Cognitive Flexibility Promotes Creativity for Securely (but not Fearfully) Attached People (애착유형과 창의성을 높이는 인지적 경로 간의 상호작용 연구)

  • As creativity is a crucial attribute for companies' survival and innovative success, many firms encourage and implement ways to promote employee creativity. Previous studies in the dual pathway to creativity model have shown that creativity can be enhanced when either the cognitive flexibility or cognitive persistence path is triggered. Although individuals have different personal traits, prior research has rarely investigated whether one pathway is more effective for a certain personality in promoting creativity than the other. Using attachment theory, we examined the influence of attachment style on the degree of the impact of each path on creativity. Specifically, we hypothesized that securely attached people would show higher creativity only when they use the cognitive flexibility path. Data from the US support our hypothesis. Our research highlights that the link between cognitive flexibility and creativity is salient when securely attached people use the cognitive flexibility path because of the strong fit between secure attachment and flexible thinking.

  • 주어진 셀이나 조직에 발현된 단백질 프로파일의 구조적인 분석을 다루는 단백질체학(Proteomics) 연구에 있어서, 질병에 대한 마커 단백질(marker proteins)을 도출(identification)하는 것은 핵심 논점 중 하나이다. 수십 개의 샘플로부터 추출한 셀이나 조직 내에는 수많은 단백질이 포함되어 있으며, 존재하는 단백질의 질병에 의한 발현량(expression level) 변화 및 임상 특성에 의한 영향을 분석하기 위해서 데이터베이스와 데이터 마이닝 기술의 활용이 효과적이다. 본 논문에서는 질병 일 임상 특성에 따른 단백질의 발현량 변화를 분석하기 위한 OLAP 데이터 큐브(Data cube)의 응용 방법과 단백질 데이터의 분석에 적합한 척도(measure)를 제안하고, 유효성을 보인다.

A Study on the Effect of Person-Job Fit and Organizational Justice Recognition on the Job Competency of Small and Medium Enterprises Workers (중소기업 종사자들의 직무 적합성과 조직 공정성 인식이 직무역량에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • Despite decades of work experience, workers at small- and medium-sized enterprises(SME) here have yet to make inroads into the self-employed sector that utilizes the job competency they have accumulated at work after retirement. Unlike large companies, SME do not have a proper system for improving the long-term job competency of their employees as they focus on their immediate performance. It is necessary to analyse the independent variables affecting the job competency of employees of SME to derive practical implications for the personnel of SME. In the preceding studies, there are independent variable analyses that affect job competency in specialized industries, such as health care, public officials and IT, but the analysis of workers at SME is insufficient. This study set the person-job fit and organizational justice based on the prior studies of the independent variables that affect the job competency of SME general workers as a dependent variable. The sub-variables of each variable derived knowledge, skills, experience, and desire for person-job fit, and distribution, procedural and deployment justice for organizational justice, respectively. The survey of employees of SME in Korea was conducted from February to March 2019 by Likert 5 scales, and the survey was retrieved from 323 people and analyzed in a demonstration using the SPSS and AMOS statistics package. Among the four sub-independent variables of person-job fit, knowledge, skills and experience were shown to have a significant impact on the job competency, and desire was not shown to be so. Among the three sub-independent variables of organizational justice, deployment justice has a significant impact on job competency, but distribution and procedural justices have not. Personnel managers of SME need to improve the job competency of their employees by appropriately utilizing independent variables such as knowledge, skills, experience and deployment at each stage, including recruitment, deployment, and promotion. Future job competency modeling studies are needed to overcome the limitations of this study, which fails to objectively measure job competency.

