The owner's evaluation system about the contractor's work performance is used to give the contractor some advantages or disadvantages. According to the result of evaluation of the contractor's performance in the given construction project, the owner identify the good contractors and give them some merits in the future project bidding. However, the system used in the Korean construction industry has caused many problems and has been operated improperly. As a case study, this paper investigates the current problems existed in the KNHC (Korean National Housing Corporation) evaluation system and suggests some directions for its efficient operation. In doing so, the study performed interviews with the KNHC officers and the related contractors, using a structured questionnaire

국내의 이동통신 및 초고속인터넷 인프라와 자동차 산업의 경쟁력을 기반으로 2001년 국내에 첫 선을 보인 텔레매틱스 서비스는 이제 시장 도입기를 지나 초기 성장기에 진입하고 있다. 정부에서도 2003년 9대 신성장동력사업 가운데 하나로서 텔레매틱스 서비스를 선정하는 등 각종 시범사업, 기술 표준화 등을 시행하고 있고, 대기업에서 중소기업에 이르기까지 다수의 기업들이 상당한 자금투자와 기술개발로 텔레매틱스 성장을 이끌고 있다. 이처럼 텔레매틱스 서비스는 자동차업체, 이동통신사·콘텐츠 제공업체·단말기 업체 등 다양한 부문의 사업자들에게 신규투자 및 시장창출의 기회를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 블루 오션 산업 중 하나로 꼽히고 있다.

인쇄의 메카 서울 중구. 현재 중구에서는 인쇄업체가 대략 5000여 사에 이르며 종이, 배달, 코팅 등 연관 업체의 종사자까지 합칠 경우 10여만 명이 종사하고 있는 것으로 추정된다. 중구가 한국 인쇄업의 메카임을 웅변하는 지표다. 그러나 서울시 중구 인쇄타운은 서울시의 재개발계획 때문에 수백년 이어온 삶의 터전을 잃을 위기에 처해 있었으나 이를 지키고자하는 인쇄인들의 노력 끝에 결국 지난 5월 26일 서울시가 중구 을지로와 주교동 일대를 인쇄산업개발진흥지구로 지정 예고하므로써 인쇄타운의 명맥을 잇는 한편 새로운 도약의 계기를 마련하게 되었다. 이에 본지에서는 인쇄산업개발진흥지구로 선정되기까지의 과정과 중구 인쇄타운을 지키면서 인쇄만을 생각하며 묵묵히 걸어온 인쇄인들을 소개하고자 한다.

In recently, one of the most interests is a field related with serious game. Most game users perform the first for the executing of tutorial before they use a serious game for the first time. But in most case, developers do not recognize importance of tutorial and they do not consider the type of user preference tutorial and make tutorials only as developer's intentions. In our study, we carry out investigation and analysis about type of providing tutorials in representative serious games. Also, we do a survey of users' preferences for types of tutorials. If developers use the result of our study and we can expect more convenient and good quality of tutorial development.

The purpose of this study was to explore the status of development, dissemination, and usage of web courseware for elementary school. Also, this study investigated the problems and improvement strategies. The subjects were 52 researchers from Offices of Education and private companies and 528 teachers and 527 students from elementary schools. Questionnaires were used to collect the data. The study results indicated as follows: First, web courseware are insufficient. It is necessary to provide sufficient budgetary support for development of web courseware. Second, many of web courseware are inconsistent with the curriculum and class environment. To resolve this problem, more teachers should be involved in web courseware development. Third, web courseware usage level was very low because of the lack of information and training. In-service training program should be changed from computer literacy oriented to teaching method with web courseware.

최근 자동차산업의 경영 환경은 법적 및 환경규제 강화, 원가절감 압박, 고객요구 수준 증대, 글로벌리제이션 등으로 급속한 변화에 직면하고 있다. 이러한 환경변화에 대응하기 위해 자동자업계는 자체 설계, 최적의 부품/소재 선정, 조립 및 제조 공정 등 각 부문별로 공급업체와 공동대응 체제를 강화하고 있다. 특히 Early Involvement Program 등 신차 개발단계부터 공급업체의 조기참여를 유도함으로써 완성차업계와 공급업계간의 동반자적 가치창출을 위한 Win-Win 기술개발 활동 및 기술전략을 구현하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 자동차용 강판을 제조, 공급하는 철강업제의 전략적 기술경영을 전략, 프로세스, 인적/물적 자원, 조직 등의 관점에서 고찰함으로써 자동차용 강판 기술역량 획득 및 자동차업체와 공동 성장을 위한 철강업제의 총체적 대응전략을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 건축용 강구조물이 초대형화 및 초고층화됨에 따라 용접물량의 급증하고 있으나 3D 직종에 대한 회피현상으로 용접기능자의 감소 및 인건비의 급증 등으로 인하여 건축용 강 구조물 제작시 경쟁력이 갈수록 저하되고 있다. 이에 대한 자구책으로 강 구조물 제작업체에서는 생산 성을 한층 배가 시킬 수 잇는 용접시공 기술을 자체 개발하거나 외부로부터 도입하고 있다. 본 보에서는 당사를 비롯하여 여러 업체에서 최근 개발된 용접기술 특히 대전류 SAW 기법, SESNET 기법 등의 초대입열 용접기술, Metal cored wire나 TIME 기법에 의한 고능률 GMAW 기법 및 Robot 용접 등에 대하여 간략히 기술하였다. 이 용접기술들의 적용에는 대개 고가의 시설투자가 수반되나, 이는 생산성 증가에 따른 원가절감으로 충분히 상쇄될 수 있다. 그러나 상기된 용접기술들의 적용에 대한 성패는 용접장비의 특성, 용접조건의 확립, 모재의 특성 혹은 주변 자동화 기술 및 상호 종속적인 관계에 크게 의존된다. 따라서 가 강 구조물 제작업체에서는 세심한 주위환경 분석을 토대로 각 업체에 가장 합당한 용접기술을 선정 및 적용하여야 하겠다.
