The berthing/deberthing manoeuvring operation is the peculiar work owned to the marine pilot and the dock master. So, in the port or the shipyard, the berthing/deberthing manoeuvring operation requires considerable concentration and bears dangerousness. In that situation, a tug utilization is getting increased and the external forces have an effect on the own ship because of moving with low advance speed. In this study, we constructed the 2-dimensional virtual ship manoeuvring simulator system with which we can carry out the berthing/deberthing manoeuvring operation by using tugs in the external forces such as strong wind. And then, we propose the objective indexes by which the degree of manoeuvring difficulty evaluated. Using the present system, we carry out manoeuvring simulation experiment in order to grasp correlation between the objective indexes proposed here and the def{ree of manoeuvring difficulty felt by operator. Lastly, we discuss the evaluation technique of manoeuvring difficulty.

This study is to think a new arena of collective play culture at the university campus festival for digital generation used to be individually consuming play in cyberspace. While cyberia is virtual cultural space by providing gigantic platforms in which producers and consumers meet, this space has characterized as individuality and disembodiment, that is why recalling the collective play culture at the off-line. This article is to examine the characteristics and meaning of the recent campus festivals during the history of Korean college festivals, and to analyze proposals of play-contents applied by various theories. The 2016-7' proposals include several kind of board game and experimental theatre sublimed philosophical reflection, which shows a kind of attempt to escape from the cultural industrial logic, however they are characterized by Ilinx(drinking culture) and Alea(board game) emphasized more than Agon, and Mimicry combined with paidia rule strongly. Under the neoliberalism, college students' gloomy reality is represented emasculating of the structure of competitions in the context of an unreal world and Mimicry of experience stay in front of the limen before entering the embodiment.

Purpose : Lots of congenital anomalies of urinary tract including hydronephrosis are detected in fetus and neworn by popular use of prenatal ultrasonography. But there are little data available in Korea about natural course of hydronephrosis diagnosed antenatally by ultrasonography. So we intended to help management of these patients by analizing the follow up data of the neonates with hydronephrosis diagnosed antenatally. Methods : We evaluated 22 patients with neonatal hydronephrosis(33 renal units) who were diagnosed prenatally and confirmed postnatally. Especially patients with suspected ureteropelvic junction obstruction were followed regulary with renal ultrasonography and diuretic renography for 8-24 months. Results : 1) The etiologies of neonatal hydronephrosis diagnosed prenatally were suspected ureteropelvic junction obstruction($69.9\%$), vesicoureteral reflux($15.1\%$), primary megaureter($3.0\%$), double ureter with ureterocele($3.0\%$), ureteral stricture($3.0\%$), multicystic dysplastic kidney(3.0$\%$), and ureterovesical junction obstruction(3.0$\%$). 2) The follow up results of 23 renal units of suspected ureteropelvic junction obsruction: Except 4 renal units with palpable abdominal mass, of the remained 19 renal units, 14 units($73.6\%$) were improved spontaneously, 3 units($15.7\%$) remained stable, only2 units($10.5\%$) were aggravated. Conclusion : We concluded that in most cases of hydronephrosis there is no need for immediate surgery, and that nonoperative approach, using serial ultrasonography and diuretic renogram, is safe management of neonatal hydronephrosis diagnosed anteratally.

