This preliminary study examined the status of data science-related course syllabi in the American Library Association (ALA) accredited Library and Information Science (LIS) programs. The purpose of this study was to explore LIS course syllabi related to data science, such as course title, course description, learning outcomes, and weekly topics. LIS programs offer various topics in data science such as the introduction to data science, data mining, database, data analysis, data visualization, data curation and management, machine learning, metadata, and computer programming. This study contributes to helping instructors develop or revise course materials to improve course competencies related to data science in the ALA-accredited LIS programs.

The purpose of this study is to define On-line Video Syllabus Template which is based on adaptive mode with interaction.A syllabus has the significance as a teaching and learning plan. However, it has not only been considered as a formal document, has also been limited into a simple query since it has been made into a fragmentary structure, lacking of link between other services and reuse. Additionally, this paper is aimed to design three-dimensional syllabus which makes it possible to provide students with practical information related to teaching and learning and share it with teachers and students. The following is the technique proposed in this paper. It is made to be served for the Syllabus centered on teaching and learning, which is including the definition of hierarchy structure, the media contents application according to the learner's preference and real-time variation function. On-line Video Syllabus provided through LMS has availability and credibility of teaching and learning, in that it enable increased utilization by strengthening convenience.

In order to establish the NIVTPD which is only one qualification training institute for vocational training teachers in Cameroon, the research team taught such as curriculum development methods, course materials development, and lecturing methodology for master teachers of NIVTPD. Also we prepared actual operation of NIVTPD by conducting actual lecture through Pilot training. This paper also includes two different surveys (Base-line and End-line surveys) results and two different tests (pre and post-test) results to assess the impact of training gained in NIVTPD on classroom performance. The results of the survey will be used for the improvement of NIVTPD's educational program through identifying the current state of the vocational training interface and integration, modification and improvement of the curriculum. Examination results can also be used as indicators for vocational training teachers' pedagogical knowledge and for future certification.

오늘의 건축은 이미 개인적인 창조의 범위를 넘어서있다. 한나라의 문화는 지방문화의 배경없이는 이루어지지 않는다. 지금 우리에게 요구되고 있는 것은 전반적인 수준의 향상이다. 본 협회는 지방 건축의 발전을 위한 시도의 하나로 순회강연회를 계획하고 있다. 그 계획의 일환으로 지난 8월 14일 부산에서 하기건축강좌를 가졌다. 부산지부회원과 그 보조원들이 약200여명 모인 강연회가 끝난후 이어서 지부회원들과 서울서 내려간 연사와 김동규이사 등 서울 회원간에 건축전반에 관한 장시간의 토론이 있었다. 이하는 강연요지를 간추린 것이다.

In this paper, we propose a new dynamic syllabus composition system to solve the problems of a static syllabus which can appear in the field of computer education, where the relationship between pre-post study subjects is clear and teachers may grasp easily the degree of understanding of learners in real time. Our dynamic syllabus composition system is designed to be adjusted according to the physical change of the amount of education and the level of learners, which is based on the priority of educational objects. The result of instance performed on two groups of different entering behavior shows that the proposed method enhances the degree of transfer of education and helps us teach a class around the representative subject which has to be dealt with in the class, so that it is very effective for the achievement of educational objects prior to others.

The possibility of water transfer from Han river basin to Nakdong river basin by connecting them is studied as an alternative to solve water shortage problem in Nakdong river basin. After estimating the amount of water shortage from Nakdong river basin, the amount of water surplus from Han river basin is estimated by using simulation and optimization techniques. HEC-5 is used to study small to medium size reservoirs as a simulation technique and dynamic programming is used to study multi-purpose reserviors as an optimization technique. Also, the cost of the interbasin water transfer from Han river basin to Nakdong river basin is also compared with that of constructing new reserviors in Nakdong river basin. If new reservoirs are constructed in Nakdong river basin as planned, water supply can satisfy various water demands until 2021 without the interbasin water transfer. In economic point of view, constructing new reserviors has an advantage over the interbasin water transfer.

