  • 서낙동강은 당초 낙동강 본류였으나 1934년 김해평야 일원의 농업용수 공급을 위하여 건설된 대저수문과 녹산수문의 완공 이후 현재의 상태로 유지되고 있다. 서낙동강은 대저수문을 통한 유입과 녹산수문, 녹산배수펌프장을 통한 방류가 시행되고 있으며, 이러한 운영은 외해 조위조건에 따라 간헐적으로 운영되고 있어서, 수체의 정체로 인한 오염도가 높은 실정이다. 또한, 서낙동강 유역은 에코델타시티 등 다양한 개발계획이 수립됨에 따라 수질관리를 위한 여건도 변화할 것으로 예상되며, 이러한 개발에 따른 다양한 수질개선에 대한 사회적 요구가 증대됨에 따라 이를 위한 물순환 개선과 유역에서의 오염부하 저감 등 다양한 수질개선 대책이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 그간 서낙동강을 대상으로 시행되었던 연구결과와 현재 시행중인 물순환에 대한 효과를 검토하고, 이를 정량화하기 위한 2차원 수리 수질모형(CE-QUAL-W2)을 구축 활용하여 현행 물순환 방안의 운영 효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 당초 환경영향평가시 제시되었던 대저수문과 맥도수문을 통한 유입과 맥도배수펌프장을 통한 유출로 서낙동강, 평강천, 맥도강의 수질을 개선하고자 했던 물순환 계획은 여러 가지 여건으로 인해 시행되지 못하고 있으며, 현재는 매주 강서구청에서 맥도배수펌프장을 이용하여 평강천과 맥도강의 수위를 저하시킨 이후 서낙동강의 하천수를 유입시키는 형태로 물순환을 시행하고 있다. 이러한 현행 물순환 방안에 대한 분석을 위하여 서낙동강, 평강천, 맥도강 구간에 대하여 2차원 수리 수질모형(CE-QUAL-W2)을 이용하여 모의한 결과 현재의 물순환 방법으로는 물순환 유량이 증가하더라도 수질개선에 한계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 서낙동강에 낙동강 하천수가 대저수문을 통하여 유입된 이후 장기간 체류함에 따라 유역에서의 오염물질 유입의 영향이 크게 나타나며, 이에 따라 평강천과 맥도강에 유입되는 경우 수질개선이 제한적인 것으로 판단된다. 추가적으로 현재 서낙동강 대비 상대적으로 수질이 양호한 낙동강 본류의 하천수를 신규 수문 등의 시설물을 통하여 유입시키는 조건에 대한 분석 결과 현행 물순환 대비 효과가 크며 당초 예상했던 환경영향평가시 목표수질을 달성할 수 있을 것으로 판단보다 상세한 분석과 검토가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

Urea Transformation and Kinetics of Soil Urease in Paddy Soils (답토양(畓土壤)에서 요소(尿素)의 분해양상(分解樣相)과 Urease의 Kinetic 특성(特性))

  • A laboratory experiments were carried out to study the urea transformation and kinetics of soil urease in paddy soils with different properties. Urea transformation in paddy soils followed first-order kinetics, the rate of urea hydrolysis and the first-order constant was higher in the soil with high total urease activity (TUA) and accumulated urease activity (AUA) than those with low TUA and AUA. The values of Km and Vmax indicated that the Km values of accumulated urease in the soils were different in each soils and lower than that of microbial urease. However, the Km values of microbial urease were nearly same each other.

  • This paper focuses on the relationship between center and periphery by discussing the circulation of rare resources, such as bronze, stamped hard pottery, and proto-porcelain. The discussion includes two parts: the internal Shang culture region and the region outside of Shang. Within the Shang culture region, all the resources mentioned above were brought from different places to the Panlongcheng site and then transferred to Zhengzhou Shang city. On the other hand, they also produced and consumed the resources in a special way, which indicates a certain degree of independence. Outside the Shang region, bronze products and maybe even raw copper resources were circulated from Zhengzhou Shang city to the Chengyang site, while stamped hard pottery and proto-porcelain were transferred to Zhengzhou through the Panlongcheng site. Resource circulation was bi-directional. Thus, this resource circulation was one of the key factors to building the relationship between center and periphery.

