국내 건축설계분야는 건설산업의 성장과 함께 양적인 팽창을 하였으나 질적인 문제에 있어서의 국제적인 경쟁력은 낮은 수준에 머물고 있다. 왜곡된 발주 시스템은 능력있는 건축사의 시장참여를 원척적으로 차단하고 있으며, 아직도 많은 설계도서가 하청을 통해 생산되고 있고, 각 분야 간의 느슨한 협업시스템으로 인해 검토되지 않은 설계도서들이 현장에서 설계도면간의 불일치나 비기능적, 비경제적인 설계를 초래함으로서 결과적으로 건설산업 전체의 경쟁력을 약화시키는 원인을 제공하고 있다. 시공업체 중심으로 고착화 되어있는 국내 건설산업의 특성도 설계나 엔지니어링업계의 발전을 저해하는 장애요인이라 할 수 있다. 이로 인해 국가 건설정책의 초점은 시공분야에 맞추어져 있고, 창조성을 바탕으로 한 고부가가치 산업인 설계나 엔지니어링 분야는 상대적으로 위축되는 상황을 초래하고 있다. 이러한 건설산업의 구도가 지속될 경우, 종국에는 설계나 엔지니어링업체가 시공업체에 종속되어 우리나라 설계분야의 전문화 및 설계 경쟁력은 상실되고 말 것이다. 대한건축사협회는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 2006년 '건축설계업 발전 종합방안 연구'를 추진하기도 하였다. 필자는 국내 건설·건축산업에 대한 거시적인 관점에서 이러한 문제점에 대한 해결방안을 제안하기 보다는 건축설계분야의 문제점 즉, 설계경쟁력 약화, 느슨한 협업시스템 그리고 이에 따른 건축설계품질의 저하를 다른 관점에서 바라보고자 한다.

일반적으로 스키마 통합이란 각 응용들의 관점에 따라 다르게 표현된 스키마들을 하나의 스키마로 통합하는 것을 말한다. GIS 데이타베이스는 일반 데이타베이스와는 달리 개체에 대한 속성 정보 뿐만 아니라 기하 등과 같은 공간 정보를 가지고 있다. 특히, GIS 응용에서 정의된 개체들의 공간 표현은 관점에 따라 다양한 기하 서브스키마들로 표현된다. 따라서 GIS 데이타베이스를 위한 스키마 통합에서 서로 다른 기하 서브스키마들을 통합하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 GIS 데이타베이스의 스키마통합을 위해서 기하 서브스키마들의 통합 문제를 중점적으로 다룬다 먼저 기하 서브스키마들의 통합에서 발생하는 충돌들을 개체의 기하를 중심으로 동일 개체간의 기하 충돌과 다른 개체간의 기하 충돌로 분류하여 정의한다. 그리고 이 충돌들을 해결하기 위한 충돌 해결 방법으로 각 충돌들의 특성을 고려하여 상위 레벨의 기하 서브스키마 선택, 기하의 다중 표현, 구성 요소의 공유, 개체들 간의 상세화 등을 제시한다. 또한, 통합된 스키마에 대하여 가상 스키마를 표현하는 방법을 제시하여, 통합되기 전의 스키마들을 통합된 스키마로부터 유도될 수 있음을 보인다. 본 논문에서는 GIS 데이타베이스 스키마를 기술하기 위하여 ISO/TC211의 개념적 스키마 언어인 EXPRESS-G를 이용한다.

The classification is an important activity that is directly related to concept formation. Thus it will need to be made meaningful learning to classification through learner-centered teaching. But we doubts weather teaching and learning to the classification are reflected in the constructivist philosophy of 'learner-centered' well or not. The purpose of this study was to analyze critically the content of elementary textbooks and guidebook for teachers relating to the classification of angles and triangles in terms of constructivism. As a result, there is a problem in the classification of angles that are not provided a reasonable chance to set criteria by agreement of the communities. There is a problem in the classification of triangles that has the characteristics of radical development in terms of diversity. In addition, response of students was predicted like anyone who already acquired knowledge. And it has the shortcomings that the opportunity to have a choice and a discussion to hierarchical and partition classification are not provided. The followings are proposed based on such features; faithful reflection of 'Learner-centered' principle, careful prediction of student response, teaching that focus on process than results.

Software architectures may be described using text-based architecture description language(ADL). The key goals of an ADL are to communicate alternate designs between different stakeholders, to detect reusable structures, and to record design decisions. This paper provided a solution to the representation problem by creating a tool for three-dimensional representation of architectural viewpoints. The tool consisted of an architecture description language(VTADL) to first describe the software architectures and viewpoints on the architectures; and a VTADL-to-VRML translator to translate each viewpoint into a separate virtual reality world The goal of the paper was to devise algorithms for translating an ADL into effective VRML representations based on the desired viewpoint. The VRML representations were intended to enhance comprehension on the overall design and to improve communications between diverse stakeholders.

In terms of the theory of Flory's Equation of State, the generalized condition for each case of partial miscibilities appearing in the polymer solutions or blends is given. And observing the changes of terms for energies and free volumes in ${\Delta}G_{mix}$ with increasing temperature, their effects on the partial miscibilities are generalized, and the effects of other parameters are also generalized.

