The Effect of Perceived Customer Orientation to Emotional Presence, Commitment and Customer Satisfaction in E-Learning (e-learning에서 고객지향성에 대한 지각이 감성적 실재감과 학습몰입 그리고 고객만족에 미치는 영향)

  • The emotional factor has not been focused in e-learning studies. But the emotions of student are very important in e-learning because it is a self-regulated learning. This study is focused on the emotional factor in e-learning. This study examines the effect of perceived customer orientation to emotional presence, commitment and customer satisfaction in e-learning. The results of this study showed that the perceived customer orientation effect to the commitment about the learning and the customer satisfaction in e-learning.

The Moderating Effects of Emotional Intelligence in the Relations between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment (조직 내 상사의 변혁적 리더십과 부하직원의 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 감성적 지능의 조절효과 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effects of emotional intelligence in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment. To achieve the this research purpose, theoretical and empirical studies related to transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and emotional intelligence were carried out simultaneously. The established hypotheses related to transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and emotional intelligence were verified by the hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS. The result of this research are as followers : First, the hierarchical regression analysis revealed that moderation term was significant(${\beta}$=0.146, p<.01). The interaction term for charisma and emotional intelligence had a significant and positive relationship with organizational commitment. Second, the hierarchical regression analysis revealed that moderation term was insignificant(${\beta}$=2.295, p<.05) The interaction term for inspirational motivation and emotional intelligence had a significant and positive relationship with organizational commitment. Third, the hierarchical regression analysis revealed that moderation term was significant(${\beta}$=0.200, p<.001). The interaction term for intellectual stimulation and emotional intelligence had a significant and positive relationship with organizational commitment. Fourth, the hierarchical regression analysis revealed that moderation term was significant(${\beta}$=2.213, p<.01).

  • This research is to examine the effect of specific Sports On-line membership characteristics on Customer loyalty, the role of the important concept of the three degree of commitment(Continuance commitment, Normative commitment, Affective commitment) in relation marketing. First, discover whether professional team's customer loyalty is influenced by Sports on-line membership through the three degrees of commitment, which is an important parameter in customer relation. Second, find out the effect of currently used online membership characteristics of an off-line company on the three degrees of commitment. To achieve this aim our research team carried out an empirical study by creating an experimental hypothesis and model. The research was conducted by an online survey by 211 supporters of professional football teams. Out of the total 23 were judged untrustworthy by double answers, the empirical study was drawn out from the remaining 188. The empirical study was done by statistical analysis programs SPSS 10.0 and AMOS 4.0. The conclusion of this research is that specific characteristics of Sports on-line membership, Continuance commitment, Normative commitment, Affective commitment plays an important role as a medium in Customer loyalty.

  • The purpose of this study was to find out how a canoe leader's revolutionary leadership affects his trust and how a leader's trust affects the organizational commitment. 350 participants were selected out of male and female registered as canoeists by the Korea Canoe Federation in 2011 through the random sampling. Except for 26 data with those not seriously taken, 324 responses were taken as valid samples. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multi-regression analysis have been conducted. The conclusion is as follows: First, a leader's revolutionary leadership positively affects his trust. Secondly, a leader's revolutionary leadership has a positive effect on his organizational commitment. Lastly, a leader's trust positively affect the organizational commitment.

  • This study is the convenience Facebook brand fan page users who seek functional, emotional, divided into three levels of symbolic benefits to the brand benefit was to examine whether structurally affect to brand attachment and brand commitment. Results and emotional benefits are found to affect the brand attachment relative to the functional convenience. In addition, the symbolic benefits were to affect brand attachment compared with the functional convenience. But the emotional benefits and symbolic benefits was shown to affect different brand without attachment, brand attachment points have been identified that affect the antecedents of brand engagement.

  • 사회적기업의 브랜드를 추구하는 패션 소비층은 개인적인 가치 기준을 바탕으로 합리적인 소비생활을 하며 브랜드 이미지를 중시하고 자신만의 감도를 찾는 공통된 특징을 가지고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 패션 사회적 브랜드는 새로운 각도에서 소비자들을 이해하며 환경변화에 능동적으로 대응할 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 패션 사회적 브랜드-소비자 관계의 세부적 요인이 브랜드 자산 구성요소들에 미치는 구조적 관계에 대해 규명하며, 연구결과를 기준으로 패션사회적 브랜드가 소비자의 구매행동을 예측하여 보다 효율적인 브랜드 전략을 진행하는데 있어 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2015년 4월 1일부터 30일까지 ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ 패션 사회적 브랜드 상품구매경험자를 800명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, SPSS 20.0, AMOS 20.0을 사용하여, 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 요인분석 및 경로분석을 실시하였다. 이상을 바탕으로 도출된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 브랜드-소비자 관계의 행위적 몰입, 인지적 믿음은 브랜드 인지도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 감성적 유대는 브랜드 인지도에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 브랜드-소비자 관계의 행위적 몰입, 감성적 유대, 인지적 믿음은 브랜드 이미지에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 패션 사회적 브랜드 이미지는 브랜드 태도 및 브랜드 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 패션 사회적 브랜드의 지각된 품질은 브랜드 이미지, 브랜드 태도, 브랜드 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 패션 사회적 브랜드 태도는 브랜드 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