Reliability and Validity of the Korean Version of Job Embeddedness for Measurement Tool of Dental Hygienist (치과위생사의 한국어판 직무착근도 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate a reliability and validity of the Korean version for measuring tool the job embeddedness of dental hygienists. The survey was modified and revised to fit into Korean culture. A survey was conducted with 274 dental hygienists in dental clinics. The data was used for the analysis of the study, using PASW Statistics 18.0 and IBM SPSS AMOS 7.0. The factor analysis showed that the job embeddedness of the dental hygienists was composed of three elements, namely 'organization fit', 'job connectivity', and 'personnel relationships'. The validity of the model examined by a confirmatory factor analysis satisfied most of the relevant requirements. All of the factors had the conceptual reliability and variant extracted index above the minimum requirements, ensuring reliability and concentrated validity. The Cronbach's alpha shows a good reliability. In conclusion, it was proven that dental hygienist's job embeddedness measurement tool has high validity and reliability. Further, this study could be used to improve dental hygienist's long term working, and the growth stage of dental clinic.

The Effect of Person-Environment Fit on Organization Attractiveness, Commitment, and Job Satisfaction in TV Home Shopping Companies (TV 홈쇼핑업체에서 개인-환경 적합성이 조직 매력성, 몰입 및 직무 만족에 미치는 영향)

  • This study analyzes how the person-environment fit on organization attractiveness, commitment, and job satisfaction in TV home shopping companies. The survey was conducted from May 3 to 31 in 2010, and 350 responses were used in the data analysis. The statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results show that person-environment fit of TV home shopping companies is composed of person-job fit, person-supervisor fit, and person-organization fit. The person-job fit, person-supervisor fit, and person-organization fit of TV home shopping companies influence the organization attractiveness and commitment. The organization attractiveness and commitment affect the job satisfaction in TV home shopping companies.

  • 회계정보시스템의 성공적 실행에 대한 실증적 연구가 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구의 목적은 상황요인과 회계정보시스템의 개발방식 및 정보특성간의 적합관계가 성과에 미치는 영향을 검정하여 우리나라 기업실정에 맞는 회계업무전산화 방안 모색에 기여하는 것이다. 연구방법은 우리나라 제조업(85개 기업의 전산실 책임자와 212개 시스템 사용자)을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 수집한 자료에 의한 실증적 연구이다. 연구결과 첫째, 우리나라 기업의 회계정보시스템은 재무회계 중심으로 구축되었고, 정보시스템 재발 방식은 자체개발방식을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직규모가 크거나 환경이 불확실할수록 진화적 방식을 택하면 회계정보시스템의 성과를 높인다. 부분적으로 상황요인과 산출정보 특성간의 적합도가 높을수록 회계정보시스템의 성과를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 회계정보시스템 실행 전반에 관련된 연구를 위한 가설도출 및 상황이론 재발에 기여할 것이다.

Effect of Fitness between Organizational Innovation and HRM Type on Performance (조직의 혁신방향과 인적자원관리의 기능별 전략 간의 적합성이 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper examines effect of fitness between innovation and HRM type on firm performance(quality competitiveness, operating profit). Data were extracted from the Korea Labor Institute's workplace panel survey(WPS) from 2015, and the analysis used 3,431 companies. To test the research model, analysis of variance(ANOVA). The model shows that full-innovation/commitment HRM type companies were significantly higher quality competitiveness, and operating profit than other companies. And low-level innovation/control HRM type companies were significantly lower quality competitiveness and operating profit than other companies.

Organizational Personality Type and Citizenship Behaviors Perceived by Public Health Center Workers in Chonnam Province, Korea (전남지역 보건소 직원이 인지하는 조직성격유형과 조직시민행동)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to assess organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs) and organizational personality types (OPT) perceived by public health center workers and to analyze differences in perceptions according to organizational characteristics. Methods: The subjects of this study were workers at 12 of the 22 public health centers in Chonnam Province, South Korea. To measure organizational characteristics, we employed the OPT Index and OCBs Index. Data were collected for one month, from 15 September to 14 October 2009. Data for 422 workers were used in the final analysis. Descriptive statistics and t?tests were performed as appropriate, utilizing SPSS/WIN 14. Results: Among 16 types of OPT, ESTJ, ISTJ and ESTP were the most prevalent for the 12 public health centers. The average weight of OCBs was 4.77, and courtesy and civic virtue held the first and the second ranks among OCBs, respectively. Statistically significant differences between types of OPT were detected, in that T type was gender (p=.007) while J type was age (p=.010), education (p=.043) and career (p=.000). Statistically significant differences between OCBs were found in age, education and career. Conclusion: Public health centers should have programs to innovate OPT and to improve OCB. The development of such programs should consider characteristics of public health center workers such as age, gender, education and career.

