  • 유비쿼터스 사회에서 사용자는 상황과 장소, 감성에 맞는 문화콘텐츠를 언제 어디서나 접할 수 있게 될 것으로 전망된다. 최근 휴대 단말기와 사용자간의 지속적인 정보 교환을 가능하게 해주는 환경을 제공해 주는 휴대 인터넷 기술의 발전은 인간의 감성과 상황에 맞춰 콘텐츠를 변환시키는 감성콘텐츠 개발에 초석이 되고 있다. 현재까지는 유선콘텐츠를 모바일콘텐츠로 변환한다거나 방송용 콘텐츠를 인터넷에 맞춰 변화하는 형태의 휴대 단말기에 맞춰 콘텐츠를 변환시키는 것이 고작이지만 휴대 인터넷 환경에서는 상황과 감성을 변수로 해 콘텐츠가 변환될 수 있게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 감성과 기상정보의 변화에 따라 캐릭터를 변환하는 것이 수동이 아닌 자동으로 이뤄지게 하기 위한 지능형 캐릭터 생성 연구를 진행 하고자 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 칼라 영상을 이용하여 인간의 감성을 인식할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 먼저 칼라 영상으로부터 피부색 추출방법을 이용하여 얼굴을 추출한다 그 다음, 추출된 얼굴 영상으로부터 인간 얼굴의 특징 점(눈썹, 눈, 코, 입)들을 추출하는 방법과 각 특징 점들 간의 구조적인 관계로부터 인간의 감성(기쁨, 놀람, 슬픔, 분노)을 인식하는 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법은 퍼지 추론을 기반으로 하여 인간의 감성을 인식한다. 마지막으로, 제안된 방법은 실험을 통해 그 응용 가능성을 확인한다.

  • 최근 다양한 게임 문화가 급속도로 성장함에 따라 보다 새로운 개념의 게임을 찾는 사용자의 요구가 증대 되고 있다. 기존의 게임은 획일화 되고 일방적인 사용자 환경으로 사용자가 일방적으로 게임을 하는 방식이었다. 때문에 사용자의 감성 데이터를 이용하여 사용자에게 게임 환경이 맞춰지는 "사용자 맞춤형" 게임은 기존의 게임에서 보다 진보한 새로운 방식이 될 것이다. 이 방식을 사용하기 위해서는 우선 사용자의 생체 데이터나 감성데이터를 포함한 뇌파를 획득하는 방법이 필요하며 다음으로 획득된 뇌파를 통하여 현재 사용자의 감성 상태를 규명하는 패턴인식 기법이 중요한 문제가 된다. 본 논문에서는 뇌파를 통하여 현재 사용자의 감성 상태를 규명하고 인식할 수 있는 패턴인식 기법으로 Multi Layer Perceptron(MLP)을 사용한 감성인식모델을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 감성인식 모델의 실험을 위하여 특정 공간 내에서 여러 사용자의 감정별 뇌파를 측정하고 실험을 통하여 획득한 데이터로 감정 DB를 구축한다. 구축된 DB를 본 논문에서 제안한 감성인식 모델로 학습을 하고 학습이 완료된 후 새로운 사용자의 뇌파를 입력 받은 후 현재 사용자의 감성을 인식한다. 감성인식과 더불어 집중도를 측정 하는 실험도 병행 한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 감성인식 모델의 성능을 측정하기 위하여 사용자의 수에 따른 감성 인식률을 측정함으로서 본 논문에서 제안한 감성인식 모델의 성능을 확인한다.

The Effect of the Golf Coach's Emotional Intelligence on the Consumer Citizenship Behavior: Moderating Effect Analysis by Gender (골프지도자의 감성 지능이 고객 시민 행동에 미치는 영향 : 성별에 따른 조절 효과 분석)

  • The first purpose of this study is to understand the impact of the emotional intelligence of golf coaches on customer citizenship behavior. The second is to verify the moderating effects of gender roles in the relationship between emotional intelligence and customer citizenship behavior. In order to achieve the research purposes, 5 indoor and outdoor golf driving ranges were selected in Cheongju, and 318 customers were selected as the objects. SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0 software was used. The following were identified as the result of the analysis. First, besides 'Emotional Control' and 'Helping Others' all four sub-factors of the golf coach's emotional intelligence had a noticeable influence on customer citizenship behavior. Second, the influence of emotional intelligence differed according to the gender of coaches. In the case of male coaches, emotional intelligence had an impact on all factors except transmission. In the case of women, it was found that feedback, helping others and emotional control had an impact on all factors except transmission. Therefore, these results show that in-depth research on the emotional intelligence of golf coaches is required. They also suggest that there will be a need to study how the gender of the coach affects customer citizenship behavior.

