As performance measurement is important for systematic management, the key indicators for performance measurement have been consistently researched in the construction industry. However, there are only a few cases in which performance measurement is performed because it requires strenuous efforts to collect data for measurement. Unlike the public sector, which has been collecting project data through laws, the private sector has very little data to measure performance. In contrast, supervision work concerns important data necessary for the performance management on building construction sites in accordance with the Building Act. Therefore, in this study, we used the data from supervisory reports to measure the performance of private building projects. First, we derived 6 performance areas and 15 indicators through a few rounds of expert group discussions and 2 surveys. Then, we identified the performance indicators with high feasibility of data collection and computed their degree of significance via the analytic hierarchy process. It is expected that the performance indicators and their computational processes derived in this study can be used to systematically measure the performance and aid the speedy diagnosis of private building construction sites.

Requirements engineering can be seen as proceeding with various processes and activities such as extraction, analysis, specification, management, and verification without temporal and spatial constraints in the development environment of information systems that are becoming large and decentralized. Developing requirements well and conducting continuous evaluation and management is the shortcut to success in project management, and it is recognized as a very important matter in relation to requirements in the information system audit. When we conduct information system audit and conducting projects subject to audit, we need to improve the required engineering aspect. Therefore, this study derives inspection items suitable for the target project by referring to the audit inspection manual and audit inspection guide when conducting the current audit, and relates to the required engineering aspect among the contents of the inspection guide for each business type that is the basis for deriving the inspection items were derived for each audit point/audit area for the project management and quality assurance project type corresponding to the inspection items. The suitability of the extracted occupation items was verified through a questionnaire survey by experts.

As the integrated and large-scale information is extended due to an advanced information system, a possibility of leaking out privacy increases as the time passes by. As a result, the necessity of using a privacy impact assessment (PIA) is emphasized because it can analyze and minimize the element of invasion of privacy. However, an essential audit for personal information protection is not fulfilled because most of the information system audit supervises over physical, managerial, and technical security items of system architecture area so that general items are the only things being checked. Consequently, this paper proposes that in order to minimize the invasion of personal information, the privacy impact assessment should be done. It also presents a procedure and method of personal information protection audit according to the result of the assessment. After applying the suggested method to two projects, it was confirmed that the improvements for protecting personal information were drawn from this paper.

This study was intended to present measures for the improvement of the apartment house landscaping supervision system by examining the adequacy of landscaping supervision, which is aimed at improving the quality of landscape plants and facilities in apartment house landscaping sites. Additionally, this study aims to identify the problems occurring in the process of the performance of landscaping supervision and to provide the evidence for legislative activities and revision of the laws currently being pushed forward for the mandatory deployment of apartment house landscaping supervision personnel. The results of the analysis showed that no landscaping supervision personnel was deployed to apartment complexes with less than 1,500 households and that the landscaping comprised 19% to 46% of the entire construction process. The civil engineering firm performed the landscaping supervision, which made it impracticable to fully focus on the construction quality in the field of landscaping. The quality control in terms of landscape plants revealed differences in quality control, depending on the competence and experience of the civil engineer supervising the personnel, where the landscaping supervision personnel was not deployed. The apartment houses landscaping supervision activity index was analyzed, and the results showed that the supervision activity index for apartment house A was 72.0, B was 70.4, and apartment houses C to G ranged from 38.7 to 46.9, which suggested that the difference in quality control, process control, and technical support affected the construction quality and occurrence of defects.The improvement of landscaping process quality control and process management will be carried out more smoothly and the rate of defects will be drastically reduced if the landscaping supervision personnel placement threshold is lowered from 1,500 households to 300 households in complexes. The results of this study are expected to be useful in promoting and re-establishing the landscaping industry based on the improvement of construction quality in the field of landscaping in connection with the construction of apartment houses.

Recently, Hospital information systems have the large databases by wide range offices for hospital management, health care to improve the quality of care. However, hospital information systems for information security measures are insufficient. Therefore, when we construct the hospital information system, we have to audit the information security measures for them, and we have to manage the ISMS(Information Security Management System) to maintain the information protection level through the risk managements. In this paper, we suggested the hospital information security audit model for the protection of health information privacy by the current hospital information systems, information security management system(ISMS), and hospital information security requirements and threats. We derived the check items compared with ISO27799 reflected the characteristics of the hospital. We classified the security domains as the physical, technical, administrative domain, and derived the check items for information security. We also designed the check lists by mapping the ISO27799 risk management process to improve the security and efficiency simultaneously. Our model by the five-point scale survey of IT experts was verified the suitability with the average of 4.91 points.

This research proposed a model for automatically monitoring the quality of insulation adhesive application in external insulation construction. Upon case implementation, the area segmentation model demonstrated a 92.3% accuracy, while the area and distance calculation accuracies of the proposed model were 98.8% and 96.7%, respectively. These findings suggest that the model can effectively prevent the most common insulation defect, insulation failure, while simultaneously minimizing the need for on-site supervisory personnel during external insulation construction. This, in turn, contributes to the enhancement of the external insulation system. Moving forward, we plan to gather construction images of various external insulation methods to refine the image segmentation model's performance and develop a model capable of automatically monitoring scenarios with a considerable number of insulation materials in the image.

최근 유가가 고공행진 중이다. 정부는 고유가 대책으로 안정적인 자원확보와 동등하게 에너지절약에 심혈을 기울인다. 자원확보도 중요하지만 이 자원을 어떻게 효율적으로 이용할 것인가에 대한 해법을 찾고 있다. 이 문제에 대해 이명박 대통령도 지식경제부 업무보고서 에너지절약의 중요성을 강조한 바 있다. 육지에서 바다를 건너야 닿을 수 있는 제주특별자치도(이하 제주도). 묵묵히 에너지절약을 선도하는 기업이있다. 주인공은 (주)도암엔지니어링(이하 도암) 이 회사는 도시계획.건축설게 토목설계 종합감리 등을 중심으로 미래 촉망받는 ESCO사업과 신.재생에너지사업으로 사업영역을 확대하면서 발빠른 행보를 늦추지 않고 있다. 사업분야 다양화와 뭍으로의 사업영역 확대, 제주도에서 불기 시작한 바람이 육지를 강타하고 있다.
