This study was aimed to derive measures for maximizing ripple effect of construction of overseas industrial complexes on domestic economy. The induced coefficients were estimated for each step of development of industrial complexes by applying the raw data of ICAK and the input-output mode. As a result, for urban service, the fraction of labor costs was high, and for civil engineering, the fraction of profit & loss was high. However, the proportion of intermediate and profit & loss was high in Architecture. Consequently, compare to the same type of overseas constructions, larger effects were seen at urban service in terms of employment, at civil engineering and architecture in terms of business, and at national economy in terms of architecture. These results suggest that in order to maximize ripple effect of construction of overseas industrial complex on domestic economy, it will be needed to seek an order strategy including not only simply sell a land and but also building factories in the industrial complex.

ISO 9001, the quality management system issued by the International Organization for Standardization, is being used by architectural design and engineering firms in order to strengthen the capability of business activities through the implementation of the international and advanced quality management systems. However, there have been significant problems in stable implementation and settlement of ISO 9001 in construction industry, which seem to be caused by key employees' lack of proper recognition and comprehension. The purpose of this research, accordingly, is to find and analyze nonconformity results which were found when the third party registrars audited the conformity of companies' quality management systems for ISO 9001 certification especially in architectural design and engineering firms. For this purpose this research was conducted by a cluster analysis of 647 audit reports out of representative 15 architectural design and engineering firms that have been audited periodically from 1997 to 2003 by the third party registrars. The analysis showed that the most frequent problems were generated in the areas of $\ulcorner$Design and Development$\lrcorner$ , $\ulcorner$production and Service Provision$\lrcorner$ , and $\ulcorner$General requirements$\lrcorner$ of the quality management system. The following, the areas of $\ulcorner$Monitoring and Measurement$\lrcorner$ and $\ulcorner$purchasing$\lrcorner$ were also analyzed as main factors which caused frequent nonconformity results. This research also shows that the corrective actions for nonconformity results are closely connected with the whole management activities in architectural design and engineering firms. Consequently, corrective actions for disposition of nonconformities should be implemented more specifically in order to settle and activate the quality management systems in architectural design and engineering firms.

최근 해외시장에서는 Single Point Responsibility 개념의 선호와 프로세스사업관리능력의 중요성으로 건설사업관리 (Construction Management: 이하 CM)방식이 프로젝트 조달의 중요한 방안으로 사용되며 국내에서도 최근 CM 발주량의 획기적인 증가추세로 사업수행능력 향상을 위한 도구 개발이 절실하다. 가장 유용한 도구로는 국내${\cdot}$외 CM 수행사례 분석을 통해 이에 저해되는 요인과 모범사례 등을 파악하여 산업계로 하여금 체계적 점검과 벤치마킹을 통해 수행능력을 제고할 수 있는 핵심성공요인과 Best Practice의 보급 발간이다. 따라서 본 논문은 최근 감사원에 의해 모범선행사례로 선정된 무주 하천 1,2급 수해복구 건설사업관리 용역에 대한 CM성과를 분석하여 핵심성공요인과 Best Practice를 제공하는 것을 주요 목표로 한다. 본 CM용역에서는 무엇보다도 무주군내 수해복구공사에 CM 사업방식을 도입한 것은 현명하고 진취적이며 시기 적절한 일이라고 판단되며 이러한 선도적 기자체의 의욕적인 시도가 지방에서 수행되는 공공공사의 수준을 한 차원 높이는 계기가 됨은 물론 항구적인 복구공사기법의 하나로 정착하기를 기대한다. 또한 산업계는 CM관련 중심기관을 통하여 이러한 모범사례의 연속적인 분석과 보급을 통해 산업계 전반적인 CM수준을, 제고하여 국내외 CM확대 적용의 기반을 조속히 조성할 수 있기를 바란다.

구조해석 및 설계분야에서의 컴퓨터 이용은 이미 일반화 되어 수많은 프로그램들이 개발되어 사용되고 있다. 70년대 초에 SAP, NASTRAN 같은 범용 해석프로그램이 개발되어 보급되면서, 구조해석 및 설계업무에서의 컴퓨터의 이용은 확산되었다. 이제는 국내의 소규모의 용역회사나 설계사무소에서도 컴퓨터를 이용하여 구조해석 및 설계를 하는 것이 상당히 보편화되었다고 할 수 있다. 구조해석 및 설계에 사용되는 컴퓨터프로그램은 SAP, STRUDUL 같은 대형 범용 프로그램에서부터 특수한 구조물을 해석 또는 설계하기 위하여 개발된 전용 프로그램까지 매우 다양하다. 또한 수많은 프로그램들이 개발되었기 때문에, 자기에게 당면해 있는 문제를 해결하기 위하여 기존의 프로그램 중 어떤 것을 선택하는 것이 가장 효율적인 것인가, 또는 새로운 프로그램을 개발해양 하는 것인가를 결정하기 어려운 경우가 많다. 이러한 관점에서 국내에서 현재 사용 또는 판매되고 있는 구조해석 및 설계용 프로그램의 현황을 조사하여, 그 결과를 정리하였다.

