한국전력공사 전력연구원은 10년간의 시뮬레이터 개발 경험을 바탕으로 Windows(NT)환경의 시뮬레이터 개발 툴인 Powersim을 독자적으로 개발하고 이를 이용하여 화력발전소 DCS(Distributed Control System) 검증용 시뮬레이터를 개발하고 있다. PowerSim은 GMB(Graphic Model Builder)를 갖춘 국내 최초의 시뮬레이터 개발툴로 다양한 발전소 기기모델과 강사조작반기능을 갖추고 있다. PowerSim은 완벽한 GUI (Graphic User Interface)환경을 지원하여 User가 Icon Drag 방식으로 시뮬레이션 도면(SimDiagram)을 그리면 그래픽 에디터에서 출력된 각종 기기의 접속상태를 나타내는 Netlist를 변환기가 처리하여 기기의 연결상태를 정규화하고 Scheduler는 기기모델(일종의 Subroutine)을 Netlist에 맞게 Scheduling하여 Executive에서 실행 가능한 형태로 만드는 모든 과정이 자동화되어 있다. 따라서, 개발자는 발전소 P&ID(Pipe and Instrument Drawing)에 기초하여 Simdiagram을 그리고 발전소 데이터를 입력하는 것만으로 실시간 시뮬레이터를 구현할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 PowerSim의 개요와 GMB(Graphic Model Builder) 및 강사조작반에 적용된 GUI 환경과 실시간 Executive에 대해 다룬다.

최근 서버 구축 및 유지 비용을 절검하고, 용량이 큰 동영상과 클라이언트의 수가 점차 증가함에 따라 서버의 용량과 성능을 용이하게 향상시킬 수 있는 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 이용한 개발이 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 Windows Azure 클라우드 컴퓨팅에 기반한 모바일 학습 시스템을 제시한다. 제시된 시스템은 학생이 강사의 비디오, 오디오, 슬라이드 그리고 애노테이션을 실시간으로 받을 수 있으며, 텍스트 형태로 질문을 실시간으로 할 수 있게 해준다. 그리고 강의내용을 저장하여 학생이 나중에 원하는 강의를 경험하게 할 수 있게 해주는 비동기식 기능도 제공한다. 그리고 본 시스템은 클라우드를 이용함으로써, 서비스 제공자가 별도의 서버를 구축할 필요가 없으며 나중에 저장되는 동영상데이터의 크기 및 클라이언트의 수가 증가하더라도 그에 대응한 서버의 확장이 용이하다.

Despite steady economic growth of e-learning industry, manpower is lacking in e-learning industry. In this study, We developed a new e-learning business model including open market portal system to solve this problem. The existing e-learning business models required complicated procedure for creating contents. Therefore it took long time and great expense. But in this study we developed the business model with open market portal system, it can support to make easily for e-learning contents. We analysed usefulness our program and other popular programs with thirty lecturers. As a result of survey, usefulness of our system is presented. The study suggests differently the student-centered business model and the lecturer-centered business model than existing e-learning business model had the manufacturing company-centered business model and the services-centered business model. We anticipate the new business model invigorate the e-learning industry.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the meaning of the extracurricular activities in the early childhood education institutions because the discussions and the discrepancy between theoretical viewpoint and reality are gradually expanded. For this purpose, the classes of three early childhood education institutes were observed, and interviews with the instructors were conducted where extracurricular activities programs were implemented. The meanings of extracurricular activities in the early childhood education institutes were 'coexistence of newness and pleasure', 'meaning as learning', 'diverse teaching media experience' and 'inevitable limit' in the reality of formal lessons and other situations. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to make comprehensive and complementary approaches between the formal curriculum and extracurricular activities for the future high quality extracurricular activity education. Continuous training and education of the instructor are required for better extracurricular activities.

