The present study was to examine the relationship among work-family conflict, anger regulation, and organizational commitment. Four-hundred and eighty-seven workers completed the instruments assessing work-family conflict, anger regulation, and organizational commitment. The results showed that work-family conflict was negatively related to organizational commitment, but not significantly linked to anger regulation, and anger regulation was positively related to organizational commitment. It might be possible to address clearly the relationship among work-family conflict, anger regulation, and organizational commitment, especially the mediation effect of anger regulation, using a large sample.

On rationale for government intervention is the failure of competition in the market. Health care markets are characterized by such unique aspects as information asymmetry, prevalence of insurance, and cost-increasing competition based on the adoption of costly medical technology. Therefore, government policy to guarantee a sufficient number of providers in markets may not lead to socially beneficisal outcomes such as higher quantity and lower price. This paper examines the unique nature of health services and its implications for competition, the evidence that competition may not reduce health care ex[enditures, and policy tools that government can use to encourage competition which contributes to supporting a sustainable health care system.

The purpose of this paper is to explore a cinematographic approach in interactive storytelling on the film . The film contains an allegory of the Genesis myth and the origins of sin. However the narrative cannot firmly construct without spectators' intervention. The narrative of this film is generated not deterministic but interactive and emergent. In this study, I analyze key interfaces, which encourage spectators' participations which cause the effects of interactive storytelling. These study results will contribute to broaden the horizontal level to film as interactive storytelling.

Although there is a little concern about wife beating, the problem is in very serious level in Korean families. The purposes of this study are (l)to estimate the incidence of spousal abuse in Korean families; (2)to examine the influences of social class factors on spousal abuse. The results show that almost lout of 3 husbands in Korean families carried out 1 or more physical violence acts against their wives during the last year and that some social class factors have statistically significant relationship with wife abuse in korean families. The study also found that age, education, and job status are significantly related with minor husband-ta-wife violence and that job status, blue collar husband, is significantly associated with severe husband-ta-wife violence. However, except for job status, no other social factors are associated with severe husband-to-wife violence.

This study examined the causal relationship of between stressors and depression using the wave 1~4 of Korean Welfare Panel Study by social stress theory. According to the result, the level of depression and depressed group was decreased in the course of time. As a panel regression analysis, Factors affecting the reduction of depression was upward of the income hierarchy, increase the satisfaction of family and social relationships, and residential satisfaction. Based on the results, the author suggested that social work policies and intervention direction should decrease social stress factors with causality to depression of the men in baby boom generation.

This study examined the effects of depression by household's economic factors with income levels using the wave 1, 2 of Korean Welfare Panel Study. As a result, changes in income satisfaction have significant effects on depression levels. In non-poor households, the income and comsumption expenditure have effects on depression levels. But poor households do not have any effects. Among the control variables, age, marital status, and education level are influential factors on the depression levels. Based on the results, the author was able to recognize the economic factors in household that influnce the depression levels. and The policy directios for household's economic support were discussed.

This study investigates major contributing factors that determine the marital stability among the disabled women in South Korea. Data collected from 124 women with disabilities were analyzed for this purpose. Multiple regression analysis was used to explore the determinants of the marital instability among the participants. The multiple regression analysis revealed that age, welfare receipt, health condition, depression, marital intimacy, marital satisfaction, marital conflicts and drinking problems were statistically significant predictors to the extent of marital stability among the disabled women in the total model. Based on the study results, several implications such as development of programs to improve marital stability of women with disabilities were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to examine variation and result of welfare bureaucrats' discretion. To achieve this research purpose, ten welfare bureaucrats participated depth interview. The major findings of this study are as follows. welfare bureaucrats exercised high degree of discretion in the process of implementing public welfare programs. As a result they influenced recipient selection process and the recipients' allowance level. These results suggest that welfare bureaucrats' professional accountability is as important as public welfare programs' institutional standardizations and monitoring to approve the quality of public welfare service. And limitations and implications of this study were discussed with respect to further studies.

본 연구에서는 내배수시설 기준 배수구역 경계 재설정 기법을 제안하고자 한다. 내배수시설 경계 재설정 기법이란 경계 재설정에 따른 침수저감 효과를 보다 명확히 나타냄으로써 시스템의 유출량 분산을 통한 침수발생 저감을 목적으로 한다. 기존의 유역 경계 설정이 설계자의 임의성이 개입되어지는 것에 비하여 침수저감 이라는 구체적이고 객관적인 판단 근거에 유역 경계를 설정하는 판단기준을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 내수침수에 대한 피해 저감을 목표로 하며, 개선된 내배수시스템 구성을 바탕으로 경계 재설정 기법을 실유역에 적용하였다. 경계 재설정을 통한 침수 저감효과 검토는 지리적으로 연속된 인접한 내배수시설 유역을 대상으로 한 기법에 해당하며, 해당 유역간의 효율적인 내배수시설 운영을 포함한 분석을 통해 내수배제 능력을 확보하도록 하는데 의미가 있다. 즉, 빗물펌프장을 이용한 펌프 조기가동 효과를 토대로 침수저감 효과를 검토하고 소화하지 못하는 유출량에 따른 월류발생을 저감하기 위한 경계 재설정 기법에 해당한다. 향후 최적화 기법을 해당 기법에 적용하기 위한 다양한 분석 결과들을 바탕으로 내배수시설 경계 재설정 모형 개발을 위한 사전 검토단계에 해당한다.

Researchers will be directly engaged to the research data-process with Cloud Computing Data-Infra, which is considered as a Nation-wide R&D Data Projects. The purpose of this paper is to diagnose researcher's cognition of research framework and to provide some guidance of finding a new meaning of the structural requirements of resarch record.
