  • The Internet of Things (IoT) environment must be able to meet the needs of users by providing access to various services that can be used to develop diverse user applications. However, QoS issues arise due to the characteristics of the IoT environment, such as numerous heterogeneous devices and potential resource constraints. In this paper, we propose a QoS prediction method that reflects trust between users in SOA based IoT. In order to increase the accuracy of QoS prediction, we analyze the trust and distrust relations between users and identify similarities among users and predict QoS based on them. The centrality is calculated to enhance trust relationships. Experimental results show that QoS prediction can be improved.

  • This study examines the effects of customer citizenship behavior and customer badness behavior on service employees' emotional dissonance and job burnout. To achieve this, a survey was empirically carried out to 338 foodservice employees. The overall findings were as follows. First, the customer citizenship behavior had a significant effect on the emotional dissonance of service employees. Second, the customer citizenship behavior had no significant effect on job burnout. Third, the customer badness behavior had a significant effect on the emotional dissonance. Fourth, the customer bad behavior had a significant effect on the job burnout. Fifth, the emotional dissonance had a significant effect on job burnout of service employees. These results confirmed the importance of customer citizenship behavior and customer badness behavior in the foodservice industry. This suggests that the customer badness behavior has a significant effect on the emotional dissonance and job burnout, leading to the deterioration of quality in the foodservice industry that pursues the unconditional suppression of service employees' emotion or customer-centered operating strategies. Therefore, strategic systemization is required in terms of promoting civil behavior on behalf of customers through positive interaction and induce contribution behavior through loyal service.

The main results of this study were as follows: Statistically significant difference was showed in importance and performance of interaction quality, importance and performance of physical environment quality, performance of outcome quality depending on types of restaurants, while significant difference was not indicated in importance of outcome quality by types of restaurants. Positive emotional response was significantly high by types of restaurants in order of fine-dining restaurants, family restaurants, and fast-food restaurants, while negative emotional responses were significantly higher in fast-food restaurants than in the other two types. As far as Customer satisfaction are concerned, fine-dining restaurants showed higher customer satisfaction than the other two types. In accordance with level of service encounter quality, cluster analysis was conducted and the clusters were divided into 'high-valuation' and 'low-valuation'. 'High-valuation cluster' and 'low-valuation cluster' showed significant difference depending on types of restaurants that customers used(p<.001). The customers who used fine-dining restaurants and family restaurants valued the performance of service encounter highly. However, in fast-food restaurants, a lot of low-valuation customers existed. • People begin to recognize sexual orientation or gender identity in adolescence, and adolescents frequently use an accessible and anonymous anonymity knowledge retrieval community to explore sensitive health information about gender. This study attempted to observe their information search behavior based on questions and answers about adolescents' gender identity in the knowledge retrieval community. First, we wanted to examine their information needs and to investigate what factors they preferred to answer by comparing the characteristics of the answers adopted with the non-adopted answers among the answers provided in the questions they shared. To this end, Naver, Korea's representative knowledge search community. In Knowledge-iN, a total of 358 sets of data were analyzed, consisting of responses adopted over three years from January 2016 to December 2018. As a result, adolescents with concerns about gender identity demanded information about definition or confusion about gender identity. In the responses adopted by the users, the factors that gave empathy and positive feelings were higher than those that were not adopted, whereas the negative responses were higher in the unaccepted answers. This study is meaningful in that it analyzes the information needs and information search behaviors of adolescents with no established gender identity, expands the discussion in the information search field, and confirms cognitive and emotional models for information evaluation of health information users. Also, based on the research results, we propose practical implications for effective information services on gender identity that social media should provide to young people.

  • The purpose of this study was to find out what could be the cause of increasing the re-use intention for the continuous management of customers in terms of finding a strategic plan for the survival of Medium Sized Hospital To this end, a hypothesis for the direct effect verifying the structural relationship, a hypothesis for the mediating effect of attachment, and a hypothesis for the moderating effect on the hospital image were presented. The survey analysis results for customers who experienced the services of 5 Medium Sized Hospital in Gyeonggi-do were as follows. First, The results of analysis of the effect of Medium Sized Hospital customers' perceived value on reuse intention are as follows. all sub-factors of perceived value did not have a significant effect on reuse intention. This is significant in that it shows that the change occurred due to the involvement of attachment. Second, the results of examining the mediating effect of attachment in the relationship between the perceived value of small and medium hospital customers and their intention to reuse are as follows. Attachment to doctor's competency significantly mediated the relationship between quality value and reuse intention, emotional value and reuse intention, and social value and reuse intention. Significantly mediated the relationship between the provinces and the relationship between the price value and the intention to reuse. Third, hospital image significantly adjusted the relationship between quality value and medical technology competency. Based on the above results, it is necessary to establish a strategy of value perceived by customers as a strategy to increase the reuse intention of small and medium hospital customers. Therefore, the strategic goal setting of this value should be 'promoting attachment', and since the hospital image adjusts the perceived value and attachment of small and medium hospital customers, it is an image strategy that allows customers to appreciate their attachment to doctors and medical technology more highly. will have to establish.
