As IT environment has changed, paths of information security in financial environment which is based on IT have become more diverse and damage caused by information leakage has been more serious. Among security incidents, personal information leakage incident is liable to give the greatest damage. Personal information leakage incident is more serious than any other types of information leakage incidents in that it may lead to secondary damage. The purpose of this study is to find how much personal information leakage incident influences corporate value by analyzing 21 cases of personal information leakage incident for the last 15 years 1,899 listing firm through case research method and inferring investors' response of to personal information leakage incident surveying a change in transaction before and after personal information leakage incident. This study made a quantitative analysis of what influence personal information leakage incident has on outcome of investment by types of investors by classifying types of investors into foreign investors, private investors and institutional investors. This study is significant in that it helps improve awareness of importance of personal information security by providing data that personal information leakage incident can have a significant influence on outcome of investment as well as corporate value in Korea stock market.

화자인식 기술의 필요성과 방법에 관하여 간단히 서술하고 있다. 통신망을 통한 개인의 정보 검색이 증가하면서 간편하고 정확한 화자인식 기술의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 종래의 개인 확인 수단인 신분증, 도장, 서명 등은 원거리에서 통신망을 이용하여 정보를 이용하고자 할 때 적용되지 못하며 부가적인 장치가 요구된다. 이에 반해 음성을 이용하여 사용자를 확인하는 화자인식 기술은 별다른 부가적인 장치가 필요하지 않고 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 장점을 지닌다.

The results indicate that direction of online reviews have a significant effect on both information reliability and product attitude. In addition, consumers' shopping experience also shows a moderating effect between the direction of online reviews and the dependent variables. Furthermore, product type also shows a moderating effect on the information reliability, yet not on the product attitude. In clarify the relationship between the satisfaction and success of smart-learning smart learning and learner analyzes the main factors that affect the learning flow results, The smart learning variety of properties, personalization, complexity affects the learning flow variety, personalization, ubiquity affects the interaction, It was analyzed by a useful impact on the learner interactivity and immersive learning outcomes. This gives the implications of the smart learning attributes are important in order to maximize the learning experience for smart learning.

Corporate business environment is rapidly evolving with the dramatic development of Information Technology. On that regard, companies are exploring various ways to create values in a bidto deliver outstanding business performance as well as coping with a changing business environment. Companies, in addition, have exerted extra efforts in developing and retaining talents as a way to enhance business performance. Against the backdrop, this paper presents a research-analysis model to analyze capability factors of corporate members which are essential for a company to create more values in the rapidly changing business environment. To this end, this paper carried out the following researches : First, through a literature review, capability types, which are required to improve business performance, as well as individual capability factors, were analyzed. Second, based on analysis result, Attitude, Skill and Knowledge were presented as individual capability factors essential to the technological convergence environment. Third, to analyze the validity of the research analysis model, expert interviews with corporate human resource as well as a large scale survey were performed.

Today's mobile devices including smartphones are gradually taking a prominent position in many areas as portable multimedia computers and establishing a new computing paradigm. Nevertheless, it would not be easy for smartphone applications to provide users with a high level of usability under the current environment due to the physical hardware characteristics of each smartphone, which are expected to have a negative impact on the qualities of system, information, and service that smartphone applications provide. Thus, this study examined: 1) the effects of the perceived qualities of system, information, and service of smartphone applications on the perceived usability of the applications, and 2) the effect of the usability on users' individual performance with the given application. A survey was conducted and structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the data. This study found that there are significant effects of the perceived qualities of system, information, and service of smartphone applications on the perceived usability of the applications. In addition, this study also found a significant effect of the usability of samrtphone applications on the individual performance with the application.

This study categorizes the factors that affect the intention to continue using ChatGPT into positive motivational factors (personalization, social influence) and negative motivational factors (privacy concern, perceived risk) and investigates whether they affect the intention to continue using ChatGPT through information trust, performance expectancy, and effort expectancy. To this end, a survey was conducted among 265 adults in their 20s and above who have used ChatGPT service. The results showed that personalization and social influence had a defining effect on information trust, performance expectancy, and effort expectancy. For privacy concern, we found a negative effect of wealth on performance expectations, but not on effort expectations. Perceived risk had a negative effect on performance expectancy and effort expectancy. In addition, information trust, performance expectancy, and effort expectancy have a defining effect on continuance intention. This study extends the scope of existing research that focuses on positive factors, deepens our the understanding of ChatGPT. It also provides useful suggestions for continued use of ChatGPT.

