This study investigated what web users share on a health website and how the demographic characteristics of users reflect health information sharing behavior. By using a content analysis method, this study analyzed 1,042 randomly chosen messages in the discussion board of a health website. The results revealed that the health website users emotionally supported other users, provided health information, and built relationships between them. Two third of the health website users shared his/her thoughts or feelings about ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) on the health website and one fourth of the health website users connected with others who had ALS. A half of the users actively provided information as a direct response to a question. No significant differences were discerned with regard to total posting frequency by age and gender effect. However, the male users in the 50s answered questions to others more actively and tried to manage their life better than the other age groups.

고혈압과 당뇨와 같은 만성질환은 장기적인 관리가 필요하다. 최근 주목받고 있는 폐쇄형 SNS 시스템 설계를 통해서 동일한 질병을 가지고 있는 그룹간의 커뮤니케이션을 활성화하여 자유로운 게시글을 통해서 환자 맞춤형 건강정보를 발굴하고 공유하는 시스템을 안드로이드 어플리케이션을 통해서 구현하였다. 본 서비스를 통해서 건강정보 공유 서비스 연구가 활성화될 것으로 기대한다.

최근의 CALS 시스템 구축 가속화 및 전자상거래 활성화 분위기는 정보기술의 전략적 활용의 초점을 개별기업 위주에서 기업간 협력체제 구축과 이를 바탕으로 하는 기업간 전자적 결합(Electronic Integration)으로 옮기고 있다. 우리는 정보기술의 공유를 기반으로 새로운 기업간의 관계를 구축할 수 있으며, 이러한 관계를 전략적으로 활용함으로써 기존 사업에서의 경쟁우위 뿐만 아니라, 새로운 사업기회를 창출할 수 있다. 관련기업간의 데이터 표준화를 통한 정보의 공유는 CALS 시스템 구축의 바탕이 된다고 할 수 있는데, 정보공유의 범위는 산업별 특성과 제품별 특성에 따라 달라질 수밖에 없으며, 관련기업간의 교섭력(Bargaining Power)에 의해서도 영향을 받게된다. CALS 환경에서는 개별기업의 정보전략에 따라 수직적 협력관계에 있는 기업들간의 정보공유 정도와 수평적 협력관계에 있는 기업들간의 정보공유 정도가 결정된다고 할 수 있다. 정보공유의 범위를 설정하는 데에는 기업간에 이루어지는 업무의 성격, 공급-제조-유통으로 연결되는 관련기업간의 구조 등도 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 CALS 시스템 구축과정에서 우리가 고려할 수 있는 정보공유의 범위를 관련업무공유, 시스템공유, 부품 설비공유, 시설공유 등의 관점에서 분석하여 봄으로써, 각 산업별로 진행되고 있는 시범사업들의 시스템 영역의 범위를 재조명해보고자 한다. 이 연구에서 집중적으로 다루게 될 정보공유의 범위에 대한 내용은 CALS 시스템을 개발하려는 기업들의 응용서비스 개발 및 정보전략 구축에 중요한 공헌을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.진" 사업에 대한 표준 설정을 위하여 노스캐롤라이나주 지방보건소의 "보건교육/건강증진" 표준체제를 예로 들었다. 다음으로, 경제적인 효율면에서 볼 때 "보건교육/건강증진" 사업에는 단기 혹은 장기 투자가치가 있는가 하는 것이다. 새로 태어나는 미국 지방 보건소의 "보건교육/건강증진" 활동은 지역 시민 및 그 단체가 광범위하고도 자연 다발적으로 참여할 때만 성공할 수 있다고 결론 지울 수 있다.한 분야별 전문가시스템 개발을 지양하고 MCRDR이론을 기반으로 한 범용성 있는 전문가시스템 개발 툴의 개발에 관한 연구를 소개한다. 후 새로운 지식을 얻는 반복적인 Explanation-based Data Mining Architecture를 제시하였다. 본 연구의 의의로는 데이타 마이닝을 통한 귀납적 지식생성에 있어 귀납적 오류의 발생을 고메인 지식을 통해 설명가능 함을 보임으로 검증하고 아울러 이러한 설명을 통해 연역적으로 새로운 가설지식을 생성시켜 이를 가설검증방식으로 검증함으로써 귀납적 접근과 연역적 접근의 통합 데이타 마이닝 접근을 제시하였다는데 있다.gical learning to give information necessary to improve the making. program and policy decision making, The objectives of the study are to develop the methodology of modeling the socioeconomic evaluation, and build up the practical socioeconomic evaluation model of the HAN projec