본 연구는 필자가 미국 Oregon 주의 수산업사를 조사하던 중 1940년대부터 시작된 미국으로 이민 한 중국인들이 미국 서부 수산업에 미친 영향이 거대하다는 것을 발견하고, 이에 관련된 문헌을 찾아 최초 미국 서부(특히, California 주)에 이민하기 시작했던 중국 이민자들이 미국에서 수산업 활동을 시작한 배경과 그에 따른 영향 등을 살펴본 것이다. 중국인이 미국에 이민하기 시작한 배경은 두 가지가 있다. 하나는 국내적인 요인으로서 중국에서의 경제적 빈곤과 정치적 핍박이었고, 다른 하나는 국외적인 요인으로서 금캐기가 가능하다는 소식 등 미국 생활에 대한 동경이었다. 중국인의 미국 이민사에서 독특한 점의 하나는 중국 남부지 방에 위치한 광동성 지방민들이 절대적인 비중(90% 이상)을 차지하고 있다는 것이다. 가장 큰 이유는 광동성은 일찌기 외국문물이 드나드는 곳이어서 인근 광동성 지방민들은 다른 지방민보다 외국소식을 쉽게 접할 수 있었기 때 문이었다. 미국에 도착한 광동성 지방민들은 쉽게 직업을 구할수 없는 처지이 되자 그들이 익숙하게 알고 있는 바다생활에 뛰어들었고, 마침내는 미국 서부에서 진취적인 어업인이 되었다. 따라서 서부에서 최초의 상업적 어업인이 되었으며, 미국 서부에서 시작한 중국인의 수산업은 점차 다른 주로 퍼져 나갔다는 기록은 중국인이 미국 전역에서 최초의 상업적 어업인이었음을 알게 한다. 최초의 중국인 어촌은 1854년 San Francisco의 Rincon Point에 세워졌으며, 25척의 어선과 150여명의 주민이 살았다. 그들이 사용한 어구ㆍ어업은 통발, 정치망, 선망, 낚시, 연승 등이었으며, 중국풍의 어선과 어구를 직접 만들어 새우, 철갑상어, 대구, 우럭, 넙치, 게, 가재, 전복 등을 어획했다. 1888년에는 San Francisco 전역에 20개의 어촌이 형성되었고, 2천여명의 어업종사자가 있었다. 1900년부터는 점차 그 수가 줄기 시작하였다. 가장 크고 오래 지속된 어업은 새우어업은 1860년대부터 1940년 중반까지 계속되었으며, 이 어업에 의해 새우가 인근 지역의 보편적인 식품으로 자리하게 되었다. 인디언에 의해 단순한 장식품으로 사용되던 전복은 중국인에 의해 그 맛이 알려지게 되었고, 유럽이나 미국 동부로 팔려 나갔다. 상어 또한 중국인에 의해 먹기 시작하였으며, 내장에서 뺀 기름이 사용되기 시작하였다. 게를 잡기 위한 통발과 시장형성으로 San Francisco부두의 많은 부분이 차지되었다. 1880년대부터 시작된 해조류의 채취는 처음에는 인디언들에 의해 시작되었으나, 곧 중국인들에 의해 본격화되었다. 광동성 지방민들의 초속식품의 하나인 오징어를 잡기 위해 중국인들은 배를 만들어 야간에 횃불을 밝혔다. 오징어는 곧 San Francisco 주민은 물론 태평양 연안주와 미국 전역에 있는 중국식당에서 수요가 지속되었다. 중국인들은 1849년부터 연어를 상업적으로 잡기 시작하였으며, Washington주에서 시작되어 Oregon, British Columbia, Alaska로 퍼진 통조림 공장은 주로 중국인의 노동력에 의해 운영되었다. 위와 같이 중국인들이 미국 수산업 분야에서 크게 활동하자 미국인들은 그들의 수산업 활동을 제재 또는 통제하고자 일정한 납세를 명시한 각종 법률, 특히 The Chinese Exclusion Act 등을 제정하였다. 미국 서부에서 중국인의 수산업은 미국인의 법적 제재, 중국인의 다른 직업으로의 이직 등으로 1940년대를 끝으로 막을 내렸다.

Purpose : The most important management of congenital hydronephrosis consists of the early diagnosis and evaluation of the pathologic abnormalities of congenital hydronephrosis. This study was conducted to investigate the different causes of hydronephrosis and its clinical outcome. Methods : 54 live neonates who were hospitalized and diagnosed with congenital hydronephrosis at Chungnam National University Hospital from Aug. 1998 to Aug. 2003 were retrospectively analyzed. Results : Hydronephrosis(renal pelvic AP diameter $gt;5 mm) was postnatally detected in 54 cases(2.1%) among 2,539 neonates who were hospitalized from Aug. 1998 to Aug. 2003. There were three times more males than females. Additional imaging studies revealed that ureteropelvic junction obstruction was the most common postnatal diagnosis(48.7%), followed by multicystic dysplastic kidney, vesicoureteral reflux and duplication kidney with ureterocele. Spontaneous regression of hydronephrosis was revealed in 25 renal units(75.8% ) of mild hydronephrosis, 14 renal units of moderate hydronephrosis and 1 renal unit of severe hydronephrosis. Operative correction were carried out in 14 renal units(70%) of severe hydronephrosls. Conclusion : The most common established cause of congenital hydronephrosis in this study was ureteropelvic junction obstruction. There are many cases of spontaneous regression in mild to moderate congenital hydronephrosis. Urinary tract infections occur in many neonates with hydronephrosis. Therefore, early detection and evaluation of congenital hydronephrosis and continuous follow-up at regular intervals are necessary for conservation of renal function. In the capitalized Joseon Dynasty under the Japanese colonial rule, most Gisaengs (female entertainers) were waiting for men who would save them from financial distress, but others chose to seize the opportunity imposed by the modern times and capitalization to transform their lives. Socialist Jung Chil-sung was one of those who utilized such opportunity to transform themselves through political awakening. The political awakening of Chung Chil-sung was the result of two factors-the historical occasion of the March $1^{st}$ movement and her personal labor experience as Gisaeng. The March $1^{st}$ movement was not only a colossal political incident externally manifested in nationalism and but also an occasion which educed the microscopic anger of a woman named Chung Chil-sung. In the early capitalist society, women with jobs were forced to play not only vocational tasks but also to subject themselves to emotional roles of being obedient and generous. In other words, those early career women suffered feelings such as anger, shame and humiliation, when they were defenselessly exposed to gender hierarchy and gender power in the public sphere. As shown in the case of Chung Chil-sung, these emotions led to a certain political awakening. The political awakening through the labor experience and emotional problems was the fact that helped Chung Chil-sung have a concrete and realistic understanding about the issue of women's economic dependence unlike other female socialists. But, although socialism was relatively the most appropriate language to explain Chung Chil-sung's experience, what she experienced contained several elements that cannot be explained by the elite socialist language. Therefore, her life paradoxically proved the need of lower-class women's lives to be divided and registered as a new emotion and to be politically visualized.

