  • 현재의 소프트웨어들은 그 요구사항이 늘어나고 규모 역시 커져서 여러 사람이 팀을 이루어 개발하는 것이 일반적이다. 이런 개발과정에서 서로 다른 개발자가 구현한 코드를 통합하는 것은 무척 어려운 일이며 이렇게 구현한 소프트웨어에 대한 명세를 작성하거나 분석하는 것 또한 많은 노력을 필요로 한다. 특히 ERP 어플리케이션과 같이 많은 수의 개발자들이 분산 환경에서 협력 작업을 통하여 프로그램을 개발하는 경우에 있어서는 개발자 상호간의 의견교환과 정보 공유는 물론, 서로 다른 개발자가 자신이 필요로 하는 코드를 찾아내고 분석하여 통합하는 일은 필수적이면서도 많은 시간과 노력을 요구한다. 따라서 견고한 어플리케이션을 위해서는 개발 도구가 이러한 요구사항들을 충분히 반영하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트 기술을 이용한 ERP 패키지 시스템인 SEA+의 개발 도구에 포함되어 있는, 분산 협력 개발시 요구되는 이와 같은 사항을 반영하여 설계 개발한 순차 다이어그램 편집기에 대하여 설명한다.

  • 방산 선진국에 비하여 상대적으로 기술적 능력이 미흡한 우리 나라는 무기체계의 공동연구개발협상에서 이들 국가보다 지위가 유리하다고는 볼 수 없다. 정책방향과 사업추진 발전방안 등에 대한 분명한 인식과 논리를 갖고 사업을 수행한다면 국가 이익을 확보하는 데 기여할 것으로 사료된다. 국제협력연구개발에 대한 발전방안을 보다 체계적으로 분석하기 위해서는 선진국의 사례에 대한 양해각서, 계약서, 결과에 대한 원천자료 혹은 체계적인 분석자료를 획득하여 이에 대한 문헌연구와 병행하여 국내의 기술협력사업에 관한 양해각서와 업체간 계약서 및 사업관리에 대한 사례분석이 보다 체계적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

What Drives International Technology Cooperation?: Joint R&D Cooperation in Defense Core Technology (국제기술협력 결정요인에 관한 연구: 무기체계 핵심기술의 공동연구개발 중심으로)

  • This research paper is to identify factors affecting the need for international cooperation in defense science and technology sector. This study set a new hypothesis based on the previous research in terms of the theory of transaction cost, knowledge-based and technology readiness level perspective. After setting a new hypothesis, the following facts were found. First, it showed that the greater the importance of defense technology also increases the need for international technology cooperation for its technology. Second, the relatively higher distance of technology comparing to the developed countries was the need for international technology cooperation to be bigger. Lastly, the relatively higher technology readiness level of technology showed the negative relationship with the need for international cooperation. This results showed that the international cooperation in defense science and technology was regarded as complementary to get their short knowledge. The results of these analyzes showed that the international defense cooperation should be push forward based on the level of technology comparing to the developed countries and the technology readiness level.

Empirical Study on the Determinants of Improving Open Innovation Performance : Based on New Product Development Collaboration with Suppliers (개방형 혁신 성과향상의 선행요인에 관한 실증적 연구 : 공급사와의 신제품개발협력을 중심으로)

  • In this study, we focus on identifying the determinants of improving technology collaboration performance between buyer and supplier and the impact of the determinants on new product development performance. We adopted trust, control and information sharing as the determinants of technology collaboration and the frequency of new product introduction and ratio of new product on revenue as dependent variables. We conducted hierarchical regression and mediation analysis using the data collected from 600 Korean manufacturing firms by Korean Productivity Association and Ministry of Trade and Industry in 2012. The empirical findings indicate that trust, control and information sharing are positively associated with technology collaboration performance and the degree of technology collaboration is also positively associated with both new product development performance. In addition, new product development performance is not only affected by technology collaboration but also mediated by trust. This result implies that developing social capital, trust with partner play a important role in leading to better performance by open innovation.

Analysis for Impact of Individual Cooperation Activity on Small and Medium sized Firms' Innovation Performance in Daegu : The Moderating Effect of Technological Capability (대구 중소기업의 혁신성과에 미치는 개별 협력 활동의 영향 분석: 기술역량의 조절효과)

  • Small and medium sized firms(SMFs) would form the technology cooperation network with external firms and institutions of owning a variety of technology and knowledge, and according to resource based theory, forming cooperation network is another resource in uncertain business environment. Unlike the related studies, this study examined the effect of individual cooperation activity on innovation performance for SMFs located in Taegu region, and investigated the moderating effect of technology capability in the relationships between individual cooperation activity and innovation performance. In the empirical results, only cooperation research development positively affected innovation performance, and technology capability moderated the relationships between individual cooperation activity and innovation performance. The empirical findings imply that SMFs should do cooperation research development as an intangible asset to overcome the obstacle of development resulted from limited resources, and that SMFs should increase the impact of individual cooperation activity as promoting technology capability.

