Reengineering the Structure of Knowledge Sharing Network

  • 지식경영은 기업의 지속적 경쟁력을 제공하는 중요한 경영기법으로 인식되고 있다. 그러나 많은 기업에서 know-how 지식이나 know-where 지식을 축적하여 놓고 관련 평가체계를 잘 정립하면 향후 사용될 것이라는 전제하에 지식관리를 하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 관점에서 본 논문은 지식관리를 조직업무형태에 따른 체인, 허브, 웹 유형으로 구분, 관리함이 효과적일 것이라는 가설을 기존 논문을 근거로 도출하였다. 이 중에서 가장 관리하기가 어렵다고 판단된 웹 혹은 네트워크 유형의 지식관리를 체계적으로 하기 위해서는 네트워크의 구조 자체에 대한 분석이 클러스터링 계수와 네트워크를 확장하는 역할을 담당할 수 있는 구성원에 대하여 이루어져야함을 e-Business 모델을 이용하여 제시하였다. 이러한 네트워크의 선행분석은 기존의 지식관리방법론을 보다 적극적인 관점에서 계획 및 통제할 수 있는 수단을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • 최근 중국 시장에서 모바일 결재 서비스이 사용량이 매우 증가하고 있으며, 세계 모바일 결재 시장에서 1위를 차지하였다. 모바일 간편 결제란 일반적으로 재화, 서비스 이용에 연관된 결제를 모바일 단말기로 처리하는 것을 말하는데. 고객들의 수요를 만족시켜 사용도를 높이고 고객충성도를 효과적으로 배양하고 끌어올리는 것은 각 모바일 간편결제 서비스 플랫폼들의 초미의 관심사가 되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 중국 모바일 간편결재 서비스품질과 기술수용모델이 고객만족도와 재사용의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 그리고 유형별 분석결과에 대한 차이가 있는지 살펴보았다. 먼저 선행연구를 바탕으로 연구모형 및 연구가설을 설정하고, 중국의 고객들을 대상으로 250명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, SPSS 19.0 통계분석 프로그램을 사용하여 실증분석을 하였다.

  • While machines can replace general industries, it is impossible to do so in service industries in which require various contacts with clients. As automated system would not work in service industries, it requires more of reliance to human resources than other industries. The services done here for customers are consequently reflected to the level of customers' satisfaction and business performance. Thus, highly qualified services are important factors for the success in the industry, but the problem here is that there is not enough care for employees providing those services. Therefore, this study analyzes employees' personalities and shows how those affect to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. It also aims at showing present problems in companies. MBTI, a test showing one's character, has been applied for the analysis, and surveys have been provided to employees to see how their personalities affect to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Through this process, job satisfaction in accordance with one's character and organizational commitment is partially similar, and the hypothesis assuming that there is interrelationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment was proved.

  • The amount of personal information has increased dramatically due to the prevalent use of smartphones and the rapid growth of social networking services. Under these circumstances, there has been a lot of efforts to obtain new information based on the overflowing personal data. The conventional character analysis method, which heavily relies on personal surveys, had some limitations in that it was difficult for psychologist to have a complete access to the surveyed results. When it comes to celebrities, however, it is relatively easy to access to their information through various media. Therefore there has been various researches that examined celebrities' personalities. On the contrary, not many studies have focused on analyzing the characteristics of the general public whose information is not so accessible. In this research, we suggest a method to analyze ordinary people's characteristics based on information available via their social networking services. This research focuses on developing a Facebook-native application, which examines the user's character type based on the posts shared in the user's Facebook page.

  • This study analyzed the structural correlation between parent brand attitude, including attitude toward the advertisement, attitude toward the store and brand attitude, and brand extension evaluation, relationships among which are conceived as a brand extension evaluation process. The result of analysis, revealed statistical significances of the differences in the effect levels between attitude toward store and brand attitude, between brand attitude and brand extension evaluation level, and between brand extension evaluation level and purchase intention of an extended product depending on the choice of distribution channel type. Therefore the evaluation level of brand extension should be analyzed by structural relationship model based on the consumer behavior's viewpoint with distribution channel type and it can provide the important information for restructuring distribution channel and increase the level of the successful brand extension.

