내부순환로의 진출램프 중 성산, 홍은, 홍제, 길음, 마장 진출램프에서는 램프의 지체가 심각하여, 진출차량의 대기행렬이 내부순환로 본선에까지 이르는 대기행렬 역류현상이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 본선으로의 대기행렬 역류는 본선의 혼잡을 가중시키고 교통사고의 위험도 증가시킨다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 도시고속도로의 진출램프 혼잡을 개선하기 위해 진출램프 제어전략을 개발하였다. 진출램프 제어전략의 목표는 진출램프의 대기차량이 본선으로 역류하지 않도록 하는 것이다. 대기행렬의 역류를 막기 위해서는 진출램프의 차량이 인접한 간선도로로 원활하게 진행하도록 해야 하며, 간선도로와 진출램프의 대기행렬을 제어정책에 따라 관리할 수 있어야 한다. 이를 위해서 진출램프 진출부에 신호를 설치하여 간선도로차량의 흐름을 제어하고, 진출부 하류부 교차로와 연동제어를 하여 진출공간을 확보하였다. 또한, 대기행렬의 관리를 위해서는 대기행렬 관리계수를 정의하고 이 값에 따라 현시를 결정할 수 있는 제어식을 유도하였다. 진출램프 제어전략은 과포화 신호제어 기법을 응용하여 개발하였으며, 그 중 Equity offset과 내부미터링 기법을 연동제어에 응용하였고, Imbalanced split 기법은 대기행렬 관리계수에 따라 현시가 결정되는 제어식의 개발에 응용하였다. 진출램프 제어전략을 평가하기 위하여 진출램프의 혼잡으로 인해 본선으로 대기행렬 역류가 발생하는 내부순환로의 홍은, 홍제 진출램프를 선정하였으며, NETSIM을 통해 진출램프 제어전략의 효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과 진출램프의 혼잡이 크게 개선되며, 운영자의 관리목적에 따라 대기행렬의 관리가 이루어지는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 진출램프 제어전략은 내부순환 도시고속도로뿐만 아니라 진출램프 제어가 필요한 타도시고속도로에서도 적용을 하면 좋은 효과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

A total of 133 defense records centers exist in the country, and checking their common problems, as well as the inherent problems and strategies of individual archives, is necessary to solve them. The Strategic Management Model of the defense records centers is a tool developed to check the archives' operational problems and solve them strategically. The researchers tried to help the military records centers in checking the problems and obtaining the strategic judgment of the commander to improve their work process. This study proposes the use of the model in individual defense records centers that establish midand long-term development plans with policy agencies, such as the Ministry of National Defense, to establish a records management policy and improve the said records centers. Based on literature studies, 67 items were developed in seven areas, reflecting the characteristics of experts' verification, statistical analysis, and defense records centers. This study also proposes the improvement of the records centers' strategy by citing cases that exhibit the use of the strategic operation model by the Ministry of National Defense.

기계기술과 산업은 한국의 미래기술과 산업에 있어서 두 가지 의미의 중요성을 갖는다 하나는 미래성장분야의 하나로서 세계 어느 나라를 막론하고 전략육성 산업의 선정 시 반드시 포함되는 분야의 하나이다. 지능형기계, 초정밀기계, 광학응용기계 등 미래 급성장이 예상되는 기술들이 많은 분야이다. 또 하나는 다른 분야의 기술혁신을 뒷받침 해주는 역할을 하는 분야로서 한국이 선진국으로 진입하기 위해서 반드시 갖추어야 하는 분야로서의 중요성이다. 본 논문에서는 우리나라 기계기술과 산업의 현황을 진단해보고, 선진국 수준으로 발전시키기 위한 전략을 제시한다. 한 분야의 발전전략의 수립을 위해서는 먼저 그 분야의 기술적, 경제적 특성을 이해하고, 그 나라에서 현재까지 발전되어온 역사적 상황을 파악해야 한다. 본 고에서는 기계분야의 특성에 있어서 경제에서의 위치, 기술혁신의 실현체로서의 특성, 기술연계효과, 사용자주도 혁신의 중요성 및 기타 다른 기술적 경제적 특성에 대해서 논한다. 기계기술발전의 역사적 특성을 파악하고자 미국, 일본, 독일 등 선진국에서의 기계기술과 산업의 발전과정을 정리한다 이어서 우리나라 기계기술의 발전 과정에 대해서 살펴보면서 현황과 문제점에 대해 논한다. 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 우리나라 기계기술과 산업의 발전을 위한 전략을 제시한다. 기술혁신 체제의 개선, 중장기적 추진과 기술개발사업들의 개편 등 기술개발사업의 개선, 기술인력 양성제도의 개선, 시험평가 기능의 확충 등을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

