A Study on Core Values Appeared in Missions and Visions of School Library Standards (학교도서관 기준의 사명과 비전에 나타난 핵심 가치에 대한 연구)

  • The values of a organization generate belief and activate participation of community members. Accordingly, it is necessary to find new core values of the school library in addition to access and assistance which are the library's traditional values. This study analyzed the central keywords in the contents of mission and vision appeared in the International School Library Standards and acquired core values being composed of 5 fields such as education, collaboration, access, cultural awareness and sensitivity, and democratic citizenship. As a result of analyses of missions and visions in America, Australia, UK, and Canada School Library Standards, it seems that life-long learning skills, physical access and social responsibility are common core values. America and UK School Library Standards which were revised recently are underlining technology skills, multiple literacies and integrated information literacy curriculum particularly. Ultimately, these core values will be utilized as the directions and basic materials for the establishment of missions and visions for the school library in Korea.

  • UCC(User Created Content) has brought about much change in the way Internet users produce, publish, and share digital content. That means that Internet users are participating in the UCC service much mure voluntarily, and interacting each other mure proactively to meet their social-psychological needs such as self-expression, social presence and so on. Also, there has been the sharp increase in variety and volume of digital content on Internet. The reasons why are that UCC enables Internet users to produce and publish their own content with much low cost, and lowers the entrance barriers to the digital content market. Like this, UCC causes the unbundling of the value chain of digital content, resulting in the high uncertainty and complexity, and then leading to the low healthiness of UCC value chain in terms of productivity, robustness, niche creation, and safety. Thus, this paper is to identify the status and problems of UCC value chain and present the way how to enhance the healthiness of UCC value chain more comprehensively and systematically.

An Empirical Research on the COO Performance effect from the Brand equity and COO Capacity (브랜드 가치와 원산지 역량이 원산지 제도 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증적 연구)

  • Recently, as most companies are getting globalized, global sourcing of raw materials are also provided actively. Since each country has different, strict and complex rules-of-origins, importance of COO(country-of-origin) is increasing more and more. This study was surveyed with 127 manufacturing companies in South Korea. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect relationship how brand equity and COO capacity impact on the COO performance. The research hypothesis and model was derived from the basis of existing theory and empirical research, and obtained the following results. Firstly, brand equity of the COO showed positive (+) effect on the COO information capacity and product brand equity showed positive (+) effect on the COO management capacity. Secondly, the COO information capacity showed positive (+) effect on the COO management capacity. Lastly, product brand equity and the COO information capacity showed positive (+) effect on the COO performance. This study is differentiated from previous research information by empirically evaluating the relationship between the brand equity and the COO. This study contributed to academic by examining the research on the COO management in South Korea and also practically suggested the direction how manufacturing company in South Korea is to take the advantage of the brand equity and the COO capacity.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the value of school libraries and to find ways to realize the value after examining school libraries and teacher librarians in Korea. According to this study, school libraries can be useful resource to promote Koreans' social perception in all types of libraries and the LIS because school libraries are accessible to those who experience public education. As a major area of research and the field in the LIS, school libraries have strong possibilities to produce qualified librarians. The cooperation among librarians and legislative proceeding to staff full-time teacher librarians, and the expansion of school library researchers to activate field researches are needed in order to maximize the value.

검색엔진의 서비스품질이 고객만족과 충성의도에 미치는 영향 - 인터넷 검색포털 서비스 중심으로 -

  • 오늘날 인터넷을 통한 정보검색이 일상화되면서 생활상식에서부터 기존에 서적이나 논문 등을 통해서만 알 수 있었던 전문지식까지도 손쉽게 찾을 수 있게 되었다. 즉, 현대생활에 있어서 검색엔진은 원하는 정보를 빠르고 정확하게 찾을 수 있게 해준다는 점에서 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 하지만 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 검색엔진 기술적인 연구이외에는 서비스 품질이나 고객만족에 대한 연구는 활발하게 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 검색엔진 서비스에 있어서 서비스 품질과 서비스가치, 고객만족, 충성의도의 관계를 연구모형으로 설정하고 이들간의 관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과 서비스품질의 정확성, 정보함유량, 사이트 이미지, 편리성이 서비스가치에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그중에서 정확성, 사이트 이미지, 신뢰성은 고객만족에도 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 서비스가치가 높을수록 고객만족은 상당히 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며 고객만족이 충성의도에 많은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결론은 검색엔진 서비스 기업이 경쟁우위를 유지하기 위해서는 서비스가치의 구현을 통한 지속적인 고객만족을 달성해야 하며, 이를 위해 정확성, 정보함유량, 편리성, 사이트 이미지에 중점을 둔 고품질 서비스 전략의 필요성을 시사하고 있다.

