Study on the Developing of Evaluation Indicators for Smart City from the Perspective of Digital Social Innovation (디지털 사회혁신관점의 스마트도시 평가지표 설정에 관한 연구)

  • This study is designed to define the smart city as the platform for digital social innovation, and acquire the evaluation indicator for objectively diagnosing domestic cities from the perspective of the implementation process and capability of smart city and analyze its importance. Through prior studies and in-depth interview with experts, candidate groups for evaluation indicators were acquired and the conformance test(T-test) was conducted to finally select 16 detailed indicators in 4 fields. The importance of the evaluation item was found to be high in the policy and system, followed by innovation infrastructure, citizen's participation and infrastructure. The analysis of the 16 detailed indicators for importance showed that the willingness of conducting the smart city by the head of local government, construction of organization dedicated to the smart city have the highest importance. This may reflect the fact that in domestic cities, the smart city is sponsored by public organizations. The analysis of the importance of expert groups (local government and Private sector groups) found that both groups recognized that politics and systems are important factors but they varied in the recognition of importance in the innovation infrastructure and citizen's participation. This study has implication as the indicator for smart city from the perspective of digital social innovation can be acquired for use of the domestic cities and that it can give basic and objective data for the priority of policies on which the domestic smart cities shall focus.

The Effects of Nursing Work Environment and Role Conflict on Job Embeddedness among Nurses of Long-term Care Hospital (요양병원 근무 간호사의 직무배태성에 미치는 영향: 근무환경과 역할갈등 중심으로)

  • This study was performed to identify the relationship and effects of nursing work environment and role conflict on job embeddedness among nurses working in long-term care hospitals. The data were collected from 200 nurses working in 10 long-term care hospitals from G - province from July to August 2018. Structured questionnaires assessing general characteristics and three major variables were distributed to the study participants and final 190 data set were analyzed using SPSS ver 25.0 program. Study results were as follows; mean score of job embeddedness was 2.98±0.46 out of 5 and the score of sub-domains were in order of fit, links, and sacrifice. The average score of the nursing work environment was 3.14 ± 0.42 and the leadership was the highest sub-domain followed by the working system, the relationship with peers, and the support of the institution. Overall role conflicts score was 3.43 ± 0.51, and environmental disorder, role ambiguity, lack of ability, lack of cooperation were reported in order as sub-domains. Job embeddedness of the study participants showed a statistically significant positive correlation with the nursing work environment and negative correlation with the role conflict. Factors affecting job embeddedness were nursing work environment, age, and role conflict, and the explanatory power of the model was 50.4%. The findings suggest that the overall level of job embeddedness of nurses working in long-term care hospitals is below middle level and efforts to improve job embeddedness through strategies related to nursing work environment and role conflict in organizational level. In addition, the relationship between age and job embeddedness needs to be studied further.

  • Sources of innovation and a sustainable competitive advantage for market leading firms in a dynamic environment are major concerns for both firm managers and academic researchers. For this reason, the dynamic capability view (DCV), evolved from the resource-based view (RBV) is gaining popularity as a cornerstone for success of firms in a dynamic market. DCV proposes a number of new concepts and elements, but these are still under development. This study suggests a comprehensive constitution of dynamic capabilities by performing a systematic literature review of 59 conceptual research papers from 238 bodies of literature. For the integrative conceptual framework, the elements of the dynamic capabilities are segmented into organizational learning and strategic choices with sensing, seizing, and reconfiguring stages. In addition, our conceptual framework lays a foundation for further empirical studies, with investigating sources of competitive advantage of market leading firms.

  • Exposure of personal information that is held by hacking accident near the company has led to severe water level. And, it has changed security threat elements generated according to businessenterprise. Therefore, in this paper, I looked at security threat elements and proposed the way of appropriate information security consulting according type of company. First, In the financial and insurance industries, and should not have been compromised by a worm virus infection due to lack of awareness inside of members, by collectively apply in the same way the internal security standards of the organization to members, the risk of customer information. It shall be provided in advance that the security accident occurs due to a higher job group. Therefore, information security consulting method based on people and information is applied. Secondly, in industry of company, to perform consulting information security based on the attributes of the case industry groups.