  • The second research of "a study of the evaluation indicators in Korean public libraries" had as its major objective the identification of indicators and broad dimensions of public library effectiveness in Korea. The managers and librarians of the 175 public libraries in the sample were asked to rate the performance of their libraries. Factor analysis was used to derive 11 dimensions of effectiveness.   • 본 연구는 컨조인트 분석기법을 이용하여 의자의 물리적 적합도를 분석, 평가하여 사용자가 선호하는 최적의 의자를 제시하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 컨조인트 분석기법은 Marketing 분야에서 주로 많이 쓰여온 분석 방법으로서 제품의 중요한 속성들을 찾아내어 다양한 종류의 제품들에 대한 고객의 선호도를 분석하는 방법이다. 이러한 컨조인트 분석기법은 제품개발과 평가의 측면에서 매우 큰 가능성이 있음에도 불구하고 마켓팅 이외의 분야에서는 거의 적용되자 않고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 의자의 물리적 적합성 연구에 이 컨조인트 분석을 이용하여 그 적용의 가능성을 알아보고자 하였다. 또한 이러한 적합성 연구에 컨조인트 분석기법이 타당한 분석기법인지 비교하기 위해 분산분석의 기법도 병행하여 실시하였다. 문헌 조사와 전문가 의견 수렴을 통하여 선행연구에서 추출된 의자의 물리적 적합도 요소인 안정성, 여유성, 적합성, 안락성등 4개의 적합도 요소를 채택하여 종속변수로 사용하였다. 또한 의자 자체의 설계 요소에 해당하는 휴먼인터페이스 요소(HIE)는 높이 조절 여부, 팔걸이 유무, Tilting 유무의 3가지 속성을 선택하여 독립변수로 사용하였다. 분석에 사용된 의자는 각 속성을 특징적으로 대표하는 8개의 의자들로서 구성하였고 63명의 피험자를 사용하여 실험하였다. 분석의 결과는 안정성에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 속성은 높이조절(HC)로서 남자와 여자 모두 높이조절 기능이 없을 때 안정성을 느낀다는 결과가 나왔다. 여유성에 영향을 주는 가장 큰 요인은 남자는 높이조절 기능이 있을 때, 여자는 팔걸이가 있을 때 여유성이 있다고 판단하였으며, 인체적합성에 영향을 주는 요인은 남자와 여자 모두 Tilting 기능이, 안락성에 영향을 주는 주요인은 남자는 Tilting 기능이 있을 매, 여자는 높이조절 기능이 있을 때인 것으로 나타났다.감, 강연성, 회복성, 수분특성, 밀도감이었으며, 요인들로 설명되는 누적분산값은 67.18%였다.주관적 평가의 결과와 객관적 평가 결과를 이용해 마직물의 태를 평가하는 산출식을 제시하였다. 태 평가치의 경우 16가지 특성치를 모두 넣는 방법과 stepwise 방법, 또 Kawabatark 사용한 순차적 군 회귀법의 세가지 방법의 회귀식 중 16가지 특성치를 모두 넣는 방법의 결정계수가 가장 높았다.tosterone농도는 107.7$\pm$12.0 pmol/l이었고, 남성의 타액내 농도는 274.2$\pm$22.1 pmol/l이었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 본 연구에서 정립된 EIA 방법은 RIA를 대신하여 소규모의 실험실에서도 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사려된다.또한 상실기 이후 배아에서 합성되며, 발생시기에 따라 그 영향이 다르고 팽창과 부화에 관여하는 것으로 사료된다. 더욱이, 조선의 ${\ulcorner}$구성교육${\lrcorner}$이 조선총독부의 관리하에서 실행되었다는 것을, 당시의 사범학교를 중심으로 한 교육조직을 기술한 문헌에 의해 규명시켰다.nd of letter design which represents -natural objects and was popular at the time of Yukjo Dynasty, and there are some documents of that period left both in Japan and Korea.