Phenylketonuria is the most prevalent disorder caused by an inborn error in aminoacid metabolism. It results from mutations in the phenylalanine hydroxylase (PAH) gene. If untreated or late treated, results in profound and irreversible mental disability. Newborn screening test identify patients with phenylketouria. The early initiation of a phenylalanine restricted diet very soon prevents most of the neuropsychiatric complications. However, the diet therapy is difficult to maintain and compliance is poor, especially in adolescents and adulthood. Since 2015, American Medical College of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ACMG) recommended more strong restrictive diet therapy for target blood level of phenylalanine (<360 umol/L). For over four decades the only treatment was a very restrictive low phenylalanine diet. This changed in 2007 with the approval of cofactor therapy (Tetrahydrobiopterin, BH4) which is effective in up to 30% of patients. Data from controlled clinical trials with sapropterin dihydrochloride indicate a similar occurrence of all-cause adverse events with this treatment and placebo. Large neutral aminoacids (LNAA) competes with phenylalanine for transport across the blood-brain-barrier and have a beneficial effect on executive functioning. A new therapy has just been approved that can be effective in most patients with PAH deficiency regardless of their degree of enzyme deficiency or the severity of their phenotype. Phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL-PEG) was approved in the USA by FDA in May of 2018 for adult patients with uncontrolled blood phenylalanine concentrations on current treatment. Nucleic acid therapy (therapeutic mRNA or gene therapy) is likely to provide longer term solutions with few side effects.

Nog-Moon Yim Seong-Joo(녹문 임성주) is a philosopher of late Choseon Dynasty of the 18th Century. He concluded that the debates between the school of Ho and that of Rack originated from the seclusion of Li(理) and Ki(氣), and theorized the new Li and Ki theory according to his own perspective. The prime point of Nog-Moon's Philosophy is said to be Li-Ki dongshil(理氣同實), Mind and Nature ilchi(心性一致) ; he proves his prime potints based on his pure and clean Ki substance. Thus Li-Ki is reduced to monism from dualism, and Mind-Nature(心 性) is reduced to mind. Since the basis of the existence of Mind is Ki(氣), Nog-moon's theory of Substance is concluded to be Ki-monism. Nog-Moon presents his great philosophy of Ki monism suggested by Jeong Myeong-Do's monistic methodology; he explains the universality of Substance and the diversity of Phenomenon with the logical structure of ilwonbunsu(一原分殊). The characteristics of Nog-Moon's philosophy is that ilwon(一原) and bunsu(分殊) are bonnyeon(本然) identical, which means Substance and Function(體用) are identical, or bonmalilchi(本末一致). It means Mind and Nature are bonnyeon(本然) identical, Ki and Mind and Nature are identical. With the expression of seongrihak (性理學) Gijil(氣質) is not different from bonnyeon(本然). Therefore 1 define the philosophy of Nog-Moon had been built on the context of a sage.

As can be seen in 『Frankenstein』 story, the progenitor of science fictions, the mankind have imagined beings similar to humen or post-human who are another human being for a long time. deals with the unusual subject matter of a space scavenger and a space janitor, and the main character is a robot that very familiar with human. is the story of a man who lives for a limited life protects and accompanies a clone named Seobok who was created as a test subject. This film deals with the philosophical themes like death and eternal life through the existential concerns of two characters. use Korean Shinpa -Korean specific senimental code-sentiment on narrative, and has the character of a road movie set in Korea's geographical space.

This paper examines the ways in which Hollywood feature films produced and widely circulated with the establishment of the studio system was consumed in the ethnically segregated Korean movie theaters in Kyǒngsǒng in the 1920s. Focusing on how those theaters appropriated what Hollywood represented, this paper has three objectives. First, from a historical and economic perspective, I will historicize the emergence of so-called prestige pictures and how movies became a branded product in that process. Second, I will also loot at how Chosǒn Theater, one of the earliest movie theaters in the Korean-resident area in Kyǒngsǒng who sought to be a prestigious movie palace actively exploited Hollywood brand, by foregrounding its Paramount connection, in particular. Lastly, through a close reading of weekly programmes and handbills, I will examine how these promotional print materials, as an intermediating medium, helped to supplement the audiences' viewing of Hollywood movies while creating loyal audiences.