As the highly improved Internet and information technology has led to the diversification of users' demands, personalization service attract lots of attention as a means to meet highly diversified demand of users. However, personalization service costs a lot. Also concerns over a possible violation of privacy have been raised since the service uses technology to find out the users' profiles. This research studies the advantages individuals acquire from personalization service and how privacy concern influences service acceptance. Research on related documents and information gathering from e-commerce sites derived six representative types of service. Questionnaires were utilized to research privacy concern according to services, service usefulness, and service acceptance. As expected, privacy concern has a negative relation to acceptance while service usefulness has a positive relation to it, thereby resulting in an offset between two variables. Moreover, they play a different role depending on what kinds of service or in formation should be provided. The results derived from this paper will help the e-commerce sites provide personalization service by collecting personal information while protecting users' privacy.

본 연구는 이상길 하규수(2017)의 기존 연구를 바탕으로 진취성, 지각된 유용성, 학습지향성이 업무몰입에 미치는 영향에 관해 실증적으로 분석하였다. 업무몰입은 조직행동분야에서 지속적으로 연구되어지고 있으며, 업무몰입이 조직 구성원의 창의성과 생산성 향상에 직접적인 영향을 미친다는 연구결과가 제시되었고, 일에 대한 몰입적 태도는 개인의 경쟁력 향상은 물론, 조직성과 향상에 영향을 준다는 점에서 그 중요성은 더욱 증가하고 있다. 학문적 관점에서 볼 때 현재 담당하고 있는 업무 성과의 선행요인인 업무몰입을 개인의 본원적 경쟁력인 진취성, 지각된 유용성, 학습지향성을 토대로 분석했다는 측면에서 본 연구의 차별성을 강조할 수 있다. 업무몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 파악하는 것은 현재와 미래의 경쟁력을 확보하는데 있어서 의미 있는 시사점을 제시할 것으로 사료된다.

Purpose: Since COVID-19 was first discovered in China in December 2019, it has rapidly spread around the world, causing serious economic and social problems not only in individuals' lives, but also in businesses and countries. Individuals, businesses, and governments have all made various efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Although the roles of individuals, companies, and the government are important to respond to and manage infectious diseases, previous studies have only partially studied the roles. Therefore, in this study, the roles of individuals, companies, and the government to achieve results in responding to infectious diseases disaster management A comprehensive study was conducted on this issue, and it was attempted to understand the impact of workers' perceptions of infectious disease disaster management and government and corporate capabil]ities on disaster response performance. Method: The survey was conducted for workers in the automobile manufacturing industry in Ulsan, Gyeongju, and Yangsan, and frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed. Result: It was found that worker perception had a positive effect on both government and corporate capabilities as well as disaster management performance. In addition, government capacity and corporate capacity had a positive effect on disaster management performance. Conclusion: The results of this study are meaningful in that they reveal that not only workers' perceptions but also the capabilities of the government and companies are important to achieve disaster response performance. In addition, workers should make good use of opportunities for education and participation provided by the government and corporations, and make the most social efforts that workers can make.

Recent information technology achieves remarkable progress in almost all areas where it can be applied. However, this technology also causes technostress, such as fear and pressure to individuals, due to events, such as the threat of job loss. This technostress is becoming an important factor that can affect user performance and productivity in future society where information technology will be the focus. This kind of stress should be studied considerably in academic and practical applications. The effects of technostress on individual performance remain ambiguous. Therefore, academic research is needed to prove these effects. This study aimed to clarify the direct and indirect effects of technostress on information technology end-users. We developed a research model that integrates innovation resistance and technostress theory through previous studies and analyzed the questionnaire of 317 people. The PLS structural equation model and the study results of Baron and Kenny (1986) indicated that rapid change, connectivity, reliability, and complexity are crucial factors affecting the technostress of information technology. Technostress was analyzed indirectly only through innovation resistance, which affected the performance of end-users. This study will provide new implications for the relationship between technostress and performance or productivity in the IS field.
