  • 소셜 미디어는 대중들의 관심있는 생각, 정보, 이슈들을 공유하는 공개 미디어 플랫폼이다. 이를 통해 개인의 관심있는 텍스트, 이미지, 동영상, 음악 등 다양하고 거대한 콘텐츠가 재생산되고 공유되었다. 콘텐츠의 중심이 채널기반 단향 방송 중심에서 사회 다수를 위한 양방향 소셜 환경으로 이동한 것이다. 소셜 미디어의 장점은 관심사나 관계의 내용을 공유함으로써 양방향 의사 소통이 가능하고, 상호 연관성에 따라 새롭게 정의된 의미있는 정보를 기반으로 콘텐츠를 제공하는 소셜 서비스가 가능하다는 점이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지난 수년간 인터넷과 방송 환경에서 방송과 웹 콘텐츠를 접목시키기 위해 개발된 다양한 기술 및 서비스에 대해 살펴본다. 또한, 기존의 다양한 웹 콘텐츠를 분석하여 소셜 브로드 캐스팅 서비스의 운영을 지원하는 자동 지식 기반 구축시스템에 대해 소개한다.

  • 최근 무선 인프라 기술의 발달과 IT와 타기술과의 접목으로 지능화된 다양한 서비스가 새롭게 등장하고 있다. 특히 인간 삶의 많은 부분을 차지하는 주거 공간과 IT기술의 접목과 응용에 관한 연구가 집중되고 있다. 스마트홈이 고도화된 개념으로 자리잡기 위해서는 지능화된 편안한 서비스를 제공하면서 동시에 개인 프라이버시가 철저히 보호되어야 한다. 스마트홈 기술은 서비스관점, 보안관점 어느 한쪽에 편중되지 않고 표준에 따라 균등하게 기술 향상이 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 스마트홈 기술의 연구 동향과 기반기술, 서비스 기술, 동향에 대해서 논의하며, 기술한 내용을 기반으로 분석하고 고찰한다.

Chatting-based Commerce Platform Enabling Non-Volatile Social Curation Service (비휘발적 소셜 큐레이션 서비스가 가능한 대화형 상거래 플랫폼 개발)

  • The social curation service that selectively provides information generated by individuals or groups with the same interests can have a synergistic effect when combined with the recently used SNS-based chatting function. If these kinds of chatting-based curation technologies are applied to the Internet shopping malls, particularly, buyers can obtain more reliable information in real time basis, and sellers can provide them with more differentiated and rich information in a continuous manner. This research suggests a chatting-based commerce platform that provides the social curation service based on chats among sellers, existing buyers, and potential buyers. The proposed commerce platform can organize a chat channel for each store and product not only to immediately respond to new and existing customer inquiries about stores, brands, and detailed products, but also to continuously activate differentiated sales strategies to customers subscribed to the channel. In particular, MongoDB is used to permanently save and archive the information and chatting history of each channel, so that the buyer can search and refer to them recorded in the corresponding channel at any time.

