A Development Strategy of Harmful Information Protection System (유해정보 선별차단 시스템의 발전방향)

  • As the Internet use has been spreading worldwide, illegal and harmful contents have been increasing on the Internet, which has become a very serious social problem. To prevent children form exposing themselves to such illegal and harmful contents on the Internet, harmful information protection systems have been developed. We examine component technologies of harmful information protection systems including text and image-based filtering solutions as well as url-based filtering solution. Also we examine the related trends and strategies which effectively prevent access to the harmful contents.

  • Background: The purpose of this study is to develop a short form of the normal depression scale for individual use in the school, health, industry, organization, and counseling settings, based on the original normal depression scale (17 items). Methods: To achieve this purpose, we selected five items from the original test and analyzed data using Mplus 7.4 and SPSS 21.0. Results: The normal depression scale-short form consists of 5 items. The reliability of the short form (test-retest reliability) was good. The content validity and internal structure validity (1 factor model) were verified. The cut score between normal and dysfunctional depression was determined to be 18. Conclusions: The normal depression scale-short form for individual screening is verified to have good reliability and validity, so it is expected to be useful to perform quick screening of normal depression in the practical settings.

  • This study was carried out to develop the educational program which can be used in the university library or archives to their students under an aspect that each individual should preserve own personal archives themselves. Based on precedent studies and foreign cases, a survey study on preservation of digital personal archives for the university students was carried out. The educational program of preservation reflected conditions of the undergraduates attending Pusan national university. The educational program is dealt with a total of seven contents including awareness-raising, creation methods, managements methods, selection of archives, construction of preservation folder, construction of preservation copy, and the management of preservation copy.

  • 본 논문은 디지털방송 컨텐츠(드라마, 영화, 토크쇼)상에서 PPL(Product Placement) 간접광고를 보다 개인화 된 맞춤 광고로 구현한 어플리케이션을 기술한다. 이러한 애플리케이션은 개인의 취향에 최적화된 광고를 제공하고 방송사와 시청자간의 Interaction에 의해 전자상거래가 가능한 채널로 이동할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 다시 말해서 본 논문의 어플리케이션은 컨텐츠 시작 전에 개인이 선호하는 물품을 선택하여 컨텐츠 속에 나오는 PPL광고에서 시청자가 선택한 물품만이 컨텐츠 방영 중에 나타나고, 그 선택 물품의 상세 정보와 구매를 할 수 있는 DAL(Dedicated Advertisers Location)채널로 이동할 수 있도록 하였다. 따라서 시청자 측면에서는 개인화 된 방송 서비스를 이용하여 자신이 원하는 선별된 광고를 보는 효율적이고 능동적인 방송시청을 하게 되며, 방송 사업자 측면에서는 맞춤 방송 서비스로 효과적인 타겟 소비자를 정하여 효과적인 마케팅을 할 수 있다. 그리고 시청한 광고 물품들을 장바구니라는 일종의 북마크에 담을 수 있게 하였다. 시청자가 원할 때는 언제든지 광고된 물품의 T-Commerce채널로 이동 가능하도록 설계, 구현하였다. 이것은 개인화 된 맞춤형 방송과 쌍방향 Interaction이 가능한 새로운 데이터방송의 특성을 잘 보여주는 Interactive 광고로서 새로운 모델이 될 것이다. 본 논문의 어플리케이션(Xlet)은 우리나라 위성방송 데이터방송 표준인 MHP 미들웨어에 의해 구동되어지며, 데이터방송용 API인 JavaTV API, Havi & Davic API에 따라 구현되어졌다.

  • In this paper, we propose an access control system using cryptography as a method to protect personal data in public blockchain. The proposed system is designed to encrypt data according to the access policy, store it in the blockchain, and decrypt only the person who satisfy the access policy. In order to improve performance and scalability, an encryption mechanism is implemented outside the blockchain. Therefore, data access performance could be preserved while cryptographic operations executed Furthermore it can also improve the scalability by adding new access control modules while preserving the current configuration of blockchain network. The encryption scheme is based on the attribute-based encryption (ABE). However, unlike the traditional ABE, the "retention period", is incorporated into the access structure to ensure the right to be forgotten. In addition, symmetric key cryptograpic algorithms are used for the performance of ABE. We implemented the proposed system in a public blockchain and conducted the performance evaluation.

  • Korea has entered into an aging society at an exceptionally high speed. Increasing aged workers give pressure on Korean companies with seniority based pay system with labor costs. The wage peak system has been introduced to Korean companies as an alternative to early retirements. The wage peak system currently adopted in Korea is mainly the aging-limit-security model. But in the future we should actively adopt the employment-extension model. To operate wage peak system successfully, I suggest introduction of the individual wage peak system, development of suitable jobs for the aged, selective application by job classification, incentive graded by performance evaluation, and working hour reduction with the decreased rate of wage.

