Outliers adversely affect model identification, parameter estimation, and forecast in time series data. In particular, when outliers consist of a patch of additive outliers, the current outlier detection procedures suffer from the masking and swamping effects which make them inefficient. In this paper, we propose new outlier detection procedure based on high breakdown estimators, called as the dual robust filtering. Empirical and simulation studies in the autoregressive model with orders p show that the proposed procedure is effective.

The motion comensated video coding technology is very improtant to compress video signal since it reduces the temporal redundancies in successive frames. But the computational complexity of the motion estimation(ME) is too enormous to use in the area of real-time and/or resolution video processing applications. To reduce the complexity of ME, fast search algoritjms and hardware design methods are developed. Especially, the three step search(TSS) is well known method which shows stable performance in various video sequences. And other variations of TSS are developed to get better performance andto reduce the complexity. In this paepr, we present the modified TSS using neighboring block's motion vectors to determine first step motion vector in TSS. The presented method uses the correlation of the adjacent blocks with same motion field. The simualtion resutls show that it has a good MAE performance and low complexity comparing with original TSS.

This study analyzed and modeled the relationships between the species richness of fish, plant, and bird and environmental factors such as climatic and geographical variables based on data collected from 109 major drainage systems in Japan from 1990 until 2005. As a result, the most parts of the distributions of the fish, plant, and bird species richness were clarified by the average annual atmospheric temperature, dimension of drainage areas, and annual rainfall, respectively. In addition, this study predicted the value of each organism species distributed in national drainage areas in Japan using GAMs(Generalized Additive Models) for each organism model created by environmental factors on a wide-ranging scale, and also mapped out the value. Mapping out the predicted value could make it easier for its managers to newly set up the areas needing to be protected to obtain diversity of the organism species and to assess their availability of conservation for bio-diversity.

생명공학의 혁신적 발명성을 매우 잘 보여주는 성공사례의 하나가 사람락토페린을 함유한 형질전환 젖소의 개발이다. 우유의 모유화를 내걸고 있는 본 연구는 국내·외에 막대한 잠재시장 규모가 예상되고 있다. 그러나 생명공학 제품은 ‘생물 재해(Bio Hazard)’에 대한 우려와 윤리문제를 제기할 수 있기 때문에 대중인식(Public Acceptance)에 대한 연구가 매우 중요한 의미를 가지는 것이다. 이러한 상황인식하에 사람락토페린을 함유한 유제품에 대한 소비자행태분석(Consumer Behavior Analysis)을 수행하게 되었다. 본 연구에 사용된 연구방법은 비시장가치평가법 중 임의가치평가법(CVM)을 사용하고 있다. 임의가치평가법은 선진국 특히 본 이론의 발상지인 미국에서 환경재기 가치를 측정하는 방법으로 사용되어 오고 있는데 이를 신상품 및 과학기술의 가치평가법으로 확대하여 연구하여온 필자의 일련의 연구중의 한 시도이다. 좋은 CVM 연구를 수행하기 위해서는 CVM이 요구하는 가치평가방법에 맞추어 설문서가 구성되고 분석되는 일이 무엇보다도 중요한 일이다. 본 연구에서는 CVM의 연구방법에 맞추어 사람락토페린 강화우유에 대한 소비자지불의향(Consumer Willingness to Pay) 조사와 더불어 사람락토페린 강화우유에다가 DHA, 칼슘 등 새로운 기능성 물질을 추가하여 더욱 좋은 기능을 첨가한 경우의 구입할 용의와 지불의향에 대한 조사를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 과학기술에 의해 탄생된 신상품에 대한 임의가치평가법의 적용이라는 새로운 시도의 연구라는점을 감안하여 본 연구를 바탕으로 더욱 새로운 문제제기와 추가적인 연구가 필요하다고 생각된다.적인 자세를 견지한다. 한편, 적응의 원리에 입각한 교육은 문화와 전통에 대한 피동적 전승을 넘어서 사회의 변화에 따라 교육체제와 내용을 바꾸는 등 적극적으로 변화에 대응하고, 이러한 변화를 주도할 인간육성에 힘을 기울이는 교육방식을 취한다. 시대적 변화의 소용돌이 속에서 교육은 이제 기왕의 많은 교육적 신화들을 타파하고 뉴 밀레니엄을 준비해야할 기로에 서 있다. 현재의 변화를 슬기롭게 대처하고 미래의 변화에 능동적으로 적응하는 인간을 육성하기 위한 오늘날 교육의 사명은 우선 미래사회를 위한 교육정책의 방향을 수립하는 일이다. 교육정책은 국가의 교육방침으로서 현실 교육문제의 해결도 중요하지만 미래의 발전을 기약할 수 있는 장기적인 비젼과 목표 속에서 정립될 필요가 있다. 이러한 의도하에 본 연구는 21세기를 대비한 교육정책의 방향을 탐색하고 그에 따른 정책적 과제를 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적하에 본고는 \circled1 과거 우리 나라의 교육정책을 반성적으로 회고하고, \circled2 미래사회에 대한 전망과 교육적 시사점을 분석하며, \circled3 마지막으로 21세기의 변화에 적응하기 위한 교육정책의 방향과 과제를 내용으로 제시하고자 한다.탄산염으로의 전환이 진행되고 있다. 이러한 배경으로부터 Uchida그룹에서 개발한 FeiCr/AVTi재료와 현재 분리판 재료로 사용증인 SUS 310, S SUS 316재료에 대해. 산화성 분위기의 5기압까지의 가압하에서, Li-K, Li-Na탄산염에 대하여 부 식거동을 검토한 결과, 가압하에서 내식성이 향상되는 것이 발견되었다. 이유로서는 가압하에서 용융탄산엽의 증가된 산화력으로 보다 치밀한 내식성 산화물 피막

