Purpose of Research : Since ChatGPT's 2022 release, the educational sector faces mixed reactions to generative AI, sparking innovation but raising concerns about student cognition and communication. While Christian colleges employ AI reflecting their values, secular institutions stress ethical usage. This study explores ethical AI use in these settings, aiming to integrate findings into educational practices. Research content and method : Analyzing AI use and ethics guidelines from 50 domestic and international universities, differences between Christian and secular institutions were explored. Data was categorized, conceptualized via open coding, and components were identified through axial coding. The importance of components for Christian colleges' AI guides was assessed based on the initial data and previous research, leading to the development of tailored AI utilization components for Christian universities. Conclusion : Studies revealed secular institutions have six AI guide components, while Christian colleges found seven in both utilization and ethics guides, focusing on truthfulness, responsibility, and diversity. Emphasizing the need for ethical AI use in Christian colleges, the findings advocate developing AI ethics guidelines to aid marginalized groups and establish a new educational paradigm through further research.

This study investigated the current state of online subject guides in Korean academic libraries and suggests improvement. Through the examination of 100 academic libraries' Web sites, only 14 online subject guides were identified, showing that the development of online subjects guides in Korea is still in infancy. The examined online subject guides were evaluated as high quality in terms of accessibility, integration of information resources, and format consistency, but low quality in the provision of specialized subjects, user instruction, and information retrieval systems. An online subject guide should be a one-stop service that provides fast access to information resources along with subject-specialized user instruction and effective communication with librarians.

This study developed the subject guide by policy areas for advancement of policy information service, designed the system for constructing the policy-related resources, and tried to construct policy information resources on a trial basis. For the development and construction of policy areas subject guide, first, we divided the aggregated materials into top 9 types, and subdivided into 19 types. Second, we constructed the policy contents for subject guide service, based on BRM classification system which is functional classification of government. Third, a total of 6,305 were build in accordance with 133 BRM subject guide. As a result, it is said that the effectiveness of the policy subject guide developed by this study, were verified by constructing the experimental data.

Research has taken priority of many activities in universities and it has eventually brought the heat on research support services of libraries to meet high expectation of university researchers. To identify the major content areas and service methods of research guides serviced through digital libraries of universities, this study investigated research guides of 60 university libraries in North America and Korea. As a result, 13 categories for research guide contents were identified and 5 crucial areas for the contents development were suggested. It also analyzed providing methods of online research guides and communicating methods between librarians and users. Librarians were identified as the prime human resource to develope and manage research guides, which will play an important role in expanding diversity of librarians' roles in the future.

정확한 변위정보를 추정하기 위해 다양한 비용 값 계산함수 또는 비용 값 합산 방법들이 개발되었다. 본 논문에서는 비용 값 계산을 위해 좌, 우영상의 기울기와 SAD(Sum of Absolute Differences)를 이용하며 비용 값 합산을 위해 가이드 영상 필터링을 사용한다. 가이드 영상 필터링은 가이드 영상의 종류에 따라 필터링결과가 크게 변하게 되는데, 스테레오 정합에 사용된 원본 입력 영상을 가이드 영상으로 사용할 경우 정확한 화소 값을 가지고 있기 때문에 경계영역을 보존하며 필터링 수행이 가능하다. 하지만 가이드 필터링은 가이드 영상으로부터 미리 지정해준 이웃한 화소와의 거리와 색상차이의 분산 값만을 고려하여 필터링을 수행하기 때문에 설정 변수 값에 매우 의존적인 특성을 갖는다. 가이드 필터링 과정에서 변수에 대한 의존성을 낮추고 경계영역의 정확도를 높이기 위해 우선 평활화 필터를 이용하여 경계영역을 추출한다. 원본 입력영상을 사용하여 경계영역을 추출할 경우 객체 내부의 많은 텍스처 영역의 정보까지 추출되지만, 평활화 필터를 이용할 경우 정확한 경계 영역의 정보만을 추출 할 수 있다. 추출된 경계영역에 대해서만 높은 가중치를 사용한 뒤 기존의 가이드 영상 필터링과 혼합하여 최종 비용 값을 합산한다. 제안한 방법을 사용하여 경계영역의 정확도가 향상된 최종 변위 지도를 획득할 수 있었다.

