사료요구율은 육계의 생산성을 가름하는 척도이다. 육종과 사양기술의 발달로 육계의 사료요구율은 수십 년 전에 비해 2배 이상 개선되어 현재는 2.0 이하로 개선되었다. 이런 식으로 발전한다면 사료요구율 1을 기록하는 육계가 나오지 않는다고 장담할 수 없다. 아시다시피 사료요구율은 1㎏ 의 증체를 위해 소요되는 사료의 양으로서 생산성이 높을수록 사료요구율은 낮아 진다고 볼 수 있다. 사료요구율이 개선되는 경우는 크게 두 가지 요인으로 정리된다. 하나는 육종이고 다른 하나는 사양기술이다. 학자들에 의해 과거 수십 년간 어느 쪽이 더 기여했는지를 조사한 바로는 육종기술이 70~80%를 기여하고 나머지 20~30%를 사양기술이 기여했다는 결론에 이르렀다. 물론 사료요구율을 개선하기 위해서는 육종도 중요하지만 만약 20~30%의 영양조절, 사료배합 및 사양기술의 발전이 없었다면 사료요구율 을 2배 이상 개선시킬 수 없었을 것이다.

사용자의 요구, 타 시스템과의 통합, 또는 새로운 기술의 접목을 필요로 할 때, 기존 시스템의 요구사항은 다시 만들어져야 한다. 기존요구사항과 새로운 요구사항을 비교하거나 평가 할 수 있는 방법론이나 프로세스는 사용되고 있지 않으며, 기존의 요구공학 프로세스는 이러한 문제 해결에 좋은 답을 제시하고 있지 못하다. 기존의 방법으로 정의된 시스템이나 제품은 심각한 경쟁의 시장에서 헤어나지 못할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 제안된 블루오션 요구공학 프로세스를 개선하였다. 또한 개선된 방법론을 이동통신 단말기를 개발하는 과정에 적용한 실제 사례와 평가 결과를 제시하였다.

CMMI는 조직의 역량 성숙도를 향상시키기 위한 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선(SPI) 모델이다 CMMI의 단계적 형태(Staged Representation)의 2레벨을 획득하기 위해서 요구되는 요구사항 관리 프로세스 영역은 요구사항에 대한 협의 확정(Commitment) 활동을 포항하고 있다. 요구사항 관리 프로세스 영역은 이전에 협의 확정된 요구사항이 필요한 경우 변경이 가능하도록 허용하고 있는데, CMMI와 같이 프로세스 중심적인 모델에서 이러한 변경 가능성은 협의 확정 사항의 무한정 확대(Escalation of Commitment)와 같은 문제점을 야기할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SPI학계에서 사용되는 협의 확정에 대한 정의를 살펴보고, 이 정의를 CMMI에 적용함으로써 요구사항 관리 프로세스 영역의 협의 확정을 수행하는 활동에서 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안을 제시한다. 협의 확정의 개념은 Brown에 의해서 정의된 속성(1)과 Meyer에 의해서 제안된 형태(2)를 적용하여 정성적이고 정량적인 관리가 가능할 수 있다. 이를 통하여, 요구사항의 협의 확정에 대한 체계적인 관리가 가능해질 수 있다.

In the conventional development methodologies, requirements are considered to be not changing after the analysis phase. But in the real world requirements can be changed and modified through out the development life cycle according to end-user's more understanding about the target system. new IT technologies, changes of customer environment and market situation, and so on. In this paper, an idea of improving the requirements specification to extend requirements management over the whole development life cycle is proposed to resolve the requirements management problem of development methodologies.

Recently, client requirements concept is an important issue related to many effects of firms. Especially, if we think that apartment is given a great deal of national construction industry, it is requested that we should try to improve apartment quality with various methods of client requirements survey and reflecting those on apartment project. The technique searching and applying client requirements to apartment project is requested for that and ROQ(Return On Quality) process connected to QFD(Quality Function Deployment) is a technique which is used in manufacturing industry and help to make money by rising client satisfaction with searching clients requirements, and applying this to quality improvement program. In this study apartment quality management development is suggested through using ROQ process. For this customer interview research and FGI(Focus Group Interview) was carried out and clients requirement was analyzed with this. Then quality improvement program applicable to developing a new apartment product was established with specialist monitoring. A new apartment quality management development plan is prosed with this process.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the need of home modification for outpatient with stroke and spinal cord injury. The subjects of this study were 54 outpatients who have experience in rehabilitation therapy at hospitals in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. A questionnaire was distributed and collected form January 2th to February 4th, 2012. Descriptive statistics and $x^2$-test were used to analyze data. There were statistically significant difference in stairs of access, in width of front door, in bathroom, space of room according diagnosis. There were statistically significant difference in light of sensor, tissue holder and socket cover in bathroom for the comparison of demands for home modification by living type. There were statistically significant difference in width and threshold of front door, tissue holder and towel bar, nonslip floor in bathroom, space and table, chair of kitchen, space and threshold of porch, light for the comparison of demands for home modification according score of MBI. Based on the results of the survey, needs of home modification is different according disability level, diagnosis, living type, ADL performance. The results of this study show a need for the further occupational therapy of home modification and supporting policies in home modification.

