4년 전 이맘때도 그랬다. 월드컵과 아시안컵에서 연이어 고배를 마신 뒤, 한국은 강팀의 이미지를 잃어버렸다. 대표팀 감독직은 말 그대로 '독이 든 성배'였다. 허정무 감독이 대표팀 지휘봉을 잡은 것은 그때였다. 지도자 인생을 건 도전이었다.

롯데건설(주)은 우리협회 주관으로 6월 7일부터 15일까지 관리감독자 실무교율을 실시했다. 6월 6일 부산을 시작으로 8일 대구, 13일 광주, 14일 천안, 15일 서울을 마지막으로 실시된 이번 교육에서는 관리감독자가 직무수행을 위해 숙지해야할 사항과 사고사례 및 의식개혁 등 실무적으로 활용할 수 있는 내용으로 진행 되었다.

The checklist currently used for aviation safety inspection performed by ASIs(Aviation Safety Inspectors) consists of inspection groups and multiple items, it does not have safety attribute and structured hierarchy system which required to efficiently process aviation safety analysis. On this study, categorized the domestic and foreign ASI checklist by safety attribute from ICAO recommended and presented composition of checklist for safety assurance by comparative analysis composition of domestic and foreign ASI checklist.

어느 나라에서든지 항공기를 운용하려면 그 나라 항공당국의 관리와 감독을 받아야 한다. 이러한 관리와 감독은 공공의 안전을 위하여 국가기관인 항공당국에서 법적으로 위임받아 수행하는 것이다. 우리나라의 경우 건설교통부산하 항공안전본부와 지방항공청에서 그 기능을 담당한다. 이러한 관리와 감독은 주로 항공기, 항공종사자, 운항조직, 정비조직 등을 대상으로 이루어지며 등록, 제증명, 면허 등과 같은 증명활동, 감독활동, 위반 사항에 대한 법적 제재 등과 같은 수단을 통해 이루어진다. 따라서 항공기를 도입하여 운항하려는 자는 사업계획 단계에서부터 우리나라의 항공안전 관리감독과 관련된 제반 법규와 절차를 사전에 충분히 이해하고 대비하여야 시행착오를 줄이고 시간과 금전적인 손실을 예비할 수 있을 것이다. 여기에선 항공기에 국한하여 항공기 도입과 관련된 항공기 인증제도와 그에 따른 법절차에 대해 설명하고자 한다.

토지피복의 분류는 토지표면의 물리적인 지표면의 상태를 나타내는 자료로 환경, 행정, 수자원, 재해 등 다방면으로 이용되고 있다. 특히 수자원과 관련하여 식생의 증산과 토양의 증발을 통칭하는 증발산과 유출, 토양수분 등과 연관되어 있다. 광범위한 토지피복의 산정에는 경제성 및 주기성 등의 장점으로 인하여 인공위성 영상을 이용하는 기법이 적합하다. 위성영상분류법은 훈련지역의 선정 여부에 따라 감독분류와 무감독 분류로 나누어지며 각각의 알고리즘의 특성에 따라 더욱 세분화된다. 본 연구에서는 Landsat-TM (Thematic Mapper) 영상을 이용하여 감독 분류와 무감독 분류를 각각 적용하여 한강유역의 토지피복을 수역, 시가, 나지 습지, 초지, 산림, 농지의 7가지 부분으로 대분류로 산정하고 비교하였다. 두 경우의 정확도는 각각 91.6%, 90.9%의 비슷한 정확도를 나타내었으며, 세부적으로 우리나라의 대부분의 면적에 분포하는 산림, 농지, 시가, 수역의 정확도가 높게 나타났다. 또한 각 항목별로 정확도를 비교하였을 때 감독분류가 무감독분류에 비해 다소 정확한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 추후 외부자료를 도입하면 비교적 낮은 정확도를 나타낸 초지, 습지, 나지의 정확도를 보완할 수 있을 것이다.

