  • 본 연구의 궁극적인 목표는 효과적인 감성광고의 제작을 위하여 소비자의 감정에 관한 생리적 반응분석 결과를 광고제작자에게 제시할 수 있는 소비자 위주의 감성적 광고를 개발하는 것이다. 이번 연구는 기초 단계로서 감성과 관련한 소비자의 태도와 반응을 인지학적 접근을 통해 분석하고 이 모형을 개발하기 위한 연구이다.

  • As the speed of social change consumers' buying patterns change, with an effective and competitive means of communication is an effort to find ads world. Characters have to maximize its own image, the character font used for the situation fits perfectly expressed in the formative Calligraphy differentiated pay plan as part of Calligraphy is considered. People feel in the hand by writing letters that can not be standardized as a strong symbol and symbolism, and the appeal and beauty, dynamic motion, mystery, and can be expressed. Design disciplines across all areas of Calligraphy extensive coverage, digital coolness of the hard preparation for the soft and warm lyricism analogue availability is required to meet contemporary needs. Media ads that emphasize the use of the Calligraphy emotional representation of the contents of the ads favorable to improve cognitive function, attention, recall of positive affect and, therefore, character-driven emotional expression as an art communications capabilities with one of the media is situated in the heart of the culture.

  • In the age of digital media transformation, the rapid rise of social media has changed the paradigm of traditional marketing techniques by leveraging the influence of influencers. However, the influence of influencers cannot be freed from ethical issues that arise as individuals, so virtual influencers are emerging as a countermeasure. This study is a study on how to increase the influencer effect of virtual models with a focus on the MZ generation in medical service. This study investigated whether respondents in their 40s or younger were aware of 'Rosy', a virtual influencer, and then conducted a survey on those who recognized 'Rosy'. As a result of this study, first, both cognitive and emotional motivation had a positive influence on fanship and attractiveness for virtual influencer. In addition, it was found that there was a difference in follow motive according to gender. Second, in order to lead to the intention of visiting hospitals, which is the medical service industry, only the cognitive motives with useful and reliable information and useful information for the virtual influencer were found to be significant in intention to visit.

A Study on Personalized Emotion Recognition in Forest Healing Space - Focus on Subjective Qualitative Analysis and Bio-signal Measurement - (산림 치유 공간에서의 개인 감정 인지 효과에 관한 연구)

  • This study is a scientific approach to psychological factors such as emotional stability among various effects of forest resources. In order to carry out this study, the experiment was conducted on the subjects by setting the forest healing space as various spaces. The subjects who participated in this experiment were the students in their twenties and the average age was 22±1.25 years. The subjects were assessed for emotional words through subjective sequence evaluation in different designated forest healing spot. In addition, the emotional states that they actually perceived were measured by measuring the bio-signals to their perceived emotions. BMP, SDNN, VLF, LF, HF, Amplitude, and PPI were used for the bio-signal reaction experiment applied to this study. The results of this experiment were measured by Friedman test and Wilcoxon test for statistical analysis. n this study, 'good', 'clear', and 'uncomfortable' words were found statistically significant at the spot of forest healing space for subjective emotional vocabulary. In addition, SDNN, HF and Amplitude were statistically significant in the results of quantitative bio-signal measurement at each spot in the forest healing space. Based on the results of this study, we can suggest the application direction and strategic utilization plan of forest healing spot and forest resource utilization field. This is not only a guide for the users who use the facility through the spatial facilities and physical requirements for the emotion based forest-healing, but also can be used as a personalized emotional space design aspect.

A Marketing Theory-Based Approach to Customer's Perceived Shopping Experience (고객의 지각된 쇼핑경험에 대한 마케팅 이론적 접근)

  • This study serves the main research purpose of verifying the hypothetical relationship between antecedent and consequence variables of shopping experience based on the classification system by Schmitt (1999) who dimensionalized experience into five components (sense, feel, think, act, relate). Specifically, the study seeks to fulfill the following three research objectives. First, it substantiates dynamic relationships among the five experiential components comprising the strategic experiential modules that serve as the basis of the theoretical framework of the study. Especially, it focuses on interactive relationships among the experiential components by taking a holistic view of the experience. Second, the study seeks to uncover the effects of pre-experiential antecedents such as shopping motivation and shopping involvement, based on taxonomy of motivation as product-centered vs. experience-centered. Third, the study investigates the effects of shopping experience on intention to revisit with regard to department store, discount store, and Internet shops, based on customers' store experiences. The major findings from this study are as follows: first, the five experiential components were found to have a high level of correlations according to hypothesis verification. Second, shopping motivation was learned to have significant effects on preference toward thinking as well as feeling experiences. That is, product-centered (vs. experience-centered) shopping motivation exerted a greater influence on cognitive (vs. affective experience than affective (vs. cognitive) experience.

  • This study introduced trust dimension as a mediating variable and analyzed in order to investigate the empirical mechanism on the process of leader's emotional intelligence which is a emotional factor to produce organizational effectiveness. Based on the empirical analysis, first of all, this study found whether the team leader's emotional intelligence gives an influence on the subordinate's trust in leader. Secondly, this study examined the multidimensionality of trust by selecting subordinate's cognition-based trust and affect-based trust on the team leader as mediating variables between team leaders's emotional intelligence and subordinate's affective commitment, organizational citizenship behavior. I found the theoretical implications based on this study; first, from the view on cognition-based and emotion-based trust, the integrated verification of the process of the trust in leader as a mediating role, second, verification of the relationship between leader's emotional intelligence and trust in leader which was not studied before, third, the methodological try to prevent from the common method bias problem through the evaluation of a team leader on a subordinate's organizational citizenship behavior. This study also suggested the ways to apply those theoretical implications to human resource management.