  • As social disasters occur under the Disaster Management Act, which can damage the people's "life, body, and property" due to the rapid spread and spread of unexpected COVID-19 infectious diseases in 2020, information collected through inspection and reporting of infectious disease pathogens (Article 11), epidemiological investigation (Article 18), epidemiological investigation for vaccination (Article 29), artificial technology, and prevention policy Decision), (3) It was used as an important basis for decision-making in the context of an infectious disease crisis, such as promoting vaccination and understanding the current status of damage. In addition, medical policy decisions using infectious disease data contribute to quarantine policy decisions, information provision, drug development, and research technology development, and interest in the legal scope and limitations of using infectious disease data has increased worldwide. The use of infectious disease data can be classified for the purpose of spreading and blocking infectious diseases, prevention, management, and treatment of infectious diseases, and the use of information will be more widely made in the context of an infectious disease crisis. In particular, as the serious stage of the Disaster Management Act continues, the processing of personal identification information and sensitive information becomes an important issue. Information on "medical records, vaccination drugs, vaccination, underlying diseases, health rankings, long-term care recognition grades, pregnancy, etc." needs to be interpreted. In the case of "prevention, management, and treatment of infectious diseases", it is difficult to clearly define the concept of medical practicesThe types of actions are judged based on "legislative purposes, academic principles, expertise, and social norms," but the balance of legal interests should be based on the need for data use in quarantine policies and urgent judgment in public health crises. Specifically, the speed and degree of transmission of infectious diseases in a crisis, whether the purpose can be achieved without processing sensitive information, whether it unfairly violates the interests of third parties or information subjects, and the effectiveness of introducing quarantine policies through processing sensitive information can be used as major evaluation factors. On the other hand, the collection, provision, and use of infectious disease data for research purposes will be used through pseudonym processing under the Personal Information Protection Act, consent under the Bioethics Act and deliberation by the Institutional Bioethics Committee, and data provision deliberation committee. Therefore, the use of research purposes is recognized as long as procedural validity is secured as it is reviewed by the pseudonym processing and data review committee, the consent of the information subject, and the institutional bioethics review committee. However, the burden on research managers should be reduced by clarifying the pseudonymization or anonymization procedures, the introduction or consent procedures of the comprehensive consent system and the opt-out system should be clearly prepared, and the procedure for re-identifying or securing security that may arise from technological development should be clearly defined.

  • There have been many filtering systems covering mail or news. Documents filtered by them consist of general text or HTML. XML is emerging as a new standard for information exchange. So, filtering systems need new approaches in dealing with XML documents. Our system suggests a method to describe user profiles with XML's ability to represent schema and structure. An user profile is made from DTD information and it is supposed to point the specific part of a document conforming to the DTD. More, it is different from the existing systems in extracting part of a document. An user profile is reflected in XML query to get part of an XML document.

  • SNS is emerging as an academic and social interest, as Facebook and Twitter are developed explosively. But, SNS has a problem of exposing user's privacy because it is originated by exchanging user's personal information and opinion. This paper proposes SNS user privacy protecting model using data separation and false data information instead of blocking which is using to protect user's personal privacy. The proposed model do not let the third party extract precise information after collecting user's context information by adding false information to separated context information. Also, it gets user's agreement beforehand if SNS service provider uses user's information not to be used illegally by the third party.

A Study on the Improvement for Medical Service Using Video Promotion Materials for PET/CT Scans (PET/CT 검사에서 동영상 홍보물을 통한 의료서비스 향상에 관한 연구)

  • Purpose: One of the current services, providing information to the patients and their guardians by using promotion materials induces positive responses and contributes to the improvement of the hospital reliability. Therefore, the objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of audio visual materials, one of the means of promotion, as a way to give accurate medical information to resolve patient's curiosity about purpose and procedure of their examination and deplete complains about waiting which attributes negative effect to service quality assessment. Materials and Methods: 60 patients(mean age $53.97{\pm}12.24$, male : female = 26 : 34) who had $^{18}F-FDG PET/CT$ scan from July 2012 to August 2012 in Seoul Asan Medical Center were referred to the study. All of the patients having PET/CT scan were asked to watch an informative video material before the injection of radiopharmaceutical ($^{18}F-FDG$) and to fill in a questionnaire. Results: As a result of analyzing the contents of questionnaire, 52% of 60 patients had PET/CT scan for the first time and 72.4% of the patients read the PET/CT guidebook offered from their outpatient department or inpatient wards before their scan. After we searched the level of previous knowledge of the purpose and method of PET/CT scan, the patients answered 25.1% "know well", 34% "not sure", 40.9% "don't know" respectively. And 84.7% of the patients answered that watching the PET/CT guide video before the injection helps understanding what exam they were having and 15.3% of the patients did not. For the question asking ever the patients have experienced using our homepage or smart phone QR code to see the guide video before they visit out PET center, only 3.3% of them answered "yes". Lastly, the patients answered 60.1% "yes", 31.4% "so so" and 8.5% "no" respectively for the question asking whether watching the video makes the patients to fill the waiting time short. Conclusion: It is found that understanding of objective and method of the PET/CT scan and level of satisfaction was improved after the patients watched the guide video whether they had PET/CT scan before and read the PET/CT guidebook or not. Also, watching the video was effective for the reduction of perceptible waiting time. But while displaying the PET/CT guide video is useful for providing information about the scan and shortening the waiting time as one of the medical service, utilization of service was actually very poor because of the passive promotion and indifference of the patients about their examination. Therefore, from now on, it is necessary to construct the healthcare system which can be offered to more patients through the active promotion.

