In order to investigate the effects of subjective oral health status and health practice behavior on oral health-related self-efficacy in adults, a survey was conducted in adults living in Busan and analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 program. The better the subjective oral health status, brushing-related self-efficacy and oral health management self-efficacy were significantly higher. The better the health practice behavior, brushing-related self-efficacy and oral health management self-efficacy were significantly higher. The better the subjective oral health status, the more positively it affected oral health-related self-efficacy. The implementation of health practice behavior in order of exercise, health responsibility implementation, and smoking showed a positive effect on oral health-related self-efficacy. Therefore, we hope that the results of this study are used as fundamental data for development of continued oral health programs converging systemic and oral health and contribute to the promotion of comprehensive and oral health in adults.

본 연구는 지리정보시스템(GIS)과 지리적 가중 회귀(GWR)를 이용하여 건강 관련 삶의 질(HRQoL)의 사회인구학적 상관요인에 대한 공간분석을 시도한다. 관찰의 독립성과 오차의 동분산성을 가정하는 전통적 회귀분석과 달리, 지리적 가중 회귀분석은 속성정보뿐만 아니라 공간정보를 활용하는 공간분석 기법이다. 분석모형은 건강 관련 삶의 질을 종합적으로 측정하는 EQ-5D를 종속변수로 하고 지역의 사회인구학적 특성인 노령인구비율, 조이혼율, 병상수, 재정자주도를 독립변수로 하여 구성하였다. 종속변수는 질병관리본부에서 실시한 <지역사회건강조사>의 자료를 이용하였고, 독립변수는 통계청 온라인 DB에 수록된 지역별 자료를 이용하였다. 모형을 추정해 본 결과 전반적으로 사회적 특성보다는 노령인구비율이나 조이혼율과 같은 인구학적 특성이 건강 관련 삶의 질에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 공간적 변이를 고려하는 지역모형은 전역모형에서 드러나지 않았던 중요한 유형을 보여주는데, 노령인구비율 변수와 조이혼율 변수의 지역별 추정치를 지도상으로 살펴본 결과 변수들의 효과가 공간적 위치에 따라 차이를 보인다는 점이 확인되었다. 분석 결과는 또한 지리적 가중 회귀분석이 전통적 회귀분석에 비해 공간적 자기상관의 문제를 극복하고 모형의 부합도를 증가시킨다는 것을 보여준다.

This study purpose to identifying the roles of Health Information Librarian which its role is increasing according to increase recent interest in wellness and health. In other words, this study will present the Education, careen duties and so on, which should be possed by Health Information Librarian, based on the analysis of Job Site. As as result, first, health information professional librarian's name appears very diverse, and consumer health information librarian will be appropriate name for public libraries and medical librarian will be appropriate for medical library and hospital library. Second, education experience required for health information librarian is master's degree of library and information science and bachelor's or more health related degree. Third, at least two years of health-related field experience, particularly health information service experience, is required. Forth, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are required, expecially higher knowledge for health-related information resources is required. Fifth, the main duties what health information librarian need to perform, are library management services, training services, research services, access to and sharing of information resources, collection management, information management, information management technology, and advocacy.

Today, interest in health information has risen overall due to the aging society, increased public interest in the quality of life, and the increased state's interest in reducing medical costs. Accordingly, efforts have been made across the library and information science in terms of academic research, libraries in terms of providing health specialized services, and the state, yet policies and strategies for providing the health related information in an integrated and systematic manner through the libraries have not been proposed with clarity to date. Thus, this study aimed to propose a method to provide the health information in an integrated manner by the libraries through the previous studies, policy studies, and case studies. Consequently, it proposes to build a system to integrate the health information, build an overall database of the health related information, develop and operate a health specialized library program, operate a general support center for the health information service, and build a cooperative network among the related departments and institutions for the health information service. The details proposed by this study is likely to contribute to developing services for improving the health of the citizens of this country.

Recently, it is emerging in computing industry related ubiquitous. Also U-Healthcare system develops rapidly based on this trends. It is required system of health-status information to check user's health information on real-time and wireless network environment. Consequently, in this paper propose a health-Information system based on wireless and real-time environment. It can check a tremor pulse with method of photo-plethysmography. It convert pulse state information into 2-dimension bar code in order to confirm health information using mobile and also this system provide service of pulse visual record and explanation from specialist with MMS.

본 논문에서는 환자 맞춤형 모바일 건강 관리 시스템을 설계하기 위해 의료정보 표준과 XML을 조사 및 분석하고, 이를 토대로 병원과 연계되는 시스템을 고려하여 서비스 흐름도 도출 및 시스템 설계를 하였다. 특히, 병원에서 질환관련, 식이관련, 운동관련 데이터를 제공하고, EMR 통합 Gateway를 통해 환자 데이터를 전송 받는다. 개인건강정보 관리 모듈 과 임상정보 관리 모듈을 통해 HL7표준을 이용하여 환자 정보를 XML 형태로 교환 할 수 있으며, 이는 향후 다양한 응용 서비스에 유연하게 접목 시킬 수 있을 것이다.

Recent advances in wearable devices and quantified-self movement increase the number of personal informatics application that may cause an concern to health industry and user. In this light, the goal of this study is to identify more effective ways of design and evaluation of personal informatics application for self-tracking and delivering health information to users. For this goal, this study conducted areal-world study that processes such that user can assess, be aware of, and self-reflect on their data and behavior activity. In doing so, this study aims to determine the psychological effects of forms of health feedback (comparative vs. non-comparative) and presentation modes (text vs. image) on users' tendencies toward health conservation. Results from a between-subjects experiment revealed that health information in a comparative and textual format was more effective in encouraging health conservation in participants than identical information presented in a non-comparative and image format. In addition, participants' level of health consciousness emerged as a significant predictor. Through this analysis of quantitative data and inferences, this study make a number of contributions to the user affordance research and its methodology of health informatics study and designing personal informatics application that support user's behavior change in various contexts.

The purpose of this study is to revitalize library service by examining how public and medical libraries provide health and medical information services. For this purpose, we conducted a survey of the two library types, and the results are as follows. First, more than 50% of the questions public librarians were termed "immediate answer" questions, while more than 80% of the questions medical librarians receive take up to a few days' time to answer. Public librarians were more likely to comment on the limitations of their expertise and information resources as compared to the medical librarians. Second, public librarians use mainly medical journals and websites for answering users' requests. However, medical librarians used, in almost the same ratio, all types of information resources represented in the survey questions. Third, when asking about health/medical-related training contents for performing their tasks, public and medical librarians are highly interested in all information about all health-related issues. However, while medical librarians showed high interest in all subject areas, public librarians most preferred well-being related education topics such as Information on diet and nutrition, Information about exercise and fitness, and information on quitting smoking.
