The purpose of this article is to study on the strategy for Success in the Electronic Trade Transaction. The term "electronic trade" means all or part of any such trade as implemented by means of apparatus having the information processing capability, such as a computer, and networks of information and communications. The Internet brings people together from every country in the world. It reduces the distances between people in many ways. The predominant language on the Web is English, although sites in other language barrier is overcome, the technology exists for any business to conduct electronic commerce with any other business or consumer, anywhere in the world.

자본주의는 시장 경제를 토대로 하고 있다. 시장 경제는 주식시장이 핵심이며, 주식시장의 위험회피를 위한 파생시장은 결국 자본주의의 가장 근본적인 요소이다. 다양하고 복잡한 파생시장에서 시스템 트레이딩의 중요성은 나날이 커지고 있으며, 감정을 극복하고 전략적인 매매를 하기 위한 최선의 방법이기도하다. 한국의 시스템 트레이딩은 전통적인 TS와 최신기술로 탄생한 Multicharts가 있다. Multicharts는 틱 단위의 신호데이타를 분석하여 실시간 거래를 할 수 있는 뛰어난 시스템이지만 아직 스마트폰 에이전트가 없다. PC에서는 Multicharts의 모든 기능을 수행할 수 있지만 관리자가 어디에서나 상황을 체크하고 제어할 수 있다면 훨씬 효과적인 운용이 가능할 것이다. PC에 기록되는 신호정보와 거래정보를 스마트폰으로 확인하고, 전략 실행을 스마트폰에서 제어하는 것만 가능해도, 보다 여유롭고 효율적인 파생거래를 할 수 있다. 이를 위해 안드로이드 폰과 PC간의 보안 연결을 설정하고 데이터 동기화를 구축하며, 이벤트 처리를 구현했다. 그리고 다수의 샘플 전략을 이용하여 스마트폰 UI를 구성하고 이의 효율성을 테스트하였다.

In this paper, we introduce a new combinatorial auction mechanism - N-Bilateral Optimized Combinatorial Auction (N-BOCA). N-BOCA is a flexible iterative combinatorial auction model that offers optimized trading for multi-suppliers and multi-purchasers in the supply chain. We design the N-BOCA system from the perspectives of architecture, protocol, and trading strategy. Under the given N-BOCA architecture and protocol, auctioneers and bidders have diverse decision strategies f3r winner determination. This needs flexible modeling environments. Hence, we propose an optimization modeling agent for bid and auctioneer selection. The agent has the capability to automatic model formulation for Integer Programming modeling. Finally, we show the viability of N-BOCA through prototype and experiments. The results say both higher allocation efficiency and effectiveness compared with 1-to-N general combinatorial auction mechanisms.

This study is to present alternatives of strategical utilization of e-L/C in respective of transaction cost. Documentary credit is most used for trade importers' credit quality and the guarantee of the purchase price as the form of payment in export and import business dealings. The beneficiary must provide the documents required in a letter of credit in order to claim payment documents from the issuing bank, this leads to certain complexity during the procedure in practice, the preparation and the expenses of significant requirements and additional documents as well as in completing demands from the credit. In a result, there has been issues raised about the aspects of time and cost during the payment process. The outcome of such problems caused by delays in the existing trade procedure is the public to require the use of e-L/C in order to improve problems from the 'Transaction Cost' side. This study provides e-L/C's use to overcome the problems that are appearing from 'Transaction Cost' side as the aspect of time and the cost. In order to do so, we have to identify the problems in the original credit and e-L/C. Thus, provide the propose strategy of e-L/C from the Transaction Cost aspect.

본 연구에서는 인터넷 비즈니스를 통해 획득할 수 있는 수익을 규명하고, 사례조사를 통하여 거래유형별로 나타나는 수익구조의 차이를 제시한다. 거래의 유형에 따라 사례연구를 통해 수익구조를 살펴본 결과는 거래유형에 따라 수익구조가 서로 다르게 나타나고 있음을 보이고 있다. 이는 거래유형별로 수익원이 각기 다름을 의미하며 비즈니스 모델별로 적합한 수익구조를 구성할 수 있음을 의미한다. 그리고 수익구조를 구성하고 있는 수익들간의 관계를 분석함으로써 획득하고자 하는 수익과 그에 선행하여 획득하여야 하는 수익을 연결시켰다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 인터넷 비즈니스를 전개하고 있는 기업에서는 획득하고자 하는 수익과 그에 필요한 적절한 수익구조를 구성하는데 가이드라인으로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

As the interest in the combinatorial auction has increased, diverse combinatorial auction market types have been proposed. Although there have been several studies on the combinatorial auction design, the studies covered some factors or partial dimensions of combinatorial auction design. Given the potential practical value of combinatorial auctions, it is necessary to approach it with an integrated and systematic design methodology for supporting a comprehensive range of combinatorial auction models. Thus, we present a systematic framework for combinatorial auction design methodology. In particular, we classified the combinatorial auction architecture types, process types, and mechanism types. This framework characterizes the different combinatorial auction models, and lead to a useful taxonomy of the combinatorial auction design factors and taxonomy of the market types by coordination among the design factors. In addition, we illustrate an n-bilateral combinatorial auction market, derived from our design methodology, to show the viability of our study.