  • As an empirical study focused on how transactive memory concept influence the four processes of knowledge growth, this study aimed at explaining the function of transactive memory in the dynamic process of knowledge growth. To verify the research model, this study carried out a path analysis of 130 team memebers and as a result, part of the team transactive memory measurements does affect the knowledge growth. Consequentially, transactive memory especially based on team level, is relevant with knowledge growth. According to team level, this study targeted at the team members, and by adopting the team transactive memory concept in Cognitive Psycology, theoretically explained and analysed how to approach personal knowledge in internal organizations. To accelerate the knowledge process, the work should be modified collaboratively by trusting the team members' duty relations more than specialized knowledge. Furthermore, managers had better assign team members the work where they can make the most of their personal knowledge, and this study presented that the whole team performance could be improved by doing that.

Varieties of Community Unionism: A Comparison between the Youth Community Union and the Arbeit Workers' Union in South Korea (커뮤니티유니온의 다양성: 청년유니온과 아르바이트노동조합의 비교연구)

  • As the number of precariats grows, their poor labor rights and working conditions are becoming issues of major concern all over the world but how to represent their interests is still controversial. Basically, the union is the institutional mechanism for representing the labor rights. However, it is difficult for workplaceand enterprise-based unions to fully represent the labor rights of precarious workers. Recently, so-called community unions have emerged in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Japan as independent organizations representing the rights of non-standard workers. Community unions refer to labor unions which organize precarious workers across firms at the regional level. They are known to be suitable for covering the unemployed, job seekers, indirect employment workers, short-term contract workers, and small-firm workers. In South Korea, since the financial crisis in 1997, a dramatic increase in the number of precariats leads to emergence of new types of trade unions such as the Youth Community Union, the Arbeit Workers' Union, the Artist Social Union and the Korea Musician's Union. They have engaged in various activities to guarantee the labor rights of precariats. Recently, researchers have also tried to identify defining characteristics of these new forms of unionism. To expand research on trade unionism in South Korea, this study compares two different types of community unions: the Youth Community Union and the Arbeit Workers' Union. We believe that this attempt can contribute to the research on the alternative labor movement. For this purpose, this study starts with theoretical discussions on community unions, and compares the Youth Community Union with the Arbeit Workers' Union based on the five characteristics of community unionism: membership and organization structure, the recognition struggle, the type or scope of interest, solidarity with other civic organizations, and the repertoire of resistance strategies. Based on this comparative analysis, this study seeks to foresee the possibility of how community unionism will develop in South Korean in the future.

An Analysis on Success Factors and Importance of Six Sigma Innovation in Small and Medium Venture Companies (중소·벤처기업의 6시그마 혁신 성공요인 및 중요도 분석)

  • This study examined the success factors of six sigma innovation in small- and medium-sized venture companies. The findings are summarized as follows. The importance of 20 items in a total of 4 factors showed that corporate vision was number one in the manager's support, followed by program composition, passionate support, high performance guarantee, and quality activity continuity. This suggests that all members can operate the program by the structured system with a sense of united goal under the company-offered vision as a community when the goal, idea or vision of six sigma activities are shared to members of the entire organization. In addition, high success can be achieved when supported by company-wide enthusiasm and high compensation for sharers' innovative efforts of six sigma at the same time. Small- and medium-sized venture companies should develop brisk six sigma activities of advanced precision parts in such an environment that the technology competition is becoming increasingly fierce. The six sigma movement should be developed as a niche strategy for small organizations with united vision sharing by company-wide operational commitment and high self-esteem for the organizational characteristics of small- and medium-sized venture companies run by key minority organizations and members.

