A marketing platform based on the legal deposit system was designed. It is an e-book distribution platform that systematically binds library networks nationwide by linking with the National Library's deposit system to complete the existing paper that the library should become a publishing platform. The purpose is to bundle e-books into a distribution space and naturally assemble readers to serve as virtual platforms for domestic publishers, authors, bookstores, and platforms running various publishing / subscribing services. The premise is not a sale of e-books, but a rental concept, but the platform is valid regardless. In addition, the platform takes the form of social cooperatives to represent the interests of all members involved in publishing services. The lead-based distribution platform is the most ideal business model to compromise with reality. Conceptually, the service of the publishing content-related industry is a model in which all content is supplied from the lead-bone system, which is a collaborative space, and technically, the central e-book database controls the flow of all content, but the publishing content-related industry takes the form of controlling its flow through virtual.

In this paper, we propose the roles of social robots in educational environments. This proposal becomes an extension of R-learning. The purpose of social robots is the communication and interaction with human. Social robots have two roles. One is similar to the role of educational service robot and the other is communication role with people in education environments. We make an scenario to explain how to operate the roles of social robots using robot jibo SDK. The scenario was designed for mild interaction with the user in the educational environment. And it was made using jibo animation part to control the external reaction of jibo and behaviors part to control the internal reaction in jibo SDK. Social robots collect data effectively, based on grafting technologies and interaction with people in educational environments. Concludingly, various data collected by social robots contribute to solving problems, developing and establishing of educational environments.

상수관망시스템은 공급원으로부터 수요처까지의 용수공급을 위해 구축된 관수로 기반의 사회기반시설물로서, 주로 생활 및 산업 용수를 공급하므로 대규모 사회 경제적 피해를 방지하기 위해서는 안정적인 용수공급 능력이 요구된다. 네트워크의 다양한 특성에 의해 표현되는 상수관망시스템의 신뢰도(reliability)는 크게 시스템 내 구성요소의 안정성(mechanical reliability)과 용수공급의 기능적 안정성(hydraulic reliability)으로 구분할 수 있다. 특히, 시스템의 용수공급 안정성에 주목한 수리학적 신뢰도 연구는 많은 연구자들에 의해 지속적으로 수행된 바 있으며, 다양한 평가방법 및 지표들이 제시되어 활용 중에 있다. 기존의 수리학적 신뢰도 지표들은 주로 수요절점(demand node)에서의 공급가능 수량 및 수압을 바탕으로 산정되었다. 그러나, 절점(node)에서의 공급 상태는 결과에 해당하며, 원인 분석을 위해서는 관로(pipe)의 배치 및 규격을 분석해야 하는 번거로움이 존재한다. 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 직접 관로(pipe)의 공급 특성을 분석하여 네트워크의 신뢰도를 평가함으로써, 신뢰도 저하의 원인 분석 및 시스템 개선에 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 신뢰도 지표를 산정하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 상수관로 내 수리학적 기울기가 전반적으로 균등할수록 설계 비용대비 공급 신뢰도, 즉 용수공급 효율이 개선되는 특징을 바탕으로, 네트워크 내 총 에너지 손실로부터 각 관로의 길이, 유량 등의 특성을 고려한 등가 수리경사(Equivalent hydraulic gradient)를 유도하여 모든 관로의 적정 수리경사로 제안하였다. 따라서 각 관로의 실제 수리경사를 대상으로 관로별 수리학적 균등성 지수(pipe hydraulic uniformity index)를 산정하였으며, 더 나아가 전체 시스템의 균등성 지수(system hydraulic uniformity index)를 산정하였다. 제안된 신뢰도 지표는 가상의 네트워크에서 지역 내 용수 사용량이 증가하는 등 용수공급 안정성을 저해하는 몇 가지 시나리오를 바탕으로 검증하였으며, 또한 기존 지표들의 신뢰도 평가 결과와 비교, 분석하였다. 본 연구는 향후 네트워크 최적 설계의 목적함수로 활용하거나, 네트워크의 보강계획 수립에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

