This research means that it analyzed the conflict structure of key stakeholders in the operation and management of the Regulation Free Zone. The analysis results are as follows. First, for the safety review related to the amendment of the law, the process of presenting a preliminary review opinion is additionally required. Second, institutional improvement is needed for the complicated preliminary preparation stage in the management system issue. Third, there is the issue of whether to provide an incentive structure to the local innovation ecosystem or to leave it to the autonomy of the participating companies and guarantee the choice in the post-management issue. In the future, this research suggests a method to systematically prepare a micro-policy demand identification process through continuous monitoring using the Q method.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the tendency and characteristics in armed conflict in post-Cold War era on the basis of Uppsala conflict data program(UCDP) datasets. The collapse of bipolarity and the end of cold War proved a watershed in the dynamics of international conflict. The major shift in the nature of conflict has been away from interstate conflict, leaving intrastate conflict. Major powers have acted carefully against each other and been willing to understand the interests of other to avoid military confrontation and crash. As the means of termination for armed conflict, there is a stronger emphasis on the peace settlement like peace agreement and ceasefire agreement than military victory. Many intrastate conflicts become internationalized, through the involvement of diaspora communities, or regionalized through a spillover effect into neighboring countries. Since the end of the Cold War, the UN has taken a much more active role in conflict management and conflict resolution.

This study examined the effect of middle school students' perceived marital conflict on the middle school students' aggression. Also it examined the differences of male and female middle school students. The researcher surveyed 500 questionnaires for middle school students and was using 444 questionnaires in the final analysis. To analysis the data, t-test, Pearson correlation and the multiple group Structural Equation Modeling approach was used. It was sown that in the middle school students who highly perceived their interparental conflict, the higher the aggression. Interpartental conflicts significantly affected on middle school students' aggression in male and female students. It was sown, also that in the male middle school students who highly perceived their interparental conflict than girl students who highly perceived, the higher the aggression. In conclusion, this study demonstrates the importance of parental roles have effects on middle school students' problem behavior. Especially it was found that male middle school students aggression are influences by interparental conflict. Accordingly, this study has significances by proposing methods of efficient parental consultation and education to resolve parental conflicts.

This study tries 'interdisciplinary research' regarding the formation process of public sphere and the modern media on the Korean society. From the process where the civil society of modern ages is formed, the public sphere was condition that pulls down the feudal system of medieval Europe and appears the civil society. The modern newspaper collected the public opinion from lower part and did play a leading role which forms public sphere in Europe. Even from Korea the literary public sphere and political public sphere were developing inside the Chosun Dynasty period from lower part since 18th century. However the opening of a port became accomplished before making the printing media which is newspaper. As a result the public sphere in Korea was accomplished a conflict-structure. This study cleared where the crisis of Korean journalism is originated by presenting a conflict-structure differently with a transplantation theory or a graft hybrid hypothesis.

The purpose of this study is to induce a indicator related to the response, handling and management which are appeared on each step of business enforcement in housing reconstruction projects. Then, it aims to appropriately and reasonably resolve the conflicts of reconstruction business with relevant subjects. These projects physician satisfaction and continual business was going to have the impact that any analysis of the structure in an evaluation. In addition, this study analyzes the impact structure on the business satisfaction and a intention for continuous business through this evaluation. This study sets a operational hypothesis in order to verify the relationship between the variables. then, it creates the structural model by using the Smart PLS 3.0. After analyzing the impact structure by using total 252 samples, this study adopts the final hypothesis which shows (+) path coefficient as set in the hypothesis and test statistic above 1.65. In result, six out of the nine hyphothesis are adopted. then, The 'Response to conflict' which affects the 'Management to conflict(H1)' has a path coefficient of 0.618. In addition, the 'Handling to conflict' which affects the 'Management to conflict(H2)' has a path coefficient of 0.150. The 'Handling to conflict' which affects the satisfaction of 'business' has a path coefficient of 0.101. and the 'management to conflict' which affects the satisfaction of 'business(H7)' has a path coefficient of 0.644. In addition, the 'Intention for continuous business(H8)' shows a path coefficient of 0.258. Finally, The satisfaction of 'business' which affects the 'intention for continuous business(H9)' has a path coefficient of 0.391.

This study aimed to examine the association between material hardship and alcohol use among low-income households in Korea, with particular attention to whether the association was mediated by family conflict and self-esteem. Using a nationally representative sample of 960 low-income households, this study conducted a path analysis to test a structural model liking material hardship to alcohol use through family conflict and self-esteem. The significance of indirect paths was tested by a Sobel test. This study found that experiencing material hardship was directly associated with low levels of coping skills for family conflict and low levels of self-esteem, but not with alcohol use. However, material hardship was indirectly associated with alcohol use through low levels of coping skills for family conflict as well as low levels of self-esteem. The findings of this study suggest that experiencing material hardship among low-income households would be a socio-structural stressor for alcohol use, particularly in that it increases secondary role and intra-psychic strains. Implications to address material hardship and alcohol use among low-income households were discussed.

This study was carried out to investigate the mediating role of parental satisfaction on the relationship between work-mother role conflict and parenting stress of employed mothers. Participants were 515 mothers of children aged 2 to 5 recruited from companies in Gyeonggi Province, Korea. Survey was conducted from February 15 to March 20, 2013. Structural equation modeling was used to examine direct and indirect effects among study variables. As a result, work-mother role conflict and parental satisfaction directly influenced parenting stress. Work-mother role conflict directly influenced parental satisfaction. The indirect effect of work-mother role conflict, with parental satisfaction as a mediator was verified on parenting stress. Therefore, to relieve the parenting stress of employed mothers, diverse programs to improve parental satisfaction need to be utilized along with decreasing work-mother role conflict through the settlement of child care policy.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the analysis of disaster conflict and strategies of Conflict Management based on Case of Hebei Spirit Oil Spill Accident. For accomplishing the purpose, we analyzed process and features of conflict in area of Taean after disaster. When we overview literature study about conflict research of korea society, we know that we have no studying disaster conflict in spite of important cause of regional society conflict. Recently, we have been experienced major disaster every year. When disaster such as Case of Hebei Spirit Oil Spill Accident occurred, it is accompanied with a conflict in disaster area. So, we argue that it is important to analyzed disaster conflict and propose strategies of Conflict Management.

As team based organizational structure is commonly spreading, many employees perform as a team member. This situation increases not only team commitment but also conflict to team members. But there are not many researches about the relationship between conflict and team commitment. This research proves the mediation effect of team efficacy and communication satisfaction when conflict have effect on team commitment. We have the following results. First, task conflict and relationship conflict have negative effect on team commitment. Second, team efficacy mediates task conflict and team commitment. Third, communication satisfaction mediates relationship conflict and team commitment.
