환자의 병력을 서술하는 임상문서에서 임상 개체명들은 그들 사이에 개체명이 아닌 단어들이 위치하기 때문에 거리상으로 서로 떨어져 있고, 임상 개체명인식에 많이 사용되는 조건부무작위장(conditional random fields; CRF) 모델은 Markov 속성을 따르기 때문에 서로 떨어져 있는 개체명 라벨 간의 전이 정보는 모델의 계산에서 무시된다. 본 논문에서는 라벨링 모델에 서로 떨어진 개체명 간 전이 관계를 표현하기 위하여 CRF 모델의 구조를 변경하는 방법론을 소개한다. 제안된 CRF 모델 디자인에서는 모델의 계산효율성을 빠르게 유지하기 위하여 Markov 속성을 유지하는 1차 모델 구조를 유지한다. 모델은 선행하는 개체명의 라벨 정보를 후행하는 개체명 엔터티에게 전달하기 위하여 선행 개체명의 라벨을 뒤 따르는 비개체명 라벨에 전이시키고 이를 통해 후행하는 개체명은 선행하는 개체명의 라벨 정보를 알 수 있게 된다. 라벨의 고차 전이 정보를 전달함에도 모델의 구조는 1차 전이 구조를 유지함으로 n차 구조의 모델보다 빠른 계산 속도를 유지할 수 있게 된다. 모델의 성능 평가를 위하여 서울대학교병원 류머티즘내과에서 퇴원한 환자들의 퇴원요약지에 병력과 관련된 엔터티가 태깅된 평가 데이터와 i2b2 2012/VA 임상자연어처리 shared task의 임상 개체명 추출 데이터를 사용하였고 기본 CRF 모델들(1차, 2차)과 비교하였다. 피처 조합에 따라 모델들을 평가한 결과 제안한 모델이 거의 모든 경우에서 기본 모델들에 비하여 F1-score의 성능을 향상시킴을 관찰할 수 있었다.

The study was done to compare quality of life by family therapy, self-esteem f teem insight factors which explain quality of life in individuals with schizophrenic patients. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 125 schizophrenia people in C region. The data were analyzed by SPSSWIN 21.0, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient calculation and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows. Impact quality of life of clients showed significant difference by religion, support team(p<.05). Quality of life were positively correleated with self-esteem and family support. Multiple regression analysis showed that 49.5% of the self esteem, insight, family support showed the quality of life. Development of programs for strengthening family support and self esteem is required for proper quality of life.

This study was conducted to analyze the factor of suicide ideation in the elderly living alone. This study is a descriptive research study of 175 elderly living alone in K&C region. It is a frequency analysis, correlation analysis, simple rare analysis. AMOS statistics were performed. Data collection was from January 2017 to March 2017. The results of this study are as follows. social activity (r=-.106, p<.05), subjective health status (r=-.292, p<.01) Self-esteem (r=-.069, p<.05), mind control(r=-.201, p<.01), and depression(r=.023, p<.01), stress (r=.320, p<.05). Suicidal influence factor 43.5% explanatory power. In order to prevent the suicide of the elderly living alone, It will be necessary to seek active nursing intervention to help prevent suicide.

The present study was conducted to investigate the influences of emotion priming and the number of negation words on the task of sentential predicate reasoning in groups with or without anxiety symptoms. 3 types of primed emotions and 2 types of stimulus and 3 conditions of negation words were used as a within-subject variable. The subjects were instructed to make facial expressions that match the directions, and were asked to choose the correct answer from the given examples. Mixed repeated measured ANOVA analyses on reaction time first showed main effects for the variables of emotion, stimulus, number of negation words and anxiety level, and the interaction effects for the negation words x anxiety combination. These results are presumably suggested to reflect that externally intervening emotion works on language comprehension in a way that anxiety could delay task processing speed regardless of the emotion and stimulus type, meanwhile the number of negation words can slower language processing only in a anxiety group. Implications and limitations were discussed for the future work.

For taking car of one's health and keeping quiet of emotion is more important than drug, we have to be cautious in extravagant use of drug. 2. For the preservation of health, it is recommended to observe moderation in liquor, sex, property, authority and discretion. 3. It is necessary for a man to do his best and to control emotion. 4. It had better engage in philanthropy than egoism.

This study analyzed the research trends and methodologies through meta analysis method on the issues of ICT policy and e-government in Korean major journals and proceedings including Korean Association of Public Administration (KAPA), Korean Association of Policy Studies (KAPS), and Korean Journal of Information Policy of NIA (National Information Agency). The results showed that methodology has changed from explorative study with conceptualization to experimental study with theoretical model and cases. Qualitative approaches including case studies and description with policy implications were employed more as analyses tools. In terms of contents, system effectiveness and e-governance issues prevailed in the early 2000s, and since then, it has changed into ICT-based social changes and looking for generalization of theories including e-democracy, e-service, e-participation, digital divide, and post-information society. Now we are facing another ICT revolution of social network via web3.0 and gov3.0 and it is time to open a new theoretical debate, deconstruction of discourse, and collaborative perspective among different disciplines.