  • 디지털 방송의 시작과 함께, 지상파, 위성, 케이블과 같은 다양한 매체를 통한 다채널 방송 시청 환경의 도래는 사용자에게 많은 방송 프로그램 시청 정보를 전달하게 되었다. 이와 더불어, 방송 단말에 전송된 다양한 방송 프로그램 정보를 탐색하고 선호 방송 프로그램을 선별하기 위해서는 사용자에게 많은 노력이 요구된다. 이러한 요구에 따라, 똔 논문에서는 다채널 방송 시청 환경 하에서 사용자의 방송 프로그램 시청 히스토리를 분석하고, 특정 시간에 따른 사용자의 방송 프로그램 시청 패턴을 추출하여 방송 프로그램 장르에 대한 사용자 선호도를 자동으로 계산하는 알고리즘을 제안하고, MPEG-7 MDS 구조에 따른 사용자 선호도 서술과 사용자의 선호도에 따라 방송 프로그램을 자동적으로 추천하는 TV 프로그램 추천 어플리케이션을 소개한다 본 실험을 위해 실제 연령대별, 성별, 시간대별로 사용자의 TV 시청 자료를 사용하였으며, 실험결과를 통해 본 논문에 제안된 베이시안 네트워크 기반 사용자 자동 학습 알고리즘이 효과적으로 사용자 선호도를 학습할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • This study suggests focused in user-centered design which are new separate discharge system that must recycle in paper materials. I searched cases in Korea's current law and regulation in recycling disposal guidelines and already succeed cases in each city that are Asia, Europe, and North America. Suggesting focused in user-centered design of ID(Identification) separate discharge system due to user's good participations, feedbacks of participation's results, and well-organized in awarding. This system consists of visual individual's ID(Identification) that are stickered in only used bag. User must recycle in separate discharge system only used bags, and results must visualized in each user and rewards to user. This separate discharge system is meaning to stimulate user's good participations.

Development of Haplotype Reconstruction System Using Public Resources (공개용 리소스를 활용한 Haplotype 재조합 시스템 개발)

  • Haplotype-based research has become increasingly important in the field of personalized medicine since the haplotype reflects a set of SNPs (Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms) that are genetically associated and inherited together. Currently, the most widely used application softwares available for haplotype reconstruction, based on in silico method, include PL-EM, Haplotyper, PHASE and HAP. PL-EM, Haplotyper and PHASE are command-line application running on LINUX or Unix system and HAP is a web-based client-server application. This paper deals with an integrated haplotype reconstruction system that have been developed with PL-EM and Haplotyper selected from the accuracy test with experimentally verified data on public application softwares. This integrated system is a kind of client-sever one with user friendly web interface and can provide end-users with a high quality of haplotype analysis. SNPs genotype data with a length of 5 derived from 5 people and SNPs genotype data with a length of 13 derived from 15 people were used to test the analysis results of Haplotyper and PL-EM respectively. As a result, this system has been confirmed to provide the systematic and easy-to-understand analysis results that consist of two main parts, i.e. individual haplotype information and haplotype pool information. In this respect, the integration system will be utilized as a useful tool for the discovery of disease related genes and the development of personalized drugs through facilitating the reconstruction of haplotype maps.

  • The current insurance market is facing a real problem that the high cost of insurance spent in maintaining a non- face-to-face sales channels face of the channel facing growing contribution to the reduction of side. As a result, the productivity issue facing designers of representative organizations in the organization channel will be referred to an urgent problem. As a result of improved organizational productivity architect that is the goal of this study to demonstrate what a performance improvement factor of insurance agents. Personality factors and individual insurance agents individual-environmental suitability and job satisfaction, consider the impact on turnover intention year of the results architects extroversion, sincerity, openness, it won a chronic, emotional gender, personality representing the honesty factor is organizational commitment and job satisfaction It has had a significant impact on. In other words, this is a lively and extroverted nature of the actuary, the more harmonious interpersonal relationships and higher emotional empathy with others can raise the extent that has a strong sense of belonging and attachment to their company's commitment. Whereas personality factors were not significant influence turnover intention has. This can be made to represent the need for screening of agents introduced from the introduction stage. Depending on the personality factors of organizational commitment, personal planners also occurs because of the differences and job satisfaction. Whereas turnover of agents is the result of empirical factors that are affected by other agents than to individual character generated by the character of the individual agents. Compliance boss, job suitability, individuals representing a fellow fitness, tissue compatibility environmental compliance is having a significant impact on both the degree of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention. In other words, the boss or colleague, values and personality, working method, as fits well the concerns and pursuing goals are similar, and their job aptitude higher the suitability of the organization is about to have a sense of belonging and attachment to the company commitment can do. This is the result of a demonstration that the work environment of the actuary agents productivity gains and loyalty depends on the insurance company, which currently belongs.
