The purpose of this study is to find the relationship between Online Lecture System, Motivation for Use, ICT Utilization Ability, and Lectures Satisfaction as online lectures continue. For that, conducted survey of students at Woosong University, secured 330 valid samples, and conducted with analysis of actual proof with using SPSS 25.0. The results of the study confirmed that the system's Convenience, Simplicity, Security and Motivation for Use have significantly affected to Lecture Satisfaction, and also confirmed that ICT Utilization Ability, the variable of Moderating Effect, also has meaningful correlation between System Characteristics(Simplicity and Security) and Lecture Satisfaction. Therefore, the need for development and operation of additional education programs to improve ICT Utilization Ability as well as development of new online system are presented in order to enhance online Lecture Satisfaction of students. Lastly, various sample surveys and researches are seems to be needed in the future in order to increase the Lecture Satisfaction.

Korea has constructed a high speed Internet service which is widely used for cyber education by Korean. In composition and operating systems, cyber education is different from off-line education. Colleges have to analyse factors related to active education and make the factors have optimal effect for cyber education. In this paper, we meet the needs of the present trends, arrange and classify activation factors of cyber education. In addition, to improve effective operating systems of cyber education, we survey, and analyse participants' satisfaction ratings. The result of the survey is used in our proposal for promoting cyber education.

Learning system on virtual environment gives the immersive feeling that lacks in existing E-Learning system, excites user's interest, and offers dangerous and expensive education contents. In this paper, we classified the learning categories into four classes: realtime lecture, anytime study, practice education, and the activity of study group. We built the on-line lecture system using Second Life that supports 3D virtual world and mixed reality. We provided virtual learning environment as running developed virtual world on-line lecture system.

This study is aimed to investigate that the blended e-learning could enhance the effectiveness compared to the conventional lecture performed in classroom. At first, both the CbE(Class based E-learning) and the EbC(E-learning based Class) mode have been generated in blended e-learning operation method following the process which analyze the various studies of interest. In addition, the instruction structures of Z Type(Zigzag model) and H-Type(Ladder model) were established as proposed model. The H-Blended e-learning based on CbE mode was introduced in the Excel Spread Sheet subject which held in A University to achieve the goal of this study. Learners were categorized and belonged to either the group 1(over 50% of attendance in cyber lecture) or the group 2(the rest of them). The data analysis was performed with $x^2$-test, t -test to compare the achievement of study between groups. The t -test result showed that the academic achievement in learning with group 1 was statistically significant than the learner in group 2. The effectiveness of the blended e-learning has been proved as the logistic regression analysis showed that the rate of the attendance in the cyber lecture functioned as indicator that enable to predict the acceptance.

The purpose of this study is to derive a curriculum environment for operating various student-centered teaching and learning methods, and the following results were derived: First, most of the lectures, discussions and consultations, data search, report preparation, presentation, work exhibition, and others were commonly derived, regardless of the types of long-term and short-term project classes for each subject. In particular, the necessity of operating various classes at the same time was suggested, indicating the need for an integrated teaching and learning operation environment in the unit subject class. Second, considering that practical classes are linked concurrently to lectures and discussion classes to conduct one subject class, it is necessary to switch to a specialized curriculum system that allows various classes such as lectures to be carried out at the same time. Third, as a result of grasping the appropriateness of the space size of the subject class for realizing different class types in the future, it can be seen that the space size of the practice room, including the space for practice and the area for exhibition, should be expanded. Based on the research results, the spatial environment for the operation of future teaching and learning classes is based on the public curriculum classroom system, and whether professional curriculum classes, such as lecture rooms and discussion and presentation rooms, are secured according to the number of students.

본 논문에서는 국내의 대표적인 PC 전문제조업체인 T사를 대상으로 진행된 글로벌공급사슬 관리(GSCM : Global Supply chain Management) 체제 구축을 위한 BPR 결과를 사례연구로 제시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 PC제조업계의 공급사슬의 특성과 시장 동향을 분석하였고 업계 선두 기업인 Dell과 HP의 공급사슬 운영전략을 벤치마킹 하였다. T사의 공급사슬 프로세스인 판매/생산/물류/구매 프로세스 운영강의 이슈와 각 프로세스별 이슈들의 연관 관계를 분석하였다. 또한 향후 GSCM 운영을 위한 To-Be 프로세스 및 시스템 구축 방향을 담고 있다.

학점은행제는 '98년 봄학기부터 최초로 실시되면서 몇가지 문제점들을 보이고 있다. 즉, 실시기관 선정에 따른 문제, 저조한 지원율, 학점은행제 운영기관의 재정적 부담, 교과목 연결 체계의 미흡, 기관마다 다른 수강료 등이 그것이다. 또한 시행기관수의 부족, 개설 교과목 부족, 졸업까지 너무 긴 시간이 소요된다는 점도 예상되는 문제점이다. 이들을 개선하기 위해서는 주말 강의나 계절학기제 도입, 실시기관의 컨소시엄 형태 운영, 유연한 운영체제 확립 등이 요구된다.

대학교육에 있어서 전자계산기 교육의 중요성은 날이 갈수록 증대되고 있으므로 전자계산기 교육을 위한 컴퓨터시설이 대학교육시설의 상당한 비중을 차치하게 되어 구미의 큰 대학에는 Computer Center가 운영되고 있다. 몇몇대학의 전기전자공학과에서 Hardware에 대한 강으는 얼마전부터 실시하고 있었으나 Software에 대해서는 이공계 대학에서도 극히 일부에서, 그 나마도 시설이 없어서 실습없는 강의만 하고 있어서 실효를 걷지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 현재 수개대학이 컴퓨터를 보유한다고 통계는 나와있으나 실제 기능을 발휘하고 제대로 Computer Center을 운영하고 있는곳은 손꼽을 정도이다. 컴퓨터의 시서로가 운영은 막대한 비용과 노력이 소요되므로 각 대학이 매월 기백만원의 Rental을 지불해가며 시설을 하기는 어려운 일이다. 따라서 컴퓨터시설은 몇몇대학 및 고교가 공동사용하는것이 여러점에서 유리하리라고 본다.

인터넷 사용자의 급속한 증가와 통신망의 고속화는 교육 분야에 있어서도 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 최근 주목을 받는 분야중에 하나는 인터넷 기반의 가상대학이다. 현재의 동향은 주로 원격 강의 시스템에 치우쳐있다. 가상대학에서 해결해야 할 또 다른 중요한 부분은 학생의 수학 능력을 평가하는 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 자바를 이용한 자동화된 문제 출제 시스템과, 출제된 문제를 학습자에게 출력하는 시스템을 제안하고 구현한다. 편리한 사용자 인터페이스를 가지고, 멀티미디어를 가미한 문제 출제 시스템으로의 확장성을 제공하는 동시에 현재 강의 시스템과 병행하여 최대한의 교육 효과를 내는데 그 목적이 있다.

E-Learning standard SCORM has been prepared in the United States to establish the efficient operation and development of e-Learning. The learning object of the current SCORM focuses on easy development and reusability in the professor's side. In this study instead, we present a SCC (Sharable Content Collection) scheme which can provide various studying opportunities to the learners. Constructing an efficient SCC requires improving the SCO (Sharable Content Object), a key ingredient of SCORM, and analyzing the cyber lecture into components. In this way we suggest a method to improve the existing learning objects and present an e-Learning model based on SCC.