A Study on the Value System of Social Media Usage by Korean Journalists -Focusing on the Results of Laddering Method (국내 주요 언론사 기자들의 소셜미디어 이용 가치체계 연구 -래더링 분석을 중심으로)

  • This study observes reporters' awareness on the use of social media and their Core Values by using the Theory of Means-End Chain and drawing conclusions from a Hierarchical Value Map (HVM). In order to analyze reporters' knowledge and awareness on the use of social media via the laddering method, in-depth interviews of 46 reporters were conducted. The study showed that reporters consider sense of kinship, well-balanced understanding, and the desire for knowledge to be important Core Values. The results revealed that the convenience in interpersonal communication, development of intimacy in relationships, entertainment and affection, curiosity, the reduction in the cost of the acquisition of information, understanding of trends in issues, a peek into new information and the maintenance of interests, psychological dependability, and quick updates on information items are considered important Consequences of social media. In the Attributes level, the ability to write postings and links on Facebook and readability and 'follow' and 'mention' features on Twitter were confirmed to be important items in social media. The findings infer that reporters that make use of social media use Twitter and Facebook to build a sense of kinship with other users and gain well-balanced understanding by accessing a lot of information through social media. While this study examined the level of reporters' familiarity with the use of social media via the laddering method, the results cannot be seen as a generalization, as the interviewees were reporters from only the major news organizations.

  • Proptech, which has applied information technology to the real estate market, is leading real estate transaction innovation by presenting various value creation models. This study categorizes and understands values that are created and shared in proptech-based businesses, and develops evaluation data that reflects the relative importance of individual value areas. To this end, the dimension of value creation of proptech was hierarchically constructed, and the degree of relative value creation of the sub-industries of the proptech industry was evaluated. In order to grasp the relative importance of the proposed indicators, AHP analysis was conducted for industry and academic experts. In the first stage, intangible values, relational values, and advanced values were presented. It was derived as weights between indicators through two-way comparison. This study aims to improve and develop the value-creation capability of the entire Korean proptech ecosystem in the future by evaluating the value-created competence of each sector of the proptech industry.

  • 불확실성하에서 행동결정을 하지 않으면 안되는 상황에서 정보란 무엇이며 정보량과 정보가치는 의사결정에 어떤 역할을 하는가 정보와 주관적인 확률에 기초한 Bayes결정기준이 전통적인 의사결정기준에 비하여 우위성 등을 논하고자 함이 본논문의 주된 목적이다. 제1.2절에서는 결정문제의 구조, 불확실성과 그 측도에 관하여 언급하고 제3절에서는 전통적인 결정기준과 그 모순점을 예시하고 Bayes결정기준이란 무엇인가를 소개하여 제4절에서는 Bayes통계학에 기초한 정보량, 정보가치의 의사결정과의 관계등을 살펴보고자 한다.

  • 공간정보는 이제 주요산업의 다양한 분야뿐 아니라 우리의 생활 속에 밀접하게 녹아들어 있는 생활재로서 자리매김하고 있다. 본 발표에서는 현재의 모습을 통해 미래 공간정보의 역할을 가늠해 보고자 한다. 첫째, 현재의 모습을 바라보기 위해 과거 IT 분야 및 메이저 산업 분야에서 지도정보산업과 관련된 M/A 및 주요 비즈니스 활동을 살펴봤다. 둘째, 2000년 IT 버블의 붕괴이후 주요업체의 주가추이와 IT 산업 분야에서 벌어지고 있는 재편 현상의 특정을 정리해 보았다. 셋째 이와 같은 트랜드 속에서 공간정보의 미래가치를 네가지 측면에서 살펴보았으며, 그 선두주자들의 모습을 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 이와 같은 공간정보의 미래가치를 구현하기 위해 무엇을 해야 할지에 대한 필자의 의견을 개진하도록 한다.

  • Highway ARS service made several times handling of cellular phone for accept the one information. But, use the cellular phone while driving is against the law that 'Road Traffic Act' and wield influence on safety by degrade driver's attention that causes reduced section of concentration. On this study, propose a new type service that more useful and safer witch improved of existing ARS service to it served for cellular phone. For the analyze problem in existing ARS service, collect and analysis that ARS using status data and highway overall speed data, and then offer a better service type which based on improvements to that. Also, make a comparative analysis including measure of degree about easy to use and safety between two services by using the Stated Preference method, as a result of verifies the effect of new type service Finally, for measure of the effect the value of improved ARS service type that used willingness to pay in CVM method.