전통적인 소프트웨어 개발에서는 초기 요구사항을 정확히 판단하고 분석하는 것이 중요하다. 이를 위해 B.Boehm은 가치혁신 요구공학을 제안하지만, 이는 기존의 개발 방법 기반이다. 본 논문에서는 가치 혁신 요구공학 개선을 위해, 유스케이스 기반의 요구공학 방법을 제시와, 요구사항과 유스케이스의 우선순위 도출 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 어려운 시스템 요소(하드웨어와 소프트웨어)를 기본 단위인 유스케이스 요소와, 유스케이스 점수(Use Case Point) 개념을 적용하여 유스케이스 중요도를 도출한다. 그 기본 단위 내의 분석을 통해 쉽게 요구사항 추출 및 우선순위화를 한다. 이는 테스트 단계에서 우선순위화된 테스트 케이스를 적용이 가능한다고 본다.

고도로 발전하고 있는 많은 산업분야에서 구성요소로서의 재료의 용도가 다양해 짐에 따라 그 재료에 대한 요구조건도 다양해지고 있다. 그러므로, 이러한 재료의 요구조건을 충족시키기 위 하여는 재료에 대한 많은 연구가 요망된다. 기계재료의 설계에 있어서 궁극적으로 만족되어야 하는 사항은 경량고강도 및 경제성이라고 말 할 수 있다. 특히 요즈음 우리나라에서는 우주항공 및 자동차 산업이 활발하고 있는 만큼, 이러한 사항에 대한 만족성이 요청된다. 이와 같이 우 주항공 및 자동차 산업을 포함하여 고도산업분야 등 대부분의 산업분야에서 그 요구조건에 따른 재료의 충족성이 요구되는 것이다. 따라서 앞서 고찰한 재료의 개선방법 등을 이용하여 그 요 구조건을 만족시킬 수 있는 소재의 개선에 연구를 집중시킬 필요성이 있고, 또한 그 개발 소재에 대한 강도해소 등도 더불어서 이루어져야 할 것이다.

통신서비스의 QoS에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 서비스품질보증협약(SLA)의 중요성도 증대하고 있다. 통신사업자는 기업 사용자들의 QoS에 대한 요구수준을 만족시켜 주기 위해서 SLA의 제공을 확대하고 있으나, 여전히 통신사업자의 입장에서 SLA의 제공 내용을 설계하는 경향이 있다. SLA의 제공을 통해 달성하고자 하는 목적이 기업 사용자들의 통신서비스에 대한 서비스품질의 개선과 이를 통한 로열티 개선에 있다고 하면 이와 같은 접근과 시도는 앞으로 개선되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. 이와 같은 문제점을 극복하기 위해서 SLA의 제공과 관련, 기업 사용자에 대한 설문조사를 통해 요구사항과 개선방향을 파악해 보는 것은 현재 시점에서 SLA 제공 과정에서 적절한 시도라고 판단된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 SLA 제공과정에서 통신사업자가 고려해야 하는 사항에 대해 주로 서비스품질보증항목 (SLO), 측정(Measurement), 보상(Penalty) 등 SLA의 주요 구성요소 와 차세대 네트워크의 구축에 따라 향후 추가적으로 요구될 수 있는 요소들에 대해 점검해 보고자 한다. 이를 통해 QoS 보장에 대한 가장 유용한 도구로서의 SLA 제공의 활용성과 극대화를 기대해 본다.

The addition and evaluation of health impact items in Environmental Impact Assessment document are written in hygiene and public health items only for specific development projects and are being reviewed. However, after the publication of the evaluation manual on the addition and evaluation of health impact items in 2011, there is a demand for continuous methodology and improvement plans despite partial improvement. Therefore, in order to propose a methodological improvement of the evaluation manual, this technical paper identified detailed improvement requirements based on the consultation opinions on hygiene and public health items, and investigated and suggested ways to solve this problem by reviewing the contents of the research so far. As for the improvement requirements, the contents related to mitigation plan, post management, effect prediction, assessment, and present-condition investigation were presented in Environmental Impact Assessment documents for the entire development project at a frequency of 93%, 85%, 80%, 74%, and 67%, respectively. Particularly, the detailed improvement requirements related to mitigation plan consisted of an establishment direction and a management of development project. Considering the current evaluation manual and the frequency of improvement requirements, this paper proposed concrete methods or improvement plans for major methodologies for each classification of hygiene and public health items. Furthermore, a comprehensive evaluation methodology related to whether a project is implemented was proposed, which is not provided in the current assessment manual.
