A Study on Parental Beliefs, Value of Children and Filial Obligation of the unmarried (미혼 성인의 자녀양육신념 양상과 자녀에 대한 가치 및 부모 부양의무감간의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine whether parental beliefs, value of children, and filial obligation were related. The subjects were 748 students(male 323, female 425) who were currently enrolled at university located in Seoul. The instruments used for this study were Filial Obligation Scale(Cho, 2002), Parenting Beliefs Questionnaire, and Value of Children by Arnold et al.(1975, 2001). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlations by SPSS PC Program. The results showed that university students generally demonstrated a higher level of individual-oriented beliefs than relation-oriented beliefs on parental beliefs. With regard to parental beliefs, family relation-oriented beliefs was relatively low in comparison with independence/autonomy-oriented beliefs, happiness-oriented beliefs, and cognition/knowledge-oriented beliefs. In addition, emotional value of children was relatively high in comparison with instrumental value of children. Also, male university students possessed a higher level of filial obligation. the level of cohabitation experience with their parents played a significant role in affecting the level of filial obligation. Unsurprisingly, a higher relation-oriented parental beliefs and emotional value of children demonstrated a higher level of filial obligation. There were also positive relationships between emotional value, instrumental value, and filial obligation. Hence, this study suggests that a practical, functional training services and resources for future parents must be ensued.

  • 오늘날의 경찰활동의 가치는 범죄통제에 초점을 두는, 즉 범죄진압을 강조하는 사건지향적인 경찰활동이라 할 수 있는 전통적인 경찰활동에서 순찰 등의 강화를 통한 범죄예방에 중점을 두는 지역사회 경찰활동으로 그 중심이 옮겨가고 있다. 이러한 지역사회 경찰활의 철학을 실천하는 전략으로서 문제지향적 경찰활동이 강조되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도시범죄와 관련하여 현실적으로 범죄문제에 대응할 수 있는 범죄예방전략인 문제지향적 경찰활동의 이론적인 틀을 모색하고자 하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 문제지향적 경찰활동의 기본적인 개념과 특징, 그리고 문제지향적 경찰활동 실천의 핵심인 SARA모델과 사례를 살펴보았다.

  • 현재 우리는 급속한 정보화.세계화 물결의 혼란 속에서 인간이 존엄성과 가치 및 공동체적 삶의 가치를 미처 정리하지 못하고 참다운 삶의 방향 감각을 상실한 채 살아가고 있다. 가치 창조적 삶의 의미를 망각한 우리 사회는 물질만능과 즉흥적이고 쾌락적.감성적인 행동에 의해 지배되고 있으며 이로 인하여 생명의 경시풍조와 인간소외 현상이 만연되어가고 있다. 이러한 가치관의 혼란과 비복지적 현실 가운데 우리는 우리의 삶, 우리의 후손교육, 우리의 가정과 지역사회 이대로 좋은 것인가\ulcorner 라는 자성적 질문과 함께 미래지향적인 삶과 사랑으로 더불어 사는 공동체 사회를 지향하여 온 국민이 더불어 할 일이 또 하나 있음을 깨닫게 된다. 현대인에게 있어서 자원봉사는 선행이 아니라 권리의 행사이다. 왜냐하면 자원봉사를 통하여 어떻게 살아야 할 것인가\ulcorner 라는 근본 물음에 대한 정답을 얻을 수 있기 때문이다. 이러한 시점에서 청소년에 대한 볼런터리즘(voluntarism)교육은 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 1995년 5.13교육 개혁으로 의무화된 중.고등학교 학생들의 자원봉사화동을 재 조명하여 보고, 청소년 문제 해결을 위한 자원봉사 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • This study was intended to survey on the restaurant selection preferences by elderly consumers' values and lifestyle. The survey was residing in Seoul and men and women who were 55 years of age or older to achieve the purpose of this study, the theoretical and empirical research methods research methods were combined. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, Action oriented intrinsic value of elderly consumers highest lifestyle influence. This is an internal value-oriented elderly consumers to follow the latest fashion trends and challenges in the new one, we enjoyed the service and sometimes want to experience the frenetic fun means. Second, Realization oriented lifestyle on the Brand standards, food quality standards, environmental standards positive effect was found to be Principle oriented life style based on the environment positively influence. This trend Principle oriented lifestyle can talk comfortably while you can relax and quiet around people, mainly from a reputable place, and action-oriented selection of the hotels facilities and senior discount price menu and the service is friendly and Notice that if you use a little less meoleodo, and these results are only for the elderly consumers with access privileges and services using the factors of elderly consumers loyalty and Catering Food service satisfaction should be efforts to raise. Third, elderly consumers select attribute value and proven results Food service elderly consumers based on personal values and lifestyle are different catering companies can select the properties that standard means, elderly consumers are value-oriented properties and select the Food Service Industry catering companies by identifying the active elderly consumers in future marketing strategies to be able to bring a positive impact considered.