조직적 환경에 따른 ERP 구축방법이 변화관리와 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 90년대부터 많은 ERP를 도입하여 회사의 전체 업무를 통합시키고 실시간으로 모든 업무를 동시에 처리함에 따라 경영환경과 정보기술의 급격한 변화에 대처하고 있다. 이러한 ERP 시스템을 도입하던 기존의 업무 수행절차와 방법대신 ERP 패키지가 제공하는 프로세스와 기능을 적용하여 기업 내 업무기능을 혁신한다는 특징을 가지고 있어 조직변화를 수반하게 된다. 따라서 효과적인 ERP 구면을 위해서는 기업의 환경에 적절한 구축방법을 정하고 변화관리 이행 프로그램을 필요로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ERP를 구축하는데 어떠한 조직적 환경요인이 영향을 미지고. ERP 구축방법에 따라 변화관리의 특성이 어떻게 달라지며. 변화관리가 ERP 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하기 위한 프레임워크를 제시하고 이틀 근간으로 하여 상이한 구축방법을 통하여 ERP틀 구면탄 두 기업을 대상으로 심도있게 비교 분석함으로써 ERP 구축환경의 특성과 ERP 구축방법에 따른 변화관리 특성 및 ERP성과를 살펴보았다. 연구결과 ERP 구축방법은 ERP 구축환경에 따라 차이를 보였으며, ERP 구축 방법에 따라서 변화기법이 달라진다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 변화관리 방법 중에서도 최고 경영자의 리더십과 현업 직원의 적극적인 참여 및 전사적인 커뮤니케이션은 ERP 구축방법과 관계없이 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 그리고 ERP 구축방법에 있어서 변화관리 활동은 ERP 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 사례연구로 얻은 시사점은 ERP의 구현하고자 하는 국내 기업들이 ERP 구축방법을 선정하고 적합탄 변화관리 방법의 전개를 위하여 실질적인 도움을 줄 것이다.6 전문가 그룹을 통해 시범적으로 적응하는 것으로 시작해, 학교 및 연구소를 통한 정보지식 공유 그리고 기업 정보화 솔루션으로 활용 될 수 있다.을 제시한다. 이렇게 함으로써 최대한 고객 납기를 만족하도록 계획을 수립할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 계획 모델을 사용함으로써 고객 주문에 대한 대응력을 높일 수 있고, 계획의 투명성으로 인한 전체 공급망의Bullwhip effect를 감소시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 동시에 이것은 향후 e-Business 시스템 구축을 위한 기본 인프라 역할을 수행할 수 있게 된다. 많았고 년도에 따른 변화는 보이지 않았다. 스키손상의 발생빈도는 초기에 비하여 점차 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, 손상의 특성도 부위별, 연령별로 다양한 변화를 나타내었다.해가능성을 가진 균이 상당수 검출되므로 원료의 수송, 김치의 제조 및 유통과정에서 병원균에 대한 오염방지에 유의하여야 할 것이다. 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과에 의하면 고농도의 유기물이 함유된 음식물쓰레기는 Hybrid Anaerobic Reactor (HAR)를 이용하여 HRT 30일 정도에서 충분히 직접 혐기성처리가 가능하며, 이때 발생된 $CH_{4}$를 회수하여 이용하면 대체에너지원으로 활용 가치가 높은 것으로 판단된다./207), $99.2\%$(238/240), $98.5\%$(133/135) 및 $100\%$ (313)였다. 각각 두 개의 요골동맥과 우내흉동맥에서 부분협착이나 경쟁혈류가 관찰되었다. 결론: 동맥 도관만을 이용한 Off pump CABG를 시행하여

The Optimization of Thermal Conditions and Evaluation of Storage for Heated Chunbok-jang (전복장의 열처리 공정의 최적화 및 저장성 평가에 관한 연구)

  • The objective of this study was to optimize the thermal condition and determine the shelf life of heated Chunbokjang product. The optimum thermal condition of heated Chunbok-jang product was determined by sensory test, and heat penetration curve was obtained by Thermal Microprocessor. Sterilization time was a 21~23 min until $F_0$ value reached 9 min, depending upon the number of abalone. As solid content was reduced and temperature of sterilization was increased, the thermal death time was decreased. The score of sensory test indicated that there was no significant difference in flavor of heated Chunbok-jang product made at different sterilization temperatures (110, 121.1, 125, and $130^{\circ}C$). Heated Chunbok-jang product, however, sterilized at $125^{\circ}C$ showed the highest score in texture and taste values. Salinity and pH were not changed during seven month storages, but texture became firmer, and any microorganism had not been detected from the heated chunbok-jang product during these periods. As a result of storage experiment, the shelf-life of heated Chunbok-jang product was 3-month at room temperature.