지금까지 상호 표현(reciprocal expressions)이나 상호성(reciprocity)의 개념에 대한 연구는 영어의 'each other'를 중심으로 이뤄졌다. 그런데 한국어의 상호 대명사 '서로'는 'each other'와 달리, 그 자체로 배분성(distributivity)을 갖지 않는다. 오히려 다양한 배분 표현들과 공기함으로써 상호성을 구체화한다. 특히, 배분적 양화사는 상호 표현이 쓰인 문장에 강한 상호성(strong reciprocity)을 부여한다. 이외에도 한국어의 상호성 실현에는 함께 쓰인 술어가 중요한 역할을 한다. 우선, 술어가 대칭적(symmetric)이거나, 상호 대명사(reciprocal)'서로'를 논항으로 취하면, 문장은 일차적으로 상호성을 갖게된다. 또한, 술어가 반가법(anti-additive)함수로서의 의미 특성을 갖는 경우는, 논항이 복수 연접 명사구로 구성되었을 때, 논항을 그룹(group)으로 해석하는 것을 선호한다. 본고는 상호성 술어(reciprocated predicates)와 배분적 양화사의 의미 기여를 중심으로, 한국어 상호 표현의 다양한 의미·통사적 특징을 밝히는 것을 목표로 하며, 이를 통해 상호성의 개념이 고정적이거나 문맥에 따라, 임의로 정해지는 무질서한 것이 아니라, 함께 쓰인 배분적 양화사나 술어의 의미 특성에 따라 합성적으로(compositionally) 실현되는 것임을 보이고자 하였다.

Motion Compensated Frame Interpolation(MCFI) has been used to reduce motion jerkiness for dynamic scenes and motion blurriness for LCD-panel display as post processing for high quality display. However, MCFI that directly uses the motion information often suffers from annoying artifacts such as blockiness, ghost effects, and deformed structures. So in this paper, we propose a novel edge-based adaptively weighted vector median filter as post-processing. At first, the proposed method generates an edge direction map through a sobel mask and a weighted maximum frequent filter. And then, outlier MVs are removed by average of angle difference and replaced by a median MV of $3{\times}3$ window. Finally, weighted vector median filter adjusts the weighting values based on edge direction derived from spatial coherence between the edge direction continuity and motion vector. The results show that the performance of PSNR and SSIM are higher up to 0.5 ~ 1 dB and 0.4 ~ 0.8 %, respectively.

This paper provides economic analysis for a residential photovoltaic (PV) power system of 5 districts in China and Thailand, using SAM (System Advisor Model) data. Unlike existing literature, the analysis is conducted from the investment timing perspective, as applying to a real option model which can incorporate the cost uncertainty of the PV system and a resident's option to delay the investment. This study shows that the gap of optimal investment times between a real option model and a generally used net present value model ranges from about 6 to 14 years. Also, we found a contracting result for a particular district that, while the investment is appropriate according to the net present value model, it is more reasonable to delay the PV system investment in terms of the real option model.

불용성 전극이 고속 전기도금 공정에 사용되기 위해서는 전기화학 반응이 우수하고, 높은 내구성을 가져야 한다. 불용성 전극의 내구성은 기지층 표면전처리, 금속산화물 조성, 코팅층 두께, 소결 온도 등 다양한 전극제조 공정인자들에 의해 영향을 받는다. 본 연구에서는 불용성 전극의 내구성을 향상시키기 위해 전극 전처리 및 백금족 산화물 조성비의 공정변수로 전극을 제조하였고, 가속수명평가법을 사용하여 전극의 내구성을 평가하였다. 고속 전기도금 공정환경에서는 이리듐(Ir)계 및 탄탈륨(Ta)계 산화물 조성을 가지는 불용성전극의 내구수명이 우수한 경향을 나타내었으며, 귀금속 산화물 코팅층 두께가 얇을수록 불용성전극의 내구수명은 크게 저하되었다. 또한, Ir-Ta 조성 불용성전극의 경우 내구성 향상 기지체 표면전처리를 통해 전극의 내구수명이 10배 이상 향상되었음을 확인하였다.

Design optimisation generally necessitates a tool of assessing the economics of designs. This paper proposes a method of assessing the economics of marine electric generating systems. The pay back period(PBP) and the net present valuve(NPV) of the investment for a designed project are properly converted into a economic index. The mechanical factors dominating the easiness in operating the system are also assessed and quantified to form a index which eventually is added to the economic index producing a comprehensive economic index. The method has been tested on a design example and it's validity has been shown.

In general, the fuzzy integral lacks some important properties that Lebesgue integral possesses. One of them is linearity. In this paper, we introduce fuzzy linearity in which we use the supremum and the infimum instead of additon and scalar multiplication in the expression of linearity and show that the fuzzy linearity of the seminormed fuzzy integrals of interval-valued functions when the fuzzy measure g is fuzzy additive, the continuous t-seminorm is saturated and measurable functions satisfy the condition[Max].