A Study of Market Segmentation of Optical Shop Based on Customer's Values (고객의 가치관에 따른 안경원의 시장세분화에 관한 연구)

  • Purpose: We analyse characteristics of optical shop customer's segmented market by using clustering analysis, and we expect it would be a useful indicator of marketing strategy for optical shops. Methods: Survey was conducted from March 10 to March 31, 2015. The survey asked customers who have visited optical shops in Seoul and Northern Gyeonggi-do regions, and analyzed by utilizing SPSS v.10.0 statistical package program. The analysing methods are frequency analysis, factor analysis about variable of values, clustering analysis for market segmentation, and crosstabs. Results: The market is segmented based on values. In the process of establishing marketing strategy, it is useful to establish strategy by classifying customers into 3 types of cluster; "middle level value oriented cluster", "high level value oriented cluster", "high level value oriented and non-religious cluster". In marketing strategy of progressive lenses, it turned out that the most important strategy is to target self-employed person in "middle level value oriented cluster". Conclusions: As a result of market segmentation by using clustering analysis, it was classified into 3 types of cluster, and we found that most important customer for progressive lenses is self-employed person in "middle level value oriented cluster" who is more than 41 years old.

The Effects of Social Entrepreneurship and Market Orientation on Performance in Social Enterprise (사회적 기업가정신과 시장지향성이 사회적기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is to verify the components of social entrepreneurship, market orientation and the causal relationship by examining the impact of each factor on the performance of social enterprises. The survey was conducted on certified social enterprises and the sample of 142 copies was demonstrated with SPSS 22.0. The analysis of the impact on the economic and social performance of social enterprises is as follows. First, the social value orientation and risk sensitivity showed significant results indicating that the social enterprise had a significant impact in part on the economic performance. The social value orientation of the spirit of social entrepreneurs showed significant results on the social performance. Second, market orientation has been shown to have a significant positive influence on both the economic and social performance. This study empirically assessed the impact of Social Entrepreneurship and Market Orientation on the Social and Economic Performance the re-recognition of the importance of social enterprise requires. Next, more active research on market orientation is required in the future in order to strengthen the competitiveness of social enterprises.

  • 창조경제를 지향하는 정부의 농정핵심 목표로 6차 산업화 정책강화와 농림업의 산업 부흥을 추구하면서 농가에서도 새로운 방식의 혁신이 필요해지고 있다. 6차 산업이란 1차 산업의 농림수산업, 2차 산업의 제조 가공업, 3차 산업의 서비스업을 복합한 산업으로, 농산물을 생산만 하던 농가가 고부가가치 상품을 가공하고 향토 자원을 이용해 서비스업으로 확대해 높은 부가가치를 발생시키는 산업을 말한다. 이에 본지는 생산, 판매, 유통까지 6차 산업을 실현화하고 있는 푸른농장을 찾았다.

  • This study investigates the moderating effect of customer type(deal prone/promotion insensitives) on the relationship between perceived values on the reward program of tele-communication firms and customer satisfaction. To test moderating effect, Difference test for distinct parameters in Amos 18.0 program was used. Results show that there is no the moderating effect of customer variable. But both kind of perceived values(utilitarian value and hedonic value) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. For all customer, utilitarian reward has influenced on the customer satisfaction more than hedonic reward. And for utilitarian reward, promotion insensitives customer has influenced on the customer satisfaction more than deal prone customer.

  • This study was conducted to examine the meaning and value of the healing mechanism of breathing as a health-oriented leisure activity to ease mental and physical tension and stress to improve quality of life. The results of this study indicated that leisure activities are increasing in diverse fields. Because modern people have a strong interest in the value of a healthy life, there will be more opportunities to enjoy health-oriented leisure activities, and their health-management efforts will be more fruitful. Additionally, if individuals undergo the process of healing and thereby build the right values about life, it will be possible to set the right direction for "holistic healing" that is needed in social relationships. Moreover, healing breathing can be defined as a leisure activity that aims to promote health through physical and mental healing. Overall, use of health-oriented leisure activities such as the breathing method of healing is expected to increase the essential value of human life and facilitate well-rounded socialization.