  • This study focused on finding out how transformational leadership, emotional leadership, and servant leadership in military organizations affected organizational effectiveness (commission satisfaction, immersion, and organizational citizen behavior) by special forces, standing forces, GTO, independent units on the coast, and educational institutions and training units. Therefore, in order to achieve this research objective, we intend to utilize two studies, the literature and the empirical studies, in this paper. Through the literature study, we also set up a critical consideration of the major leadership theory so far, understand the soldiers of the new generation, set up the background and characteristics of the new leadership theory, transformative leadership and emotional leadership, and set up and study the hypothesis for the organizational effectiveness in the main contents (concepts, components, measurement data) and variables. Empirical research is aimed at empirically analyzing the impact of transformative leadership, emotional leadership, and servant leadership on sub-type and organizational effectiveness, and whether sub-type controls leadership type and organizational effectiveness. organizational effectiveness.

Dependence on Brand by Product type in Online Environment (온라인(Online) 상에서의 제품유형에 따른 소비자의 브랜드 의존성)

  • This article examines how consumers in online environments depend on brand in making purchase decisions by product types. Previous research explains that the characteristics of online environments decrease the dependence on brand due to inexpensive search costs and affluent information quantity. But it is likely that in online environment, the dependence on brand will be differentiated by product types. We found that in search product, the availability of information decreased consumer's uncertainty, which, in turn, increased the dependence of brand. However, in experience products, the weakness of multi-sensory increased consumer's uncertainty, which resulted in the increase of the dependence of brand.

The Event Structure of Korean Unaccusative Verbs (한국어 비대격 동사의 사건구조)

  • 자동사의 두 하위부류, 비대격(unaccusative) 동사와 비능격 (unergative)동사는 Perlmutter(1978)의 비대격 가설 (Unaccusative Hypothesis) 이후 여러 관점에서 활발히 노의 되어왔다. 한국어에서는 사건구조적 측면에서 두 부류가 차이를 보이며, 이런 사실은 인간의 인지작용과 밀접한 관련을 맺는다. 사건구조를 과정(process)사건과 상태(state)로 가정할 때 비능격 동사는 과정사건이, 비대격 동사는 상태사건이 부각된다. 비대격 동사도 두 가지 부류로 나뉠 수 있는데, '도착하다'처럼 과정사건이 언어표현에서 중시되지 않고 결과적인 상태부분만 중요시 되는 유형(unacc_type_1)과 '녹다'처럼 과정사건도 중시되는 사건 구조를 지닌 유형(unacc_type_2)이다. 결국 비대격 동사는 결과상태를 중시하는 사건구조를 중요시 하지만 과정사건의 지각 정도에 따라 다른 양상을 보인다. 한편 비대격 동사는 사동사와도 밀접한 연관 관계를 지닌다. 많은 논의에서 비대격/사동의 교체를 논리적 다의어로 보고 분석을 시도해 왔다. 따라서 사동사를 중심으로 분석한 경우와 비대격 동사를 중심으로 분석한 경우가 있다. 본고에서는 사동분석(causative analysis)은 한국어 기술에는 적절치 않다고 판단한다. 사동분석에서 도입하는 행동주의 사건유발부분이 반드시 비대격 동사의 표현에 필수적인 것은 아니기 때문이다. 끝으로 Pustejovsky(1995)의 생성어휘부(Generative Lexicon) 이론을 한국어에 맞게 확장·수정한 이정민·강범모·남승호(1997)의 모형에 따라 두 가지 유형의 비대격 동사의 어휘 의미구조를 표상한다.

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of the participation type of members of consumer cooperatives on social connectedness, collaboration intention and psychological well-being. For this, research hypotheses and models were developed from the theoretical background, and an empirical study was conducted with a survey. The results of this research are as follows: first, among the customer participation types, emotional participation and physical participation promoted social connectedness. Second, physical participation showed positive effects on collaboration intention. Lastly, social connectedness improved collaboration intention, and collaboration intention had significant effects on psychological well-being.

  • This study looks into different life styles of Chinese FITs and how their life styles might cause differences in tourist satisfation, intention of revisiting and recommendation. Based on the analyses of the life styles of Chinese FITs who visited Korea, the final result concluded 27 questions and 5 causes. In total, 6 hypotheses were accepted through confidence analysis, correlational analysis of variables, life style cluster analysis and analysis of differences between life style clusters. So the study expects to make a positive contribution, providing useful information to create strategies to intrigue more Chinese FITs and develop better tourist product.