인터넷의 보급과 네트웍기술의 발달은 실생활과 사회 전반에 걸쳐 많은 변화를 가져오고 있고 시공간에 제작이 많았던 의료분야 역시 이러한 변화를 적극 수용하여 다양한 양질의 서비스를 제공하고자 노력하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 단순한 의료정보 제공 및 건강 상담 차원을 넘어 고혈압이나 당뇨 같이 지속적으로 의사 관찰이 필요한 만성질환의 진료를 지원하는 새로운 형태의 의료 사이트가 제시되어 있다. 환자 자신은 건강 상태를 스스로 관리하고 그 정보를 주치의와 공유함으로서 의사는 온라인 상에서도 환자를 항상 모니터링할 수 있고 특정 전문 분야에 관련된 회사들간 네트워크를 구현하여 새로운 의학 정보 공유 및 상호 컨설팅이 가능하고 공유된 전문 정보를 바탕으로 지역별로 환자가 의료혜택을 고르게 받을 수 있도록 유도하고 있다. 구축한 사이트는 전문적인 정보제공 이외에도 그래프가 포함된 전자차트 기능과 의사소통의 한계성을 극복하고 의료 상담의 정확성을 기하기 위한 동영상 게시판 등 멀티미디어 기능을 강화시켰다.

This study aims to provide basic information on how to secure competitiveness of companies from a practical point of view by examining how information sharing for companies' infection prevention and service quality improvement affects revisit intentions. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 341 visitors over the age of 19 who visited offline stores located in Busan and Gyeongnam were selected as study subjects. As a result of this study, it was found that consumers' perceived health beliefs, perceived disease infection probability, and perceived disease infection severity had a significant effect on revisit intention. In addition, it was found that the company's infection prevention information sharing and infection prevention customer management had a significant mediating effect on the relationship between perceived health beliefs and revisit intention. Based on these research results, the conclusion suggested that a company needs a series of management activities that can contribute to the sharing of information on infection prevention and customer management among members of the organization and achievement of business performance.

연구 데이터란 과학적 연구에서 사용된 일차 자료와 연구자에 의해 직접 작성된 연구의 결과로서 수치, 문자, 이미지, 음성 등의 사실적 기록을 의미한다. 이 연구의 주제 분야인 의학은 잠재적 가치와 활용 가능성이 높고 공익적 성격을 가지고 있는 학문 분야로 의학 연구 데이터의 종류와 관리의 필요성을 통해서 그 가치와 공유 의미를 찾아보고자 한다. 또한 연구 데이터의 대표적인 임상 시험 기록과 연구 논문의 발표와 공유 현황에 대해서도 살펴보고 그 안에서 도서관의 역할이 어떤 것인가를 짚어보고자 한다. 의학 연구 데이터는 환자 진료기록, 건강 검진 기록, 임상 기록, 사망 기록, 임상 시험 기록, 유전체 정보, 연구 논문 등 그 종류와 형태가 다양하며 대용량인 경우가 많다. 의학 연구는 개인 정보보호와 윤리적인 문제 등 연구 수행 과정에서 어려운 점이 많은 성격을 가지고 있으나 질병 치료나 예방 나아가 인류의 건강과 직접적으로 관련된 학문 분야로 의학 연구 데이터의 보존과 공개, 공유를 위한 관리는 큰 의미가 있다. 의학 연구 데이터관리는 새로운 연구의 밑받침이 될 뿐만 아니라 중 저개발 국가의 연구자들에게도 큰 기회를 부여하여 세계적인 의학 발전에 기여할 수 있다. 또한 임상 시험 결과에 대한 은폐와 거짓 연구 방지에도 의미가 있어 미국뿐만 아니라 전세계적으로 학술 연구 논문 발표에 사용된 데이터는 등록하도록 규정하고 있다. 임상 시험 등록으로 공인된 사이트는 NIH의 ClinicalTrials.gov, ICTRP의 Primary Registry 등이 있으며, 우리나라에도 질병관리본부 국립보건연구원에서 관리하는 CRIS 등이 있다. 의학 연구자들은 연구의 시작부터 연구 데이터를 수집, 사용, 보존, 공유의 문제를 고려해야 하나 시간적 물리적인 문제 등으로 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 이를 지원하는 서비스는 도서관에서도 관심이 높아지고 있는 분야로 Virginia Commonwealth 대학 도서관과 Emory 대학 도서관 등에서 시도되고 있다. 이 서비스는 연구 과정에서 사서의 지원이 가능한 새로운 기회로 연구자의 데이터관리를 위한 단계별 스토리를 조직하고 DMP 작성 지원 및 교육 등을 통해서 학술 커뮤니케이션에서 새로운 역할자로 자리잡을 수 있을 것이다.

