본 연구는 향후 교통수요관리를 위한 기초 자료로 활용하고자 가구별 차량보유패턴 및 보유구조를 분석하였다. 차량등록대수와 가구당 차량보유대수가 증가하는 현시점에 가구별 차량보유실태를 통해 보유패턴에 대해 알아 볼 필요가 있다. 또한 차량 증가 원인에 대해 분석 할 필요가 있을 것이다. 가구통행실태 조사의 결과를 바탕으로 승용차를 보유하고 있는 가구와 승용차 및 비승용차 보유하는 가구로 구분하여 연구를 진행하였고 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 차량보유구조 패턴을 통해 가구당 차량보유대수가 2대 이하인 경우에는 승용차만을 보유하는 가구수가 많았으며 3대 이상의 경우 승용차만 보유하는 가구보다 비승용차와 함께 보유하는 가구 비율이 증가한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 순서형 로짓 모형을 활용하여 가구별 차량 보유구조를 분석한 결과 가구 속성 자료 및 주거형태 변수에 따라 차량보유에 영향을 주는 요인들이 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

During last 4 decades of industrial development, apartment has been rapidly disseminated throughout the nation. Its main progress, however, only appeared in quantity, not in quality. To promote housing industry in more way and to enhance peoples' life quality through the better housing environment, housing plan should be based on living items including furniture, appliances and etc. Not enough research has been done to find out living items for better house plan development and furniture design. Among living items, furniture reflects both directly and indirectly people's lifestyle and way of living. This study attempted to find out the pattern of furniture possession which people own in their bedrooms. An in depth questionnaire survey of 600 households was carried during the year 2000. A variety of patterns were found which indicated diverse living conditions within a very similar uniform multifamily apartment complex. The result of this study will be helpful to understand the living conditions in a more systematic way and to generate new concept for both residential unit plan and furniture design.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the furniture use pattern and needs for built-in furniture of apartment residents. The subjects were 289 housewives who live in apartment houses in Haeundae, Busan. The size of apartments was 60 $m^2$ or 85 $m^2$.The self-administered questionnaire was used. There was no any furniture pattern which can be categorized as the specific one. That is, each family has different kinds of furniture pattern in living room and master bedroom. Also, some subjects wanted to have builted-in furniture in master bedroom.

본 연구는 SUR모형을 활용하여 서울 거주자의 수단별 통행시간 비율에 대한 영향요인을 규명하였다. 영향요인은 가구원 및 가구의 특성, 존 특성 변수 등을 선정하였다. 통행수단은 기존의 18개 유형을 압축하여 도보, 개인통행수단, 버스, 지하철, 철도, 자전거 등 6개 수단으로 재 정의하였다. 분석 결과, 개인교통수단과 대중교통간의 뚜렷한 차이를 발견하였다. 우선 차량을 보유하고 운전면허가 있는 경우에는 개인통행수단을 이용하는 경향이 강한 것으로 나타났다. 이와 함께 대표적인 대중교통 수단인 버스와 지하철간의 상관관계를 파악할 수 있었다. 지하철 수단은 개인통행수단이 이용 가능한 통행자가 함께 이용하는 패턴을 보인 반면, 버스 수단은 개인통행수단 이용이 어려운 경우에 이용하는 경향을 보였다. 이러한 선호도는 향후 서울을 포함한 수도권의 대중교통 정책을 수립함에 있어 다양한 시사점을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 논문에서는 영상 데이터와 센서 데이터를 활용한 딥러닝 기반의 반려동물 이상행동 탐지 서비스를 제안한다. 최근 반려동물 보유 가구의 증가로 인해 기존 푸드 및 의료 중심의 반려동물 시장에서 인공지능을 더한 펫테크(Pet Tech) 산업이 성장하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인공지능을 통한 반려동물의 건강관리를 위해 영상 및 센서 데이터를 활용한 딥러닝 모델을 기반으로 반려동물의 행동을 분류하고, 이상행동을 탐지하였다. 자택의 CCTV와 직접 제작한 펫 웨어러블 디바이스를 활용하여 반려동물의 영상 데이터 및 센서 데이터를 수집하고, 모델의 입력 데이터로 활용한다. 행동의 분류를 위해 본 연구에서는 반려동물의 객체를 검출하기 위한 YOLO(You Only Look Once) 모델과 관절 좌표를 추출하기 위한 DeepLabCut을 결합하여 영상 데이터를 처리하였고, 센서 데이터를 처리하기 위해 각 센서 별 연관관계 및 특징을 파악할 수 있는 GAT(Graph Attention Network)를 활용하였다.