Model blast experiments of mortar blocks were performed to investigate the effect of the guide hole on crack growth. The mortar block specimens have a blast charge hole and 8 guide holes. Two of circular guide hole, notched guide hole, diamond shaped guide hole and diamond shaped guide holder are installed around 110 mm, 165 mm and 220 mm apart from the charge hole for each specimen. From the blast experiments, it was revealed that all the guide hole used in this study were effective for controlling the crack growth at the fracture control.

본 논문에서는 4차 산업의 제조 혁신을 위한 새로운 방안의 스마트 팩토리를 실헌하기 위한 주요 부품 중에 하나인 리니어 모션 가이드(LM 가이드)에 필요한 센싱 시스템을 제안하였다. 공장 자동화와 정밀 측의 핵심 부품인 LM 가이드를 고정밀, 고정도로 제어할 수 있는 변위 센싱 시스템의 개발이다. 기존의 광학식이나 자기식 변위 센서 기술의 한계를 극복할 수 있도록 와전류(Eddy Current) 기법을 이용하여 LC 공진기와 전도체를 LM 가이드에 장착할 수 있도록 제안하였다. 또한 와전류 센싱부에서 출력되는 미세 인덕턴스 값을 측정할 수 있도록 디지털 신호처리 기술과 컴퓨터/산술 기술을 FPGA를 이용한 HW 시스템을 제작하여 다양한 실험을 진행했다. 본 논문에서 구현한 HW 센싱 시스템을 이용함으로 LM 가이드를 실시간으로 직선 이동시킴으로 실시간으로 변위 값을 디스플레이 부로 출력되어 측정이 가능하다. 개발된 시스템은 LM 가이드의 직선 운동시 변위 값의 분해능과 응답속도 면에서 우수함이 확인됨으로 스마트 팩토리 뿐만 아니라 다양한 장비에도 적용이 가능하다.

This paper presents the results of a numerical study on the effects of a side guide on the top and tail camber. The temperature distribution on the surface of an actual hot-rolled bar was measured using a thermal imager. The measured temperatures were incorporated with finite element analysis, and the thermomechanical behavior of the hot bar was examined. The installation location of the side guide, length of the side guide, and gap between the bar and the insides of the side guide were selected as the parameters to be investigated. The results show that it is more effective to install the side guide at the position where the magnitude of the camber is larger. It is noted that a longer side guide is more effective than a shorter one in reducing the camber. It is also found that the camber decreases in proportion with the guiding gap.

A recent introduction of BIM has raised a necessity for BIM guidelines and guidelines following the decision about the BIM introduction are being present both home and abroad. This study hereby intended to develop BIM guidelines to the architectural field, for which the role and development directives of BIM guidelines were set up based on BIM concepts and examples of foreign guidelines. As a result, the role of guideline in (1)Activation of BIM (2)Support BIM process (3)Support and enhance collaboration (4)Standardized implementation of construction information (5)Technical support for BIM utilizing technology. It also classified the role of each guideline, standard and manual to establish detailed development directives. Besides, regarding the BIM process to clarify the goal to share among participants, information levels per stage and applicable scopes, for the sake of when to introduce BIM and how to use it properly, their contents were suggested in consideration of applicable BIM technologies based on business for each design stage at home.

The objective of this study is to explore the strategies to promote the use of the subject guide for Korean modern literature. To meet this objective this study conducted a survey on users' awareness of the subject guide service and sought out experts' opinions to identify the strategies to promote and improve the subject guide for Korean modern literature. The study proposes the following strategies: 1) Conduct promotional activities utilizing a variety of social media; 2) provide education for the user to enhance understanding of the utility of the subject guide; 3) build a website dedicated to the subject guide service for Korean modern literature; 4) provide an efficient subject-specific bibliography service by improving the quality of the subject guide, by offering full texts, ongoing content updates, and coordination with other institutions and agencies; and 5) tailor the service to user characteristics such as gender, age, occupation, and education level. Suggestions for future directions include research on the collaborative system, additional specific promotional strategies to promote the use of the subject guide, and development of evaluation indicators of the subject guide for Korean modern literature.
