This study is a study on the change of life and leisure satisfaction caused by the reduction of working hours of office workers, summarizing the results of the analysis as follows: First, the change in the working hours of office workers was found to be men (42.4 percent), but women (54.7 percent) had a high increase in personal satisfaction, monthly income of 2 to 3 million won 96.1 percent, and personal satisfaction increased in small and medium-sized cities and towns. Second, leisure satisfaction due to shorter working hours was somewhat high in monthly income of 3 million won to 4 million won (43.6%) and more than 6 million won (39.1%), but there was no change in leisure satisfaction by gender, age, academic background, number of family members, marital status, worker status and region. The revitalization of leisure is a very important task in personal life, but it is meaningful in that it provided implications for socializing leisure as leisure satisfaction is positively spreading in life changes.

현대의 인간 생활을 변화시키는 요인중에서 과학기술을 기반으로 한 산업과 사회의 비중은 높다. 특히 개인의 생활과 밀접한 관계가 있는 전지 전자 및 컴퓨터 산업은 짧은 기간에 인간의 생활과 의식구조를 변화시켰으며, 산업사회에서 정보사회로의 발전을 가속화 시키고 있다. 인간이 산업화를 통하여 물질적인 풍요와 신체적인 편리성을 얻었다면 정보화를 통해서는 정신적인 풍요와 만족감을 추구하고 있다. 이러한 정신적 풍요와 만족감은 인간 생활속의 제품과 환경에 대한 감성 만족을 통하여 얻어질 수 있다. 인간의 감성을 만족시킬 수 있는 제품과 환경의 개발은 개인의 감성에 대한 정확하고 정밀한 이해가 요구된다. 소비자의 욕구 또는 감성은 계속하여 변화하며, 세계는 정보통신기술에 의하여 좁아지고 있다. 우리가 ‘국가는 존재하되 국경은 없다’는 세계화된 정보사회에서 생존하기 위해서는 세계인 개인의 생활문화가 반영된 ‘High Clusture’제품을 개발하여야 하며, 그 과정이 감성과학이며 감성공학이다.

This study is to examine the effect of book festivals on personal reading habituation and library revitalization. The survey of participants of book festivals is conducted. As a result, it appears that participation of book festivals has a impact on personal reading habituation and recognition of and using library. The followings are results of this survey: recognition of participants about book festivals has a impact on personal reading habituation and recognition of library and using library, but the effect(2.1~4.7%) is slight; Satisfaction of book fair(display and selling booths) has a impact on personal reading habituation(30.1%); Satisfaction of experience booths has a impact on recognition of library(22.4%) and using library(26.4%); Satisfaction of participating in book festivals also has a impact on participant's reading habituation(24.5%), recognition of library(20.1%) and using library(27.5%).

This study has a purpose to analyze trajectories of life satisfaction of the elderly after their retirement and how the characteristics of individual, retirement and family relationship have an effect on the life satisfaction. This study has investigated the Korean elderly, who had been retired, using the data from three waves(1st wave(2005)~3rd wave(2009) of the Korean Retirement and Income Panel(KReIS). Data analysis has been used to identify the predictors of the intercept and slope related to the life satisfaction after retirement, focusing the trajectories of the life satisfaction after retirement and individual characteristics, retirement characteristics and family relationship with application of the growth curve model by Amos 20.0. First, the intercept of the life satisfaction after retirement was somewhat below average. Life satisfaction averagely increased little by little from 1st wave to 3rd wave. Second, by conducting the conditional growth curve model, the study revealed that the intercept of the life satisfaction after retirement is high on individual characteristics(sex, educational level, income, health status) and in retirement characteristics(voluntary retirement) and satisfaction with family relationship and married life). Furthermore, health status, voluntary retirement, and satisfaction with family relationship asserted the meaningful variables in the slope of life satisfaction after retirement.

인간의 감성은 감정과는 구분되는 심리적 현상으로, 감정이 강도가 높으며 생리적, 신체적 반응을 동반하는데 비하여, 감성은 강도가 낮으며 겉으로 나타나는 생리적 변화가 없다. 감정은 외부의 감각자극에 대하여 두뇌에서 단계적인 정보처리의 결과로 나타나지만 감성은 반사적이고 직관적으로 발생된다. 감정은 하나의 대상에 대하여 여러사람이 유사한 반응을 보이는 공통성과 객관성을 갖지만, 감성은 동일한 대상에 대해서도 개인에 따라 다양하게 나타나며 시간과 환경에 따하서도 변화한다. 감정은 일반성, 객관성, 반복성과 같은 학문적 연구대상으로서의 조건을 만족시키고 있으나, 감성은 그 특성이 학문이나 연구의 대상이 되기 위한 조건들을 충족시키지 못하며, 따라서 연구대상으로 인정받지 못하고 있다. 감성이 감정에 비하여 가장 두드러지는 점은 감정의 종류가 외부자극의 종류에 따라 결정되어지는 반면 감성의 발생은 개인의 재부상태, 즉 생활경험에 의한 기억에 의존한다는 점이다. 감성의 개인성, 변화성, 불확실성, 애매모호성등을 설명할 수 있기 위해서는 기존의 학문이 갖는 폐쇄성에서 벗어나 보다 많은 변수를 체계적이고 다각적으로 고려하는 새로운 접근이 필요하다. 학문과 연구대상에 대한 조건의 확대가 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 개인의 감성은 해당 시점에서 개인이 갖고 있는 심리상태와 함깨 연령, 성별, 교육정도, 건강상태와 같은 개인요소뿐만 아니라 개인의 의식과 생활에 영향을 미치는 가정과 사회특성, 나아가 전통과 관습, 종교, 환경등와 같은 문화적 특성에 의해서도 변화된다. 그리고 이들 요소들을 개인이 처한 상황에 따라 영향의 정도가 다양하게 변화한다. 많은 요인들에 의하여 다양하게 변화되는 감성은 감성의 영향을 받는 생활환경과 결합되고, 생활경험을 중심으로 한 기억은 두뇌의 Limbic system은 자율신경계를 조절하는 hypothalamus와 밀접한 관계를 갖고 있다. 따라서 감성의 측정평가를 위해서는 생활경험에 영향을 미치는 제반 요인들의 파악과 함께 자율신경계의 반응을 측정할 수 있는 방법의 개발이 요구된다.

