The purpose of this study is to identify the importance of variables affecting women's golf wear sales with macroeconomic variables and consumer selling prices that affect consumers' purchasing behavior, and to propose a price strategy to increase sales of golf wear. Data of domestic women's golf wear brands were analyzed using decision tree algorithms and ensemble. Consumer selling price is the most significant factors in terms of sales volume for T-shirt, pants and knit, while categories were found to be the most important factors in addition to consumer sales prices for skirt and one piece dress. These findings suggest that items have different economic variables that affect consumers' purchasing behavior, suggesting that sales and profits can be maximized through appropriate price strategies.

This purpose of paper is to propose a European option pricing formula when the rate of return follows the leptokurtic distribution instead of normal. This distribution explains well the volatility smile and furthermore the option prices calculated under the leptokurtic distribution are shown to be closer to the market prices than those of Black-Scholes model. We make an estimation of the implied volatility and kurtosis to verify the fitness of the pricing formula that we propose here.

Since the late 1990s, mixed-use apartment, armed with high qualities and large scales with a high ratio of TFA(Total Floor Area) have been continuously provided accommodating exclusive community facilities along with high-tech securities, not to mention excellent skyline view. However, especially in mid-small cities, there have been only a few supplies. As a result, none of the mixed-use housing provided by high-end brands has ever been built in non-metropolitan area. But constructors couldn't plan the projects which aims to build the mixed-use apartment in local city, because they couldn't get the basic data or advanced research for feasibility analysis. Therefore, to suggest the useful price for mixed-use apartment supply project of local city, the PSM(Price Sensitivity Method) widely used for determining the price preferences as a market research tools has been applied. As analysis results, the estimated price of mixed-use apartment is 10.8% higher than general apartment, and mixed-use apartment has lower price sensitivity than general apartment. As price determinants, the age, education level and family size influence on UTP in significant level. It is expected that these research findings can be applied for establishing the solid marketing strategy of mixed-use apartment development project in local city.

The domestic petroleum market is highly sensitive to changes in international oil prices. So, it is important to identify and respond to those changes. In particular, it is necessary to clearly understand the factors causing the price fluctuations of gasoline, which exhibits high consumption. International gasoline prices are influenced by global factors such as gasoline supplies, geopolitical events, and fluctuations in the U.S. dollar. However, previous studies have only focused on gasoline supplies. In this study, we explore the causal relationship between economic indicators and international gasoline prices using various machine learning-based regression models. First, we collect data on various global economic indicators. Second, we perform data preprocessing. Third, we model using Multiple linear regression, Ridge regression, and Lasso(Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator) regression. The multiple linear regression model showed the highest accuracy at 96.73% in test sets. As a result, Our Multiple linear regression model showed the highest accuracy at 96.73% in test sets. We will expect that our proposed model will be helpful for domestic economic stability and energy policy decisions.

본 논문은 외환시장의 효율성과 노이즈 트레이더 모델에 관해 고찰하며, 별도의 실증분석을 수행하지는 않지만 비효율적인 외환시장에서 통화의 가격결정 메커니즘에 대해 노이즈 트레이더 모형의 적용가능성을 분석함으로써 향후 연구방향을 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문과 관련해 의미 있는 또 하나의 연구방향으로는 외환시장에서 정부의 역할이 있다. 정부가 특정한 수준으로 통화를 유지하거나, 정책 목적을 위해 통화를 특정한 수준으로 변경시키기 위한 노력의 일환으로 외환시장에 자주 개입하는 것은 분명하다. 이러한 정부의 역할은 그 자체로는 분명히 노이즈 트레이딩이 아니지만, 외환시장에 대한 영향으로 보면 노이즈 트레이딩과 크게 다르지 않을 것이다. 합리적인 차익거래자, 노이즈 트레이더 및 중앙은행을 통합하는 모델을 개발하고 검증하는 것은 외환시장의 메커니즘을 이해하는데 많은 도움이 될 것이다.