u-헬스케어 서비스는 개인 의료 정보를 다루는 분야로서 단순한 건강 검진 및 치료의 수준을 넘어 생명과도 밀접한 관계가 있다. 개인 의료 정보 속성은 매우 민감하기 때문에 만약 개인 의료 정보가 불법적으로 노출되거나 악용될 경우 단순한 개인 프라이버시 침해뿐만 아니라 생명까지도 위협받을 수 있다. 이러한 이유로 안전한 개인 의료 정보 공유 및 인증방법이 가장 우선시 되어야 하며 보안성을 고려하여 u-헬스케어 시스템을 구축해야 한다. 또한 개인의 건강 정보에 대한 관리를 체계적으로 수행하여 의료 서비스기관에 의한 개인 의료 정보 남용을 방지하기 위해 보안 감사 시스템이 강화되어야 한다. 따라서 본고에서는 u-헬스케어 서비스와 관련된 다양한 보안 취약점 및 최신 정보보호 기술 동향에 관해 알아본다.

The remote healthcare monitoring system enables a doctor to diagnose and monitor patient's health problem from a distance. Previous researches have focused on key establishment method between a patient and a particular doctor to solve personal health information disclosure problem in data transmission process. However, when considering a misdiagnosis of doctor, the result of a diagnosis by a many doctors is more reliable. In previous work, in order to select multiple doctors, patient should generate shared key for each chosen doctor and perform many times encryptions. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a secure data transmission protocol for receiving diagnosis from multiple doctors using identity-based proxy re-encryption scheme. In proposed protocol, a patient don't need key management work for session key. Also, monitoring server performs re-encryption process on behalf of patient. So, we can reduce computational burden of patient in previous work.

This study examined the factors affecting the intention of the public to share electronic medical records(EMR) based on the theory of reasoned action and the privacy calculus model. It also investigated whether the purpose of EMR sharing varies depending on personal characteristics, such as the degree of interest in health and personal medical history. According to an online survey of 145 people, altruistic enjoyment, awareness of personal information protection, recognition of legal and institutional roles, and interest in health had a positive impact on the level of EMR sharing, and trust in hospitals positively adjusted the relationship between recognition of legal and institutional roles and sharing intentions. Accordingly, we confirmed that the public recognized the role of the government and hospitals in the sharing process as necessary. The public interest benefits of sharing are critical to activating public participation in the sharing of EMR, and it is also essential to prepare guidelines that legally guarantee the security and proper use of EMR.

현대 사회 생활의 변화는 맞벌이 가정의 증가, 인스턴트 식품의 증가, 과잉섭취 등을 가져왔고 이는 청소년의 비만을 빠르게 증가시켜 성인병의 가장 중요한 원인인 비만 치료에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있으며, 학생들은 하루 생활의 대부분을 학교에서 보내고 있는 만큼 비만학생에게는 지속적인 학교보건교육 및 지도를 통한 치료가 필요하며, 이를 위한 윕 기반 시스템을 제안한다. 그리고 학교 생활에서 일반학생들보다 더 많은 주의를 필요로 하는 요양호(건강이상) 학생들에 관한 정보를 가정, 특정수업시간 등에서 변화가 생길 때마다 실시간으로 입력하고 이 정보를 공유하여 요양호 학생들의 건강하고 안전한 학교생활을 위하여 본 시스템을 제안한다.
