S양은 현재 고민 중인 진로상담부터 언제 좋은 남자를 만날 수 있을지 까지 자신의 관심사를 속 시원하게 운세상담을 했다. 또 타 메뉴 중에 있는 성형상담 콘텐츠도 접속을 해 한 유명 성형외과 상담의와 '외모업그레이드'방안에 대해서도 상담을 했다." 세상에 이런 자판기도 존재 하냐고? 가상의 시나리오가 아니다. 이런 상황은 화상상담자판기에 의해 흔하게 구현될 전망이다. 이미 화상운세 콘텐츠는 일부 설치된 자판기를 통해 서비스가 되고 있다. 이런 화제의 자판기를 선보인 곳은 예언이란 업체이다. 예언은 운세는 물론 다양한 상담 콘텐츠를 제공하는 정보 콘텐츠 자판기 분야로 '야심만만'한 꿈을 꾸고 있다.

  • We present an improved immersed boundary method for computing incompressible viscous flow around an arbitrarily moving body on a fixed computational grid. The main idea is to incorporate feedback forcing scheme of virtual boundary method with Peskin's regularized delta function approach in order to use large CFL number and transfer quantities between Eulerian and Lagrangian domain effectively. From the analysis of stability limits and effects of feedback forcing gains, optimum regions of the feedback forcing are suggested.

  • 선체 외판 부재의 곡 성형 과정은 주로 가열(열간가공)에 의해 수행된다. 이 가열 작업은 작업자의 경험과 지식에 크게 의존하는 매우 어려운 작업이다. 본 논문에서는 선체 외판의 곡 성형을 위한 가열 계획을 자동으로 수립할 수 있는 휴리스틱을 소개한다. 현장 전문가의 지식에 기반한 이 휴리스틱은 크게 가열 선을 생성하는 부분과 외력을 주는 도구를 배치하는 부분으로 구성된다. 가열 선은 대상 부재의 현재 곡면과 설계된 목적곡면과의 비교를 통해 생성되고, 가우스 커널 함수를 통해 스무딩(smoothing)된다. 현장에서는 열간가공 시 의도하지 않은 변형을 막으면서 작업시간을 줄이고자 외력을 이용한다. 외력의 위치와 방향은 가열 선 군집화를 통해 추출된 대표 가열 선을 기준으로 결정된다. 가상의 인공 곡면과 현장의 실제 부재를 대상으로 실험한 결과, 이 휴리스틱이 숙련된 전문가가 수립한 가열 계획과 유사한 가열 계획을 수립할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

From TMJ to 3D Digital Smile Design with Virtual Patient Dataset for diagnosis and treatment planning (가상환자 데이터세트를 기반으로 악관절과 심미를 고려한 진단 및 치료계획 수립)

  • The virtual patient dataset is a collection of diagnostic data from various sources acquired from a single patient into a coordinate system of three-dimensional visualization. Virtual patient dataset makes it possible to establish a treatment plan, simulate various treatment procedures, and create a treatment planning delivery device. Clinicians can design and simulate a patient's smile on the virtual patient dataset and select the optimal result from the diagnostic process. The selected treatment plan can be delivered identically to the patient using manufacturing techniques such as 3D printing, milling, and injection molding. The delivery of this treatment plan can be linked to the final prosthesis through mockup confirmation through provisional restoration fabrication and delivery in the patient's mouth. In this way, if the diagnostic data superimposition and processing accuracy during the manufacturing process are guaranteed, 3D digital smile design simulated in 3D visualization can be accurately delivered to the real patient. As a clinical application method of the virtual patient dataset, we suggest a decision-making method that can exclude occlusal adjustment treatment from the treatment plan through the digital occlusal pressure analysis. A comparative analysis of whole-body scans before and after temporomandibular joint treatment was suggested for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis patients with temporomandibular joint disease. Occlusal plane and smile aesthetic analysis based on the virtual patient dataset was presented when treating patients with complete dentures.

  • 3D printing has recently been used in various fields. Among various applications, 3D face data must be generated for 3D face printing. A laser scanner is used to acquire 3D face data, but there is a restriction that a person should not move during scanning. In this paper, we propose a 3D face modeling method based on a single image and a face transformation system to use the generated 3D face for virtual cosmetic surgery. We have defined facial feature points from the 3D face database for 3D face data generation. After extracting feature points from a single face image, 3D face of the input face image is generated corresponding to the 3D face feature points defined from the 3D face database. After 3D face modeling, 3D face modification part is applied for use such as virtual cosmetic surgery.

  • In this study, self-reinforced composite(SRC) was prepared using HDPE(High density polyethylene) fabric(2×2 plain) and LDPE(Low density polyethylene) film. The optimal conditions were derived by manufacturing specimens according to the temperature of 100 ~ 140℃ using a hot stamping at a pressure of 100bar for 10 minutes in order to find the optimal conditions for the SRC. The manufactured SRC was analyzed for tensile properties, compressive strength and shear strength through a universal testing machine(UTM). As a result of the measurement, the P3 specimen prepared by hot stamping at a temperature of 130℃ and a pressure of 100bar for 10 minutes was found to be higher than other specimens with tensile strength and tensile modulus of 210MPa and 19GPa, compressive strength 69MPa and shear strength 13MPa and it was considered to be optimal condition. Finally, the composite material according to the fabric structure was modeled using experimental values and the physical properties of the composite material according to the fabric structure were predicted using GeoDict and Digimat.

  • The dynamic explicit finite element method and the static implicit finite element method are applied effectively to analyze total auto-body panel stamping processes, which include the forming stage , the trimming stage and the spring-back stage.\The explicit time integration method has better merits in the forming stage including highly complicated three-dimensional contact conditions. On the contrary, the implicit time integration method is better for analyzing spring-back since the complicated contact conditions are removed and the computing time to get the final static state is short. In this work, brief descriptions of the formulation and the factor study are presented. Further, the simulated results for the total auto-body panel stamping processes are shown and discussed. The formability and the weld line movement in stamping with Tailor Welded Blanks were investigated through QTR-OTR-FRT.

  • A valveless pump consisting of a pumping chamber with an elastic tube was simulated using an immersed boundary method. The interaction between the motion of the elastic tube and the pumping chamber generated a net flow toward the outlet through a full cycle of the pump. The net flow rate of the valveless pump was examined by varying the stretching coefficient, bending coefficient, and aspect ratio of the elastic tube. Photographs of the fluid velocity vectors and the wave motions of the elastic tube were examined over one cycle of the pump to gain a better understanding of the mechanism underlying the valveless pump. The relationship between the gap in the elastic tube and the average flow rate of the pump was analyzed.
