地下鐵 電動車 構造强度에 관한 硏究 -第1報 이론적해석-

  • 최근년의 철도차량의 동향을 살펴보면, 고속경량화와 더불어 차체강도 및 진동특성 등이 중요 시됨에 따라 안전운행을 위하여 제작된 차량의 실제강도가 설계치의 허용범위내에 있어야 하 므로, 우리나라에서도 차량안전성차량을 위하여 전기제한 스트레인 게이지를 이용한 능력해석을 개발하여 성능평가에 도입할 수 있게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 선진외국과 같은 방식의 스트레인 게이지 법을 사용하여 전동객차의 차체 및 대동수 측정에는 가속도계와 스트레인 게이지를 transducer 로 사용하여 진동특성을 기록 및 분석하고, 안정성을 평가하였다.

  • 선행연구와 사례조사를 통해 안동시 철도 폐선부지의 활용 방안을 분석한 결과 실개천 조성, 철도의 역사와 문화를 체험할 수 있는 철도 역사박물관, 철도폐선을 활용한 레저시설, 철도 객차를 활용한 호텔 및 편의시설, 기존 역사를 활용한 쇼핑몰, 임청각 복원, 어린이 기차공원 등 복합문화공간으로 조성하는 것이 가장 바람직하다는 결론을 도출 하였다.

  • In the design of the high-speed railway vehicles of low noise and vibration characteristics, it is desirable to develop efficient and systematic procedures for analyzing large structures. In this paper, some finite-element modelling techniques and an efficient analytical method are proposed for this purpose. The analytical method is based on substructuring approach such as a free-interface method and a generalized synthesis algorithm. In final, the proposed approaches are applied to the finite-element modelling, modal analysis and subsequent model updating procedures of the high-speed railway intermediate trailers.

  • We actually installed antibacterial air filter on the air intake route to air conditioner in passenger car and evaluated filters performance on antibacterial effect. And also, antibacterial effect was observed at whole are of filter media by zone of inhibition test. In the evaluation of antibacterial test, it was shown that the air filter has notably sufficient antibacterial efficiency against ordinary filter.

  • This Paper describes the evaluation methods and criteria used to verify running Performance of railway vehicle, and shows results of vehicle dynamics simulation and running performance tests for New Mugunghwa Coaches that were designed and manufactured by DHI in 1997. Through running performance test of New Mugunghwa Coaches, Vibration, Ride Comfort were measured on the condition of service operation. As a results, each simulation and test results meet the criteria proposed by Korean National Railroad(KNR) and Korea Railroad Research Institute(KRRI).

  • 본 논문은 Grafcet[1]을 이용하여 고속전철 승강문 제어를 실행하기 위한 운영 모드에 대해 논의한다. 고속전철에 사용하는 승강문 제어 관련 동작 상태의 정의 및 제어 조건[2]을 인용하여 승강문 제어를 위한 기본 사양 및 운영자 요구사양을 정의한 다음, 열차편성을 1개의 동력차와 4개의 객차로 가정한 후, 이에 대한 승강문 운영 모드 관련 순차 프로그램을 Grafcet 을 이용하여 구성하였다.

  • In this study, we have analyzed the optimum control of wheel for coach car in maintenance process to grasp the problem relating to this coach's wheel exchanged. So, these problems brought about decrement maintenance cost. This study were deliberated to solve problems concerning maintenance process of wheel exchanged and wheel specification in rolling stock workshops of KNR. Here, we describe some results.

  • Passengers are much interested in ineroir noise caused speed-up and mass reduction of railway vehicles. Generally, the major noise source for passenger cars are rolling noise and aerodynamic noise. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the noise level and to analyze the noise sources for domestic and KTX trains. We also measured the interior noise and the rolling noise for passenger cars. In result, the noise level is below 65dBA for Seamaeul coachs, and below 66dBA for KTX coachs.

  • In this study we have studied running stability, safety and passenger comfort of the Chinese first class passenger car made by our company and CCRW. A fine analysis model of 72 d.o.f. was constructed for simulating dynamic behavior of the car on straight and curved tracks having irregularity configurations. We have calculated the various characteristic values such as critical speed, lateral force, derailment ratio, wheel unloading ratio and passenger comfort index, then evaluated them by comparing with reference values.

  • This study was carried out about interior design of trailer car for Korean High speed Train of Maximum operating speed of 350km/h. The interior main item design of high speed train is performed in order to satisfy the function of speed, safety and comfort concerning the RAMSH, ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITY AND INFORMATION, This paper focuses on what is the design principle concerning the above mentioned factors and how did we apply that in the korea high speed train.
