본 논문은 공개예정기업의 발행가(發行價)(Initial Public Offers : IPO)가 유가증권관리위원회의 ${\ulcorner}$유가증권인수업무에 관한 규정${\lrcorner}$과 증권업협회의 ${\ulcorner}$유가증권 분석에 관한 기준${\lrcorner}$에 의해 산출된 자산가치(資産價値)와 수익가치(收益價値) 중 어느 가치에 더 밀접한 상관관계를 보이고 있으며, 그 크기는 어느 가치에 더 근접하고 있는가를 조사하는데 그 목적을 두고 진행되었다. 이와 같은 목적을 위해 본 논문은 지난 '89년부터 '91년까지 공개한 모든 상장기업 301개 (3개 기업만 제외된 것임) 회사를 연구대상으로 상관분석(相關分析), 회귀분석(回歸分析), 그리고 발행가를 100으로 본 상대가치(相對價値)를 분석하였다. 실증분석에서 나타난 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발행가(發行價)는 일반적으로 자산가치(資産價値)보다 수익가치(收益價値)와 더 밀접한 상관관계를 가지고 있다. 둘째, 분석대상기업 전체로 볼 때, 발행가(發行價)는 자산가치의 26%, 수익가치의 36%를 가중치로 하여 산정되는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 발행가를 100으로 보았을 때 분석대상기업 전체에서 발행가는 자산가치(資産價値)를 각 4% 할증(割增)한 금액으로 그 크기가 결정되는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구의 목적은 독립적으로 수행되어진 하천 복원 가치추정 선행연구들을 대상으로 메타회귀분석을 활용한 편익이전을 제시함으로써, 편익이전의 타당성 및 적용 가능성을 검토하는 데 있다. 문헌검색을 통해 '하천 가치평가', '하천 가치', '물 환경 가치추정', '하천 편익' 등에 관한 자료를 수집하였으며, 총 60편의 연구를 수집했다. 그 중 중복된 연구를 제외하고 가치추정 단위를 '원/년/가구'로 통일함으로써 51편의 연구를 분석에 사용했으며, 90개의 가치 추정치가 실증분석에 사용되었다. 본 연구는 국내에서 수행된 하천 복원 가치 추정연구를 집대성하여 DB를 구축하고 요약통계량을 중심으로 선행연구 결과를 기술하였으며, 메타회귀분석을 실시한 후, policy site의 특성과 조건에 맞게 함수를 조정하고, 조정된 함수를 사용하여 policy site의 가치를 예측하였다. 종속변수로는 총 가치(원/년/가구, 2015년 불변가격)가, 독립변수로는 하천유형, 위치, 규모, 환경 서비스특성, 그리고 방법론 특성, 지불형태, 대상지 사회경제적 특성 변수들이 포함되었다. 모형의 추정결과 조정된 값은.420으로써 종속변수 총변이의 42.0%를 모형이 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 메타회귀분석을 통해 본류에서 멀어지는 소규모하천일수록 하천의 경제적 가치를 더 크게 느끼는 것으로 나타났으며, 전체적인 영향력 크기를 고려해 본다면 하천을 복원할 때 수질정화기능, 서식지기능, 이수기능, 치수기능, 여가 및 수변공간으로의 기능 순으로 고려하는 것이 하천의 가치를 보다 높일 수 있을 것으로 보였다. 또한 지불방법은 매월, 인당 지불하는 것으로 제시할 때 경제적 가치 추정치를 높일 수 있는 것으로 해석되었다. 모델추정 결과를 활용한 함수이전에서는 만경강의 특성을 반영하고 조정함으로써 만경강의 가치를 추정하였으며, 모형으로부터 얻은 만경강 가치 예측치는 가구당 매년 41,214원으로 추정되었다. 본 연구의 메타회귀분석은 선행연구를 객관적으로 종합할 수 있는 분석의 틀로서 충분한 활용 타당성이 인정되는 것으로 보이며, 편익이전 시에 policy site의 자원특성과 조건에 맞춰 함수를 조정하여 예측치를 제시함으로써 메타회귀분석 함수이전의 융통성을 보여주었다. 이에 메타회귀분석을 통한 편익이전은 타당성 및 적용 가능성 측면에서 긍정적으로 판단된다.

This study investigated the relationships between the analytics capability and value of big data and business performance for big data analysts of business organizations. The values that big data can bring were categorized into transactional value, strategic value, transformational value, and informational value, and we attempted to verify whether these values lead to business performance. Two hundred samples from employees with experience in big data analysis were collected and analyzed. The hypotheses were tested with a structural equation model, and the capability of big data analytics was found to have a significant effect on the value and business performance of big data. Among the big data values, transactional value, strategic value, and transformational value had a positive effect on business performance, but the impact of informational value has not been proven. The results of this study are expected to provide useful information to business organizations seeking to achieve business performance using big data.

