Feature of current IPTV services is that the IPTV Provider buys the rights of contents from contents author and provides consumers monopolistically with those. In this environment, IPTV is indistinguishable from the way of existing broadcasting services. To shift away from this structure, it is necessary to guarantee the common user's participation and provide the Open IPTV services for customers to be allowed to have be defined for more opportunities to select the contents. However, there are some problems to conduct Open IPTV service due to a variety of rights protection solutions designed by previous digital broadcast providers. Therefore, a new framework is needed to overall Open IPTV environment. This paper provides the design can packaging contents authoring and consuming tool for IPTV application service based on Open IPTV.

Social needs of smart work have been increasing throughout the worldwide and several developed countries have been developing enabled framework for smart work's coming proceed for a long time. The government is leading the smart work in Korea to devise a more efficient and competitiveness. Design of public collaboration solution has been proposed to provide the integration among a variety of smart environments and the interoperability between end-to-end. This paper takes a objective to develop a universal solution applicable to between traditional PC and mobile devices, such as a home station, and to built smart workplace linking workplace, outside space and the home. In particular, this paper offer entry-level advantages of public collaboration solution in conjunction with collaboration platform and phone platform owned by mobile communication platform company are mutually interfaced and aimed at small and medium-sized businesses and public.

Two of the most important changes in the global market can be represented with Hyper-connection and Glocalization. To cope with these changes and secure the competitive advantages, it is essential to develop the standard organization, policy, processes and criteria for service management. In addition, the service management system is required to effectively support the R&D project management. In this research, an adaptive framework and system architecture for designing R&D project management process using cloud computing has been introduced. With the proposed system, it is able to overcome the limitations of traditional service management and treat the demand from the market in agility. Moreover, it may be possible to present more value than customers want and secure the competitive advantages in the global market with the proposed system.

ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) is comprised of a number of advanced technologies, including information processing, communications, control, and electronics. Joining these technologies to the transportation system will save lives more safely, save time, and save money more efficiently. The National ITS Architecture provides a common framework for planning, defining, and integrating intelligent transportation systems. Most ITS projects are being designed and implemented in accordance with the National ITS Architecture, a reference framework that spans all of standards activities. Recently, as software technology is rapidly improved and stabilized, there are some needs to reuse pre-developed and powerful ITS technology. ITS standardization based on components and open interfaces becomes a way to solve these reusability of current ITS technology. This paper focuses on how could we design and implement the ITS component based on the National ITS Architecture. Furthermore, design and analysis of UML (Unified Modeling Language) was made through the ATIS (Advanced Traveller Information System) component development task and this UML methodology is expected to provide a standardized model for newly developed ITS components.

차세대 임베디드 시스템은 언제 어디에서나 통신, 방송 등의 통신 인프라를 통해 정보를 주고 받을 수 있으며, 다양한 서비스를 사용자에게 편리하고 안전하게 제공할 수 있는 휴대 가능한 IT 장치를 말하며, 이러한 장치상에 탑재되어 서비스 제공자, 콘텐츠제공자, 인프라 운영자, 서비스 개발자, 단말 개발자 등의 단말 사용자에게 개방형 서비스를 가능케 하는 프레임워크가 차세대 임베디드 시스템을 위한 소프트웨어 플랫폼이다. 대표적으로 차량을 기반으로 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 텔레매틱스 단말, 개인의 휴대성을 지향하는 스마트폰, 멀티미디어 정보를 개인화하는 PMP 및 홈네트워크연동을 통하여 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 가정용 지능형 로봇 등이 있다. 본 고에서는 상기 단말에 대한 소개를 통해 개념을 살펴보고, 부가가치를 창출하기 위한 서비스 제공이 가능하도록 하는 소프트웨어 플랫폼의 제공 요소에 대해 언급하고, 소프트웨어플랫폼의 현황과 동향을 파악하기 위해 관련 단말의 시장 현황을 살펴봄으로써 차세대임베디드 소프트웨어 플랫폼 기술이 나야가야 할 방향을 알아보고자 한다.