마이크로솔더링에 의한 전자기기는, 사회기능의 중추가 되는 컴퓨터, 통신 기기, 항공기 인공위성 등의 제어계를 구성하므로, 그 접속부에 대한 높은 신뢰성의 요구는 그 무엇보다 중요하다. 전자기기에 있어서의 솔더 접속부는 집과 기판의 전기 적.기계적 접속의 역할을 하고 있으며, 따라서 개개의 접속부의 파단은 전체의 불량 으로 연결된다. 실제 전자콤포넌트와 그 시스템의 단선 등의 사고에 있어서 자주 발생 하는 사고중의 하나가 솔더접속부의 단선에 의한 것이며, 그 단선중에서도 가장 보편 적이며 또한 대단히 심각한 문제로서 주목을 받고 있는 것이 솔더접속부의 열피로파단 이다. 전자기기를 사용할 때, 스위치의 on-off에 의한 power cycle과 환경의 온도변화 에 기인하는 반복열 사이클은 솔더접속부의 피로를 일으키게 되고, 결국에는 사용중에 파단을 초래하게 된다. 이러한 온도변화의 범위는 약 -55.deg. - 150.deg.C로 예상할 수 있으며, 여기서 최고온도인 150.deg.C는 Pb-Sn 공정합금의 경우 0.9Tm.p.이상의 고온에 해당한다. 이 피로는 등온적으로 또는 열사이클중에 발생하기도 한다. 솔더접 속부의 열피로수명은 대부분의 공업재료에서 나타나는 저사이클피로거동과 유사하게 발생하며, 솔더 접속부에 인가되는 열변형/응력(thermal strain/stress)의 크기에 크게 의존하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 솔더는 서로 다른 열팽창계수를 갖는 칩과 회로 기관의 두종류의 재료를 접속하기 때문에, 상기한 바와 같은 반복열사이클에 의하여 발생하는 열변형/응력이 접속부의 피로.파단을 야기시킨다. 이러한 솔더접속부에 대한 주기적인 응력/변형의 인가는 접속부에 내.외적으로 현저한 변화를 야기시키게 되고, 열피로로 연결되며 결국에는 시스템의 전기적 단선을 초래하게 된다. 또한 열피로파단 현상는 변형/응력의 크기 뿐 만아니라 솔더합금자체의 야금학적인 물성에도 크게 의존 하며, 내적.외적인 열변화에 의한 야금학적인 특성변화도 크게 영향을 미친다. 솔더 접속부의 신뢰성에 대한 연구는, 그 중요성에 비추어 볼 때, 지금까지 수많은 연구가 행하여져 왔다. 그러나 신뢰성과 관련된 열피로파단현상에 대한 야금학적인 면에서의 연구는 비교적 적은 편이다. 따라서 본 해설에서는 전자기기의 마이크로 솔더접속부 에서 발생하는 열피로파단현상에 대한 야금학적인 면에 중점을 두어 서술하고자 한다.

An automobile black box can provide sufficient and accurate information for investigating the causes of vehicle accidents as well as preventing them in the future. The database of accident information from stored data in the black box can provide a variety of services to the general public when it is accessed in a reasonable manner. minimizing intrusion into drivers' privacy. Therefore, the black box could become the main intelligent automobile Part, with extensive benefits for all associated industries as well as government agencies and insurance companies. While the introduction and spread of the black box are imminent in Korea, this paper reviews technology and product trends of the black box. In particular, this paper presents findings on the investigation of black box-related patent applications and an in-depth study of core patents from several leading counties, including the United States. In addition, this paper describes trends of standardization and legislation in leading countries and presents methods of standardization with suggestions for some development topics related to black box technology.

Tracing an evolutionary technological trajectory in the macroscopic viewpoint is useful for technology policy, but not for corporate technology and intellectual property strategy. Tackling this issue, recent bibliometric studies using patents and papers have made efforts to identify more specific and detailed technological trajectory. However, these studies cannot go beyond simple description of the past trajectory. Also, identification of technology fusion and evolution relies on experts judgments. We suggest a way of identifying microscopic evolutionary technological trajectories by combining patent citation network analysis with dynamic technology tree. Also, using new indicators of generality, diversity and novelty, we can detect key technologies that can be a starting point of next generation technology and derivative technology. HVDC(High Voltage DC transmission) system technology is exemplified.

Purpose: This study is a descriptive survey to identify the relations of body shape perception, interpersonal problems, and spiritual well-being in late adolescents. Methods: The participants are 116 late adolescents in S and K city. This study was performed using a structured questionnaire from October 12 to November 16, 2012. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, Kruskal-Wallis test, Bonferroni correction, Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results: According to general characteristics of the participants, there were significant differences in body shape perception for gender, religion, experience of weight control, current body mass index, and wanted body mass index. There were significant differences in spiritual well-being for experience of drinking and religion. There was significant negative correlation between interpersonal problems and spiritual well-being. Conclusions: Therefore, nursing interventions will be needed to improve interpersonal problems and abnormal body shape perception and to enhance spiritual well-being of adolescents.