Affecting Factors of Clinical Competence in the Nursing students Using a Mediation Model (매개모델을 이용한 간호대학생의 임상수행능력 영향요인)

  • This study examined the casual relationship among emotional intelligence, self-efficacy and clinical competence in nursing students, as well as the effects of emotional intelligence on the clinical competence with the mediation of self-efficacy. The participants were 182 nursing students, and the data were collected during from October 14, to November 10, 2014. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and mediation pathway with the SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs. The results are as follows: First, there were correlations among emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and clinical competence. Second, The emotional intelligence, and clinical competence showed direct and indirect associations. Emotional intelligence was found to influence the self-efficacy and clinical competence directly, and self-efficacy influenced the clinical competence directly. Mediation analyses indicated that emotional intelligence influences the self-efficacy.

Relationships among Bullying in Workplace, Burnout, and Emotional Intelligence of Korean Physician Assistant (PA) Nurses (전담간호사의 직장 내 괴롭힘과 소진, 감성지능간의 관계)

  • The intention of this study was to investigate relationship of PA (Physician Assistant) nurses' workplace bullying, burnout and emotional intelligence. Research respondents were 150 PA nurses who are working at 19 different hospitals from 5 cities and provinces and the collected data were analyzed with SPSS 21.0 program. This study discovered that 20.7% of PA nurses had experienced workplace bullying and 54.7% had witnessed workplace bullying. The workplace bullying scored 2.14 (on a 4-point scale), emotional intelligence scored 4.88 (on a 7-point scale), and burnout scored 3.22 (on a 7-point scale). As a result of correlation analysis, as workplace bullying was higher, the level of burnout was greater, while as the emotional intelligence was higher, the level of burnout was lower. Thus, there is a need for improvement plan for bullying in workplace to alleviate PA nurses' burnout and strategy to improve emotional intelligence and develop education and program.

The Effects of Emotional Intelligence, Nursing Work Environment on Nursing Work Performance in Clinical Nurses (임상간호사의 감성지능과 간호근무환경이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aimed to identify the effect of emotional intelligence, nursing work environment on nursing performance in clinical nurses. Data were collected through a self-report questionnaire for 222 subjects and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression with SPSS WIN 22.0 program. The results showed that nursing performance had significant correlations with emotional intelligence and nursing work environment. Also, the influencing factors on nursing performance were emotional intelligence, age, nursing satisfaction, nursing work environment, and nursing unit. These factors explained 50.0% of variance. Therefore, emotional intelligence, age, nursing satisfaction, nursing work environment, and nursing unit should be considered in developing and applying an nursing interventions program to improve the nursing performance among clinical nurses.

  • This study aims to mediating effects of Emotional Intelligence on the relationships between Self-Leadership. Additionally, this study is to examine the impact of Self-leadership(behavior-focused strategies, natural reward strategies and constructive thought pattern strategies) to Technology Innovation. Hypotheses were tested by surveying 420 employees at Gumi Industrial Complex. The findings are as follows: First, all factors of Self-leadership had a significant positive effect on Technology Innovation. Second, four factors of Emotional Intelligence had a significant positive mediating effect on Technology Innovation except behavior- focused strategies of Self-Leadership. It is indicated a need for action in organization's self-leadership and it is also shown reliable criterion to effective organizational management of success in Technology Innovation.

Influence of Emotional intelligence and Job stress on Retention Intention of Nurses (간호사의 감성지능과 직무스트레스가 재직의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This purpose of the study is to investigate the influence of emotional intelligence and job stress on retention intention of nurses. Subjects were 329 nurses. The data were collected using self -report questionnaire from November 2 to November 27, 2017. Data were analyzed using SPSS Win 24.0. Retention intention were positively correlated with emotional intelligence(r=.35, p<.001) and were negatively correlation with job stress(r=-.19, p<.001) of nurses. Job satisfaction(β=.476, p<.001), emotional intelligence(β=.163, p<.001), job stress(β=-.151, p=.001) and Whether the desired department is place(β=-.116, p=.008) explained 40.6% of total variance of retention intention of nurse. Therefore, To increase retention intention of nurses, it is necessary to develop and test the program for improving job satisfaction and emotional intelligence.

The Relationship between Emotional intelligence, Academic self-efficacy and self-leadership among Nursing Students (간호대학생의 감성지능, 학업적 자기 효능감 및 셀프리더십 간의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between emotional intelligence, academic self-efficacy, and self-leadership among nursing students. Subjects were 230 nursing students in South Korea. Data were collected using self-report questionnaires from September 1 to 30, 2015, and analyzed using frequencies, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression using SPSS Win 18.0. Self-leadership was significantly positively correlated with emotional intelligence and academic self-efficacy in nursing students. Students with higher emotional intelligence and academic self-efficacy showed higher self-leadership. Emotional intelligence and academic self-efficacy explained 40.2% of the total variance in self-leadership among nursing students. Therefore, to increase nursing students' self-leadership, it is necessary to develop and test programs to ensure an improvement in emotional intelligence and academic self-efficacy among nursing students.
