Participation of forest owners is essential for effective management of private forests. This study aimed to find a measure to activate participation of private forest owners in the Leading Forest Management Zone (LFMZ). In-depth interview was conducted to check the participation level of forest owners within the LFMZ and the participation level was evaluated based on the Arnstein's eight-rungs theory in this study. The results showed that the participation of private forest owners in the LFMZ is perfunctory and their influence in the decision-making process is quite limited. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a system in which forest owners can involve in the decision-making process in an official manner. In this study, we suggested to make a partnership between local forest manager and private forest owners to discuss management activities and budgets in the LFMZ. However, since only a few active private forest owners were surveyed in this study, it is hard to consider their opinions as those of whole forest owners in the LFMZ.

In this work, we predict a true fracture strain using load-displacement curves from tensile test and finite element analysis (FEA), and suggest a method for acquiring true stress-strain (SS) curves by predicted fracture strain. We first derived the true SS curve up to necking point from load-displacement curve. As the beginning, the posterior necking part of true SS curve is linearly extrapolated with the slope at necking point. The whole SS curve is then adopted for FE simulation of tensile test. The Bridgman factor or suitable plate correction factors are applied to pre and post FEA. In the load-true strain curve from FEA, the true fracture strain is determined as the matching point to test fracture load. The determined true strain is validated by comparing with test fracture strain. Finally, we complete the true SS curve by combining the prior necking part and linear part, the latter of which connects necking and predicted fracture points.

This study examines optimal emission taxes and welfares in mixed duopoly markets where public and private firms produce differentiated goods and emit pollutions. Both comparing quantity and price competitions and comparing simultaneous and simultaneous games provides the followings findings: First, irrespective of competition modes between quantity and price competitions or simultaneous and sequential games, the optimal emission tax is always lower than marginal environmental damage. Second, emission tax under private leadership is the highest in quantity competition while that under public leadership is the highest in price competition. Third, environmental damage under Cournot and private leadership is worsened in quantity competition while that under public leadership is worsened in price competition. Finally, welfare under Bertrand and public leadership is improved in price competition while that under private leadership is improved in quantity competition.

매실을 다양하게 이용하고 부가가치를 높이며 매실의 품질저하 방지 및 이용성 증대를 도모하기 위하여 실시된 지금까지의 매실의 가공, 저장 및 포장 방법에 대한 것을 조사하였다. 매실의 저온저장 시청매실은 $0\~1^{\circ}C$의 저온보다도 $5\~8^{\circ}C$에서 저온 장해가 발생하기가 쉽다고 보고되었다. 이러한 장해를 방지하기 위하여 수확직후에 $0^{\circ}C$정도의 냉수로 급속히 청매실의 품온을 저하시키면 $5\~8^{\circ}C$의 저장에서도 저온장해가 경감되고 추숙도 억제한다고 한다. 상온 CA저장 조건 하에서 청매실의 선도를 유지하기 하는데 대량으로 발생하는 에틸렌의 제거와 저산소($2\%$ 하한), 고이산화탄소($8\%$)의 가스조성이 효과적이라고 보고되었다. 청매실의 저장 중 선도유지를 위하여 청매실을 저밀도폴리에틸렌(LDPE 20${\mu}m$) 필름 봉투에 포장하여 에틸렌 제거제를 넣고 $20^{\circ}C$에 저장한 결과, 에틸렌생성량은 낮은 수준으로 유지되었고 연화에 의한 품질저하가 현저히 억제된는 것을 볼 수 있다. 그리고 MA포장(LDPE 30${\mu}m+$에틸렌제거제)에서도 청매실의 녹색유지 효과가 탁월하였고 이산화탄소 농도가 높을수록 황화가 억제된 것이 연구에 의하여 밝혀졌다. 포장재의 두께를 달리할 때 청매실의 선도유지 효과도 서로 다르게 나타난다고 보고되었다. 청매실을 두께가 다른 필름에 포장, $25^{\circ}C$에서 8일간 저장한 매실은 LDPE 20, 30 필름에 포장한 것이 저장 8일에도 녹색을 그대로 유지한 것을 보아 선도유지 효과가 있음을 알 수 있다. 그리고 중량감소은 LDPE 30, 40이 적게 나타났고 장해정도는 LDPE 20, 30 적게 나타났다. 청매실의 저장 중 선도유지가 가장 양호한 LDPE 30 포장재에 청매실과 함께 탄산가스흡수제, 에틸렌제거제를 각각 또는 혼합첨가하고 밀봉한 후 $25^{\circ}C$에서 10일간 저장한 매실은 에틸렌제거제 첨가한 것이 녹색유지효과와 선도유지효과가 좋았으며 매실의 장해발생도 가장 낮은 것으로 보고되었다. 매실을 이용하여 제조되는 가공식품으로는 매실주, 매실차, 매실 Fruit leather, 매실절임, 고추장장아찌, 매실식초, 매실잼, 매실김치 등이 있다. 앞으로 매실의 이용을 증진시키고 소비를 더욱 촉진시키기 위해서는 매실의 생리학적특성을 이해하여 더욱 효과적인 저장 및 포장방법을 개발하고 생리활성을 이용한 새로운 매실제품의 개발에 대한 연구가 뒤따라야 할 것이다.

