Establishing the Importance Weights of CRM Evaluation Factors through AHP analysis (AHP 기법을 활용한 CRM 평가요소의 상대적 중요도 분석)

  • As customer relationship management (CRM) has been increasingly adopted by corporations as a core business strategy, measuring performance of CRM is becoming an important managerial issue recently. In this study, we present a conceptual framework formeasuring CRM performance, and provide strategic priorities among the diagnostic perspectives and factors involved in the framework by analyzing their comparative weights. We first derived critical success factors of CRM from an extensive literature review and in-depth interviews with industrial and academic CRM experts, and categorized them into one of four different diagnostic perspectives. Then, we asked a group of CRM experts to evaluate each set of diagnostic factors in a pairwise fashion with respect to each perspective, computing their comparative weights by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique. In terms of diagnostic perspectives, this study shows that customer perspective was the most critical perspective, whereas infrastructure was the least weighted perspective. The result also discloses that explicit goal and top management's attitude, expanding customer relationship, strengthening customer loyalty, and enhancing customer equity are the most important factors in infrastructure, CRM process, customer, and organizational performance perspective, respectively.

  • The purpose of this study is to focus on developing the performance indicators for the distribution of scholarly information based on BSC and to analyze the importance of the performance indicators against the specialists. From the case studies on performance indicators both at home and abroad four viewpoints(information resource, information service, user, and economy) were derived. In addition. the core success factors(CSF) and key performance indicators(KPI) were extracted from the viewpoints. Four viewpoints are composed of 12 CSF items and 31 KPI items. In order to analyze the weight of the performance indicators. questions were thrown to the specialists in universities and research institutes. For the method of analysis, analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was adopted. As a result, the analysis showed that the user viewpoint, information service viewpoint, information resource viewpoint and economic viewpoint are in the order of their importance.

  • Current trend of audit is to check the physical aspects of developed information system, such as checking the budget constraints, time constraints or functional fluency etc. However, ultimate goal of information system is to help the organization to achieve the competency over their competitors. Also, there are three different interest groups in system auditing, like audit requesting group, audited group and audit group, who may have different points of interests in auditing. Current auditing process, however, ignores this point, and so does not check the differences between three groups. This study tries to develop new auditing method to cure these two problems. Contributions of this study may be summarized as follows. First, Introduce the new indexes that can check the possibility that the information system may contribute the competency of organization. Also check the feasibility of indexes through Fuzzy AHP. Second, Divide the audit related person into three groups, and their different needs toward the information system was analyzed. Third, Analyze and compare the main interests of three groups, and weights of each groups to each indexes were calculated. Fourth, Fuzzy theory was applied to quantify the qualitative answers, which may minimize the ambiguity of questionnaire replies.

Two-Channel Noise Reduction Using Beamforming and DOA-Based Masking (빔포밍 및 DOA 기반의 마스킹을 이용한 2채널 잡음제거)

  • In this paper, we propose a multi-channel speech enhancement algorithm using beamforming and direction-of-arrival (DOA)-based masking. The proposed algorithm enhances noisy speech basically by the linearly constrained minimum variance (LCMV) algorithm and then a mel-scale Wiener filter designed using DOA-based masking is applied to remove still remaining noises. To improve the performance, we optimize the learning rate of the adaptive filters in LCMV and the DOA threshold to detect target speech spectrum. As performance indices, the perceptual evaluation of speech quality (PESQ) score and output SNRs are measured. Experimantal results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the conventional LCMV beamformer by 0.09 in PESQ score and 5.75 dB in output SNR, respectively.

  • In this paper, we regard computer systems as heterogeneous multi-server systems and propose a cumulative fair scheduling scheme that pursues long-term fairness. GPS(generalized processor sharing)-based scheduling algorithms, which are usually employed in single-server systems, distribute available capacity in an instantaneous manner. However, applying them to heterogeneous multi-server systems may cause unfairness, since they may not prevent the accumulation of scheduling delays and the extra capacities are distributed in an instantaneous manner. In our scheme, long-term fairness is pursued by proper distribution of extra capacities while guaranteeing reserved capacities. A reference capacity model to determine the ideal progresses of applications is derived from long-term observations, and the scheduler makes the applications gradually follow the ideal progresses while guaranteeing their reserved capacities. A heuristic scheduling algorithm is proposed and the scheme is examined by simulation.

Meaning Making for the Experience of Retaking College Entrance Examination (대학입시 재수경험에 대한 의미화작업)

  • The present study aimed at investigating how those students who retook college entrance examination(or RCEE) appreciate the experience. For this purpose, three persons from each cell at the 2(satisfaction with college life: high vs. low) by 2 (evaluation of RCEE: positive vs. negative) combination among those who participated in Lee and Jung study (2014) were selected and were interviewed. Qualitative data analysis based on phenomenological approach produced seven categories and 19 subcategories, which were grouped on the temporal dimension. First, when they were at the midst of this RCEE experience, the college students saw this as adversity that should be overcome while they underwent a limit of pain they could bear. Second, the college students evaluated this experience as upgrading my life with wound left unseen. Finally, they assigned to both of the positive and negative aspects of RCEE experience the meaning that the experience made them accept themselves as they were. Given these results, implications, limitations of this study were discussed.

  • 전통적인 비용수익 분석법 (CBA approach) 과 활동기준원가계산 방법 (ABC approach)과 같은 지금까지의 방법으로는 전략적 정보시스템이나 정보 하부구조를 효과적으로 평가하고 정당화하는데 한계가 있다고 지적되어왔다. 따라서, 본 논문은 정보시스템의 하부구조를 이루고 있는 데이터 웨어하우징을 스물여섯 개의 데이터 웨어하우징 성공사례 분석을 통해서 데이터 웨어하우징이 가치사슬 모델의 각 활동에 어떻게 활용되고 있는지를 분석하고, 경쟁우위적 관점에서 이들 사례들의 공통점을 찾아내어, 데이터 웨어하우징을 경쟁우위적 관점에서 보다 효과적으로 정당화할 수 있는 모델을 제시하고 있다. 이 모델은 기존의 정보시스템 정당화에 사용되어왔던 방법들의 단점을 보완하여, 기업들이 데이터 웨어하우징이나 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위해서 구축하는 다른 정보시스템들을 경쟁우위적 관점에서 정당화하고자 할 때 유용한 도구로써, 기존의 방법들과 병행해서 사용하면 보다 효과적으로 정보시스템들을 평가하고 정당화할 수 있으리라 생각된다.