This study is the research about the internet marketing strategy and the impact factors of psychological well-being of customers of restaurants. For the purpose of study, firstly, the paper was carried out in order to verify the cause and effect relationships of life satisfaction and psychological well-being of the customers in the food service industry. The customers of restaurants in Busan are the objectives for which the survey for empirical analysis was conducted. The result of the testing of hypothesis showed that life satisfaction will have positive influences on psychological well-being, it reveals that life satisfaction has positive influences on three factors of psychological well-being such as personal growth, self acceptance, independence. However, factor of autonomy is rejected. Secondly, the results of the study suggest the importance of introducing variegated internet marketing programs and deciding the appropriate information contents for the customer to activate the use of hands on restaurants. Internet information contents on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty to have a good understanding of the attitude will improve of life satisfaction and psychological well-being of the customers. Strategic information contents of internet marketing for customers of the restaurants must be consider "CRM(customer relationship management)".

미래를 예측하는 가장 정확한 방법은 미래를 창조하는 것이다. 본 논문은 멀지않은 미래를 창조하는 것이다. 본 논문은 멀지않은 미래에 우리 앞에 놓일 기술과 제품에 대한 예측과 창조를 위하여 연구된 결과이다. 인간의 생활을 풍요롭게 할 수 있는 기술롸 제품을 인간 중심으로, 인간에게 만족스럽게 개발하기 위해서 인간의 생활 특성과 함께 기계화 인간 사이의 관계를 새롭게 정리하였다. 또 인간의 COMMUNICATION생활에서 그 비중을 급속히 증가시켜 가고 있는 Haman-Machine(Computer) Interaction에 대한 정밀한 고찰을 통하여 인간 중심의 Human-Machine Interaction 을 가능하게 할 Interface로서의 MultiMedia개념을 도출하였다. 개인의 감성은 감정과 구분되는 심리 변화로, 감정에 비하여 강도는 약하나 일상 생활에서 개인의 생각과 행동에 중요한 영향을 미친다. 감성은 외부의 감각자극에 대하여 직관적이고 반사적으로 발생되며, 개인의 생활경험과 상황에 따라 다양하게 변화된다. 제품에 대한 소비자의 욕구는 단순한 보유욕구에서 비교우위욕구, 사용성 욕구를 거쳐 감성욕구로 변환된다. 미래의 인간 생활에 필요한 기술과 제품은 인간의 COMMUNICATION생활과 감성 특성을 반영하여 감성적 MultiMedia 와 감성인터페이스의 개념으로 창조되었다.

This study aimed to investigate the effects of cultural and artistic experiences on elderly life satisfaction and verify the mediating effects of individual creative traits. The outcome of the study on 144 elderly people using factor analysis, descriptive statistics, and regression analysis is as follows. First, there was a positive correlation among cultural and artistic experiences, life satisfaction among the elderly, and individual creative traits. Second, experiences in creation and appreciation, subfactors of the cultural and artistic experience, had significant effects on the elderly life satisfaction. Third, creation and appreciation had significant effects on creative traits of individuals. Fourth, individual creative traits showed a partial mediating effect on the relationship between cultural and artistic experiences and elderly life satisfaction. Therefore, it could be concluded that cultural and artistic experiences and individual creative traits have positive effects on elderly life satisfaction, and individual creative traits can be enhanced through cultural and artistic experiences. In addition, it was verified that the enhancement of creative traits through cultural and artistic experiences has a positive effect on elderly life satisfaction.

This study is based on finding out how christian characteristics affects between christian theology major and non major students upon factors. Among various impacts, we especially have focused on personal profile and college life satisfaction, and what factors could relate to christian characteristics between personal characteristics variable (gender, age, grade, group activities, religion, communication time with parents, interpersonal relationship, ect.) and college satisfaction. Also, this study focused on what could be the differences between the christian theology major and non major students and if there are the differences, the survey will be analyzed and researched to figure out how much it differs from each other. Through this study christian theology major have presented the right christian virtue and had more effects of christian world view than non christian theology major students.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the leisure constraint of a private security guard on his/her task stress and life satisfaction. The subjects of this study were chosen among the private security guards working in Seoul based private security firms in 2009, and by going through judgement sampling, 300 cases were applied in the final analysis. Collected data went through factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis by using SPSSWIN 17.0. In reference with the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's $\alpha$ was over .600. The conclusion of this study is as following. Firstly, the leisure constraint of a private security guard affects his/her task stress. In other words, when peripheral and individual constraint increase, task stress is intensified, while task stress winds down when interpersonal constraint decreases. Secondly, the leisure constraint of a private security guard affects life satisfaction. That is, when individual constraint goes down, life satisfaction is improved. Thirdly, the task stress of a private security guard affects life satisfaction. when compensation and career development increase, life satisfaction rises. On the other hand when task characteristic is weakened, life satisfaction gets lower. Fourthly, the leisure constraint of a private security guard has a causal influence on task stress and life satisfaction. Accordingly, it becomes apparent that the task stress is a significant variable which intermediates the relation between leisure constraint and life satisfaction.
