The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of recreation therapy program on cognitive function and balance sensation of demented elderly patients. The subjects were 16 elderly patients diagnosed with Alzheimer's dementia, divided into experimental group and control group. Recreation therapy program was provided to experimental group for 6 months and the change of cognitive function and balance before and after treatment was analyzed in both groups. The research concluded that the recreation therapy program maintained or even enhanced cognitive function and balance in the elderly with Alzheimer's dementia. The development along with the verification of effectiveness of non-pharmacological methods such as recreational therapy contributed to the study of treatment for the elderly with dementia.

엔터테인먼트 산업으로서의 컴퓨터 게임은 대중의 감각에 의하여 유지되고, 대중의 감각을 최대한 활성화하는 게임이 지속적으로 출시되어야 한다. 게임의 품질은 게임 디자이너의 창작력을 최대한 현실화 시켜주는 컴퓨터 기술에 종속된다. 그러나 현재, 플레이어 수가 수천 명 이상으로 확장되는 대규모 시스템의 범주로 가면, 당장 기술 장벽에 부딪히게 된다. 본 고에서 게임 네트워킹의 특성을 고찰한 후, 산업계의 출시 제품들의 동향을 분석한다. 특히, 기술 개발 경쟁이 심화되고 있는 대규모 멀티플레이어 온라인 게임 서버 동향을 분석한다.

Purpose : In this study, we tried to know that how the occupational therapists applied the core principles of Ayres's sensory integration(ASI) intervention for clients by using the method of self-assessment. Methods : The study period was from May 2010 to June 2010. The subjects were therapists who use a sensory integration intervention. We letted them to do self-assessment about degree of performing the treatment according to the core principles of ASI by using a questionnaire. Total 66 questionnaires were collected. SPSS for Windows version 15.0 was statistically analyzed. Results : There wasn't anybody without considering the 10 core principles of ASI interventions for children. Therapist's answer(more than 90%) was sometimes, often, always except for the guide self-organization in the 10 core principles of ASI intervention. On the basis of total average score of raw score of 10 core principles of ASI intervention, provide sensory opportunities, provide just-right challenges, collaborate on activity choice, maximize child's success, ensure physical safety, and foster therapeutic alliance showed more than 50 points(T value). The guide self-organization, support optimal arousal, create play context, and arrange room to engage child showed less than 50 points T value. Conclusion : The most effective interventions for sensory integration is the treatment based on the core principles of ASI intervention. According to core principle of ASI intervention, checking the quality of care and increasing the quality of care is needed through performing self-assessment.

Purpose : The purpose of the study is to find out the effect of wearing a weighted vest for sensory modulation disorder children. Methods : The participant of the study was an elementary school student, male, aged 7. The ABA single case study was used to design the study which was performed for 14 sessions. During the mediation period(B), the participant received the study cognitive education wearing weighted vest weighing 1.3kg. Results : Abnormal behaviors such as suddenly standing up from the chair, shaking body front and back, and left and right, sucking his thumb and putting the back of his hand to his mouth showed tendency to decrease gradually. Discussion : The participant's abnormal behaviors decreased as the sessions went by, which means the sensory integration therapy can improve the behavior of the child suffering the sensory modulation disorder. The design of the study had certain limitation to explain the influence a weighted vest to sustain the effect of the sensory integration therapy. New study design is needed for the extended studies to prove the lasting effect of a weighted vest for the sensory integration therapy and to suggest protocols incorporating wearing know-hows, proper wearing time, and the weight of a weighted vest.

This study intends to analytically evaluate the vibration serviceability of the bridges for each long-span type having the same span length and road width using the Meister vibration sensation curve. With MIDAS, a structural analysis program, bridges were modeled using the girders as the frame element and slabs as the plate element. The transient analysis was performed using the moving loads of the design vehicles. This study presents the analytical process of reviewing the vibration serviceability during the design of long-span bridges. It involves the comparison of the vibration serviceability of different bridge types by applying the lagging-behind and acceleration amplitude from transient analysis to Meister curve. The result confirms that the process is appropriate.

인간이 움직이는 물체에 탑승하고 있거나 움직이는 물체를 잡고 있을때 어떤 종류의 감성을 느끼게 된다. 물체의 속도, 가속도, 또는 강성, 감쇠 등으로 인하여 인간은 쾌, 불쾌감을 갖게 되며, 본 논문에서는 이러한 감성을 운동감이라 정의한다. 이러한 운동감을 공학적으로 유용한 데이터로 만들기 위해 운동감 어휘를 도입하여 정량화를 시도하였으며, 복수의 운동감 어휘를 연산할 수 있는 방법과 가중치를 구할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 귀의 전정 기관에서 느끼는 몸 전체의 평형 감각 및 운동 감각은 고려의 대상으로 제외하며, 팔에 국한하여 피부 감각과 팔 근육의 위치 인지 등으로 인한 운동감을 해석 대상으로 한다. 해석의 편의성을 위하여 팔을 제외한 몸의 움직임은 없는 상태로 유지하며, 팔의 2차원 운동만을 고려하기고 한다. 퍼지는 사람의 언어와 같이 모호한 사건을 해석하기 위한 이론이다. 모호한 정도를 표현하는 방법으로 퍼지 정도척도(measutr of fuzziness)와 퍼지척도(fuzzy measure)가 많은 분야에서 이용되고 있다. 하지만 운동감에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이므로 불확실성을 평가하는 퍼지 이론을 이용하여 운동감을 해석하려 한다.

The purpose of this study is to understand dogs for their happy lives. Experiment and survey were conducted to find out the effects of sensory stimulation on dogs emotions. Sensory were divided into visual, auditory, olfactory, tactile, complex and emotions were measured by the rate of deep sleep, feed intake, and heart rate. Research has shown that complex stimulation (walking) is the most positive stimulation for dog's emotions, but visual stimulation and auditory stimulation do not act as stimuli that positively change usual state of dog's emotions. Olfactory stimuli is the second best stimulation. Since olfactory stimulation is effective in maintaining a calm state without large deviation in the dog's state, it can be used as a method for relieving the dog's stress in exceptional situations when complex stimulation is not possible. On the other hand, tactile stimulation, bath, is a negative sensory stimulus that causes hypersomnia and binge eating for most dogs.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of sensory integrative intervention on postural control and occupational performance (play) of the preschool child with postural disorder. Methods : Subject of this study was a 5 years and 8 month old boy. The subject underwent a sensory integration (SI) treatment which was part of the SI clinic course administered by the Korean Sensory Integration Society, in 2012. The treatment goal and treatment plan had established based on the evaluation results. Treatment was done with 11 sessions, the treatment activities and the adaptive responses of the subject were measured as outcome of the SI treatment. The goal of sessions were measured as Goal Attainment Scale, and re-evaluation was done on December in 2012. Results : During SI treatment, the subject was improved the stability of proximal body parts so that maintained Supine-Flexion Posture more than 20 seconds. He also showed increased attention span continuously about 1 activity on physical play. Conclusion : According to the results of this study, it was verified that sensory integrative intervention has positive effective on postural control and occupational performance (play) of the preschooler with postural disorder.

철도의 선로변에서 선로나 신호설비의 유지 보수 작업을 할 경우 감각 차단현상에 의해 작업 전후방 일정거리에 열차가 접근하고 있어도 열차를 인지하지 못하여 사상사고가 자주 발생하고 있다. 이러한 철도 선로변의 사상사고 저감을 위해 무선통신에 의한 안전설비를 설계 및 개발하였다.
