Effects of Mentoring Function on Career Development and Organizational Effectiveness in Private Security Service Organization (경호경비조직의 멘토링기능이 경력개발 및 조직유효성에 미치는 영향)

  • The Purpose of this study was to examine effects of mentoring function on career development and organizational effectiveness in private security service organization. Example number used on interpretation finally using purposive sampling method after this study establishes 5 places private security service company's security guard by population in Seoul on March, 2010 is total 227 people. Reliability of questionnaire appeared Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value more than .667. Conclusions that appears in this study is as following. First, private security service organization's Mentoring function affects in career development. That is, if friendship, patronage, career management, society mind, and role model are mobilized, innovative own development, special capacity development, and information competitive power development are helped. Second, private security service organization's Mentoring function affects in organization effectiveness. If friendship, patronage, career management, society mind, and role model are mobilized, career satisfaction, organization immersion, and job satisfaction increase. On the other hand, change of jobs intention decreases if function of society mind is mobilized. Third, private security service organization's career development affects in organization effectiveness. If reform and special capacity development are helped, career satisfaction, organization immersion, and job satisfaction increase. While change of jobs intention decreases as development of information competition is helped. Fourth, Mentoring function exerts influence of causality on career development and organization effectiveness. That is, Mentoring exerts direct influence on organization effectiveness, but it exerts indirect effect through career development.

  • This study aimed to asses the relationship between shoppers' security need sufficiency and customer satisfaction on the quality of security services in Shopping Mall. This study gathered data from 485 citizen in five shopping centres at KyungKi areas. Collected data was analysed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, path analysis and multiple regression analysis with SPSS WIN 16.0. The results of the study yielded the following four perspectives. First, secure equipment and the service quality of security officers in the shopping malls have a decisive effect on customers psychological stability and crime prevention. Second, they are a strong influence upon customer satisfaction and operational security. Especially, the professionalism of the staff has a marked effect. Third, the service quality of security officers and secure equipment in the malls have an effect on operational security services and efficiency of secure services. Finally, this dissertation showed that the quality of secure equipment services and officers' mild In summary, the conclusion of this study is that secure equipment service, officers' mild manner and professionalism of the security officers affect the customer satisfaction measurement directly. They also affect customer satisfaction through psychological stability and the prevention of crime indirectly. In other words, the good quality of security in the shopping centres affects the using of facilities definitely.

  • 우리나라의 유사량 조사는 각각의 수문조사기관에서 자료의 이용 목적에 따라 간헐적으로 수행되고 있을 뿐, 체계적이고 지속적인 조사가 이루어지지 않아 타 수문자료에 비해 측정자료 구축 현황은 상당히 미비한 상태에 있다. 측정 자료 또한 부유사 실측자료는 있으나 소류사 측정자료는 거의 전무한 상태이기 때문에 신뢰성 있는 총 유사량을 산정하기에는 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 현재 우리나라는 소류사량을 산정하기 위해 경험식에 의한 방법과 실측에 의한 방법을 이용하고 있다. 그러나 실측에 의한 방법은 측정 장비의 설치 및 운영에 따른 위험성이 동반되고 많은 인력, 경비, 시간이 소요되는 등 많은 문제점을 내포하고 있고, 경험식에 의한 방법 또한 대상 유역에 수많은 경험식 중 어떤 공식을 적용하는지에 따라 결과 값이 수십에서 수백 배 이상의 차이가 나기 때문에 실제 그 결과 값을 활용하기에는 신뢰의 정도가 떨어진다. 최근 국외에서는 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위하여 음향 및 진동의 원리를 이용하여 소류사량을 간접적으로 추정하는 관측기기인 Hydrophone 및 Geophone이 개발되어 실용화를 위한 검토가 이루어지고 있다. 소류사량을 간접적으로 추정하는 방법은 기존의 직접측정 방법에 비해 측정이 간소화되고 지속적적인 관측이 가능하다는 점에서 유역의 소류사이동의 양과 질을 파악하는데 유효한 수단인 것으로 국외의 연구사례에서 언급하고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 소류사 이동시 충돌에 의한 음향정보를 계측하여 소류사량을 연속적으로 측정할 수 있는 Hydro-Geophone을 활용하여 실내 실험을 구축하고, 소류사 이동에 따른 Hydro-Geophone의 충돌음향 계측 및 분석 등을 통해 현장에서 활용 가능한 소류사 추정 관계식을 개발하는 연구를 수행 하였다.