환경소음에 관한 연구는 주로 소음노출지역에 대한 소음 측정 및 사회적 조사(Social Survey)를 토대로 이루어 졌다. 이는 장기간 소음에 노출된 사람에 대한 소음평가의 수단뿐만 아니라 소음관련 법안 제정에 있어서 규제치를 결정하는 기준으로도 사용될 수 있다. 이에 반하여 본 논문에서는 소음에 대한 순간적인 반응 즉, 짧은 순간의 소음노출에 대한 주관적 반응을 알아보고자 하였으며, 방법적 측면(Methodology)에서의 제약으로 인하여 가상의 음 재현장치의 구성을 통하여 일반인을 대상으로 청감반응실험을 할 수밖에 없다. 먼저 항공기, 기차, 자동차 소음의 샘플을 녹음하여 일련의 신호처리 과정을 통하여 청감반응실험에 사용될 음원을 만들고, 청력검사를 통하여 청각에 이상이 있다고 판단되는 피검자의 데이터는 배제시킨 후 실험을 행하였다. 이러한 청감반응실험을 통하여 소음원의 종류, 성별, 연령, 소음 민감도 등에 따라 소음에 대한 성가심, 불쾌감의 정도는 다르게 나타남을 알 수 있었다.

This study examines the structure and contents of the various programs offered by the Cologne City Library in Cologne, Germany, and discusses its implications for the role of the changing public libraries in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The Cologne Municipal Library, which has continuously played a leading role in the education of German libraries since its opening, has been transforming itself to become a center for producing information and knowledge and developing culture in accordance with the dynamic era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Currently, the Cologne Municipal Library plays a role as a multi-cultural space in the community where local members can experience various cultures, such as movies, music and games, and create a culture, beyond the traditional functions of library collection and preservation. The program of the City Library in Cologne, Germany, will help to redesign the functions and roles of public libraries in Korea in the future, and plan library contents for local members.

Traditionally, the engineering field has been dominated by face-to-face education focused on experimental practice, but demand for online learning has soared due to the rapid development of IT technology and Internet communication networks and recent changes in the social environment such as COVID-19. In order for efficient online education to be conducted in the engineering field, where the proportion of experimental practice is relatively high compared to other fields, virtual laboratory practice content that can replace actual experimental practice is very necessary. In this study, we developed a line tracer model and a virtual experimental software to simulate it for efficient online learning of microprocessor applications that are essential not only in the electric and electronic field but also in the overall engineering field where IT convergence takes place. In the developed line tracer model, the user can set various hardware parameter values in the desired form and write the software in assembly language or C language to test the operation on the computer. The developed line tracer virtual experimental software has been used in actual classes to verify its operation, and is expected to be an efficient virtual experimental practice tool in online non-face-to-face classes.

The objective of this paper is to quantify economic values of parcel service attributes (safety, reliability, quickness, and kindness and customer service) using the contingent choice method and to investigate impact factors (such as sex, age, and education), which influence choice of desirable parcel services. As empirical results, the marginal willingness-to-pay for multiple attributes of parcel service is calculated as about 2,349.6 KRW for the safety attribute, about 829.3 KRW for the reliability attribute, about 588.5 KRW for the quickness attribute, and about 358.8 KRW for the kindness and customer service attribute, according to the estimation model without covariates. The overall results indicate that the safety attribute ranks highest among parcel service attributes, followed by the reliability attribute, quickness attribute, and kindness and customer service attribute. These results can be useful in the decision-making process for establishing desirable pricing policies for parcel service.