To improve freshness maintenance function of food containers, many methods have been applied. Most of the methods utilize absorption properties of porous ceramics powders. However, this kind of methods was appeared to be a non-realistic one because of the short effective periods of the produce and reduced die life due to the ceramic powders mixed in the raw materials. Other methods, e.g., CA or MA, need more study for practical application bemuse of the high cost in process. In addition to this, different method should be applied depends on foods. In this paper, a new technology based on information templation was applied in making a food preservation film. It has been known recently that water memorizes informations and this information could be tempelated to other materials through appropriate pretest. One of the participating company developed this process to template informations to PE materials unitizing water as an information rallier. Food packaging film was made using this PE chips. Experimental results of freshness maintenance test of foods showed that it is effective. Results and disussions are reported in this paper.

As a part of scientific data visualization automatic generation algorithms for a contour map have been investigated mainly on data which are defined at every lattice point. But in actual situation like weather data measurement. it is impossible to get data defined at every lattice point This is because the exact value on every lattice point can not be obtained due to characteristics in sampling devices or sampling methods. In order to define data on every lattice point where data were not sampled an interpolation method. was applied to the sample data to assign approximate values for some lattice type data but by using the non-lattice type of sample data sets. A triangle data link was defined by using non lattice points directly based on actually sample data set, not by using the pre-processed rectangle lattice points. The suggested algorithm generates a contour map a contour map only by using sample data set which are much smaller than old one without data interpolation and there is no skew on data any more since it does not need any interpolation to get the values of the defined lattice points.

Through this, it was confirmed that there is a perception that support such as AI education leading school consulting training is necessary, and the network should be activated to share best practices and an efficient and flexible operating system in terms of operation of leading schools nationwide. could In addition, while the subjects of the survey recognized the importance of AI education-related competency, it was identified that they had low awareness of their AI education-related competency, and recognized the need for various support for systematic and customized AI education-related competency reinforcement.

The poem Song of Eight Drunken Celestials by Du Fu(杜甫) of the Tang Dynasty was one of the most favored theme by many painters through the Song, the Yuan, the Ming and the Qing Dynasty, as well as in Korea Chosun Dynasty and in Japan. This paper focuses on the paintings depicting Song of Eight Drunken Celestials by Wu Qiu(尤求) of the Ming Dynasty, Kim Hongdo (金弘道) of the Chosun Dynasty and Kaiho Yusho(海北友松) of Japan Momoyama Period, makes a comparative study of them. And also focuses on two preface and a postscript to the painting Eight Drunken Celestials by Yi Dukmu(李德懋), Park Jega(朴齊家) and Yi Bongwhuan(李鳳煥) of the Chosun Dynasty, makes a comparative study of them. This study helps us understand the repetition and the differences between the poem as an Ur-text and the paintings and the prose about the painting as the parody texts.