상하수도사업은 안정되고 안전한 물의 공급에서부터 처리, 주위환경에 대한 배려, 고도 처리기술에의 대응 등은 물론, 경영의 관점에서 효율화와 코스트 삭감이 요구되는 가운데, 고도정보화를 위한 시책이 진행 중에 있다. 미쓰비시전기는 이전부터 ''상하수도종합정보시스템''으로 OA(Office Automation), EA(Engneering Automation), PA(Process Automation) 의 각 영역 그리고 전체로서의 효율화를 도모하는 시스템의 구축을 지향하여 왔다. 이 시스템의 특징은 다음과 같다. $\cdot$통합화(정보의 일원관리, 네트워크화)$\cdot$고도화(정보자산의 부가가치화)$\cdot$플렉시블 컨스트럭션(기존시스템 활용) $\cdot$토털효율의 향상(자동화, 무인화, 광역, 통합감시)본고에서는 모든 상수도$\cdot$하수도업무를 통괄함과 동시에 보다 종합적인 관점에서 지원하는 것을 베이스로 한 상하수도종합정보시스템에 대하여 소개하는데, 그 중에서도 통합화에 초점을 맞추어 다음과 같은 사항에 대하여 기술한다. 공급사슬상에서의 구성원간 협력이 보편화되어가는 현재의 추세에 따라 본 논문은 공급자-판매자로 구성된 공급 사슬에서의 옵션 계약을 통한 구성원간 협력 문제에 대해 연구하였다. 구체적으로, 본 논문은 가격이 공급자에 의해 결정되고 옵션 계약 물량이 판매자에 의해 결정될 경우에 대한 공급사슬 전체 관점 및 각 구성원 관점에서의 최적 옵션 가격, (옵션) 행사 가격, 현물 시장 가격, 옵션 계약 물량 결정 문제를 계량적으로 연구하였다. 본 논문의 연구결과를 통해 옵션 계약이 공급사슬에서의 구성원간 협력에 이용되는 경우에 대한 좀 더 나은 이해가 가능하며, 본 논문에서 제시한 예제는 실제 공급사슬상에서의 최종 소비자 수요가 정규분포나 연속균등분포등의 특정 분포를 따를 경우에 대한 최적 가격 및 옵션 계약 물량 계산 방법을 설명한다.

최근 주요 기업에서 기업 비밀정보가 유출되는 보안사고가 빈번히 발생함에 따라, 기업의 비밀정보 유출 방지 및 보호에 대한 사회적 관심이 높아지고 있다. 기업 비밀정보의 유출은 해당 기업뿐만 아니라 국가적으로도 막대한 손실을 초래할 수 있다는 문제를 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 각 기업에서는 보호구역의 설정, 출입허가 또는 출입시 휴대품 검사 등의 물리적인 유출 차단 방법을 구축하고 있으며, 기업 기밀문서에 대해서는 DRM(digital right management)을 활용한 문서유출 방지 및 네트워크 트래픽 차단 등 다양한 방법을 적용하고 있다. 하지만, 전자파일 형태로 존재하는 기밀문서는 인터넷 또는 네트워크에 연결된 PC 및 서버를 통해 전자우편(E-mail), 메신저, 게시판 등으로 쉽게 유출될 수 있어 많은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 최근 널리 보급되고 있는 디지털 복합기는 문서 저장을 위한 하드디스크(HDD) 및 네트워크 응용 서비스를 포함하고 있어 다양한 보안 취약점에 노출되어 있다. 따라서 기업 비밀정보 유출 방지와 보호를 위해서는 디지털 복합기에 대한 보안 기술 연구가 필수적이다. 이에 본고에서는 기업 비밀정보 유출 방지 및 보호 관점에서 디지털 복합기 개발 현황을 살펴보고, 보안상 문제점을 해결하기 위해 연구되고 있는 디지털 복합기 보안기술에 대한 동향을 살펴보고자 한다.

최근 IEEE 802.11(Wi-Fi), IEEE 802.15.1(Bluetooth), IEEE 802.15.4(ZigBee) 등 2.4GHz 대역의 비허가 주파수 대역의 사용이 늘어나고 있다. 통신 방식은 다르지만 사용 주파수 대역이 동일하다는 관점에서 간섭의 영향을 피할 수 없기 때문에 각 기술간 간섭의 영향을 완화하고 간섭 상황에서 각 기술의 성능을 향상하기 위해 각 기술에 대한 상호 작용하는 것에 대한 연구가 진행 되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 IEEE 802.11b/g, IEEE 802.15.1, IEEE 802.15.4가 2.4GHz 대역에서 상호간에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 PER(Packet Error Rate) 분석을 수행하였다.

The study tries to explore the ideas of the 10-20 generations to find improvements in the education policy for future South and North Korea relationship and provide implications on the current unification education and the South and North Korea relationship. Furthermore, through the ideas of the 10th and 20th generations, the goal was to draw in-depth discussions on how to view relations with North Korea for the future development of the South Korea. Afterwards, a total of 14 people(6 teenagers and 8 20s) were selected through a snowballing, and a total of 14 people from each group participated in three focus group interviews. The results were as follows. First, the participants in this study on South and North Korea relation reported three perspectives: the 'nationalist view', the 'pragmatic view' and the 'ideological and systemic view'. Second, There were both negative and positive about North-South relationship. But positive emotions and attitudes were mainly influenced by the media, and negative those were influenced by repetitive and compulsory education. Unlike passive interviews in the first session, during the course of the interview the study participants expressed their opinions and talked about the future of the South and North Korea relations. It is the value of the study, and provides future generations with a sense of what education is necessary in designing the future of Korea, interacting with South and North Korea relation.