항로표지 관리운영시스템은 항로표지 상태정보 및 해양기상정보의 감시제어 및 정보 제공 등을 위하여 지방청별로 설치 시기 및 용역사에 따라 다양하게 개발되어 운영하고 있다. 항로표지 관리운영시스템을 도입한 지방청들은 표준화되지 않은 관리운영 S/W 및 데이터 베이스를 현장 상황에 맞게 변경하여 각 지방청별로 관리운영 S/W의 유지보수 예산의 중복투자 및 관리자의 관리 운영측면에서 어려움이 있다. IALA(국제항로표지협회)는 해사 안전 분야 데이터 교환 국제표준인 S-100에 따른 항로표지 정보 표준인 S-201 규격의 개발이 진행중이다. 이에 e-Navigation 도입을 대비하여 고도화된 항로표지 정보의 체계적이고 원활한 제공을 위해 S-201을 적용한 일원화된 항로표지 관리운영시스템의 표준 S/W 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 S-201을 적용한 DB 구조를 설계하였으며, 사용자 편의성 및 시스템 관리 효율성을 개선한 새로운 항로표지 관리운영시스템 S/W를 개발하고 있다.

With the scale of program management getting larger and complexity, More accurate and precise method for management cost estimate is demanded. However, most of project management cost estimates are based on similar cases and hence can not reflect distinct features of each project. Cost estimate precision is also not up to the standards, and also troublesome to policy-making and budget allocation. Therefore, project typical model for cost estimate of Comprehensive Project Management is developed, and makes it easier to manage level of effort and allocate cost by applying characteristic factor of each project. This study categorized the project package by phase; planning, detailed design, and bid procurement, to develop typical model. And by designating specific level of effort required for each field and rank, the study aims to improve the method for calculating the detailed and objective program cost. Outcome of this study will prevent conflicts between client and contractor, accurately calculate program management contract cost for the client, and become a reference for the contractor to receive rational and practical payments for their work.

우리협회는 3월 11일 긴박한 문제로 떠올라 있는 컴퓨터 프로그램상의 2000년 표기 수정문제에 대처하기 위하여 업계와 공동으로 대책위원회를 구성했다. 대책위 구성은 2000년 표기 수정의 문제가 심각하고 시간적으로 앞으로 3년이 남지 않았다는 촉박함이 있는데다 민간업계의 대응방안 마련이 미흡함에 따라 이루어진 것이다. 2000년 표기 수정과 관련, 이미 한국전산원과 소프트웨어산업협회에서도 추진 계획을 갖고 있으나 이들 기관은 공공부문에 대한 솔루션 개발 방향등을 설정하는 것이며, 협회는 실질적인 솔루션 제공과 이에 대한 용역대가 기준을 마련하고, 사용자.공급자에게 공히 인식을 확산시키기 위해 업계가 선도적 역할을 할 계획이다.

전자상거래(Electronic Commerce)란, 정부나 기업 및 소비자 등 경제활동의 주체들이 전자적인 매체를 통신망과 결합하여 재화나 용역을 거래하는 제반 행위로 정의된다. 최근 이러한 전자상거래는 인터넷이나 네트워크 상에서 다양하게 발생되고 있는 추세이다. 하지만, 인터넷이나 네트워크 상에서 개인 정보의 유출이 빈번하게 발생되고 있기 때문에 이러한 개인 정보를 보호하기 위한 기술이 절대적으로 필요하다. IC 카드는 그를 위한 기술 중 하나로 알려져 있으며, 본 논문에서는 전자상거래를 보다 안전하게 수행할 수 있도록 개발된 IC 카드 기술에 대해 개략적으로 살펴보고자 한다.

인하우스 DB는 기업 자체적으로 경영전반에 관한 인사, 조직, 생산 및 영업활동을 포함한 기업내.외부의 모든 자료를 일관된 체계로 구축, 운영할 수 있도록 제작한 DB를 말한다. 자체적으로 모든 외부용역에 의해서 구축되며, 상용 DB와는 구별되는 기업내에서만 활용되는 DB이다. 한국정보통신진흥협회에서는 국내 각 기업체에서 개발.구축, 운영되고 있는 인하우스 DB에 관해서 '95년 7월말부터 8월초에 걸쳐 설문조사를 실시했다. 인하우스DB실태조사는 국내 처음 실시한 것으로 이를 요약한다.
