This study is a descriptive survey research conducted to confirm the effects of strengths knowledge and emotional labor of clinical practice on career identity in nursing students. The subjects of this study were 3rd and 4th grade students attending the Department of Nursing in G city. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis and controlled regression analysis. According to the study results, strengths knowledge(𝛽=.384, p<.001) showed a positive effect on career identity and emotional labor of clinical practice(𝛽=-.370, p<.001) showed a negative effect on career identity. The study model accounted for 45.1% of career identity. These findings suggest that measures to increase strengths knowledge and reduce emotional labor of clinical practice are needed to promote career identity of nursing students.

This study is a descriptive research study that attempted to investigate the effects of growth mindset and self-leadership on career preparation behavior of senior nursing students. The data collection period is from November 1 to 30, 2021, and the subject of the study is 173 nursing students from three universities located in G city and J province. For data analysis, t-test, ANOVA, descriptive analysis, Pearson's correlation, and controlled regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 26.0 program. As a result of the study, self-leadership(𝛽=.435, p<.001) and growth mindset(𝛽=.193, p=.005) had a positive effect on career preparation behavior and explained career preparation behavior by 32.0%. Therefore, it suggests that a practical strategy for cultivating self-leadership and growth mindset is necessary to promote career preparation behavior of senior nursing students.

This study is a descriptive survey study to identify interaction influencing factors in nursing students with experience in child nursing practice. The collected data used the SPSSwin 25.0 program, and the influencing factors on the interaction were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, among the general characteristics of nursing college students, major satisfaction and play beliefs showed influence on interaction, and the explanatory power for interaction was 36.0%. Based on the results of higher major satisfaction, higher play beliefs, better interaction with children, a child nursing practice curriculum is required to improve nursing students' major satisfaction and have positive beliefs about play, and play in the theoretical curriculum before child nursing practice.It is thought that it is necessary to acquire knowledge of the law and educate on the necessity.

This study is aimed to verify the impact of health literacy on communication competence in nursing students. 104 nursing students participated in this descriptive research with an online self-reported questionnaire from May 3 to 21, 2021, at a university located in G city. The data were analyzed by two-sample t-test, ANOVA and hierarchical regression with SPSS program. The score of health literacy was 48.62/66 and the communication competence was 59.60/75. More than half perceived that the average reading level of Korean adults was higher than the actual. subjective health status(β=.309, p<.001), health literacy(β=.284, p=.002) and subjective academic grade(β=.235, p=.009) had significant influence on communication competence in the nursing students(F=10.546, p<.001). The explanatory power increased 7.3% more by adding health literacy(F=10.339, p=.002). To enhance communication competence of nursing students, more systematic curriculums to improve health literacy are needed.

The purpose of this study verified the relationship between parents' perception of program value, service quality, and service satisfaction who participate in special sports activities. For this a survey was conducted with parents participating in the program at welfare facilities and private institutions in the metropolitan area. The survey was directly visited by the researcher, and 236 copies of data were collected and used for analysis. For the collected data, the causal relationship was verified through descriptive statistics, factor analysis and reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, the following conclusions were obtained. First, it showed a significant influence in tangibility, reliability, empathy, and guarantee in the relationship between program value perception and service quality. Second, in the relationship between program value perception and service satisfaction, significant influence was shown on user satisfaction and performance satisfaction. Third, in the relationship between service quality and service satisfaction, it showed a significant influence on user satisfaction and performance satisfaction.

In composite materials, the adhesion and interfacial properties were the most important factors to obtain high performance of mechanical properties. This review paper had been focused on the micromechanical evaluation methods for the interfacial property historically. The interfacial property of fiber-reinforced composites (FRC) could be evaluated using only a single fiber and matrix via various micromechanical testing methods. Self-sensing due to the fracture behavior of FRC could be determined and discussed more critically and clearly using electro-micromechanical evaluation. In this paper, the research trends for micro-mechanical evaluation of composites was summarized, and their practical applications would be suggested in the future.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between health promotion behavior and adaptation to college of nursing students and investigate the factors influencing adaptation to college in the COVID era. The subjects were consisted of 191 nursing students from J University in province C. Data were analyzed based on frequency, percentile, mean, Pearson's correlations, and multiple regressions. Health promotion behavior and college adjustment in nursing students showed significant positive correlations with each other. Health promotion behavior had the strongest influence on nursing students' adaptation to college, followed by health level; these factors accounted for 19.9% of the total variance in adaptation to college among nursing students(Adj. R²=.199, p<.001). Overall adaptation to college can be improved by health promotion behavior enhancement program.

Harmony Search (HS) is a relatively recently developed meta-heuristic optimization algorithm, and various studies have been conducted on it. HS is based on the musician's improvisational performance, and the objective variables play the role of the instrument. However, each instrument is given only a sound range, and there is no concept of a scale that can be said to be the basis of music. In this study, the performance of the algorithm is improved by introducing a scale to the existing HS and quantizing the bandwidth. The introduced scale was applied to HM initialization instead of the existing method that was randomly initialized in the sound band. The quantization step can be set arbitrarily, and through this, a relatively large bandwidth is used at the beginning of the algorithm to improve the exploration of the algorithm, and a small bandwidth is used to improve the exploitation in the second half. Through the introduction of scale and bandwidth quantization, it was possible to reduce the algorithm performance deviation due to the initial value and improve the algorithm convergence speed and success rate compared to the existing HS. The results of this study were confirmed by comparing examples of optimization values for various functions with the conventional method. Specific comparative values were described in the simulation.

The study aims to determine the factors associated with married working women's health-related quality of life (HRQOL) in terms of general, marital, work, and health characteristics. In view of this, data was gathered from a total of 2,060 married working women who participated in the 7th wave (2017-2018) of the Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Family (KLoWF), which was conducted by the Korean Women's Development Institute. The data was analyzed using SPSS 25.0. As a result of inputting the general characteristics, marital characteristics, working characteristics, and health characteristics of married women, family's economic status, diagnosed disease, perceived stress were found to have a significant effect on married working women's HRQOL. Based on the study results, educational programs and various policies to help married working women better manage their family-work conflict were proposed as a means to improve their HRQOL. This study is significant as it identified a wide range of factors that affect married working women's HRQOL and discussed health and welfare measures to improve it.

This study is a descriptive research study to understand the relationship between childcare teachers' ego-resilience, optimism, and job stress and the relationship between these variables and to identify factors affecting job stress. The study method was targeted to 191 childcare teachers working in D Metropolitan City from March to April 2021. The self-reliance, optimism, and job stress of childcare teachers were surveyed using a survey instrument. For data analysis, frequency, percentage, reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression were performed using SPSS WIN 20.0 program. As a result of this study, first, ego resilience and optimism showed a positive correlation, ego resilience and job stress had a negative correlation, and optimism and job stress had a negative correlation. Second, as a result of analyzing the factors affecting the job stress of childcare teachers, it was found that ego resilience had an effect. According to these results, in order to lower the job stress of childcare teachers, a program that can improve self-resilience and lower job stress should be developed and provided.