많은 기업들이 기업 내 또는 기업간 통합을 위해 웹서비스 시스템을 도입, 구축하고 있다. 하지만 기업관리자들은 기대했던 만큼의 실질적인 성과를 체감하고 있지 못하며 투자효과 분석 또한 미흡한 실정이다. 현재 웹서비스의 평가는 웹서비스의 서비스 품질 관리측면에서의 분석이 이루어 지고 있으며 웹서비스가 기업의 비즈니스에 가져다 주는 가치분석에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구를 통해 웹서비스의 도입으로 인해 기업에 발생하는 이익을 분석하여 기술적 가치와 비즈니스적 가치로 분류하고 이를 바탕으로 가치의 측정을 위하여 웹서비스의 이익을 비용절감과 가치증대의 관점으로 새롭게 정립하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 기업이나 공공기관에서 웹서비스의 이익을 인식하는 새로운 방법으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The domestic reinforcement concrete works have mainly worked the process of re-bar fabrication/assembly on site and re-bar works affected by structural safety, durability, and schedule with form work. Accordingly, This study analyzes the process of re-bar fabrication/assembly on site to apply lean production principles to construction Value Stream Analysis(VSA) is analyzed into value-adding activity and non-value-adding activity on construction process through value analysis and Value Stream Mapping(VSM). In the results, non-value-adding activity generates waste such as the activity steps, labors, equipments, materials, time, and so on. Additionally, push-driven production is investigated making low productivity from the overproduction and so on. To resolve the problems in the process, The purpose of this paper eliminates waste factor through maximizing the value-adding activity generating value added and minimizing non-value adding activity. Particularly, it makes flow production and pull-driven production through minimizing work-in-process(WIP ).

In this research, The new CEO is expected to increase a reporting income through earning management for individual benefit such as a good reputation, high compensation and CEO' s contract extension in the early years of service, of which may influence value relevance of the accounting numbers. We investigate the change of value relevance from 2004 to 2014, compare firms with a change of CEO and firms with non-change of CEO and analysis the value relevance in the early years and in the late years of the new CEO. The results of research are as follows. First, value relevance of EPS of firms with change of CEO are decreased, whereas value relevance of BPS are increased in the regression of all sample. Second, value relevance of EPS are decreased, whereas value relevance of BPS are increased in the early years of the new CEO. This research makes a contribution to provide the first proof about influence of value relevance by the earning management in the early years of the new CEO in Korea.

In genaral appraisal is process of the determining the length of the time records should be retained, and is defined as selecting records with second value. However, appraisal in boroad term includes analysis which value records have as well as selecting archival records. It means that analysis of Records value is carried and reflected in every processes of maintenance, use and disposition of records. One of characteristic in records and archives management is that records process doesn't finish as one process, but it creates and manages records repeatedly. When another records are created again after the previous process in these system, it should creates records with better value than before. It pursues positive circle system which satisfy users whenever it starts. The study reviewed how analysis of records value is reflected in Records and archival system in Korea, and analysed Public Records and Archives Act to approve it. In results the study suggests having positive circle system finally.

본 연구는 Schlater와 Sontag가 인간생태학적 관점에 기초하여 제시한 가치측정 모델에 의하여 국내 가정관리학 분야에서 이루어진 인간의 가치에 관한 연구를 분류하였다. 2차원의 매트릭스로 구성된 이 모델은 가치연구를 가치조사의 초점에따라 내용과 구조, 과정으로 분류할 수 있으며, 또한 피험자-가치대상 포함관계에 따라 3가지 측정접근법 즉, 피험자 단독, 피험자-가치대상 반응적, 피험자-가치대상 상호작용적 접근법으로 분류하고 있다. 이 모델을 분석도구로 사용하여 한국 가정관리학회지 창가호부터 1995년 13권 1호까지와 대한가정학회지 1983년 21권 1호부터 1995년 33권 1호까지에 수록된 논문중 인간의 가치를 연구한 논문과 몇편의 학위논문을 분석하였다. 그 결과 대부분의 연구들은 측정접근법상 피험자 단독 접근법이나 피험자-가치대상 반응적 접근법을 사용하면서, 내용에 초점을 두고 연구된 것을 알 수 있다. 미래의 가치연구방법으로 인간생태학적 접근법인 피험자-가치대상 상호작용 접근법과 과정에 초점을 맞추는 것이 요구되며, 우리나라 가치측정패턴에서만 특히 부족한 구조에 초점을 두는 것 또한 요구되어진다.

This paper presents the overall valuation framework of the Army Tactical Command Information System(ATCIS) with its empirical data which is developed by the ROK Army in 2005 with its own R&D efforts over the past 10 years. The valuation with the appropriate methods is conducted through the full and relentless support of ROK Army HQs, defense agencies, and related firms. And the results include both qualitative and quantitative values of the ATCIS in perspectives of economic, technical, and defense strength effects. As a result, the development of ATCIS is valued over 1.7291 trillion Won which is over 6.55 times benefit and cost ratio comparing with other country's similar system. The worth of this paper includes the actual framework and methods to apply the valuation of other weapon systems and its preliminary research, defense offset valuation, performance evaluation and others.

본 연구는 게임산업이 과연 산업으로서 가치가 있는 산업이고, 생산성을 가진 하나의 산업으로 볼 수 있는지를 알아보기 위해서 가치 사슬 관점에서 게임 산업을 분석하였다. 기존의 연구는 게임산업을 플랫폼 별로 나누어 그에 따른 일반적인 분석과 동향, 전망이 주를 이루고 있으며, 게임산업 전반을 살펴볼 수 있는 공통적 가치사슬에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 그리고 게임산업 분석에 관한 명확한 프레임 워크가 연구되지 않고 있으며 세부 구성요소들의 관계, 가치의 생성과정에 관한 연구 또한 이뤄지지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 게임산업을 분석하기 위한 산업 전반의 공통적 프레임워크를 제시하고, 가치사슬 관점에서 세부적으로 게임산업을 분석한다. 그리고 게임산업의 내부구조와 상호 연결관계를 분석한다. 이를 통해 본 연구에서는 국가 경제에 있어 게임산업의 역할을 분석하여, 게임산업이 생산성을 가지는 하나의 산업으로서 가치가 있는 산업인지를 알아보려고 한다.