  • A ubiquitous network environment is a system where the user can avail of the network's services anytime, anywhere. To establish such an environment, studies continue being conducted on wireless communication technology and mobile terminals. The company that provides such services should have an established system for authentication, authorization and charging for users. This service is referred to as Authentication, Authorization, Accounting(AAA), and its aspects have been consistently studied. On the other hand, existing studies have been promoted with regard to the authentication and efficiency of the mobile terminal. One of the method is that the mobile terminal contacts to the home authentication server through the external authentication server every time it is required and; another one is to use a medium server to provide authentication in the middle between them. Thus, this study aims to determine the best method to use ticketing, where tickets are provided through a mobile terminal, complete with authentication and authorization features. Also, as it uses ticket, it can efficiently provide mobile verification processing.

  • Human rights education is to acquire understanding and knowledge about human rights, to develop values, attitudes and character that respect human rights, to develop the ability to overcome human rights violations and discriminatory acts, and to protect and promote the human rights of others. In order to prevent human rights violations of the transportation vulnerable, such as the disabled, it is necessary to develop specialized human rights education plans for aviation security personnel to practice human rights perspectives. Therefore, in accordance with the 「National Civil Aviation Security Education and Training Guidelines」, specialized human rights education should be included in the initial aviation security education and regular education courses. The point is that there is a need to reexamine the aviation security education program for aviation security personnel based on the essential knowledge and educational contents for aviation security personnel to perform security screening tasks in the aviation security education course. When this happens, various efforts must be made to improve the human rights of the transportation vulnerable, such as the disabled, during the security screening process, so that human rights violations will be significantly reduced. In particular, it is necessary to enhance the ability to detect dangerous terrorist items such as weapons or explosives that can be used for illegal sabotage through practical security screening training. For aviation security and aircraft safety, efforts to improve the quality of aviation security personnel training, such as human rights training, must be continuously made while thoroughly preparing for terrorism in advance.

  • This research presents the actual situation analysis and suggestions for the changes, experiences, and process of adaptation that college students have experienced throughout their studies and life over the past two years and more. In-depth interviews were conducted with university students, who are educational objects, and qualitative analysis methods were used to explore the overall living experiences under the pandemic situation. The interview questions were composed to cover classes, life, and emotional experiences after COVID-19, and the result of analyzing the responses boiled down to four super-categories of 'adaptation process to a new system, daily incontinence, struggle for health, and longing for connection.' This study is significant in that it analyzed the experiences and intimate changes of individual college students in unexpected and challenging situations, and urged the myriad aspects that universities, society, and the government should illuminate and respond to.

  • 최근 자연적, 사회적, 정책적 관점에서 하천관리의 중요성이 증대되면서 국가하천 정비를 통한 하천시설 관리의 책임이 증대되고 있다. 국가하천 5대강 본류의 친수지구 이용도 변화를 살펴보면 2015년에 비해 2019년에 면적당 이용객 수가 630,813(명/km2)이 증가하였음을 알 수 있었고(국토교통부, 2020) 본 연구에서는 이용자 수 증가율이 높은 편인 한강 내 하천이용시설을 대상으로 선정하여 해당 지역을 기계학습 기반의 수위예측 알고리즘에 적용하였다. 하천이용시설은 하천이용자가 편리하게 하천을 이용하기 위하여 설치한 시설로 공원시설(강서, 난지, 양화, 망원, 여의도, 이촌, 반포, 잠원, 뚝섬, 잠실, 광나루, 구리)을 위주로 분석하였다. 해당 시설의 침수피해를 고려하기 위해 시계열 자료에 특화된 LSTM(Long Short-term Memory)기법을 활용하여 수위예측 알고리즘을 개발하였고 이를 통해 도출된 홍수 예보로 재난을 대비하고 시설물을 체계적으로 관리하는 유지관리의 효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 입력 자료(input data)는 수위 (EL.m), 팔당댐 방류량 (m3/s), 강화대교의 조위(EL.m)를 사용하였으며 수위예측 알고리즘을 통해 6시간 후 예측 수위값을 도출하여 기존 2단계(주의보, 경보)였던 홍수 예보 단계에서 4단계(관심, 보행자통제, 차량통제, 경계)로 구축하였다. 기존과 세분화된 홍수예보를 적용했을 경우의 유지관리 비용과 편익을 산정하여 하천이용시설의 경제성을 비교·분석한 결과, 유지관리 비용이 기존 대비 약 5% 이상 절감되었고 편익은 약 1.5배 이상 증가하였으며 관리등급은 평균 C등급(보통) 이상 달성하였다. 이는 수위예측 알고리즘의 적용으로 하천이용 활성화 및 투자의 효율성에 목적을 두었으며 향후 분석결과를 토대로 경제성모델을 개발하여 국가하천 내 관리그룹에 적용하면 효율적인 유지관리체계를 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