An Empirical Study on the Effect of Humor Sense of Leader on Innovative Behavior and the Moderating Effects of Empowerment (리더의 유머감각이 구성원의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 및 임파워먼트의 조절효과에 관한 연구)

  • The purposes of this research are to examine the effect of humor sense of leader on innovative behavior and to examine the moderating effects of empowerment on the relationship between humor sense of leader and innovative behavior. For these purposes, literature review and survey research were conducted. The 350 questionnaires were sent to the 10 manufactural firms in the Pusan and Kyungsang Nam-Do region for empirical analysis. Total 276 usable responses were collected(effective response rate : 78.86%). The major findings of the empirical research are as follows ; First, generation of humor, use of humor, attitude of humor and evaluation of humor which are composed factors of humor sense of leader have positive influence innovative behavior. Second, composed factors of humor sense of leader have differential influence on innovative behavior by empowerment. In conclusion, humor sense of leader is expected to improve innovative behavior which is individual behavior in an organization. Therefore, managers have to develop innovative behavior by exhibiting humor sense, considering empowerment.

  • Nowadays, organizations have adopted Smart Work to efficiently manage tasks, such as electronic document approval, customer management, and site inspection, without spatial-temporal constraints. Smartphones, which are commonly used in Smart Work, enable individuals to perform their jobs anytime and anywhere, thus blurring the boundary between work and non-work. To solve the problem of blurred work/non-work boundaries, a construct of self-control and affective factors needs to be considered because business style is changed from command to autonomy in the Smart Work context. Moreover, employees can convey their emotions easily over smartphones. Recent marketing studies have analyzed consumers' behavior based on the combination of cognitive, affective, and behavioral components, and researchers of information systems are also interested in these factors. However, previous research has some limitations, such as not classifying factors into cognitive, affective, and behavioral as well as not covering all three factors. Therefore, we explore the roles of cognitive, affective, and behavioral components in emotional exhaustion and education performance, and conduct a survey on undergraduate and graduate students, who are the major users of smartphones. Findings show that when individuals improve their cognitive capability (self-control) and usage experience (smartphone communication and internet usage), they can decrease emotional exhaustion and increase education performance. In the role of affective capability, increasing education performance is partially accepted. These results imply that organizations should not focus on controlling the usage of smartphones but on promoting appropriate smartphone usage.

제품개발에서의 Cognition Technology의 활용

  • 최근 제품에 있어서 가치는 기능성을 제공하는 측면에서 점차 사용성과 감성을 중요시하는 방향으로 변화하고 있다. 최근의 혁신적인 제품을 보면 사용성과 감성적인 가치가 기술개발의 방향성까지 결정하는 등 제품개발에 있어서 감성과 사용성 가치의 중요성은 더 더욱 커지고 있다. 또한 감성과, 사용성에 대한 정확한 예측은 제품의 개발 방향뿐만 아니라, R&D의 방향성을 결정짓기 때문에 이와 같은 Value를 표현할 수 있는 정확하고 신뢰성 있는 모델의 중요성 갈수록 높아지고 있다. 하지만 제품개발에 있어서 감성과 사용성으로 대변되는 User Experience 가치 제공은 기능성, 신뢰성 등의 기존가치와는 달리 소비자, 사용자로 대변되는 Human에 대한 더 높은 이해가 필수적이나, 관련 지식의 부족 및 통계적 정량화, 객관화 어려움 등으로 제품의 가치로 연결시키기에는 많은 어려움이 있는게 사실이다. 본 논문에서는 감성과 사용성 등을 고려한 제품 가치 체계(Product Value Structure)에 대해서 살펴보고, 아울러 이러한 가치를 고려한 제품개발 패러다임의 변화에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 기존의 감성 사용성에 대한 방법론에 널리 활용되는 통계적 귀납적 방법론 외에 인지과학(Coginition Technology)을 활용하여 연역적 방법론에 대해서도 고민해보고자 한다. 특히 Iphone의 UI 특성을 통해 Innovation Company가 인지과학적인 Approach를 어떻게 제품개발에 적용하고 있는지에 대해서 알아보고자 한다.

A Critical Review of Some Experiential Approaches in Marketing and Their Applicability (마케팅의 경험적 접근방법 및 그 활용방안에 관한 비판적 고찰)

  • 본 연구는 마케팅의 네 가지 경험적 접근방법, 즉 정보탐색적 접근, 브랜드 컨셉으로서의 경험, 즐거움의 경험, 총체적 경험 등의 내용을 살펴보고 이들의 기여와 문제점 및 한계를 살펴보았다. 또한, 감성적 경험과 소비 시점의 경험에 관해서도 논의하였다. 경험적 접근방법은 새로운 마케팅 수단으로 충분한 잠재력을 가지고 있으며 인지적 접근, 브랜드의 기능적 혜택을 강조하는 기존 마케팅 방식과는 상당한 차이가 있다. 하지만, 경험적 접근방법 앞으로 해결해야 할 많은 과제가 남아 있으며, 일부 실무적인 서적들이 주장한 바 와 같이 인지적, 기능적 마케팅 방식을 대체하는 것은 아니라고 할 수 있다. 기존 전통적인 마케팅 방식에 대하여 보완적 역할을 수행할 수 있으며, 제한적인 조건에서만 적합한 방식으로 평가할 수 있다.