Development of Stakeholder Analysis Framework for Collaborative Tourism development (협력적 관광개발을 위한 이해집단 분석틀 개발에 관한 연구)

  • Although tourism has been quite popular as development strategy, the outcomes may vary dependent upon managing stakeholders involved. Thus, stakeholder management has been the subject of growing research interests recently. Collaboration theory was suggested as an alternative to this question; however, collaboration theory may provide potential benefits, it lacks in consideration into stakeholder power relations. The purpose of this paper is two foleded. One is to examine critically collaboration theory in the context of tourism development, and address the necessity of stakeholder analysis framework, and the other is to provide the framework. This paper argues that careful analysis of stakeholders from diverse perspectives should be done in advance, and presents stakeholder analysis framework which consists of six analysis indicators: interest, perspective, power base(resource), involvement, influence, and legitimacy. The framework consists of three stages: (1) identifying stakeholder, (2) assessing stakeholder, and (3) establishing strategies. It is argued that the framework in this paper can be useful to analyze stakeholders and to set up strategy for more collaborative tourism development.

  • To create an environment for growing ginseng sprouts, we developed a solar module that partially transmits and disperses light. A G to G type light transmission and dispersion solar module was developed using glass with a mist pattern applied, and the light dispersion effect of the developed module was confirmed through illuminance measurement. The output of one module is approximately 260 W, and the configuration consists of 48 cells in series in 4 strings. The cultivation system where the developed module will be installed was developed in the form of a container, and three units of 2.6 kW (260 W x 10 EA). The inside of the cultivation system consists of a shading screen, air conditioner, ventilator, plastic pot, etc. to create an environment for cultivating sprout ginseng. As a result of actually planting sprout ginseng, it was confirmed through verification that the plants were grown without any problems.

  • ODA is an effort and action of international community to keep human rights by eradicating poverty. UN declared MDGs (Millennium Development Goals) during 2001 and 2015. As a follow-up action, UN sets up SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) during 2016 and 2030. SDGs expands the concept of ODA. SDGs includes cooperation development over the scope of ODA by mobilizing various financial resources from public sectors and private sectors. It will overcome the limitation of traditional ODA and be 'AID and beyond'. Catalytic aid is appropriate for the concept of SDGs. Cooperation development by catalytic aid focuses on building economic infrastructure and production facilities rather than humanitarian aid, which will establish a sustainable development basis for recipient countries. This study suggests to make a PPP business by linking KSP(Knowledge Sharing Program), to objectify criteria of priority recipient selection and aid allocation, to adapt grant and concessional loan complexly according to the business, to support realization of CSV(Creating Shared Value) by establishing SPC(Special Purpose Company) and to construct a PCSD(Policy Coherence for Sustainable Development) system to fulfill the fore-mentioned strategies.

A Study on Comprehensive Planning for Development Cooperation in North Korean Region (북한지역 개발협력을 위한 국토종합구상 연구)

  • What is a role of the studies on spatial planning of Korean peninsular and its cities in the process of cooperation between and unification of South and North Korea? Where should the basic perspectives be oriented for the process? Can a comprehensive plan of North Korea have practical implications although South-North cooperation does not get into its stride? If it can, which contents should the plan cover? This study aims to contemplate these issues and to suggest a preliminary land development approach of North Korea, which would contribute academic and practical debates on the issues, at this juncture of the cascade of studies on spatial planning in North Korea. It assume South-North relation would evolve from 'reconciliation and cooperation' and 'confederation' into 'unification' of South and North Korea which is based on the official plan of South Korea. We suggest, as the basic perspectives of development approach, cooperation(or co-evolution), future-oriented sustainability, and parallel development of industry and physical infrastructure. The development potential of North Korea is explained by detail fields and sub-regions, which is used to analyse SWOT and to subsequently extract the basic directions(vision and strategies) of North Korea development. These directions are followed by the spatial structure plan to improve North Korea using the potential of the regions. Based on the plan, the development directions of detail fields are suggested.

An Analysis of Korean Teachers' Educational Development Cooperation: A Systemic Review (한국 교사의 국제 교육개발협력에 대한 연구 동향 분석: 체계적 문헌고찰)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze research trends in international development and cooperation on education and to suggest directions for the Korean teachers and teacher education to achieve 'Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).' The examination of 8 databases resulted in the identification of 2,945 studies, and 6 of these references met the inclusion criteria for systemic review. Major findings revealed that pre- and in-service teachers recognized the necessity of international development education but had a low degree of teacher efficacy. The teachers who participated in ODA education programs have experienced difficulties due to insufficient understanding of local sites and role performance. Then, a couple of studies of mathematics and early childhood education compared the Korean national curriculum and education system with developing countries'. Lastly, it is important to have a sustainable system which promotes all teachers, including retired ones, in global development and cooperation on education. For the successful achievement of SDGs, Korean teachers should develop their expertise, a deep understanding of partner countries, and stable quality education for the underprivileged.