A Case Study on application of Project-Based Learning in Introduction to Nursing Science Class: by Contents Analysis of the Reflection Journals (프로젝트기반학습을 적용한 간호학개론 수업 사례연구: 성찰일지 내용분석)

  • This study is a case study designed to create and implement a project-based introduction to nursing science, with the aim of analyzing students' experiences and perceptions following its implementation. The study targeted a total of 95 nursing students at G University in S City who enrolled in the introduction to nursing science course in 2021 and 2022. Data collection took place from September 2021 to December 2022, and data analysis involved examining reflective journals submitted by students after completing the project activities, using content analysis. The research results revealed four categories and nine themes. The four categories were 'Making Challenging Studies More Accessible,' 'Engaging and Enjoyable Learning Experiences,' 'Enhanced Teamwork,' and 'Presentation Limitations.' The project-based learning method was found to be effective and applicable in nursing education, demonstrating positive effects on students' attitudes and learning outcomes. However, since the study focused on students from a single university, it is suggested that future research include repeated studies and extend the application to other nursing courses to validate its effects.

A Study on the Accessability of the Bikeway Networks in the South of the Han River Using Space Syntax (Space Syntax를 이용한 한강이남 자전거도로망의 접근성 분석)

  • In case of the axial line bikeway, the residents in the riverside use it frequently but those in the city center hardly do as the axis is formed along the riverside of the Han river. This situation happens due to the inefficient connectivity between the bikeway that leads to the riverside and that in the city center, which means the administrative policies have been focused on the facilities rather than on raising connectivity of the bikeway networks in the south of the Han River. Also, this is the point of time when a reasonable improvement plan is needed to raise the accessibilities of the bikeways in Seoul, not just a utilization of those in the south of the Han River. This study intends to analyse the connectivity between Gangseo (west of the Han River) and Gangdong (East of the Han River) districts by comparing the current spatial structure in the southern areas of the Han River and that after the installation of the axial line, and that after installation of the ordinary bikeway respectively with use of the Space Syntax Model, and to predict resultant changes there of. The Space Syntax Model was used as the major method of analysis in this study to find out characteristics of the bikeways in the south of the Han River. Consequently, as the analysis shows that when the bikeways in the Gangseo and Gangdong-gu districts are connected, the accessibility of the bikeways in the south of the Han River will improve while the spatial structure intelligibility will be lowered, it can be said the prediction rate in the all areas is low compared with the current status. It is analyzed that the intelligibility of the current bikeways in the south of the Han River appeared highest when compared with those of plans for installation of the axial line and ordinary bikeway because they don't interconnect with other areas.

Monitoring of residual pesticides in fresh-cut produce in Gangseo, Seoul (서울 강서지역 신선편이식품 원재료 농산물의 잔류농약 모니터링)

  • This study, conducted during 2018-2021 in Gangseo, Seoul, monitored residual pesticides in 14 types of fresh-cut produce, including lettuce, tomato, and celery, in wholesale market and supermarkets. A total of 589 cases (2.9%) were inspected; 17 cases (2.9%) were detected within the criteria, and 2 cases (0.3%) exceeded the maximum residual limit (MRL). When assessing the distribution stage of the pesticide violation, there were two violations in the wholesale market (before distribution), which differed from the supermarkets (during distribution). The detected pesticides, mainly insecticides and fungicides, appeared in the order of flubendiamide, flufenoxuron, and diazinon. A violation rate of 0.3% was found for wholesale market, which is collection area dedicated to fresh-cut produce, and this was lower than that for general agricultural products (1.4-2.5%). Since fresh-cut produce are consumed immediately after simple processing, residual pesticides significantly affect the human body; therefore, continuous monitoring of pesticide residues is required.