보건 간호 사업은 독특하고 중요한 공헌을 하는 보건 간호원이 그 기관의 조직체 내에서 조화되어야 한다. 보건 간호원의 기능은 교육 정도와 경험에 의해서 선정된다. 어떤 보건 간호원은 다른 보건 간호원들이 보건 기관에서 관리자나 감독 혹은 강사 자격으로 일할 때 평 직원으로 기능할 수도 있다. 보건사업을 실시함에 있어서는 좋은 건강을 통하여, 보다 나은 생활수준을 향상시키기 위하여 팀으로서 목표 달성을 위하여, 계획을 세우고 그 발전과정을 평가함에는 계획서가 필요하다. 제한된 인원으로서 중요한 건강사업을 실행해야 되는 보건 간호원은 조직된 집단과 같이 일해야 된다. 당면한 보건 간호원의 기능 중 중요한 것은 환자의 건강 지도 및 훈련과 행정이 포함되고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to research the practical cases of the reflective curriculum design and the improvement of the dance courses as a general education at University. This study deals with the recreation dance program with 40 students participating for 15 weeks. This study is qualitative research to explore the practical meaning and value the process on the basis of the interviews and reports of the students and the class evaluation of the instructors. The results were as follows: First is the experience of 'thinking dance'. Not just a functional movement, but moreover, they could experience the attraction, sensitivity and culture of the dance altogether. Second is the experience of 'communicating dance'. They experienced the sociability from the relationship with new partners, the overcome of the passivity (shyness) and the manner of consideration. The third is the experience of 'creating dance together'. As a member of a group, they could learn the integrity, responsibility and satisfaction in the middle of cooperative task performance. The view from the teacher regarding the class reflective assessment is as followed: The importance of dance instruction is to improve the expressive personality and potentiality of the students. Forcing the students to follow the basic choreography could be exhaustive.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect the disability prevention program by spinal cord injury lecturer for elementary school students. 1,167 students participated and data were analyzed using Wilcoxon signed-rank test by SPSS 22.0 program and qualitative analysis. The disability prevention program was a 40minutes, program composed of cause of disability, watching cases of accidents, story of disabled lecturer. The result showed that there were significant improvements in self-efficacy(Z=-26.109, p<.01) and awareness for the disabled. This study suggests that the disability prevention program by disabled lecturer had a positive effect on elementary school students. So the program should be expanded for children.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of information education satisfaction of the elderly welfare center on information utilization satisfaction and life satisfaction of the elderly. For this purpose, we surveyed the elderly who were enrolled in the elderly welfare center from September 02 to September 24, 2015. First, in the information cognition improvement of the elderly, it was found that the content of education of information, education instructor, and educational environment are important. And in the improvement of the information experience of the elderly, it was found that the education contents, the education method, the instructor and the educational environment factors of the satisfaction of information education were important factors. Second, in the improvement of personal factors satisfaction of the elderly, it was found that the content of education of information and education and the factors of education instructor were important factors. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between information literacy and satisfaction of the elderly.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the clinical instructors' role experience in college of nursing. Method: Two focus group interviews were held with a total of 12 clinical instructors. All interviews were recorded and transcribed as they were spoken, and the collected data were analyzed using content analysis of Downe-Wamboldt(1992). Results: Three themes and six subthemes were extracted from the analysis: 1) Getting recognition of special roles as a clinical instructor: 'Recognizing the role of clinical instructor for guiding student's individual practice goals', 'Recognizing helping and supporting roles for student's successful clinical practice', 2) Having difficulty in performing the role of clinical practice instructor: 'Difficulty from the lack of knowledge and experience as a clinical practice instructor', 'Difficulty from the gap between current clinical practice and purpose of clinical nursing practice', 3) Making efforts to overcome the difficulties as a clinical instructor and accomplishing personal development: 'Making efforts to acquire personal knowledge and experience', 'Making a chance to reflect on and grow up oneself'. Conclusion: Clinical instructors take an important part of clinical nursing education. To improve the quality of clinical nursing education, it is needed role reestablishment and institutional support for clinical instructors on the basis of the understanding of instructors' experience.

This study analyses the needs of workers at foreigners-only casinos in Korea on English for Specific Purposes (ESP). It also examines the most ideal English instructor for them and the motivations for their learning English. A total of ninety-nine casino workers in Seoul and Busan participated in the survey. Of the four language skills, English speaking is the most necessary area for them to learn and listening is the second. The most difficult part of communicating in English for them to learn is also speaking, followed by listening. This indicates that the area that they need to study and the area in which they have difficulty communicating in English have the same ranking. The participants in the marketing department had the longest working hours in English, and they were significantly different from those in other departments. Regardless of their departments, the participants responded that speaking is the most necessary area to learn English. They mentioned that their biggest motivation for learning English is self-realization, followed by smooth work. The most ideal English instructor was a Korean instructor with casino working experience, followed by a bilingual Korean instructor. This showed their preference for Korean English teachers with casino working experience. This study might be meaningful since it provides information on a new field, casino workers, by analyzing their needs on ESP. It is suggested that this may contribute to setting the direction of English curriculum for casino workers in the future.