Effect of the Private Security Guard Unethical work ethic on job attitude and customer service (민간경비원의 비윤리적 직업의식이 직무태도 및 고객서비스에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is to investigate the relationship of the effect of the private security guard unethical work ethic on job attitude and customer service. We extracted about 450 people examples after the Selection of the private security guard's in active service in Seoul in 2010, and totally 412 people examples were used. This study carried out factorial analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and pass analysis using SPSSWIN 16.0. The followings are conclusions. First, unethical work ethic affects on job attitude partially. Namely, tampering with work and information leaks reduce job attitude. Also, information leaks increase company's turnover rate. Second, unethical work ethic has no effect on customer service. Third, job attitude affects on customer service partially. In other words, the organizational commitment improves the quality of service but decreases the customer-centered service. Fourth, unethical work ethic has an effect on job attitude and customer service indirectly.

  • This study aims at diagnosing the relationship among user's security need Sufficiency, customer satisfaction and life satisfaction in electronic security system. For the achievement of this study selected electronic security system users in Seoul as a population for about 25 days from June 20$^{th}$, 2008 to July 15$^{th}$, 2008, segmented. This study selected 378 peoples by distributing 400 unities in total for each 80 peoples throughout purposive sampling method. The final 302 samples were used in statistics. Collected data was analyzed based on the aim of this study using SPSSWIN 16.0, and factor analysis, reliability analysis, stepwise multiple regression analysis and path analysis were used as statistic techniques to analyze. The conclusions are the followings; First, The higher bodily, environmental, mental, informational, and physical security need the more body and property protection satisfaction and facility customer satisfaction. The higher bodily, environmental, and mental security need the more employee service satisfaction. Second, The higher bodily, environmental, informational, and physical security need are perceived, the more influence is marked with life satisfaction and security life satisfaction. Third, The higher personal and property protection, facility, and employee service satisfaction the more security life satisfaction. Also, the higher customer service and personal and property protection satisfaction are perceived, the more influence is marked with life satisfaction. Fourth, Security need sufficiency has little influence on life satisfaction directly, but it has high influences on life satisfaction through customer satisfaction of electronic security system.

  • After September 11, 2001, the United State's Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has set up inspection stations in seaport terminals. The inspection station, however, may directly and indirectly affect delay time in the seaports, increasing by especially high and severe level of security. This paper studies for a methodology to analyze container delays versus security incurring by the various layouts of the inspection station in the United States.

  • 최근 대학들은 안팎으로 많은 어려움에 직면하고 있다. 내적으로는 학령인구 감소에 따른 입학정원의 부족을 외적으로는 대학시장 개방에 따라 해외 유학생들 급증에 따른 학생유치 등의 어려움이 가중되고 있다. 이 같은 위기를 타개하기 위한 방안 중 하나로 대학들은 홍보활동을 강화하고 있다. 그 동안 대학들은 대학이미지 제고를 위해 각종매체 등을 활용하여 관계집단에게 직, 간접적으로 홍보를 확대하는 등 홍보를 대학존립을 위한 자구책의 일환으로 인식하고 다각적인 노력을 하고 있다. 이 논문은 대학에서 실시하고 있는 홍보활동에 대한 효율적 방안의 하나로서, 고교 입시생들에게 대학지원 및 선택에 직접적인 영향을 주고 있는 교사를 대상으로 하여 비교적 제작경비가 저렴하면서도 장기 누적적 효과를 줄 수 있는 홍보기념품의 하나인 다이어리에 대하여 다이어리기능과 홍보기능을 결합시킨 교사용 다이어리의 디자인 방향연구를 통해 홍보비용 및 효과를 제고시키기 위한 제안이다.

Pathological Studies on the New Microsporidia K79 Isolated from the Silkworm, Bombyx mori L. I. Purification and Serological Discrimination of Microsporidian Spores. (가잠에서 분리된 새로운 미포자충 K79의 병리학적 연구 I. 미포자충 포자의 정제 및 식별)

  • The present study was made to establish the purification method of mature microsporidian spores by iso-density equilibrium technique using percoll and the serological discrimination by an indirect fluorescent antibody technique. The purification of new microsporidian spores took effect in the three steps purification method(precentrifugation-percoll iso-density equilibrium centrifugation-rising). There were clear differences in the size of spores between the new microsporidia and N. bombycis. The spores of N. bombycis is short elliptical of 2.07 in a ratio of length to width in diameter while that of new microsporidia is characterized with long elliptical shape which shows a ratio of 2.76 in length to width in diameter. The specific antigens of new microsporidia K79 spores was showed in the spores wall by the indirect fluorescent antibody reaction, and it was affected by the antibody against N. bombycis which antiserum was diluted in 1:20. It means that the new microsporidia K79 is serologically not identical to N. bombycis.