  • A public key certificate may be revoked before its validity period due to causes like the owner identification information change or the private key damage. Since a certificate has long valid time relatively, it is possible to become revoked during lifetime of certificate. The main technical issue in the public key infrastructure is how to handle the status of the certificate. We propose a simple mechanism for online certificate status validation that is suited to the financial network The characteristic of the proposed method is to broadcast certificate revocation information by using verifier list. The experimental results provide the same realtime as OCSP(Online Certificate Status Protocol). The proposed mechanism reduces the network load for certificate status validation in highly concentrated unbearable network.

  • 최근 동일본 대지진 또는 중국 쓰촨성 대지진 등 국가적인 재해 재난이 한반도 주변에서 자주 일어나고 있다. 대한민국도 마찬가지로 집중호우로 인한 인명피해가 발생되기도 했다. 이러한 경우 해당 재난지역 내의 주민들이 지역상황을 인지하고 대피하게 할 수 있다면, 인명피해를 크게 줄일 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 문제의 해결책으로 보급률이 뛰어나고 개인 휴대형 기기인 휴대전화기를 통한 재난방송 기능이 제안되었다. 여기에는 재난 방송의 특성상 지연시간과 수신율에 문제점이 있을 수 있다. 그러므로 방송 (broadcasting)개념이 도입되어 다수의 사용자가 한 번에 수신할 수 있도록 CBS (Cell Broadcasting Service) 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 하지만 이 또한 현실적으로 LTE (Long Term Evolution) 망에서만 가능하며 3세대 통신, WCDMA (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access) 에서는 대기전력 소모에 의한 배터리 소요로 제외되었다. 본 지에서는 CBS를 이용하여 WCDMA 단말을 소지한 사용자에게도 DMB를 통해 재난상황을 인지 할 수 있는 새로운 게이트웨이를 제안한다.

  • 최근 Device 의 대중화로 모바일 폰 사용자는 언제 어디서라도 정보서비스 및 멀티미디어 동영상 서비스를 쉽게 접할 수 있게 되었다. 하지만, 작은 화면과 불편한 User Interface 를 가진 모바일 Device 의 한계와 양적인 컨텐츠의 증가로 인하여 사용자가 원하는 정보를 Access 하기에는 너무 많은 시간과 비용이 소요되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 Accessibility 욕구를 충족하고 시간과 비용을 절감하기 위한 방법으로서 무선 인터넷 환경에서의 추천 시스템을 기반으로 방대한 분량의 뉴스 컨텐츠 가운데 개인화 된 뉴스를 선별, 제공해 주는 지능형 추천 시스템을 설계 구현하고자 한다. 본 논문은 인공 지능 분야 중 에이전트의 추천 역할과 기능면에서 Collaborative Filtering 방법이 갖고 있는 계산 속도 문제에 대한 대안으로서, 유사한 선호도의 사용자를 특성에 따라 분류하기 위해 군집분석을 이용했으며, 각 군집별로 뉴스 카테고리를 Weighting 한 후, 뉴스 컨텐츠를 Scoring, Listing하여 사용자가 읽은 뉴스에 대한 평가를 기록하고 이틀 각 군집별로 반영하는 방법을 수행하였다. 추가로 뉴스 컨텐츠의 사용자 만족도를 평가하기 위하여 뉴스를 처음부터 끝까지 읽은 완독률을 측정기준으로 제시하고 일반적인 무선 인터넷 환경하의 뉴스 메뉴체계와 비교하여 설계된 시스템의 성능에 대한 유효성을 검증하였다.