농업가뭄은 관측과 예측이 용이하지 않고 정량적으로 나타내기도 어려운 자연현상이며, 우리나라의 경우 농업용수 이용량이 많고, 농업용 저수지, 양수장 등 이용형태가 다양하므로 강수 부족으로 농업가뭄이 발생한다고 해도 실제로 농업현장에서 느끼는 가뭄은 시·공간적으로 다를 수 있다. 농업용수 공급은 수문관리원이 경험을 통한 수문관리를 해오고 있으며, 그 방법 또한 정확한 계측이 아닌 경험으로 이루어지고 있어 공급량 관리가 정성적이고 제한적인 한계가 발생한다. 따라서, 수원공에서 수로조직 및 포장에 이르기까지의 용수공급 모의를 통해 농업용수 공급의 합리적인 분배, 말단 수로 및 포장까지 안정적인 용수공급을 위한 물공급 및 분배 효율 분석이 필요하다. 또한, 기존 농업용 수리시설물의 물 공급 능력 평가 및 들녘단위의 평야부 물 부족지역과 과잉공급된 지역의 정확한 파악을 위한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서, 농업용 저수지 및 양수장의 주목적인 관할 수혜구역에 대한 농업용수공급 안정성 및 관개효율을 평가하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 상주지역의 덕가 저수지를 대상으로 양수장 위치에 따라 가상의 3가지 용수공급 시나리오를 구성하고 각 시나리오별 수로 네트워크 모의를 통해 평야부의 공급량 및 관개효율을 비교 분석하고자 한다. 2017년부터 2019년까지 농업기반시설관리시스템 (Rural Infrastructure Management System, RIMS) 저수율 데이터를 구축하였고, 유체의 흐름에 대한 수리적 특성을 모의할 수 있는 SWMM(Storm Water Management Model) 모형을 통해 관개기 동안의 농업용수 분배 모의와 공급효율을 분석하고자 한다.

If the game characters in the cyber world speak the same dialogues as in the real world, it will give game players more fun and realism. And game players are more and more immersed into the cyber space. However, we observed that only simple and primitive dialogues are used at the market places in most MMORPGS. We introduce personality psychology theory for generating the personality of NPC in MMORPG. And we suggest how to make a conversation between PC (Playable Character) and NPC (Non - Playable Character) according to 'Extroversion - Introversion dimension' and 'Neuroticism dimension'. And we implement the personality dialogue generation program, which is composed of two parts. One is for generating personality, and the other for making dialogue. Personality generator can set a NPC's personality automatically, and Dialogue Maker can control the dialogue styles, quantities, and characteristics of NPC. Thus, the program implemented in this paper can help game designer and scenario writer to make game characters easily. The approach in this paper can be applied to generate various game characters and used to represent agents and avatars of real-time animation.

The purposes of this study were to develop and apply on learning on geological field trip utilizing the social construction of scientific model. We developed field trip places by considering not only Orion (1993)'s novelty space but also the achievement standards of 2015 national curriculum. The subjects of the study were 8 in the 'G' science gifted education center. We conducted a study using the theme of 'How was formed Mt. Gwanak?' on 5 lessons including a series of 2 field trip lessons and 3 lessons utilizing the social construction of scientific model. Students participated in pre- and post-test on the understanding of scientific knowledge about formation of mountain. Semi-structured interview was used to analyze students' learning about geological field trip in terms of affective domain. Results were as follows. First, there were 2 places of upper-stream valley and down-stream valley separately. They contained outcrops gneiss, granite, joint in the valley, xenolith, fault plane, mineral in the valley. Second, pre- and post-test and semi-structure interview were analyzed in terms of what scientific knowledge students learned about and how Mt. Gwanak was formed. Seven students explained that Mt. Gwanak was volcano during pretest. Seven students described how granite was formed to form Mt. Gwanak. They also understood geological time scale, i.e., metamorphic rock. Third, the geological field trip was effective to low achievement geoscience students as they engaged in the activities of field trip. Using positive responses on affective learning was effective on learning on geological field trip when utilizing the social construction of scientific model. This study suggests that teachers use an example 'model' on geoscience education. This study also suggests that teachers apply the social construction of scientific model to geological field trip.