기계학습의 군집화(clustering) 기법은 예제들 간의 유사성에 근거하여 주어진 예제들을 무리 짓는 방법이다. 준감독(semi-supervised) 군집화는 카테고리가 부여된(labeled) 소수의 예제들을 적극적으로 활용하여 군집형태가 보다 자연스럽게 형성되도록 유도하는 군집화 방법이다. 준감독 군집화 문제에서 예제에 카테고리를 부여하는 작업은 현실적으로 극히 제한적이거나 카테고리를 부여하는데 소요되는 비용이 상당하므로, 제한된 자원 내에서 군집화에 효용성이 높을 예제들을 선정하여 카테고리를 부여하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 기존 연구에서 능동적 학습의 초기 훈련예제 선정을 위해 제안된 군집기반 훈련예제 선정 방법을 준감독 군집화에 적용하여 군집 결과의 질을 향상시키고자 한다. 군집화를 이용한 예제 선정 방법은 유사한 예제들은 동일한 카테고리에 속할 가능성이 높다는 가정하에 전체 예제를 활용하여 선정하고자 하는 예제 수만큼 군집을 생성 한 후. 각 군집의 중심점에 가장 가까운 예제들을 대표 예제로 선정하여 훈련 집합을 구성하는 방법이다 본 논문에서는 문서를 대상으로 하는 준감독 군집화 실험을 통해, 카테고리를 부여할 예제를 임의로 선정한 경우에 비해 군집화를 이용한 훈련 예제들로 준감독 군집화를 수행한 경우가 보다 좋은 군집을 형성함을 확인하였다.

Most studies of software fault prediction have been about supervised learning models that use only labeled training data. Although supervised learning usually shows high prediction performance, most development groups do not have sufficient labeled data. Unsupervised learning models that use only unlabeled data for training are difficult to build and show poor performance. Semi-supervised learning models that use both labeled data and unlabeled data can solve these problems. Self-training technique requires the fewest assumptions and constraints among semi-supervised techniques. In this paper, we implemented several models using self-training algorithms and evaluated them using Accuracy and AUC. As a result, YATSI showed the best performance.

Abusive supervision occurs in a social context in which third-party observers react and interact with the abused victims and supervisors. Despite the importance of third-party observers' behavior in abusive supervision, research on abusive supervision has mainly focused on the dyadic relationship between direct victims and supervisors. Although in recent years research on third parties' reactions to peer abusive supervision has attracted growing attention, there are still insufficient studies examining the topic especially within domestic research in Korea. As such, this study comprehensively reviews empirical studies on third parties' reactions to peer abusive supervision and aims to broaden the scope of research in the field. Firstly, the results of previous studies show that the effects of observed peer abusive supervision are mediated by cognitive and affective processes. Secondly, previous studies are found to investigate the boundary conditions where the effects of observed peer abusive supervision can be amplified or mitigated with regard to various outcomes. Overall, compared to research on direct victims, research on third-party observers of abusive supervision is found to capture a wider spectrum of responses. In order to explain the mechanisms of this phenomena, this study thoroughly examines theoretical assumptions presented in previous studies and categorizes them into five theory types. Finally, this study identifies a couple of central methodological issues, including common method bias and inadequate model specification in the literature and suggests future research directions.

The suggestions that follow are about the device to assure the effectiveness of administrational regulation and supervision in Korean private security. First, government clearance should be reinforced. For this it is necessary that the qualification for security dealer-careers and academic backgrounds with security etc.- should be elucidated in Security Law. Also it should be achieved to increase the capital fund and to keep security guards for insuring substitutional manpower. Second, after legal permission governmental supervision should be done in quality by means of setting up the competent institutions independently. Third, the punishment for obtaining security license mendaciously, carrying out illegal or unfair task and assigning Security Guard Supervisors expediently should be strengthened. Also to prevent expedient acts it is necessary to prescribe illegal or unfair acts in the concrete in Security Law and violators should be legally responsible. Fourth, to lay the foundation for security industry itself and make up for perfunctory governmental direct System for Professional License (of private security guard) should come into effect.

James Cameron's Avatar was a stunning success for digital characters. Digital animation character creation was not suddenly enabled by visual technology, rather it was a result of numerous attempts of combining animation and live action film with the help of technology advancement. Two pioneers in this field are James Cameron and Robert Zemeckis. Although continuous interest and research in visual technology existed, the two directors differed in how they viewed the use of technology. The difference is demonstrated in their two recent movies which will be covered in details. How these two directors differed in their approach remains a topic of study for us who continuously are exposed on advance visual technology and our reaction to the changing nature of the industry.