The purpose of this study is to analyze curriculum contents, teaching methods and evaluation methods for the core courses in Library & Information Science. It focuses on syllabi both of Korean and foreign universities, and compares them to figure out their own characteristics and differences. The study aims to contribute to the advancements of domestic Library & Information Science in regards to their curriculum contents and methods. To this end, we collected and analyzed the syllabi of Information Organization, Information & Reference Services, Information Retrieval and Management of Libraries, which are used in the foreign LIS departments. As results, we found some differences between curriculum contents, teaching methods and evaluation methods used by Korean and foreign universities. In teaching methods, especially, the classes in Korean universities used the forms of lecture, presents, examination, while classes in foreign universities used more various methods, such as workshop, project, developing system, simulation, case study, interviews with expert.

용접구조물을 그의 사용목적에 적합하게 제작하려면 그의 구조설계와 사용재료의 적절한 선택과 사용성능을 충분히 확보하게 끔 제작과정과 품질보증을 할 수 있는 것이 필요하다. 즉 용접성 (Weldability)을 만족하게 하는 것이다. 구조물의 제작에 있어서 배려하여야 할 것은 구조의 사 용성능의 확보와 안전성인 것이다. 사용성능이란 구조의 강도, 기능 그리고 미관이나 끝내기의 외관적 성능등이다. 우리들의 생활공간에 존재하는 구조물이 한번 파손이나 파괴의 사고가 발 생하면 치명적인 것이 된다. 용접설계 생산과 제작의 기술적인 준비로써 용접구조물을 대상으로 용접가공에 중점을 두어 사용되는 말이다. 용접설계는 구조물과 제품의 용접제작과정을 완전히 지시하고 용접이음에 요구되는 사용성능이 확보 되게 끔 부재배치와 치수등이 선정되고 제작과 검사등의 실제 작업성을 충분하게 고려한 제작계획을 세우는 것을 말한다. 이와 같이 된 용접 설계를 바탕으로 용접기술자가 최적한 용접재료의 용접조건등을 결정한다. 즉 설계와 용접시공은 서로 밀접한 관계를 갖고 있어야 한다. 특히 용접설계의 비교적 초기단계에 속하는 것은 제품 기본계획과 강도해석 그리고 구조설계의 과정에 반드시 용접기술자의 관여가 필요한 것이다. 그리고 설계의 최적화를 위하여는 많은 정보 특히 경험적인 정보와 구조 해석적인 정보가 잘 처리되어야 한다. 오늘날의 CAD의 도입이란 전산기의 처리기술과 graphic기술을 묘미 있게 이 용한 것이라 할 수 있다. 용접구조물의 용접성을 논술하려면 다음과 같이 구분하는 것이 바람 직하다. 1. 용접구조물의 허용강도 2. 동접구조용의 강의 선택 3. 용접시공조건 4. 용접설계 이중 용접 제작과정을 표 1에 나타내었다. 구조물의 용접설계 요구조건으로써, 1)손상, 2)탄성 파손, 3)항복응력, 4)기계적인 불안정성, 5)파괴와 붕괴등을 고려하여야 하며 구조용 강의 선택은 1. 강도(strength) 2.연성(ductility) 3.인성(toughness)을 고려하여 구조물의 설계에 충분히 만 족해야 한다.

This paper is intended to provide a good lecture to computer utilizing courses in the Department of Nursing, therefore first analyzes the outlines of relevant qualifying examinations as well as the contents of the textbooks and syllabus that are currently taught in universities, and then design the curriculum by applying blended learning for effective proceedings of computer-utilizing course. The curriculum for computer-utilizing course which this paper suggests is based on blended learning which blends face-to-face classes with e-learning classes, and its two tracks of teaching and practice include weekly core areas, teaching goals, and subjects. Therefore, this curriculum is expected to lead to excellent learning outcomes as it will become a good teaching scheme for teachers and will motivate students to acquire license. and to find employment.