밀배아 분말첨가가 식빵의 품질특성에 미치는 영향

  • 식생활의 서구화로 제빵 산업이 발달하고, 빵을 주식으로 하는 인구가 늘고 있다 또한 기존의 재료보다는 기능성이 첨가된 부재료를 활용한 건강 지향적인 식품의 수요가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 최근 밀배아의 용도 다양화를 위하여 팔은 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 상업적으로 이용되고 있다. 소맥의 제분과정에서 부산물로 얻어지는 밀배에는 식물 중에서 가장 많은 천연 비타민 E 복합체가 이상적인 상태로 함유되어 있다. 밀배아에 들어 있는 비타민 E는 천연 비타민 E 복합체와 합성 비타민 E로 구분되어진다. 천연비타민E는 8가지 이성체를 가진 자연 비타민 E를 말하며, 4종류의($\alpha$$\beta$${\gamma}$$\delta$)의 토코페롤과 4종의 토코페롤의 복합체이다. 비타민 E는 사람을 포함한 고등동물에 필수적인 영양소로 식물성기름, 곡류, 배아 등에 많이 들어 있으며, 여러 이성질체중 $\alpha$-토코페롤이 체내에서 가장 생물학적 활성이 큰 것으로 알려졌으며, 생체막조직에서 인지질의 천연항산화제 역할을 하여 체내대사를 정상으로 유지하는데 큰 기능을 하는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 우리나라에서 식용으로 소비되는 밀은 거의가 수입에 의존하고 있으며, 밀배아는 거의 전량이 가축의 사료용으로 사용되고 있고 근래에 와서는 배아유, 배아떡, 복합 조미료, 쿠키, 배아를 첨가한 국수 등에 이용되고 있다. 따라서 본 실험에서는 식빵제조시 밀배아 분말을 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10%씩 첨가하여 기능성 식빵을 제조하였을 때의 반죽의 물성, 호화특성을 살펴보고 빵으로 제조하였을 때의 식빵의 품질 특성으로서 1차 발효 손실률, 굽기 손실률, 부피, 질감, 노화도, 관능적 특성 및 mould-free shelf life를 측정하였다.te, ferric citrate가 유제품에 사용하기에 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 생이용성을 평가하기 위하여 우유에서 low molecular weight components(ILC)를 분리하고 철분과 복합체를 형성시킨 다음, 철분 결핍된 쥐의 소장에서 loop을 형성시켜 ILC-철분 복합체를 injection하여 철분 흡수도를 조사하였다. Ferrous lactate 100ppm에서 약 25.6%흡수되었고 ferric citrate 100ppm은 24.7%, ferrous sulfate는 19.7%흡수되었다. ILC를 첨가하지 않은 100ppm 철분염 용액은 ferrous sulfate를 제외하고는 흡수도가 감소되었다. 철분 결핍된 쥐에게 gavage 방법에 의하여 철분강화우유를 투여하였을 때 철분 25ppm 시료에서는 ferrous sulfate가 12.5%로 가장 높았고 ferrous lactate는 8.1%, ferric citrate는 6.5% 흡수되었다. 철분 100ppm수준에서는 흡수율이 낮아져 ferrous sulfate는 25ppm 시료보다 절반이하 수준이었다. Ferric citrate는 차이가 거의 없었으며 ferrous lactate는 70%수준이었다. 이상의 결과에서 철분강화우유에 사용하기 적합한 철분염은 ferrous lactate, ferric citrate였는데 특히 ferrous lactate는 제품의 이화학적 품질, 생이용성 측면 모두에서 가장 좋은 것으로 나타났다.다 높았으며, 1회당 평균 8.1$\pm$5.1개의 난포란을 회수하였다. investigation can be separated into sampling and analytical uncertainties, it can be used as a criterion where the resources for the inves