상업출판사에 의한 학술정보의 무기화 및 독점화로 학술정보 유통이 일대 위기를 맞고 있는 가운데 누구나 자유롭게 학술정보를 이용하자는 운동이 활발하다. 이를 기술적 표준적으로 지원하기 위해 결성된 OAI에서는 OAI 아키텍쳐와 표준 프로토콜을 개발하였다. OAI는 프로토콜 표준화를 통해 메타데이터의 상호운용성은 크게 증진하였으나, 메타데이터와 전자원문 간 연계를 간과함으로써 정보자원 간 연계가 취약한 맹점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 OAI 아키텍쳐의 메타데이터와 전자원문 간 연계성을 개선하고 유사 자원으로의 확장성을 제공하기 위해, 국제표준 프레임워크인 OpenURL을 접맥한 개방형 학술정보 유통 아키텍처를 설계 및 구현하였다. 이를 통해 분산 환경에서의 정보자원 간 상호운용성 및 유사자원으로의 확장성을 제고하였다.

Smart Grid is the next-generation intelligent power grid that maximizes energy efficiency with the convergence of IT technologies and the existing power grid. It enables consumers to check power rates in real time for active power consumption. It also enables suppliers to measure their expected power generation load, which stabilizes the operation of the power system. However, there are high possibility that various kinds of security threats such as data exposure, data theft, and privacy invasion may occur in interactive communication with intelligent devices. Therefore, to establish a secure environment for responding to such security threat with the smart grid, the key management technique, which is the core of the development of a security mechanism, is required. Using a hash chain, this paper suggests a group key management mechanism that is efficiently applicable to the smart grid environment with its hierarchical structure, and analyzes the security and efficiency of the suggested group key management framework.

Information technology have led to change the automation of large industrial control system as well as business system and environments. Industrial control system(ICS) is vital components of most nation's critical infrastructures such as electricity, natural gas, water, waste treatment, transportation and communication that are based of national security, safety of citizen and development of national economy According to the change of business environment, organizational management pushed integration all of the system include MIS and ICS. This situation led to use standard information technologies for ICS, this transition has been to expose ICS to the same vulnerabilities and threats that plague business system. Recently government obliged owners of the public information system to audit for safety, efficiency and effectiveness, and also obliged the owners of national infrastructure to improve their system security as a result of vulnerability analysis. But there doesn't prepare a security architecture and information security auditing framework of ICS fur auditing. In this paper, I suggested the security architecture and information security auditing framework for ICS in order to prepare the base of industrial system security auditing.

Most Social Network Service (SNS) provide online chat, video and file sharing, blogging and others. Because of this advantage, people depend on SNS to communicate with others. However, recently SNS encourage people to reveal too much information broadly so SNS users are concerned about privacy invasion and data spill. They also feel fatigue in process of touching people they don't know while using SNSs. That is the reason why they attempt to switch from opened SNS to Closed SNS. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to empirically investigate and analyze the effect of the factors on the SNS users' switching behavior when using SNS. To accomplish this purpose, this research adopted "Push-Pull-Mooring (PPM)" framework. The PPM is proposed by population geologist, who used it to explain the incentives of demographic migration. Following PPM model, this research empirically examines the three categories of antecedents for SNS switching intention toward closed SNS: push (i.e., weak connection, privacy concern, relative complexity), pull (i.e., enjoyment, belongingness, peer influence), mooring (i.e., SNS fatigue, user resistance) factors. The survey was conducted for 285 users on SNS communities in Korea. The results of this study are as follows; First, wear connection and privacy concern are significantly related to SNS switching intention. Second, enjoyment and belongingness are significantly related to SNS switching intention. Finally, the results show that SNS fatigue has a moderating effect on the links between push factors and SNS switching Intention. Also, user resistance has a moderating effect on the links between pull factors and SNS switching Intention. These findings contribute to the SNS literature both theoretically and practically.

텔레매틱스 단말은 서버로부터 다양한 통신 수단을 통해 가동되어 전달되는 각종 서비스 정보 및 응용 소프트웨어를 사용자에게 제공하기 위한 실행 환경을 제공해야 한다. 그러나, 이러한 실행 환경 중에 가장 기본적이며 중요한 요소는 단말에서 실행되는 어플리케이션을 그 중요도에 따라 관리하기 위한 기법이다. 본 논문에서는 개방형 게이트웨이 프레임워크인 OSGi 기반의 환경에서 동작하는 텔레매틱스용 어플리케이션 관리기를 제안하여, 텔레매틱스 단말에 설치되는 각종 어플리케이션을 중요도에 따라 설정하고, 차량의 각 상태에 따른 어플리케이션 실행 관리 기법을 제안하여 보다 안전한 텔레매틱스용 어플리케이션 실행 환경을 제공하고자 한다.