Effect of Job Fit and Organizational Justice on Job Commitment of Social Enterprise: Moderating Effect of Emotional Leadership (사회적기업의 직무 적합성과 조직 공정성이 직무 몰입에 미치는 영향: 감성적 리더십의 조절효과)

  • A social enterprise is an enterprise that pursues a social purpose with financial resources obtained through its own profit-making activities.. In a rapidly changing market environment, it is becoming increasingly difficult for social enterprises to maintain sustainability. Due to the poor and limited resources of social enterprises, the core competency of human resources is the most important point. In order for social enterprises to maintain their sustainability, it is very urgent to create conditions so that workers can stably commit themselves in their work. Therefore, this study tried to increase the sustainability of social enterprises by empirically analyzing the factors that affect job commitment among workers of social enterprises. As factors affecting job commitment, job fit and organizational justice factors were derived. In addition, the moderating effect of emotional leadership was also analyzed in the relationship between them. For this, a questionnaire survey was conducted on employees of social enterprises and 260 valid samples were used for the analysis. The empirical analysis results were as follows. Job knowledge, job skill, job experience, job desire as sub-factors of job fit, and distributive justice, procedural justice, which were sub-factors of organizational justice, had a significant positive (+) effect on job commitment. The impact of influence was in the order of procedural justice, job experience, job desire, distributive justice, job skill, and job knowledge. On the other hand, the significance of interactional justice was not tested. Emotional leadership was analyzed to play a moderating role between job knowledge, job skill, job desire, distributive justice, procedural justice and job commitment. However, moderating effect were not tested between job experience, interactional justice and job commitment. The results of this empirical study expanded the scope of existing job-related studies by empirically analyzing the factors affecting job commitment within the category of social enterprises at the academic level. At the psychological level, job experience was found to be one of the most important factors among various influencing factors. Significant implications necessary for future training for workers and implementation of various systems were presented.

  • 본 연구는 가상현실 극장에서 실시간 상호 작용 효과를 잘 수용할 수 있는 가상 현실 콘텐츠를 기획하고 그 시나리오를 구성하는 요소들과 인터랙션 기술 개발의 방향 수립을 위한 체계적인 사용성 평가 방법론을 제시하였다. 연구에 활용한 가상실험 콘텐츠는 Heritage Alive!로서 시나리오 구성에서 시스템 구성, 인터랙션 요소들을 사용자 참여를 통한 사용성 평가 수행을 실시하여 그 실용화 가능성과 발전 방향을 평가하였다. 사용성은 비디오를 통한 전체 관람 모습을 촬영, 관찰하여 몰입감과 콘텐츠를 연관지어 분석하였고, 사용자의 인터랙션을 컴퓨터 시스템의 로그 파일을 기록하여 입력 장치의 조작성과 과제에 대한 몰입감을 정량적으로 추출할 수 있었다. 그리고 설문지에 감성적인 측면을 질의함으로써 정성적인 평가 자료로 활용하였다.

  • Online game industry is also making much efforts in developing games that have emotional disposition which is rapidly growing by the increase of emotional demand by the user. In the online game development that induces immersion stimulating the emotion of the human has the evaluation stage it must surely pass, and in this stage, emotional evaluation system is known as the evaluation method that one can verify the function, usage and human emotion desire of the game before its launching. Nevertheless, at this situation the studying result is absent in the verification of efficiency and validity of the emotional evaluation system, this study is to work on the availability and validity of the emotional evaluation system as the evaluation tool of the game comparing with the Jakob Nielsen's evaluation system through common user group which are the subjects.

The Effect of Emotional Intelligence on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment of Dietitians in Elementary Schools (초등학교 영양사의 감성지능이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of dietitians in elementary schools. The correlation analysis was conducted in order to examine the relationship among emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to determine the impact of dietitians' emotional intelligence on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The analysis results are as follows. Emotional intelligence showed a statistically significantly positive correlation with job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Especially, emotional perception and emotional intelligence had a correlation coefficient of 0.774, the highest but emotional management and organizational commitment had a correlation efficient of 0.254, the lowest. As for the effect of dietitians' emotional intelligence on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, emotional thinking promotion gave a statistically significantly positive impact on dietitians' organizational commitment. As dietitians' emotional function of thought and emotional management got higher, their job satisfaction got higher. As dietitians' emotional function of thought got higher, their organizational commitment got higher as well. These results recommend that development of an emotional intelligence promotion program to effectively control factors related to dietitians' emotional intelligence is necessary to enhance their job satisfaction and organization commitment in the future.
