This research is about overflow cutoff valve for liquefied petroleum gas cylinders. This valve was developed based on Bernoulli's equation and Newton's equation. The structure of overflow cutoff valve was made by insert module instead of the ordinary valve that is used at present. Recently, the increase in use of gas for fuel in houses has resulted to more frequent occurrences of gas related accidents. In Korea, the government has made a law for the obligatory use of the cutoff valves. This cutoff valve is not ya developed. This research focuses on the use of over flow cutoff valve for LPG cylinders. If this valve is adapted, many accidents can be prevented.

금속을 용해 응고시킬 때 생성되는 소위, 주조 결함이나 소결금속 내의 기공은 재료의 성능이나 강도를 현저하게 낮추는 결함으로서 예전부터 기피되어 왔다. 또한, 재료공정에 있어서도 여하의 기공이나 기포가 없는 치밀한 고강도 및 고기능성 재료를 개발하는 것에 최대한의 주의와 관심을 기울여 왔다. 반면에 자연계의 천연물이나 인공물을 둘러보면 그 대부분이 다공질임을 쉽게 눈치챌 수 있다. 예를 들어 목재, 지엽 등의 생물을 시작해서 콘크리트 등의 인공물, 우리 체내의 뼈도 전형적인 다공질구조로 구성되어 있다. 이러한 구조로부터 재료의 재질제어 이외에 구조제어라는 새로운 어프로치를 고려할 수 있고, 최근 들어, 금속재료에 있어서도 이러한 다공질 구조에 관한 연구가 활성화되어 충격흡수재, 생체재료, 베어링재료 등의 다양한 응용이 전개되고 있다. 원주상의 방향성 기공을 갖는 로터스 금속의 제조 원리는 용융금속의 높은 가스용해도와 고체금속의 낮은 가스고용도의 차이를 이용하여 응고할 때 고용되지 않는 가스원자가 기포를 형성시키는 것이다. 수소용해도는 모든 금속에 있어서 온도상승에 따라 증가하지만 융점에 있어서 용해도의 불연속적 증가를 나타내며 응고할 때 고액계면에서 다량의 가스를 방출하고 기공 생성을 야기한다. 특히, 고 액상에 있어서 수소용해도 차가 큰 마그네슘, 니켈, 철, 동 등은 기포를 생성하기 쉽다. 또한 기공의 배열구조를 제어하기 위해 일방향응고법를 이용하여 기공에 방향성을 부여한다. 외관상 기공구조가 연근뿌리를 닮은 것으로 부터 로터스 금속이라는 명칭이 널리 알려져 있다. 이와 같은 제조방법에 의해 로터스 금속은 기공 방향, 기공크기, 기공률을 자유롭게 제어할 수 있고 우수한 기계적 성질이 기존의 발포금속, 소결금속과 전혀 다른 특성을 가지고 있다. 이러한 기공구조는 용해온도, 응고속도, 분위기 가스압, 불활성가스와의 혼합체적비 등의 제어를 통해서 조절할 수 있다. 이와 같이 제조한 방향성 다공질금속은 BT (인플란트, 생체적합성, 저탄성, 경량), ST (초음속기엔진부품, 경량), IT (고성능수냉모듈), ET(고온촉매, 필터)의 분야로의 응용을 기대한다.

Among urban gas-using facilities, more and more cases are using gas meters for leakage inspection instead of inspection ports for concealment pipes. Leak alarm alarms were continuously generated according to the boiler's special usage pattern in an environment where there was no actual gas leakage among some households where this meter was installed. It does not perform its original function of detecting actual gas leakage. Based on these problems, this study analyzed the conditions under which the gas meter for leakage inspection generates leakage alarms according to the boiler's special gas use pattern, and sought a set value that can generate an alarm only in the case of actual gas leakage. Through this, it is intended to relieve citizens' anxiety about gas use due to malfunction of the alarm and at the same time perform the original function of the meter that can detect leaking gas.

본 연구에서는 25.8kV 가스절연부하개폐기에 사용되는 절연매질용 혼합가스에 의한 주요부분 전계 강도 및 절연특성을 유한요소 전자계해석 프로그램(FLUK2D)을 이용하여 해석하였다. 3상, 25.8kV, 630A 가스절연부하개폐기를 축대칭FEM을 이용하여 개폐시 주요부분 표면전계강도와 혼합가스의 절연특성을 분석하였다. 전계강도 분석결과는 가스절연부하개폐기 설계를 위한 자료로 활용된다.

In this paper the gas leakage controller in processing chamber for semiconductor manufacturing is proposed. A pressure sensor is connected between the final valve and the numeric valve. A pressure sensor signal and a numeric valve signal are controlled by a proposed digital circuit module. Gas leakage condition, producing by 2nd plasticity in semiconductor process, display at LED. The proposed controller module is useful for monitoring the gas flow for preventing the critical process gas leakage.

This study is to develop the production method of stepwise dilution gas for the evaluation of complex odor concentration by orifice tube. The basic orifice tube for 10 and 30 times of dilution sample was made at first, and with the combination of the basic orifice tubes we can continuously manufacture the stepwise dilution sample gas for air dilution sensory test ; 10, 30, 100, 300, 1,000, 3,000 times etc. The hole size of orifice tube was 0.84 mm for 10 times of dilution sample, and was 0.34 mm for 30 times. Dilution sample gas made with the basic orifice tube have an excellent reproducibility, 2%RSD. In addition, over 90% of correlation was shown between the sample made by the orifice tube and the sample by the syringe dilution method. Because there was no concentration drift of dilution gas with changes of connected pump flow, the basic orifice tube could be mounted directly with a vacuum suction box, and could be used simply as a tool for the evaluation of odor, especially on site.

대한설비건설협회는 가스시공업체를 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 결과 아직까지 근절되지 않고 있는 도시가스사업자에 의한 부당행위 방지, 도시가스사업자에 의한 기술검토 요구$\cdot$과다서류 제출 요구$\cdot$검사입회 요구에 따른 부당행위 방지, 도시가스표준시방서(사용자공급관 및 특정가스사용시설) 제도화, 도시가스시설공사계획의 신고제도 폐지, 인입배관 공사비 부담 개선, 도시가스시설 상주시공감리 대상 완화, 배관용 탄소강관(KSD 3507) 도시가스 저압배관 사용 등 가스시공업계의 경영에 따른 현안문제점을 정부에 건의했다.
