papers published in the Journal is 61, occupying most of papers related with chronic disease, medical expenditures and health delivery system except dental and psychiatric health. Method used to be analyzed is mostly random sampling among community inhabitants or hospital patients. Policy issues are as follows in case of being based in the above analysis results. Firstly, it is necessary that the development of health promotion specialized for the elderly be developed and activated. Secondly, it is necessary that the primary health care system specialized for the elderly be constructed. Thirdly, it is necessary that the subacute care system specialized for the elderly be constructed after acute care services. Finally, it is necessary that the health care system specialized for the elderly in need of long-term care be constructed also.

그간 관심의 초점이 되었던 성인인증장치의 그 구체적 범위를 지정하는 국민건강증진법시행규칙개정령안이 입법예고 되었다. 지난 2003년 7월 29일 청소년 금연을 위하여 성인인증담배자판기의 합법적인 설치를 인정하는 국민건강증진법이 개정된 이후, 보건복지부 건강정책과에서는 협회를 중심으로 한 산업계 의견을 수렴하여 구체적인 성인인증장치의 범위를 규정하는 국민건강증진법시행규칙 세부안을 준비해 왔다. 이번 공고안에 따르면 성인인증장치의 범위를 신분증 방식만이 아닌 신용카드 등 금용신용거래장치에 의한 방법까지를 포함해 기술의 다양성 측면을 반영했다. 금호 정책초점에서는 새롭게 공고된 국민건강증진법시행규칙의 세부 내용과 이번 입법이 미칠 시장영향에 대해 살펴보는 시간을 마련했다.

`건강'에 대한 의미가 특별해지는 요즘이다. 남녀노소를 불문하고 다양한 질병에 노출되어 있는 시대이니 만큼 정부에서도 촉각을 곤두세우고 의료 환경 개선에 적극 나서고 있다. 이에 따라 지난해에 이어 올해도 보험급여 확대를 통한 건강보험보장성을 강화하고 취약계층에 대한 다양한 의료혜택 제공 등의 정책이 추진된다. 2011년 바뀌는 보건의료제도를 알아보자.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the scale of health risk behaviors among adolescents in Daegu area. The purpose of this study was to develop a health risk behavior measurement item for the adolescent adolescents in Korea and to analyze the validity (CVR) of the existing THI measurement items and then to quantify the health risk behavior Were compared and analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the reliability of the health risk behavior scale of adolescents developed through the factor analysis was verified to derive measurement items such as general condition, respiratory, circulatory, digestive, mental health and other items. The reliability and validity of the developed health risk behavior scale were found to be fairly good. Through these studies, it will be possible to develop a preventive program that can reduce the risk of health related adolescents' youth, and to devise a strategy that can provide basic data for policy formulation.

This study starts with the question raised from the perspective of marriage migrant women's pregnancy, childbirth and childcare policies. In other words, the study starts with the basic perspective that policies concerning the childbirth and childcare of marriage migrant women should be looked at from both gender-specific as well as a multicultural-specific perspective. In this context, the study examines the policy issues concerning childbirth and childcare of marriage migrant women from these two different perspectives as well as focuses on the current statistical data of childbirth amongst marriage migrant women. Next, the study examines the childbirth and childcare policies for marriage migrant women and proposes improvements in future policy developments. According to the study results, it is revealed that although there has been an increase in policies regarding pregnancy, childbirth and childcare, there needs to be a new direction and policy improvements in four areas from a gender perspective. Next, the results of the study indicate as a minority group, childbirth and childcare policies for marriage migrant women should take into account the various cultural backgrounds and differences from the following multicultural perspective.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes and importance of welfare policies in Chungcheong Province using big data analysis technology in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and to propose stable welfare policies for all generations, including the socially underprivileged. Chungcheong-do policy-related big data is coded in Python, and stable government policies are proposed based on the results of visualization analysis. As a result of the study, the keywords of Chungcheong-do government policy were confirmed in the order of region, society, government and support, education, and women, and welfare policy should be strengthened with a focus on improving local health policy and social welfare. For future research direction, it will be necessary to compare overseas cases and make policy proposals on the stable impact of national welfare policies.