최근 개별 제품의 가격이 상승하고 품질의 중요성이 강조됨에 따라, 생산현장에서 제품의 불량을 검사하고, 불량품을 즉시 재작업하는 공정이 많아지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 불량품의 재작업 과정을 고려하여 생산라인에서 비용을 최소화 하는 최적 배치사이즈와 재작업 정책을 결정하는 모델을 제안하였다. 제안된 모델은 다수의 기계가 연속적으로 연결된 다단계생산시스템을 가정하고 있으며, 검사 공정의 위치 변화에 따른 두 가지 재작업 정책과 두 정책으로부터 변형된 정책을 반영할 수 있다. 제안된 모델을 통해 생산 환경에 따라 비용을 최소화하는 재작업 정책과 최적의 생산 배치사이즈를 결정할 수 있으며, 생산 환경요인들의 변화에 따른 배치사이즈와 비용의 변화를 정책 별로 비교 분석할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to propose a rational and scientific damage calculation model in relation to damages caused by bid rigging in construction projects. Previous studies and precedents in relation to calculating damages from bid rigging suggest that the main issue was the lack of consideration in standards for deciding successful bids, selection of inadequate standard comparative markets, insufficiency in analyzing the appropriateness of competitive bid price influence factors, and absence of calculation model verification. In order to improve on these issues, a damage calculation method on alternative tenders for construction projects was proposed. For this calculation model, first, a standard market adequate to the successful bid selection standards was determined, second, an appropriate factor was selected by analyzing the correlation between competitive bid price influence factors, and third, a regression analysis was conducted on the selected factor. Lastly, this was demonstrated through verification of appropriateness, significance & normality of the proposed model and application of actual bid rigging cases. Through the proposed calculation model, this study seeks to serve as a base to prevent opportunity damages for parties involved in related court cases by early resolution of disputes and relief from issues of unfair damage burdens on a particular party.

Recently, global warming, energy shortage, and environmental disruption have been serious problems in every nation. It became more and more important to reduce the emission of CO2 and to use of energy efficiently. Smart grid was also introduced using the rapidly developing information technology. It deployed the mutual communication concept between customers and the suppliers in the electricity supply. There were increasing demands to adopt the smart meter and to present incentive for efficient energy usage in many developed countries. The objective of this research was to develop the optimal real time pricing model which maximized the profit of the power retailer and reduced the usage of energy. The simulation study was given to show the usefulness of the model. Simulation considered the customer demand response rate and price elasticity rate. The price elasticity rate was compared in the condition of fixed value according to time and variable value according to the customers. The optimal price model could maximize the profit of the power retailer and reduce the energy usage of the consumers.

인터넷과 IT 인프라의 증가는 인터넷 기반의 전자상거래 시스템의 성장을 주도하였고, 이와 관련된 새로운 형태의 서비스가 나타나는 계기가 되었다. 그러나, 현재 전자상거래 서비스는 구매자가 웹에 접속하여 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 보이는 상품을 선택하여 결제 및 상품을 수신하는 방식으로 이루어진다. 또한 구매 판단을 결정할 때 최저가격 외에 신속한 배송, 부가 서비스 등의 다양한 의사결정 요소가 있음에도 불구하고, 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 제시한 최저가의 판단요소에 의존함으로 구매자가 수동적인 입장이 된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 상호간에 의견교환 및 사용자가 정한 우선순위에 따른 판단을 효과적으로 할 수 있는 서비스인 게임이론 기반의 지능모델을 제시한다 게임이론은 전통적으로 경제문제 협상과 정치문제 협상, 워 게임 등에 적용되었다. 본 연구에서는 이 점에 착안하여 게임이론 알고리듬을 이용하여 e-Commerce를 위한 지능모델에 적용하여, 기존의 수동적이고 사용자의 취향에 따라 다양한 의사결정 요소를 선택 할 수 없었던 문제를 해결한다.

In this paper, a nonlinear programming model to determine the optimal operating policy to minimize production costs for particleboard plants is presented. The model provides optimal values for three decision variables : specific gravity of particleboard, mat moisture content and mat resin content. These decision variables are key factors influencing the cost and quality of particleboard manufacturing processes. In formulating the nonlinear programming model, the minimum quality standards for internal bond strength and modulus of rupture of particleboard are used as industry-wide quality constraints. These quality standards are expressed as nonlinear functions of the decision variables. In order to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed model, the model is applied to solve for optimal solutions of four theoretical problems. The problem scenarios are built to investigate effects of changes in hot-pressing speed and purchase price of chip and resin.