우리나라의 농업통계조사방법은 과거의 조사방법을 그대로 사용하고 있어 비표본오차발생 가능성이 높은 상황이다. 따라서 작물재배면적의 통계조사에 위성영상을 활용함으로써 조사 및 통계자료의 제공에 효율성 및 정확성을 높이는 것이 필요하다. 이를 위해서 UN, 미국, 캐나다, 유럽 등을 중심으로 위성영상을 사용한 경지면적조사, 재배면적조사, 작황예측분석 등 농업통계의 생산 사례를 살펴보았다. 이후 국내 활용동향을 분석하여 원격탐사기법을 활용한 작물재배면적 파악의 개선전략을 제시하였다.

This study suggests ways to utilize the concept of environmental justice in order to improve the environment through strategies related to emissions. In Particular, this study explores ways to ameliorate the environment and traffic in consideration of environmental justice instead of simply aiming to reduce emissions. Real-time traffic information was gathered using ITS, it was input into a simulation model. and the level of present exhaust fume emissions was found. At the same time, based on current traffic situations, diverse strategies for reducing emissions were evaluated and appropriate executable alternative measures for ensuring environmental justice were provided.

Rail-road intermodal freight transport is a transoortation system that rail and road transport are utilized between origins and destinations. The roles of road(truck) in rail-road intermodal freight transport are pick-up and delivery that are keys parts of total transportation process. The objective of this study is to develop and evaluate the pick-up and delivery strategies for container trucks in order to increase their productivity. Two different strategies are developed : One is aimed for minimizing the total traveling distance of container and the other is to reduce the waiting time at client site. The comparative studies are performed on the actual network of Paris metropolitan. The simulation analysis shows that the proposed strategies are quite efficient in various performance measures.

이산사건 시뮬레이션 기법이 최근 들어 통신망, 각종 제조시스템 등 다양한 분야에 응용되고 있으며 군사용 시뮬레이터 개발을 위한 방법론으로도 활용이 증가하고 있다. 그러나, 군사용 전략 시뮬레이터는 모델간 대규모 상호 작용을 요구하는 속성을 가지고 있으므로 모델간의 사건 전달 방법을 적용한 시뮬레이터를 구현하는 경우에 시뮬레이션을 위한 계산량이 과도하게 요구되어 대규모의 시나리오를 시뮬레이션하는데 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이산사건 시뮬레이션을 위한 이론적 기반을 모두 갖춘 DEVS 형식론을 개선하여 군사용 전략 시뮬레이터를 개발하기 위한 Framework을 소개한다. 개발되는 시뮬레이션 환경을 DEVS 의미론에 기반한 모델링 환경을 제공하지만 시뮬레이션 속도 개선을 위해 여러가지 방법들을 고려한다. 또한, GIS 기반의 시뮬레이션 애니메이션을 위한 모델 관리 방법 및 데이터 전송 방법을 기술한다.

As customers are becoming increasingly important in corporate management, there is a growing demand for migration to customer-focused organizational structures. Unlike the manufacturing industry, the construction industry is non-iterative and non-standardized. As a result, a wide variety of materials, human resources, technologies and equipment must be mobilized in complex work activities to complete a structure. Consequently, surprises are bound to occur as such work activities progress. This paper intends to study a strategy that is designed to improve customer services for apartment building units. It aims primarily to focus on cost control and brand management. Housing tenants and industry experts are surveyed to collect input for issue analysis. In addition, the external circumstances and internal capabilities of major builders in Korea are analyzed, and a SWOT analysis is performed regarding market conditions related to customer service. These analysis results are utilized to develop a strategy implementation plan over different time frames, and the operational resources available for such strategy implementation are analyzed in order to forecast its performance. This research will facilitate communication between construction companies in Korea and their customers by proposing a customer service improvement strategy for apartment building units, and is expected to provide resource material for a strategic analysis of efforts to fully incorporate customer requirements
